The present invention relates to a system for assessing a service quality of an education for technical business start-up, by composing factors into a hierarchical structure based around the method of FAHP, inputting the same to a triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix to calculate weighted value, thereby deriving and analyzing relative importance and priority of a factor. Also, the present invention includes: a user terminal; and a server. The user terminal transmits user information, and survey results (assessment data) to the server, and displays the importance and final priorities of the factors of service quality of education for technical business start-up. The server configures assessment factors of the service quality of education for technical business start-up, assessment criteria of relationship, and assessment criteria, while granting weighted values through problem structuralizing, inputting survey results, and single-digitizing. Also, by calculating the weighted value of the factors of the service quality of education for technical business start-up, the server derives the importance and final priority of the factors.

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating rock cleavage by using gap distribution of fine cracks of rock wherein an existing method for drawing various basic parameters for three kinds of quarrying planes of rock cleavage and determining the quarrying plane by simply comparing the parameters is improved; gap distribution of fine cracks with respect to six rock cleavages of rock is drawn; and separation strength of the rock can be objectively and correctly determined. The method for evaluating rock cleavage by using gap distribution of fine cracks of rock includes: a rock block collection step of collecting a cubical rock block; a rock block surface cutting step of cutting the surface of the rock block in the direction in parallel with three rock cleavage planes; a rock block dividing step of dividing the rock block into a plurality of cubical rock samples; a thin piece manufacturing step of manufacturing thin pieces in parallel with three planes of the rock samples; a fine crack measurement step of drawing a population of fine cracks formed in six directions in parallel with each other in three planes of each thin piece; and a rock cleavage strength evaluation step of evaluating relative strength of the three planes based on gap distribution of the fine cracks in the measured six directions.

The present invention relates to an active spinning training system. According to the present invention, a users biological state and exercise information are analyzed by the use of a biosignal obtained from an operation sensor, a brainwave sensor, and a pulse wave sensor and a rotation speed obtained from a rotation sensor attached to a spin bicycle and a spinning training image suitable for the user is provided. The present invention includes: a display device playing back a user-specific spinning training image; a memory device storing the spinning training image content; an operation sensor disposed in the display device and detecting a users movement; a brainwave sensor mounted on the users head and measuring the degrees of concentration and stability; a pulse wave sensor mounted on the users wrist and measuring the users pulse rate; a rotation sensor measuring the rotation speed of a disc drum and a spin bicycle on which the user rides; a data collection device collecting signal data from the operation sensor, the brainwave sensor, the pulse wave sensor, and the rotation sensor; and a control device analyzing user biological state and exercise information obtained from the data collection device and controlling the spinning training image content. According to the present invention, spinning exercise can be learned and experienced in an individual-specific manner, and thus the health and exercise performance of exercise participants can be improved.

Bone Implant Materials from Eggshell Waste

Hydroxyapatite powder has been synthesized from eggshell waste using a simple hydrothermal synthesis. The process involved drying and thermal decomposition of eggshell into calcium oxide followed by a hydrothermal reaction at a temperature of as low as 90°C with ammonium di-hydrogen phosphate and water. The produced hydroxyapatite powder is extraordinarily fine with nanosize primary particles. The yield of conversion is high, ca. 90%. Hydroxyapatite pure phase can be maintained until calcination of below 900°C, at which β-tricalcium phosphate phase started to appear to transform into biphasic calcium phosphate. Its high purity as proved by XRD shown that the product fulfills medical requirement. The present invention provides an environmentally beneficial and straightforward method of producing hydroxyapatite for bone implant materials using eggshell waste.

A novel Triterpene from Astraeus Hygrometricus Induces Reactive Oxygen Species Leading to death in Leishmania Donovani

The effect of astrakurkurone, a novel triterpene, isolated from Indian mushroom Astraeus hygrometricus has been investigated to elucidate the mechanisms involved in selective cell death of Leishmania donovani. The hypotheses were investigated using flow-cytometry, scanning electron microscopy and confocal microscopy. The time dependent elevation of astrakurkurone-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) was found intimately associated with apoptosis. The involvement of ROS in promastigote death was found confirmed as NAC and GSH could decrease the ROS level and restored the mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨ(m)). It also inhibited the intracellular amastigotes. We claim the present invention as substantial in depth evidences that mushroom derived active molecules can be exploited as target specific, comparatively nontoxic leads for antileishmanial therapy.

The present invention relates to a method to recognize the gait phase based on an electromyography (EMG) signal for walking upward or downward on stairs, which comprises: (a) a step of receiving an input of a signal for training of an EMG signal of a plurality of muscles, which is measured when a user is walking upward or downward on stairs, and physical data of the sole pressure and the knee angle, which are measured when the user is walking; (b) a step of determining the gait phase by using the physical data; (c) a step of extracting characteristics from the EMG signal; (d) a step of generating a classifier which sets the extracted characteristics as an input and the determined gait phase as an output; and (e) a step of using the generated classifier to recognize the gait phase of the users walking upward or downward. Accordingly, the present invention can use only an EMG signal to classify walking upward or downward on stairs and to more precisely classify the gait phases on stairs.

The main object of the present invention is to provide an improved process for the preparation of Iloperidone, which would be more simple, economical and easy to implement on large scale preparation. In this paper, 1,3-difluorobenzene and 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) ethanone are starting materials. And then tartaric acid is added. The key intermediate (Z)-4-(2,4-difluorobenzoyl) piperidine oxime is obtained through stereoselectivity. With the key intermediate and 1-(4-(3-chloropropoxy)-3-methoxyphenyl) ethanone, the target product is obtained directly under the condition of catalyst.

Shifting Matrix를 이용한 DCT 기반 부화소 단위 움직임 예측 알고리즘

The present invention relates to a method to estimate subpixel unit motion based on discrete cosine transform (DCT) by using a shifting matrix, to use a shifting matrix in a frequency domain, so as to estimate motion of subpixel accuracy based on DCT. According to the present invention, a method to estimate motion of a 1/4 subpixel unit for moving image encoding comprises the following steps: performing DCT about an inputted image frame; and estimating motion in a frequency domain, in order to acquire an estimation block having a minimum matching error with respect to a current block through block matching between a DCT-performed current image frame and a previous image frame. In the step of estimating the motion in the frequency domain, the estimation block is acquired through a horizontal/vertical shifting matrix applying image interpolation of a 1/4 subpixel unit using a three dimensional interpolation function, and matrix operation using a DCT coefficient matrix of four blocks around the estimation block in a search range of the previous image frame.

Interfaces for Distributed Remote User Controlled Manufacturing: Working Individually or in Collaborative Group?

The present invention is directed to manufacturing, wherein each component of the outsourced process and system can be remotely controlled in decentralized manufacturing process, integrating resources and stakeholders in a global chain, that utilizes ubiquitous computing systems virtual and networked enterprises concepts, for anywhere-anytime control. Experiment involved 68 subjects, Serbian students that have used the interface for remote collaborative control to control CNC machine located in Portugal. Usability evaluation measures of the distributed remote user controlled manufacturing system, such as percentage of task completed, its accuracy and time to complete task, are measured on two types of “client” user interface (“Wall” and “Window”), in two modes of presentation (desktop and video beam), working individually or in small collaborative group consisted of two persons, results were statistically tested. Percentage of task completed is equal for both types of interfaces, while accuracy of task is significantly better for “Wall” interface. Time of task execution is longer for individuals when desktop is used comparing to video beam. There exist significant differences when work is conducted in groups via video beam and time is longer when desktop is used. Also, work time is longer with “Wall” interface. When working in group, work time is shorter than the time when working individually, whereby the working time on desktop is longer than on the video beam. Also, the time is longer when working individually using video beam, using “Wall” interface on desktop, and “Window” interface on video beam. These results show that group work consumes less time in most working options, giving the best results when working in collaborative small group on “Wall” interface via video beam.

A Competent and Commercially Viable Process for the Synthesis of the Anti-Hypertensive Drug Olmesartan Medoxomil.

Drug product purity and potency are of most significance in the regulatory market as we notice many recalled batches worldwide, particularly in the US and Japan. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an anti-hypertensive drug. The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of Olmesartan Medoxomil with 99.9% purity in an overall 62% yield. The synthesis includes three isolations and one purification with easy plant operations. This process describes the formation and control of each individual impurity in all stages. This process for Olmesartan Medoxomil and its intermediates is competent for industrial production in very short reaction time intervals with an appreciable yield and high purity.

Abstract This study examined the effective system, which manages LPG G as Cylinder by inserting an electronic tag or module to store a production year, material specification, charging data, management data, and warehousing data. Therefore, the user can effectively monitor the checking date, reexamining the gas cylinder (or not), and manufacture and expiration date. An Improved and Efficient Process for the Preparation of Tofacitinib Citrate

The present invention is related to a simple and efficient process for the preparation of tofacitinib citrate 1, a Pfizer molecule approved for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The process relies upon an improved process for the preparation of a key intermediate (3R,4R)-(1-benzyl-4-methylpiperidin-3-yl)methylamine as tartarate salt 3 and its simple and impurity-free conversion to tofacitinib citrate 1. The current invention is aimed at addressing process development issues related to quality and yields. The disclosed process is capable of delivering much higher yield compared to the prior state-of-the-art process and is able to yield very highly pure compound.

The present invention relates to a method of scaling a vertical distance of an ISAR image for a maneuvering target. The method of scaling a vertical distance of an ISAR image for a maneuvering target according to the present invention can perform vertical distance scaling by estimating a rotation speed of a target using two sequential inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) images. Specifically, the method of scaling a vertical distance of an ISAR image for a maneuvering target includes steps of: extracting a pair of scatterers strong on a change in a measurement angle by applying a scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) to each of the two ISAR images sequentially formed; setting a cost function using a point that a distance between the extracted scatterers and the rotation centers of the targets in the images; and estimating a rotation speed of the maneuvering target without information on rotation center through particle swarm optimization (PSO) coupled with an exhaustive search method. Therefore, the method of scaling a vertical distance of an ISAR image for a maneuvering target can allow a user to check information on scattering of a target in a distance direction and a vertical distance direction.
