This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of compensation and work environment on employee productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Indometro Surya Andola. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative approaches in research. The population and sample are employees of PT Indometro Surya Andola, totaling 51 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis carried out in this study was using instrument prerequisite testing, namely validity test, reliability test, for analysis prerequisite testing using the normality test, and linearity test. Using the Path Analysis model with SPSS. The results showed 1) Compensation has a direct effect on work productivity Employee. 2) Work Environment has a direct influence on Employee Productivity. 3) Job Satisfaction has a direct influence on Employee Productivity.4). compensation has a greater direct effect than the indirect effect on employee work productivity through job satisfaction. 5) The work environment has a direct influence that is greater than the indirect effect on employee work productivity through job satisfaction.
