Improving Students' Social Emotional Abilities Through PKN Subjects in Class X of SMAN 14 Medan

This research was written with the aim of finding out the influence of PKN learning on the development and character formation of students through improving social emotional abilities as outlined in the material on the Position of Pancasila as the Foundation of the State, View of Life and State Ideology. The background to this research is that there are learning problems caused by teachers' lack of attention to students' affective development, which hinders progress in other aspects, namely students' cognitive and psychomotor skills, the lack of students' social-emotional abilities in the classroom resulting in disharmony between students and other students. between students and teachers. These problems appear when learning is taking place, students show attitudes that are oriented towards the problem of low social emotional abilities, such as students not showing optimal self-confidence, when asked questions, students are just silent and sometimes answer with answers that are stuck to the book and lack confidence, then students do not dare to be themselves but are more fixated and less creatively active in carrying out learning activities, students are less independent in solving the problems they are given, when there are problems between fellow students the students tend to be apathetic and lack good social sense, and students lack of courage to take decisions and take responsibility. This was seen when given the order to choose a group leader, no one dared to volunteer and had to be appointed first by the teacher. The solution to these problems is provided in this research, namely by taking a social emotional learning approach to students through PKN subjects using a chain whisper game so that students can build character according to good social emotional skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research being Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles, and each cycle has two meetings with a total of 2 cycles totaling 4 meetings, each cycle is arranged in stages namely Planning, Implementing Action, Observation and Reflection. The subjects in this research were class The results in this research were that there was a good and significant increase, where the results obtained were good with achievements passing the threshold category of 80%. Based on the data obtained above, it can be concluded that efforts to improve students' social emotional abilities have increased significantly, initially the total average at the first meeting of the first cycle was 54%, increasing to 77% and in the second cycle the initial value was 76% to 84%.. The results obtained show that the research has passed the success category limit of 80% with the final result being 84% with Good status.

PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS INKUIRI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN PELAJARAN PKN SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 DAMPAL SELATAN

Motivation to learn will not be built if students still find it difficult to accept PKN lessons, PKN subjects are consideredboring lessons. This phenomenon causes most lessons to be less popular with students because the subject matter isconsidered boring.The aims of this research are 1) to determine the inquiry-based learning process of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2Dampal Selatan, 2) to find out how the use of inquiry-based learning can improve students' understanding of civicslessons for class VII SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan, 3) to find out to what extent implementation of inquiry-basedCivics learning can improve the understanding of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan, 4) to determinestudent responses regarding inquiry-based learning for VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan.The research results show that 1) The inquiry-based learning approach in improving understanding of Civics lessons forclass VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan was carried out in 3 (three) cycles with no significant obstacles, 2)The inquiry-based learning approach can improve the understanding of class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 SouthDampal has experienced an increase, 3) An inquiry-based learning approach can increase the creativity of class VIIstudents at SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan, 4) Student responses to the inquiry-based learning approach inunderstanding class VII Civics subject matter at SMP Negeri 2 Dampal Selatan students are positive.

Efforts to Improve the Ability of PKN Subject Teachers in the Use of Learning Aids Through the Implementation of Class Visit Supervision at Yunior High School Cerdas Mandiri

The purpose of implementing classroom action research activities is to provide an explanation of the process of implementing class visits as an effort to improve the ability of Civics Subject Teachers using learning teaching aids. This research method is Classroom Action Research with four main steps, namely: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that the ability of teachers in learning planning using learning aids in the initial condition only reached an average number of 57.58 with less criteria and the first cycle increased to 68.18 in sufficient criteria and in the last cycle to 80.30 in very good criteria, and individually per teacher in the initial condition no teacher was declared complete, increased to 5 teachers or 45.45% and in the last cycle to 100%, and the ability of teachers in the implementation of learning using learning aids in the initial condition only reached an average of 59.22 with less criteria and the first cycle increased to 69.57 in sufficient criteria and in the last cycle to 84.22 in very good criteria, and individually per teacher in the initial condition no teacher was declared complete, increased to 45.45% and in the last cycle to 100%.

The Influence of The Role Playing Method in PKn Subjects on Students' Learning Interest in Class III SD Muhammadiyah 19.

This research was motivated by the lack of student interest in learning Civics in class III at SD Muhammadiyah 19, because the methods used by the teacher were less interesting. The formulation of the problem in this research is, How is the influence of students' interest in learning before using the Role Playing method in Civics learning. How is the influence of students' interest in learning after using the Role Playing method in Civics subjects. How is the influence of students' interest in learning in Civics learning using the Role method? Playing. The type of research used is experimentation. The subjects of this research were 26 class III students. Data collection techniques use research instruments in the form of observation sheets.Student learning in class III obtained an average Pretest score of 47.50 and after being given treatment and being given a Post-test it increased to 88.50. This shows that the use of the Role Playing method has an influence on student learning outcomes in class III.Thus, the Role Playing method can be used as a learning method that can increase students' interest in learning.

Implementation of Character and Example Values KH. Ahmad Dahlan on PKn Subjects in Class V of Muhammadiyah 19 Primary School

This research was motivated by the application of character and exemplary values applied at the Muhammadiyah 19 Medan Denai Elementary School. By implementing learning according to KH. Ahmad Dahlan with application to students at SD Muhamamdiyah 19. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method which takes teachers and students as research objects. Data collection techniques use observation. The concept of education according to Kh.Ahmad Dahlan in Muhammadiyah prioritizes practice or action rather than material. Based on the researcher's observations, discussion and analysis of the data described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that. Teacher activities in cycle I have received a teacher activity score of 80 with very good criteria (A). So the researcher did not continue to carry out cycle II because the score obtained already met the criteria for success in teacher activity, namely 70. The object of the research was class V with a total of 17 students. Student activities in cycle I and cycle II experienced an increase in the completeness of student activities. Based on the results of observations of student activities in terms of student character values in Civics subjects, according to Ahmad Dahlan, students are still said to be lacking, because in the first cycle it shows that 10 students (59%) completed and 7 students (41%) did not complete. ). Classically, student activities in cycle I did not meet the minimum completion criteria, namely 70. In cycle II, it showed that 14 students (82%) completed and 3 students (18%) did not complete

Meningkatkan Prestasi Akademik Siswa Kelas III Mata Pelajaran Pkn Materi Pokok Mencerminkan Harga Diri Menggunakan Metode Diskusi

The primary objective of this study is to elevate the academic performance of third-gradestudents at Tanjungmekar I Elementary School in the domain of Citizenship Education (PKN)through the utilization of the discussion method, which specifically focuses on nurturing selfesteem. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a classroom action research design, thisinvestigation involved the active participation of 23 students. The data collection processencompassed thorough classroom observations, interviews conducted with both the teacher andstudents, and comprehensive learning achievement tests. By implementing the discussionmethod as an instructional strategy, the researchers aimed to stimulate students' activeinvolvement in the learning process of PKN. The results revealed a noteworthy enhancementsubsequent to the implementation of the discussion method. Initially, during the pre-test phase,students achieved an average score of 64.5. However, following three cycles of employing thediscussion method, the average score escalated to 82.5. Thus, it can be inferred that thediscussion method effectively augments students' learning outcomes in the PKN subject withinthe third grade of Tanjungmekar I Elementary School.

A Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar PKn Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) Pada Siswa Kelas IX C Tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020

This paper aims to illustrate efforts to enhance learning achievement in the subject of Civic Education (PKN) through the implementation of the cooperative learning method using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model. This method emphasizes collaboration, interaction, and active participation of students in the PKN learning process. The study outlines the steps of implementing the STAD model and its impact on PKN learning achievement. The STAD model combines team cooperation and individual responsibility aspects in the learning process. Students are grouped into heterogeneous teams, encouraging cross-ability interaction and mutual assistance among team members. Each team member plays a crucial role in understanding the subject matter and mastering PKN content. The learning process involves specific cycles, including content delivery, group work, intra-team quizzes, and recognition of individual and group achievements. In this research, the STAD method yielded positive results in enhancing PKN learning achievement. Students displayed an increased understanding of citizenship values, government structures, and relevant social issues. Additionally, students developed social skills such as cooperation, communication, and leadership through team interactions. Overall, the implementation of the cooperative learning method using the STAD model proves effective in enhancing PKN learning achievement. This approach fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and responsive learning environment tailored to diverse student needs. By promoting active participation, social interaction, and individual responsibility, the STAD model positively contributes to improved understanding and student engagement in the PKN subject.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership and the quality of teacher learning on the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population and sample in this study were 47 0 students of class XI. Obtaining data on the leadership of school principals and the teaching quality of teachers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and what was used was a closed questionnaire which was arranged in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. The questionnaire research instrument was assessed through validity and reliability tests. All data from the two variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not by using the fit test or chi square test and it turned out that the two variables were normally distributed. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Pembelajaran PKN Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

This research is motivated by the limited teaching materials in elementary schools and the lack of interactive learning media developed. This development research aims to produce a "Garudaku" board product and to find out the practicality and effectiveness of students towards the "Garudaku" board product in PKN subjects in grade V, so that the quality of learning at school is much more enjoyable and more able to hone students' abilities. in creative thinking. This study uses the type of learning design development research or RnD using the ADDIE model. The research subjects involved consisted of three experts (media experts, linguists and material experts) and fifth grade students. The results of this study resulted in the product "Garudaku" board which can be used to explain basic schooling as teaching materials for students who have meet the very good criteria with an average score of the three experts, namely 96.9% with the very feasible category and very practical criteria and the level of effectiveness with an average of 90% is in the very effective category. The teaching materials for the "Garudaku" board product are appropriate, practical and effective for use in Class V elementary school PKN learning. The development of interactive learning media is a solution for learning that involves students actively in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to create learning media to help increase creativity and interest in learning Citizenship Education (PKN).

Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education of the PKn Subjects in Project Citizen-Based Learning

This study aims to describe the implementation of anti-corruption education through project-based citizen learning on The Citizenship Education (PKn) subjects. The research design uses qualitative research focusing on the case study method at MA of Sunan Rahmat in Garut. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of anti-corruption education has been completed with learning activities to analyze problems related to corrupt behavior in the presentation of panels which consist of several activity sections, namely; Problem analysis, alternative policies, proposing solutions, planning activities. The approach of these activities is aimed at growing students in improving some spirits of good behavior and attitudes (good character) which consist of being honest, caring, disciplined, helping each other, determination, humility, hard work, having social intelligence, and being responsible.

Peranan Guru dalam Meningkatkan Keaktifan Peserta Didik Melalui Media Audio Visual Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKN di Kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Penyabungan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

This study aims to examine the teacher's role as educator, facilitator, and motivator in increasing student activity through audio-visual media in Civics subjects in Class XI SMK Negeri 2 Penyabungan in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Penyabung, and used Civics teachers as resource persons to support data acquisition in this study. This research was conducted from February to the second week of March 2023. Data collection was carried out through gathering information by observing and checking into the classroom when the teacher was teaching using audio-visual media and then adding in-depth questions to further strengthen the results of the research data. From this study it was found that the role of the teacher as an educator in increasing the activity of students through Audio Visual learning media in PKn subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan was carried out by providing a fair attitude for students in using audio visual media and having a strong mentality in dealing with participants. students who are taught, have extensive knowledge in educating students properly, and always provide good examples or examples to students in using learning media in the classroom; The role of the teacher as a facilitator in increasing the activity of students through learning media in Civics subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Penyabung, namely by providing audio-visual media that can attract the attention of students so that students' interest in learning becomes higher, and the role of the teacher as a motivator in increasing the activeness of students through learning media in Civics subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan, namely the teacher always provides direction and encouragement so that students' interest in learning in using audio-visual media becomes more effective.

Pendekatan Pembelajaran PKN MIS Fajar Shiddiq


 Citizenship Education (PKn) in elementary schools has an important meaning for students in the formation of private citizens who understand and are able to exercise their rights and obligations to become intelligent, skilled and characterized Indonesian citizens mandated in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Learning is a process that is carried out by providing education and training to students to achieve learning outcomes. By using several approaches such as (1). Student-oriented or student-centered learning approach (student centered approach) and (2). Teacher-oriented or teacher-centered learning approach (teacher centered approach). Based on the explanation above, the title "PKN MIS Fajar Shiddiq Learning Approach" can be raised. Based on the title, background and formulation of the problem to be studied, the authors use descriptive qualitative research methods. From the results of observations and research interviews, problems were found regarding the learning approach at MIS Fajar Shiddiq regarding the PKN learning approach used by teachers at the school.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN REACT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS 6 SD NEGERI 10 SUNGAI SAPIH KURANJI

The research is based on the problem that the researcher found in grade 6 of SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Padang where student learning outcomes are very low in PKN subjects in the material of socio-cultural and economic diversity due to various factors. The researcher decided to implement the REACT learning model in order to improve the learning outcomes of students in the 6th grade.This study is a quasi-experimental study with class 6B as the experimental class and class 6C as the control class. The procedure is preparation, research and assessment. The technique of collecting data in this research is a test in the form of objective questions, as well as documentation with the instrument, namely test items. The tests used are normality, homogeneity and independent.Based on the analysis, it was found that there were differences in learning outcomes between classes taught with the REACT and conventional models in PKN subjects on socio-cultural and economic diversity. with the difference in the final score, namely in the experimental class the average value is 82, the highest score is 100 and the lowest is 50, while the control class has an average value of 7, the highest score is 90 and the lowest is 55. So it can be seen if there is a significant difference which can also be seen from the test results. the hypothesis obtained 0.05 (Sig. 0.000 0.05) means that Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who study with the REACT learning model and students who study conventionally on PKN subjects in the socio-cultural and economic diversity of SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kuranji.

The use of qr-code media in PKN subjects to foster the democratic character of 21st century students

Character is a crucial thing that every human being must have. Along with the development of the times, students who today are commonly referred to as the millennial generation, must also have a strong character, so that they are not uprooted from the noble cultural roots of the Indonesian nation. 21st century education is no longer a discourse or idea, but must be able to be realized through a learning QR code is a two-dimensional image that presents a data, especially data in the form of text. The purpose of this study is to find out how to use QR-Codes in the field of education by utilizing QR-Codes as a learning medium, especially in Civics subjects with the hope that students can grow democratic character in various lives. The method used in this study used the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method, data collection was carried out using documentation and reviewing all articles related to qr-code and civics subjects of democratic character. The result of this study is that the use of Qr-Code media can help the process of delivering messages or learning to students, so that they can achieve the expected learning outcomes, especially in PPKn learning in fostering democratic character, in 21st century students.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual Flash Player terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran PKn di Sekolah Dasar

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes using audio-visual media flash player in 4th grade PKN elementary school learning, because at this time students' interest in learning about PKN and the Pancasila values ​​contained therein greatly decreased. It is hoped that foreign cultures that enter the era of globalization will not make the next generation of the nation forget their own culture, so that PKN SD learning is very important to be applied from an early age. This study uses experimental quantitative methods, researchers use experimental quantitative methods because the data obtained is more accurate, and in order to find out whether the audio visual flash player learning media can improve student learning outcomes and increase student learning motivation or not. In addition, this research is also expected so that students can understand and apply the values ​​contained in PKN SD subjects through audio-visual flash player learning media, if students are able to understand and apply the material that has been delivered. Then the goals of education will be achieved properly, and teacher educators are able to create the next generation of the nation who has Pancasila values, loves the homeland, has a sense of unity and integrity, has religious values ​​and norms contained in PKN subjects, so that HR (Human Resources and Human Resources) ) that exist in this nation are increasingly qualified and able to compete with other countries.

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PENGGUNAAN METODE DEMONTRASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKN DI KELAS IV SD NEGERI 101770 TEMBUNG

This study aims to use a demonstration approach in improving student learning outcomes in PKN subjects in grade IV SD Negeri 101770 Tembung, with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in PKN lessons. The subjects in this study were grade IV SD Negeri 101770 Tembung. In the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year (February to April 2020). The subjects in this classroom action research were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 101770 Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan district, Deli Serdang Regency. For the 2019/2020 academic year, Medan has 28 students in cycle I, with details of 15 students (53.6 percent) getting a complete score and 13 students (46.4 percent) getting an incomplete score with an average score. 64.3. In this case the research was carried out in 2 (two) cycles, with research procedures including: conducting learning improvements, holding pretests (initial tests), providing motivation to students so that their scores meet completeness. The results showed that there was an increase in PKN learning outcomes through the use of the demonstration method.

MENINGKATKAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI BERBASIS BIMBEL KEPADA SISWA SD NEGERI NO. 102058 DOLOK MASIHUL

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) program is to learn about the process of making child-friendly school-based reflective module products that can improve numeracy literacy skills and self-confidence in elementary school students in Dolok Masihul District in grades IV, V, and VI. This activity is carried out by the Serdang Bedagai II team and is carried out every Monday to Wednesday. The PkM activity was held from February 2 – 26, 2022 at SDN 102058 Dolok Masihul. The target of this PkM program is students in grades IV, V and VI of SDN 102058 Dolok Masihul. The form of activities in the implementation of this service includes free tutoring activities for English, Mathematics, Indonesian and PkN subjects which are carried out at SDN 102058 Dolok Masihul. The impact of the implementation of this PkM activity is 1) Produce reflective modules based on child-friendly schools that are ideal for strengthening numeracy literacy abilities and self-confidence of Dolok Masihul District grade IV, V, and VI primary school pupils, 2) Knowing the impact of child-friendly school-based reflective modules on numeracy literacy abilities and self-confidence in Dolok Masihul District grade IV, V, and VI primary school pupils.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI BERBASIS WEB TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKN KELAS X DI SMK PGRI 1 PALEMBANG

Application of web-based information technology to student learning motivation on PKn subject at the class X students of SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. The formulation of the problem in this research is "how is the application of web-based information technology to student learning motivation on PKn subject at the class X students of SMK PGRI 1 Palembang". The purpose of this research is to find out the students learning motivation using a web-based learning model on PKn subject at the class X students of SMK PGRI 1 Palembang. The method used in this study is the experimental method, the variables used in this study are the web-based as independent and students learning motivation as the dependent variables. The population in this study is all class X totaling 198 students, while the sample consists of class X AKL 1 (33 students) and class X AKL 2 (33 students), thus the total number of samples was 66 students. The data collection technique used is through the normality and homogeneity test steps of the data and the data is analyzed using statistical analysis (the t test).The results of the research proves that the use of web-based learning media is able to increase students learning motivation. It can be seen from the results of observation of motivation before being given the application of web-based learning media. It appears that the motivation aspect has an interest of 5.97% attention of 5.49% concentration with 5.27% persistence of 5.39%. And after being treated with web-based learning media it appears that the aspects of student learning motivation have an interest with a success percentage of 8.88% attention with a success percentage of 8.64% concentration with a success percentage of 7.10% persistence with a success percentage of 9.86%. From the data above, it can be obtained an average of 8.12 or an increase of 12.36%. This proves that there is a significant effect between web-based learning models on student learning motivation. It means that the web-based learning model influences in incresing the student learning motivation

Using Audio Visual Screencast-O-Matic Media to Improve Learning Outcomes for PKN Class IV Pkn Students at SDN 05 Botumoito, Boalemo Regency

This study shows that the learning outcomes of students in the PKN subject are still in the low category. This is indicated by the low learning activity of students at the time of initial observation, with a percentage level of 33.33% of the 24 students. Therefore the researcher took action using the audio-visual screencast-O-matic learning media of diversity material. From the results of research conducted on student learning outcomes, there was an increase of 41.66% in the first cycle of the first meeting, 50% of the first cycle of the second meeting and 62.5% of the first cycle of the third meeting. Whereas in the second cycle of the first meeting the increase in learning outcomes reached 70.83% and in the second cycle the second meeting had increased up to 87.5%. Based on research conducted in cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that by using audio-visual screencast-O-matic media, diversity material can improve student learning outcomes in PKN learning in class IV SDN 5 Botumoito, Boalemo Regency, this is in terms of increasing learning outcomes. students from 33.33% rose to 87.5%.

DEVELOPMENT OF MEDIA PONARI FOR CIVIC EDUCATION

This study to develop learning media, find out the feasibility of the media, and find out the differences in learning outcomes before and after using multimedia-based learning media using Macromedia Flash 8 on the material Harmonization of Human Rights and Obligations in the Pancasila Perspective PKn subjects in class XI 1 Kademangan Public High School .
 Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on expert validation tests and small-scale trials was then applied to the sample class. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and tests. Thus can help the effective learning process to improve student learning outcomes, by looking at the results of the average and completeness of student learning.
