Factors Associated with BPJS Participant Patient Satisfaction with the Quality of Inpatient Services at Malahayati Hospital in 2023

This study aims to analyze factors related to BPJS participant patient satisfaction with the quality of inpatient services at Malahayati Hospital Medan in 2023. The results of the study show that the quality of service provided by Malahayati Hospital Medan is considered good by respondents, with tangibles, quality of service. responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy received good to very good ratings. Research also shows that there has been an increase in services provided by Malahayati Hospital Medan in preparation for hospital accreditation. However, it is recommended that Malahayati Hospital Medan continue to improve service quality, especially in the aspects of reliability and tangibles, while maintaining consistent service quality which is already good in the aspects of responsiveness, assurance and empathy. For further research, it is recommended to conduct more in-depth research regarding service quality, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy using the structural equation model test to identify the smallest variables that influence respondent satisfaction.

The Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Informatics Department Education Laboratory

In preparing for the accreditation of units, study programs, and tertiary institutions to achieve a superior rating, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) often faces challenges in gathering and accessing the necessary resources. These difficulties stem from the accreditation preparation process, ineffective resource management, a lack of data integration, and restricted resource access. Taking advantage of advancements in information technology, UAJY has adopted the ERP Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to effectively manage the resources within its educational laboratories. These laboratories serve as a vital support unit in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and play a significant role in enhancing the learning process at the university. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a strategic tool that can provide organizations with a competitive edge by synchronizing, integrating, and optimizing data. The implementation of ERP LIMS serves as a solution for better resource management within the UAJY Informatics Department's educational laboratories.

Comparative analysis and classification of measurement procedures and procedures for transferring of unit of quantity as elements of metrological traceability chain of measurement results

The article analyzes types of measurement procedures and procedures for transferring a unit of quantity, such as: primary reference measurement procedures, reference measurement procedures, calibration procedures, validation procedures, end-user measurement procedures and measurement procedures. The article discusses requirements for developing the presented procedures, their research and approval. The article presents a classification of procedures depending on their place in metrological traceability chain, type of determined metrological characteristics and their application in the field of regulation. Based on the results of the analysis of regulatory documents, a table that describes basic requirements for development and approval of measurement procedures and procedures for transferring a unit of quantity is presented. The article also discusses requirements established for conformity assessment procedures for measurement procedures and procedures for transferring а unit of quantity, such as certification, validation and verification of procedures. The article presents definitions and scope of application for conformity assessment of measurement procedures and procedures for transferring a unit of quantity. Based on the analysis of requirements for conformity assessment of procedures, a flowchart for selecting appropriate conformity assessment procedure is presented. Due to this scheme, laboratories will be able to unambiguously choose one or another conformity assessment procedure to approve the required measurement method or method of transferring a unit of value. In particular, in preparation for accreditation for compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2017 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.” The proposed scheme of choosing a procedure for conformity assessment of a specific measurement procedure eliminates ambiguity of the requirements of regulatory documents.

Differential Equations to Predict the Number of Students as a Basis for Accreditation Preparation Study Program Policy

Pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam masyarakat. Melalui pendidikan, individu memiliki kesempatan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan kehidupan. Ilmu pengetahuan alam adalah cabang ilmu yang membahas tentang pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan alam dan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di dalamnya. Prodi Tadris Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam merupakan prodi tergolong baru, dimana SK berdirinya pada Tahun 2020. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa Tadris IPA IAIN Kediri. Hasil persamaan logistik yang merupakan bentuk dari Persamaan Bernoulli menunjukkan kenaikan jumlah mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2020 , 2021, 2022, dan 2023 menunjukkan jumlah mahasiswa baru sebanyak 23, 48, 54, dan 62 mahasiswa. Seiring berkembangnya tahun, berkembang pula jumlah mahasiswa baru. Dengan perkembengan jumlah mahasiswa tentunya kebijakan institusi tentang layanan akademik, sarana prasarana dan lainnya juga dipenuhui dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. Hal ini juga nantinya akan mendukung dalam visi keilmua prodi, yang targetnya di tahun 2030 nanti akan menjadi prodi yang unggul dalam pengembangan Pendidikan SAINS berbasis teknologi informasi dan pencetak tenaga pendidik IPA yang berkarakter islami pada tahun 2030. Education has a very important role in society. Through education, individuals have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to face life's challenges. Natural science is a branch of science that discusses knowledge related to nature and the phenomena that occur in it. The Natural Sciences Education Study Program is a relatively new study program, where the Decree was established in 2020. Therefore, researchers conducted research by predicting the number of Natural Sciences Education students at IAIN Kediri. The results of the logistic equation which is a form of the Bernoulli equation show an increase in the number of new students every year. In 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, the number of new students is 23, 48, 54, and 62. As the years progress, the number of new students also grows. With the increase in the number of students, of course institutional policies regarding academic services, infrastructure and other things are also well met according to student needs. This will also support the scientific vision of the study program, whose target is that in 2030 it will become a superior study program in developing information technology-based SCIENCE education and producing science educators with Islamic character by 2030.

Automating assessment and evaluation for a bachelor’s degree program

<span lang="EN-US">Outcome-based education (OBE) makes learning happen and measures automating assessment and evaluation system. The objective of the study is to assess student’s learning in International Finance course and report OBE and propose strategies for continual quality improvement (CQI). In this study, a widely accepted self-developed spreadsheet used to measure course learning outcomes (CLO) and program learning outcomes (PLO) of international finance in a bachelor’s degree program of fall 2021. The method of sampling technique is purposive and a sample of 27 students have been considered for the analysis. Using direct method on specific parameters (quiz, assignment, presentation, and exams), an overall CLO attainment has been measured and compared with a targeted key performance indicators (KPI) (70% is set). Findings reveal that the first three out of five CLO have met the standard KPI. However, a CQI has been proposed for further improvement of CLO. Also, future works proposed to instrument CQI processes, engage industry experts and external OBE experts from foreign universities. Program self-assessment is mandatory for quality assurance at university and also preparation for accreditation of the program needs self-assessment. Therefore, CLO is mandatory for assessment and evaluation urgently.</span>

In this action of change, the integration of the STMKG Digital publication service program, both updating the E-Journal and building the STMKG PRESS publishing media as a single digital-based and indexed account, has been successfully carried out and is the key to the realization of a comprehensive publication information system. The integration of publication services is aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in both indexing and digital documents. This transformation will encourage teams involved in this change action plan to collaborate more, effective communication, and writing literacy. The results of this change action are expected to be useful for STMKG's internal interests, namely to facilitate the accreditation preparation process, academic data collection, and the accreditation assessment simulation process. The benefits for BMKG are the implementation of the BMKG 2022-2024 strategic plan and the improvement of superior human resources towards 500 Doctorates and BMKG Global Player.

Exploring the Potential Application of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Preparing For ABET Accreditation

ABET accreditation is a rigorous and demanding process that requires substantial institutional effort when evaluating engineering and technology programs. This evaluation process comprises numerous intricate and time-consuming steps, often demanding years of prior experience. This study aims to explore the potential of artificial intelligence tools, particularly ChatGPT, in enhancing the efficiency of ABET accreditation preparation. The authors conducted a series of experiments to assess the applicability of this tool across various stages of the ABET accreditation process. These stages included comprehending ABET procedures, assisting in the compilation and editing of ABET documentation, providing proactive suggestions, conducting diagnostic reviews of the due process response, generating action plans to address accreditation deficiencies, and proposing training plans for specific ABET criteria. The outcomes of these preliminary investigations demonstrated that leveraging artificial intelligence tools can significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of ABET accreditation preparation. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that incorporating AI tools in the accreditation process raises concerns about data security, and these considerations must be duly addressed.

Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Problematikanya

The article discusses the challenges and solutions in managing an Islamic junior high school (MTsN) in Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. It emphasizes the role of school leaders in developing human resources and addressing internal and external issues. The frequent change of school principals within a short period has impacted the school's development. The research employs qualitative descriptive methodology, highlighting the significance of conflict management, educational management, and human resource management. Common problems include accreditation preparation, building development, principal rotation, and teaching management. Solutions proposed include team collaboration, transparent fund management, and enhancing students' life skills through improved facilities. The study concludes that effective leadership and coordinated efforts are vital to addressing these challenges and achieving the school's objectives.

This assistance aims to provide understanding tothe madrasah community in filling out and fulfillingMadrasah Accreditation to Improve the Quality of Educationat MTs Rodhatul Jannah, Palangka Raya. This assistance usesthe Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) technique. Theresults of assistance are carried out through activities; 1).Equalization of Perceptions about the importance ofaccreditation for improving the quality of madrasas, 2)Preparation of accreditation. The impact of mentoringactivities shows a positive direction, where there is a changein the mindset of the assisted subject related to madrasahaccreditation and an increase in the capacity of the madrasacommunity as evidenced by their success in filling out andcompleting the madrasah accreditation instrument.

Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi SIDOKAR Bagi Kelompok Kerja Dalam Mempersiapkan Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Umum Puri Raharja Denpasar

Hospital accreditation is critical to improving healthcare quality, reducing patient harm, protecting patients, communities, and human resources, and promoting government health initiatives. One of the problems encountered during accreditation was when the surveyor conducted a document audit. The team needed help showing the documents because they needed to be structured appropriately. The large number of documents in the form of hardcopy allows the document to be damaged or lost. The holding of training and socialization of SIDOKAR application-based technology can solve this problem which is expected to help organize and search documents quickly. The methods used in this activity are lectures and mentoring. The conclusion from this activity was that the activity was successfully realized by monitoring how well each working group was prepared to welcome the accreditation survey. In addition, the implementation of socialization and training also shows that the application can assist the working group in increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the accreditation preparation process.

Training and Assistance for Accreditation Preparation for Raudhatul Athfal

This Community Service aims to provide teachers, administrators or educational staff with understanding and skills in preparing for accreditation for Raudhatul Athfal in Pekanbaru City. This service method uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach, which explores the strengths and competencies possessed by assisted residents. The results of this service are the socialization of the urgency and motivation of accreditation for each institution to improve in their respective schools with the aim of improving the quality and ranking of RA accreditation to be better, the socialization of the elaboration of 8 accreditation standards to more than 30 RAs, the training of RA managers in preparing accreditation instruments, RA managers were assisted in compiling RA accreditation instruments, relations were built between RA institutions, the Pekanbaru City Ministry of Religion (RA Supervisor) and BAN PAUD and PNF Riau Province (Assessors), Policy stakeholders welcomed the training and assistance provided.

Design and Development of Romblon State University Romblon Campus Accreditation Data Warehouse

Accreditation is conducted to assess and upgrade the educational quality of higher education institutions and programs, which requires complete documents for the precise information specification before the expert's review. Therefore, the documents and records of an institution must be effectively preserved to facilitate compliance with accreditation requirements. However, the data generally comes from different sources of various types, unstructured and distributed. This study designed a data warehouse to incorporate all the documents in preparation for college accreditation. The data warehouse was developed in a five-step process, considering the accreditation assessment with an emphasis on academics. Systems Development Life Cycle model was used in the development of the system. The ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard was used to evaluate the system's acceptability using the eight characteristics. However, only applicable sub-characteristics such as suitability, efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, and maintainability were applied to evaluate the system. This standard ensures that the system meets the user's preference with the system being satisfied, and the essential features like uploading, viewing, and system maintenance by the administrator, are at their most excellent functional operation. The parameters which were created by the system can be used by other satellite campuses of Romblon State University, as well as other universities applying for accreditation of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

Persiapan Akreditasi Sekolah Melalui Diseminasi

This study aims to provide an overview to schools that are the target of accreditation visitations to carry out preparations for accreditation, especially the delivery of information obtained related to the many changes in paradigm, implementation, and ranking of accreditation. Target schools often receive information regarding their determination as target schools for accreditation in a short time, so preparation for accreditation must be carried out jointly and supported by understanding from all schools involved in accreditation. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Researchers collect data through observation and interviews. Furthermore, the data is reduced, presented, and concluded. Schools choose dissemination as an effort to start preparations for accreditation. By conducting dissemination, information related to changes and the implementation of accreditation can spread quickly and to many parties, so that every school party involved in preparing for accreditation obtains clear and directed information. And each party can follow up according to the task of preparation for accreditation that has been given to them.

The Experience of Taipei Medical University Hospital in Acquiring Disease-Specific Care Certification in Pain Management

<p>疼痛照護，既廣且深。疼痛是就醫病人中，最常見的主訴。幾乎每個單位都有疼痛的病人，涉及層面之廣，需要全院的參與。透過政策面及品質管理面的介入，來提升全院疼痛照護的品質。但慢性疼痛病人的複雜度，又需要跨團隊協力，長期且深度地追蹤治療。 本院藉由疼痛照護品質認證，打造智慧化「疼痛地圖」，發現疼痛「熱區」，進一步介入改善。並藉由個案管理，深度追蹤，以期兼顧疼痛照護的廣度和深度。謹此分享準備認證過程的經驗，以供醫學先進與同道們參考。</p> <p> </p><p>Pain is the most common complaint by patients receiving medical care. Nearly all medical units have encountered patients with pain. Because pain management requires deep knowledge of multiple disciplines, it often requires collaboration across an entire medical institution. Policies and quality control are required to ensure the overall quality of pain management at an institution. Chronic pain is particularly complex and requires long-term and in-depth follow-up treatment by multidisciplinary teams. We developed an intelligent pain map to identify hot spots of pain to facilitate further intervention during the preparation of accreditation of disease-specific care certification in pain management. Through case management and in-depth tracking, high-quality pain care on a large scale was expected to implement thoroughly. The certification process is presented in this article, and the experience is shared with all medical professionals and experts. </p> <p> </p>

Analysis Of Madrasah Principal Leadership In Improving Accreditation At MTS Al-Hasanah Medan

Accreditation is a special concern for a madrasa head because accreditation is a benchmark for good or bad quality in madrasas. This study intends to analyze how the leadership of a madrasa principal improves accreditation, this research was conducted at the Madrasah MTs Al-Hasana Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation, while the validity of the data is carried out by reduction, display, and verification of research data. The results obtained are the stages in the accreditation process at MTs Al-Hasana Medan, namely preparation, implementation, and determination of accreditation. The principal's strategy in increasing accreditation is making work plans and programs, increasing professionalism, increasing student academic scores, developing student skills and potential, and conducting evaluations. Meanwhile, in leading the madrasah principal at MTs Al-Hasana Medan, he prioritizes deliberation, and democracy, involving all elements in the madrasa, prioritizing discipline and providing motivation.

Experience in Using Video Standards in Preparation for Primary Accreditation

The relevance and effectiveness of the use of video standards and station equipment standards in the preparation of graduates of the medical institute for primary accreditation (PA) is shown by significantly reducing the preparation time and reducing the level of stress. The calculation of the odds ratio showed that the participation of students in the creation of video standards by 24 times reduces the likelihood of developing a high level of stress during the second stage of the PA, and work with video standards in preparation for the PA — by 8.5 times.

Responding to Post-School Education Policy Reforms: A Case Study on the Incorporation of Nursing Colleges into the Post-School Education and Training System of South Africa

Amongst the diverse providers of nursing education in South Africa, public nursing colleges have over the years produced 80% of pipeline nursing professionals. The demand imposed by the reorganisation of health services toward universal health coverage, together with the recent changes to the post-school legislation introduced by the Department of Higher Education and Training has required a repositioning of nursing colleges within the new milieu. If public nursing colleges did not comply with post-school education prescripts, they would not be eligible to offer programmes that are aligned to the Higher Education Qualification Sub-framework. 
 
 The purpose of this article is to provide an account on progress and lessons learnt towards repositioning public nursing colleges within the new higher education milieu as a legal requirement for offering new nursing programmes leading to registration in any of the new nursing categories prescribed in the Nursing Act. 
 
 The National Department of Health has, through the stewardship of its Chief Nursing Officer facilitated an intense process from 2016 to 2019 of preparing public nursing colleges to meet the requirements for accreditation as higher education institutions. Chief among these activities was the development of a national policy for nursing education informed by and designed around health service demands and underpinned by higher education principles to direct provisioning of nursing education and training. Parallel to the policy, the state of readiness of public nursing colleges was measured against the Council for Higher Education determined criteria for programme accreditation. 
 
 Lessons emanating from this process are being used to accelerate preparation for accreditation of programmes leading to professional qualifications in nursing and other related health sciences programmes offered at college level to ensure sustained production of nurses with requisite skills mix required for a responsive health care system.
