This paper uses the EPM model to analyze the influence of environmental, input, and process factors on the innovation and entrepreneurship education framework within professional practice courses in higher education institutions, specifically in the context of economic management. The analysis of the questionnaire survey results from economic management faculty and college students indicates the necessity of exploring the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching practice model in economic management from two perspectives: the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform. This involves establishing a school-enterprise cooperation platform, utilizing significant innovation projects and subject competitions as a star. The educational system, establish diverse creative environments and pragmatic activities within science and technology parks to address the need for inventive and entrepreneurial talent development in economic management education within the contemporary economic landscape.
