HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUM BULOG DIVISI REGIONAL DI YOGYAKARTA

The relationship between Culture Organization with Employees Achievement at Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta. This research purposed of knowing culture organization, employees achievement at Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta and to knowing about relationship both of them. The basic method used was descriptive method and the research method was survey method. The method to take the respondents was non probability sampling method. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data. The source of thye data were gained from Division Regional of Perum Bulog in Yogyakarta of Human Resource division, library study and internet. The data were colected through interview and questioner. The finding showed that the culture organization is very high, employees achievement is very good and both of them have a positf relationship. SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DALAM PENENTUAN MUTU BERAS MISKIN MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY MADM MODEL YAGER

Rice distribution for economically disadvantaged group of people is one of the main operational activities of Bulog Company to advance Indonesian society welfare. Decision making for rice quality for the addressee often became a complicated problem. Overcoming those problems takes an effective step in order to take a decision. One way to do so is to perform the classification process and search for the best result using the existing data. The use of software can be an optimal solution of the problem by using the method of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) Yager. This application will ease Perum Bulog to determine the best rice quality to be distributed to the economically disadvantaged group of people. After fuzzification of data to work with FMADM Yager perform pairwise comparisons are based on the value of an attribute of interest, determined the value of the weight (W), reappointment, and ranking the final results. Based on the results, then the KP. Adi Rizka an optimal alternative to the value of 0.8131 which it included in the category of suitable is 0.8. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Influence of Internal Control Systems and Accounting Information Systems on Good Corporate Governance

This study aims to determine how the influence of internal control systems and accounting information systems on good corporate governance at Perum Bulog (Logistics Business Entity) in Bandung City. The factors tested in this study are the internal control system and the accounting information system as independent variables. Meanwhile, good corporate governance is the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is the verification method. The study population was employees of Perum Bulog (Logistics Business Entity Public Company) in Bandung, totaling 4,151 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling method using the Slovin formula, so that there were 97 employees of Perum Bulog in Bandung City. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 23.00. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that the internal control system and accounting information system have an effect on good corporate governance at Bulog Corporation in Bandung City. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of the internal control system and accounting information system in contributing to good corporate governance is 77.2%.
 

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PEMASARAN BERAS PERUSAHAAN UMUM (PERUM) BULOG DI KOTA JAMBI

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external environment of Bulog rice marketing in Jambi City, to describe the marketing strategy of Bulog rice at the company level, and also to describe the 4 major strategies in Bulog rice marketing in Jambi City. This research was conducted at Perum Bulog, Jambi City in August 2019. The research used a quality and quantitative data. The type of data based on the measuring scale was is ordinal data and the data type based on time was it cross section data. The data collected in this study came from primary and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively both quantitatively and qualitatively. The processing and analysis methods used were strategic management and marketing approaches by considering the changes of internal and external factors. Based on the IE(Internal External) matrix the results of the study show that the position of the marketing strategy at the company level was in cell III position because the total average IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) was 1.6974 and the total average EFE (External Factor Evaluation) was 3.045, this indicates that Bulog must survive and maintain.

Pengaruh Recruitment dan Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Perum Bulog Subdivre Lampung Tengah)

Employee work performance is the result achieved by a person both in quality and quantity according to the responsibility given to him. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the recruitment and employee development simultaneously affect the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment and employee development simultaneously on the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung. This research method is quantitative. Teknik used in this research data collection used observation, wawancara and questionnaires. Later in the data analysis used quantitative methods, namely kemudian analyzed data collected. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis and processed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SPSS, the conclusions of the recruitment and development of employees have significant together with the performance of employees at Perum Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung.

Correlation of Organizational Culture with Company Innovation

This research discussed the correlation of organizational culture with company innovation in Perum Bulog Sulselbar Regional Divisions. This type of research is a descriptive research using a quantitative study design. Data collected techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, researchers tried to ascertain whether organizational culture has a relationship with company innovation. This research using a survey method. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using a statistical formula, with Spearman Rank Correlation which is calculated using SPSS. Based on data processing for the organizational culture variable, it was obtained a value of 82 percent, so it concluded that the organizational culture, was in the very good category. For the company's innovation variable obtained a value of 86 percent, so it concluded that the innovation is in the very good category. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between organizational culture with company innovation, with a high correlation coefficient score up to = 0,705, So it can be concluded that organizational culture is correlated with a high level of correlation with company innovation at the general company Bulog, the Regional Division of South Sulawesi in Makassar.

Internal Control System for Cash Disbursements at Makassar Subdivision

This study aims to determine the Internal Control System for Cash Expenditures at Perum Bulog Subdivre Makassar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the writer describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The writing of this final project is the result of research conducted from June to July 2020.After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that the Internal Control System for Cash Expenditures at Perum Bulog Subdivre Makassar has generally been implemented well. The organizational structure, system of authority and recording procedures, segregation of duties have been carried out properly, and employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities are correct.

The Correlation between Body Mass Index and Lifting Frequency with Low Back Pain Complaints on Rice Transport Workers in Warehouse of Perum BULOG Subdivre Pematangsiantar

Introduction: Rice transport workers are at risk for Low Back Pain (LBP) complaints because their workis lifting heavy loads repeatedly and affected by individual characteristics. This research aimed to analyzethe strength of the correlation between body mass index and lifting frequency with LBP complaints on ricetransport workers in Perum BULOG Pematangsiantar Subdivre.Methods: This type of research was an observational research with a cross sectional design. The samplingtechnique used total populated sampling with 30 respondents. The variables researched included body massindex, lifting frequency, and LBP complaints.Data were collected by observation, filling out research questionnaires, and Nordic Body Map (NBM). Thedata analysis used was the Spearman correlation.Results: The strength of the correlation between body mass index with low back pain complaints had a valueof r = 0.203, the strength of the correlation between the lifting frequency with low back pain complaints hada value of r = 0.415.Conclusion: Body mass index with LBP complaints had a weak and positive correlation. The liftingfrequency with LBP complaints had a moderate and positive corelation.

Analisis Penerapan Tax Planning Atas Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 Pada Perum Bulog Sub Divre Pekalongan

Abstract. Tax Planning is one of function from Tax Management that is used for estimating the amount of paid taxes and other things to avoid taxes. Meanwhile, income tax 21’s article is income taxes such as salary, wages, honorarium, allowances, and other payments in name of anything related to work or position, services, and personal activity. This research was for knowing the practice of tax planning on income tax 21’s article at Perum BULOG Sub-Divre Pekalongan. The technique used in collecting data are observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The method used in analysing data was Descriptive Quantitative and Qualitative Method. Result of this research shows that Gross Up Method was the most proper method for calculating Income Tax 21’s article, because based on subvention of income taxes clause for employee include of reduced cost so that company profits become smaller and so owed taxes either.

OPTIMASI BIAYA DISTRIBUSI BERAS MISKIN (RASKIN) MENGGUNAKAN MASALAH TRANSPORTASI TAK SEIMBANG

Rice is the staple food for the majority of Indonesian population. As the population increases, the need for rice also increases. Rice distribution is very important in terms of budget and time efficiency. The purpose of this research was to minimize the distribution costs of poor rice (RASKIN) by using the ASM (Abdul, Shaleh, Maliki) modification method, so that the distribution costs obtained were optimal. This research was conducted at Perum BULOG Ambon Sub Divre Maluku. Based on the research results, it shows that by using the ASM modification method the distribution costs incurred by Perum BULOG Ambon Sub Divre Maluku is Rp. 1,091,121,022.

Analisis Sistem Akuntansi Gaji dan Upah Perum BULOG Cabang Surabaya Selatan

Salary and wages are importan elements that must be considered by the company because it deals with employees. Companies can use salary and wage systems to assist in calculating, recording, and distributing salaries and wages to employees. Object of this research is Perum BULOG Cabang Surabaya Selatan. The aim of this research is to analyze the salary and wage system at the Perum BULOG Cabang Surabaya Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach. Data analysis technique used are collecting and reducing data regarding, then drawing conclusions. The result of the study, the salary and wage system flow chart that are used by the Perum BULOG Cabang Surabaya Selatan includes the system in the human resources section and the payroll system in the financial office headquarters. The system already quite effective, but the salary and wage system used by Perum BULOG Cabang Surabaya Selatan has no the time attendance function is present or the attendance function.

Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar Berbasis Mobile di Perum Bulog Subdivre Dumai

Letters are a means of communication used to convey written information by one party to other parties both related to business and non-business activities. Handling and managing letters, both incoming and outgoing letters at the Perum Bulog Subdrivre Dumai are still done manually. Where incoming and outgoing letters are recorded in the agenda book. Therefore, a mobile-based incoming and outgoing mail management application was designed at the Perum Bulog Subdivre Dumai using a laravel framework with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP 7.1.3) programming language and JavaScript. For mobile devices built using the Native React Framework. The application can facilitate the information of incoming mail to the leadership, facilitate the allocation of follow-up and disposition of incoming mail in the relevant fields, facilitate approval of outgoing letters to the leadership and accelerate the search for data.

Analisis Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pengendalian Intern (Studi Pada Perum BULOG Sub Divre Kediri)

This research aims to acknowladge how the application of accounting information system sales and the implementation of accounting information system sales in effort to improve internal control effektiveness at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Kediri. The research is a case study. The analyzed method were using the methods of analysis deskriptif. The result of this reasearch ishow that the application of accounting information system sales and the implementation of accounting information system sales in effort to improve internal control effektiveness at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Kediri most have been applicated and implemented in accordance with the theory formulate, then it can be concluded that the application of accounting information system sales and the implementation of accounting information system sales in effort to improve internal control effektiveness at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Kediri is running well.

Measurement of Logistic Performance of Imported Frozen Meat in Perum Bulog

Perum BULOG received a mission to import frozen meat by the government in accordance with Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48 of 2016. As a company engaged in food logistics, Perum BULOG is expected to be able to carry out imported frozen meat logistics activities to meet domestic needs. Logistics activities of imported frozen meat in Perum BULOG are divided into three stages, starting from the assignment mechanism, import mechanism, and sales mechanism. This causes the realization of frozen meat has not been achieved in accordance with the assignment. This study aims to measure the logistics performance of the imported frozen meat logistics activities carried out by the State Logistics Agency. The analytical method used the Logistic Scorecard Model, by identifying business strategies to obtain KPIs, and compiling logistical performance measurements. The results obtained by the logistics performance score of 2.691. This means that logistical performance for imported frozen meats run by Perum BULOG is at level 2, so Perum BULOG's logistics performance is poor. The improvement recommendation is by making a map of the frozen meat commodity business and making a direct shipping distribution strategy. ANALISIS PENYIMPANAN BERAS MELALUI PERUM BULOG SUB DIVRE PEKALONGAN TERHADAP KESTABILAN HARGA

Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre is responsible not only for storing rice but also having responsibility for price stability. This study aims to determine the flow distribution of Bulog rice, rice criteria and the role of Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre on price stability. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and using primary and secondary data.The results showed that the Plot of Perum BULOG Pekalongan Sub-Divre did not differ from the central regulation, which used 3 channels (SATGAS AD DN, UPGB and Partners). The types of rice managed by Bulog are Raskin (medium) and commercial (premium) rice with applicable criteria. Meanwhile, to maintain the stability of rice prices, the Pekalongan Public Logistics Agency (Perum Bulog) conducts market operations at 10 distribution points and provides Raskin to Poor Households (RTM).

Design of Procurement Process Monitoring Dashboard for Supporting Food Security Supply Chain Risk Management System in Indonesian Bureau of Logistics

Food Security is a conditon for the fulfillment of food for every people. Rice as one of the main commodities in Indonesia and it can affect a country’s economic stability. The government in Indonesia established Bureau of Logistics (Bulog) to maintain food security. Perum Bulog Subdivre Bandung is one of the regional sub-divisions under the auspices of Perum Bulog which manages the distribution of rice to the five regions of Bandung. Bulog has the duty to maintain the pillars of Food Security including Availability, Accessability and Stability. Rice Procurement process is an important process. To maintain the pillars, Bulog need risk identification in the rice commoditiees procurement prosess using SCOR, FMEA and AHP. there are 12 risk events and 16 risk agents which are divided based on the three pillars of food severity and for mitigation strategies are divided into 3 main causes with 3 alternatives from each main cause. So that in order to facilitate monitoring, a monitoring system dashboard was designed for the Perum Bulog Subdivre Bandung

ANALISIS TINGKAT UTILISASI GUDANG (STUDI KASUS DI GUDANG PERUM BULOG)

Warehouse provides a large share to support the performance of a company engaged in logistics. Perum Bulog is Indonesia state-own enterprise whose has a national network and warehouse units in almost all regions in Indonesia from Aceh to Papua. The purpose of this study was to analyze the warehouse utilization rates, the potential benefits of warehouse rentals, and the level of the difference of warehouse utilization in surplus and deficit areas. The results showed that from four regional division sampling found that the largest utilization is in the North Sumatra area at 68.81%. Other regional division utilizations are West Java (57.68%), South Sulawesi (30.46%), and West Kalimantan (43.83%). There is a difference level of utilization between the surplus warehouse area and the deficit area, which indicates a difference in the supply and demand patterns. The calculation between the surplus group and the deficit group done to determine the gap magnitude that occur within the two groups. The potential benefits from the warehouse rentals produce when the warehouse experiences a low utilization rate are 4.757 billion Rupiah.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR KUALITAS PEMERIKSAAN PADA PERUM BULOG DIVISI REGIONAL SUMATERA UTARA

This study aims to determine the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations in the Perum Bulog, this study is also to know and analyze the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations the Perum Bulog. This research uses associative research. The population used in this study were all employees of Internal Audit Perum Bulog. The sample taken in this study was 41 from census data on Perum Bulog. In this study data analysis models and techniques use a multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that the competency value showed a significance level of 0.001, Integrity showed a significance value of 0.009 and accountability of 0.003 where the three variables were smaller than 0.05 which partially had a significant effect on the Quality of Examination at the Perum Bulog. Other variable have no partial effect on the quality of the examination.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI STOK BERAS DI GUDANG BULOG TEGALGIRANG

Perum Bulog is needed as a buffer for rice reserves so that it can be used when the dry season arrives. The role of Bulog Public Corporation as a State-Owned Enterprise also carries the task of fulfilling the people's food rights, especially for Poor Households (RTM). From 2000 to 2007 the distribution of rice for the poor was an average of 1.6 million tons per year with the aim of approximately 7 to 10 million RTM with a 10 kg ceiling at 7 years RTM. (Sahdan, 2014). Designing an information system for rice stocks in the tegalgirang warehouse to record the income and expenditure of rice stocks in the warehouse, The purpose of this article is to apply computer science obtained from college and to gain experience in the real work environment Writing this article uses the method of developing Rapid Application Development (RAD) systems, in this method there are three phases in RAD that involve analysts and users in the stages of assessment, design, and implementation. PENGARUH KUALITAS DAN HARGA TERHADAP VOLUME PENJUALAN BERAS PREMIUM PERUM BULOG SUB DIVISI REGIONAL WILAYAH V KEDU

The purpose of this research are to determine the factors that affect the volume of premium rice sales of Perum Bulog Sub Division Regional Region V Kedu and to know the effect of rice quality and price on it. Method that been used in this research is case study. Data collection used observation and interview method. Data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data analyze uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that quality and price have simultaneous and partial effect on the sales volume of premium rice and both of them have same effect on sales volume of premium rice.Keywords: Premium rice, Bulog, quality and price, sales volume.
