Internship courses are an important part of cultivating students' professional skills, and the level of internship awareness of teacher trainees can have a certain impact on their internship attitude, efficiency, and results. This study focuses on students majoring in preschool education at a certain university in Guangxi as the survey subjects. A Likert five-point scale was designed to investigate the cognitive status of students during internships based on dimensions such as childcare knowledge, childcare ability, class management, and comprehensive education. The data was analyzed at multiple scales using SPSS 25.0 to generate a knowledge map of internship cognitive points. Analyze the internship cognitive preferences and needs of preschool education teacher trainees through visual graphs, and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis results.
