Teacher Personality Competencies According to Ibnu Sahnun in the Book of Adab Al-Mu'allimin and According to Az-Zarnuji in the Book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim

A good teacher is a teacher who has a complete personality, is virtuous, mature, has faith, morals, is disciplined and is responsible. The teacher's personality influences the formation of a student's personality because it is seen as the starting point for someone to become a successful educator. Thus, efforts must continue to be made to increase teacher personality competence. The aim of this research is to determine teacher personality competencies, similarities and differences, and to find the relevance of teacher personality competencies according to Ibnu Sahnun in the book Adab Al-Mu'allimin and according to Az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim. This type of research is library research using a philosophical approach. The primary sources for this research were taken from the book Adab Al-Mu'allimin by Ibnu Sahnun and the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim by Az-Zarnuji. The validity tests of the data used in this research are testing the degree of trust, testing transferability, testing reliability, testing certainty. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are; 1) Teacher personality competencies in the book Adab Al-Mu'allimin by Ibnu Sahnun are acting fairly, avoiding discrimination towards students, compassion, not acting when emotional, sincere, responsible, moral and devout. Meanwhile, according to Az Zarnuji, teacher personality competencies in his book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim are sincere, authoritative, affectionate, wara', and tawadlu'. 2) The similarity in teacher personality competence between the two books lies in sincerity and compassion. Meanwhile, the difference in personality competence between the two books lies in moral development and being fair. 3) The relevance of the teacher's personality competency in the book Adab Al-Mu'allimin by Ibnu Sahnun and Az Zarnuji in their book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim with the teacher's personality competency according to the Law on Teachers and Lecturers, namely stable, stable and mature, authoritative, and noble character.

Improving the Quality of Educators as a Factor in Renewing the Education System in Indonesia

In this day and age, the quality of educators is one of the factors in the education system, because in determining the quality of educators, the things that must be taken into account are personality and social competence. Quality educators must have a good personality, be authoritative, and be able to be a role model for students in terms of attitudes, behavior and positive values taught. This research uses a library research method. Literature review is a research activity that uses written sources as reference material to obtain information and data related to the topic being discussed. Sources of data and information are obtained from various literature such as books, articles, magazines, printed and online websites that are relevant to the discussion. The existence of good quality education can provide a reformed education system that has good quality for education in Indonesia in particular.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of senior food service entrepreneur’s personal competency on management performance and management satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, a research hypothesis was presented and a research model was derived. For statistical analysis, the SPSS 25.00 statistical package was used and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The results are as follow:First, senior food service entrepreneur’s personal competency had a positive (+) effect on management performance. Second, senior food service entrepreneur’s personal competency had a positive (+) effect on management satisfaction. Third, senior food service entrepreneur’s management performance had a positive (+) effect on management satisfaction. This study is expected to help understanding personal competency of senior food service entrepreneur and prioritizing factors when improving management performance and management satisfaction.

Professional and Personality Competency in Prophetic Counseling: A Phenomenological Study of School Counselors

Balancing transcendental and worldly values through prophetic counseling is crucial for preventing mental disorders and addressing global socio-cultural challenges. Prophetic counseling focuses on spiritual and afterlife concerns, unlike traditional counseling which centers on worldly matters. The purpose of this study is to explore prophetic values and internalization experienced by counselors at school. This study is a qualitative research that used Descriptive Phenomenological Psychology. Data were obtained by interviewing 3 guidance and counseling teachers from Islamic schools. Data analysis was carried out by arranging the description and categorization based on the founding of the theme that intrigued and internalized the values of prophetic counseling at school. The result showed that prophetic in school counseling by the counselors was drawn into two aspects: professional competency, which is applied in approach, strategy, technique, or method of guidance and counseling, and personality competency, which tends to reflect their personality character. Internalization of prophetic values gradually occurred through the relationship of counselor-counselee in the guidance and counseling that have been turned into a method for adding new knowledge and improving counselor attitude and behavior.

APPLICATION OF PRACTICE-ORIENTED EDUCATION TECHNOLOGIES IN TRAINING STUDENTS IN ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE SPECIALTIES

Modern social, economic, technical transformations make adjustments in the organization and training of personnel in engineering and natural science specialties, in the basic elements of the structure and content of educational programs. Adjustment of educational programs taking into account modern trends allows providing graduates with competitive advantages in the labor market. At the same time, the problems related to the imbalance of theoretical and practical training, the gap between the skills and competencies formed in students and the needs of the industrial sector, non-adaptation of technologies and teaching methods to the specifics of academic disciplines and expected learning outcomes are still relevant in engineering and science education. Accordingly, the aim of the work was to analyze the peculiarities of application of practice-oriented learning technologies in engineering and science training. In this work the most important learning outcomes for students and employers were determined, the main deficiencies in the skills and competencies of graduates were identified, students' satisfaction with the quality of organization and conduct of practical classes and professional practices was assessed, practice-oriented educational technologies used in teaching professional disciplines were ranked by the degree of importance. Based on the obtained results, a significant correlation between the responses of students and employees of companies/enterprises has been established, the effectiveness of the application of practice-oriented educational technologies to increase students' motivation for learning and responsibility for learning outcomes has been shown, it has been established that employees of companies/enterprises attach greater importance to learning outcomes related to the development of students' personal, social and technical skills and competencies.

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of elementary school teachers in Makale District, Tana Toraja regarding the personality competence of school principals.The research method used is quantitative research with a phenomenological approach. This research was carried out at UPT SDN 3 Makale, UPT SDN 5 Makale, UPT SDN 6 Makale, and UPT SD Kristen Makale 2. The research population was all elementary school teachers in Makale District, totaling 209 teachers. Determination of samples using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique is carried out by processing all data that has been obtained in the field and then testing its validity so that reliable research results are obtained.The results of the research explain that teachers' perceptions of the personality competence of school principals in Tana Toraja, especially in Makale District, are very good. This is shown in the teacher's perception of the principal's personality competency where teacher recognition is at a percentage of 71% - 96% strongly agreeing with the statement given while agreeing at 8.8% - 47%. This means that the personality competency of the school principal is in accordance with the mandate of National Education Ministerial Decree No. 13 of 2017 concerning School/Madrasah Principal Standards.

Analysis of the Headmaster's Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Liqaul Amal, Lombok Timur, Indonesia

This research aims to describe the application of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Liqaul Amal teacher competency. Teacher competencies including pedagogical, personality, social and professional are analyzed through observations and interviews with teachers at the school. Observation results show that teachers at MI Liqaul Amal apply pedagogical competence by understanding the characteristics of students, mastering learning theories, and organizing educational learning. In addition, strong personality competence is reflected in a high work ethic and awareness of the teacher's professional code of ethics. Teachers also demonstrate social competence with an inclusive attitude and effective communication within the school and community. On the other hand, professional competence is seen in mastering subject matter and developing creativity in learning. The school principal's democratic leadership supports the implementation of this competency by prioritizing cooperation and mutual prosperity. This research provides a comprehensive picture of the implementation of teacher competency at MI Liqaul Amal and its contribution to the quality of education at the school.

Measuring the communication field of a successful organization

The article examines the practical aspects of measuring communication in modern organizations. The author reveals approaches to assessment, measurement and monitoring based on her professional experience in the area. The author reveals the new possibilities for generating reports on existing communications based on the Model of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality. The purpose of the study is to construct criteria and indicators, both external and internal, to measure the effectiveness of providing information about the organization activities. The study was conducted using methods of document analysis and expert surveys of employees of organizations preparing the organization for the competition and assessing experts, and provides possibilities for measuring the quantitative characteristics of building the organizational communicative field. It is expected that the organization conducting the measurements will subsequently take corrective actions and review the approach being implemented. The article provides links to current official documents, international standards adopted on the territory of the Russian Federation, recommending indicators for assessing the communication field of a modern organization, as well as requirements for the competence of persons performing the assessment. Besides, the paper considers the forms of constructing the organizational communicative and information fields in relation to its own personnel, various levels of management, consumers, partners, suppliers, clients, state and municipal authorities.

Competencies and strategies of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in developing student potential through LPTQ extracurricular

This study aims to analyze the process of fostering student potential through LPTQ extracurricular activities. The focus of the study in this research on three things, namely the process of fostering student potential through LPTQ extracurricular activities, the competence of the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher in fostering student potential through LPTQ extracurricular activities and management strategies. The research method used is qualitative based on case studies with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data collected was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings explain that there are several forms of student coaching processes through LPTQ extracurricular activities, namely the tahfidz Qur'an program, syarhil Qur'an, fahmil Qur'an, tilawatil Qur'an, and khat Al-Qur'an. The teacher competence in fostering this LPTQ extracurricular program is personality and pedagogical competence. For the management strategy, there are five strategies used, namely choosing the right time, learning methods, grouping students according to their talents, monitoring, and instilling Islamic values.

ЗМІНА ПАРАДИГМИ КОМПЕТЕНТНІСНОГО ПІДХОДУ У ФОРМУВАННІ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ЧЕРЕЗ ВПЛИВ ПОЛІКУЛЬТУРНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ПРОЄКТІВ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ПРОЄКТУ «ОДИН ПОЯС-ОДИН ШЛЯХ»)

The article examines the paradigm shift of the competence approach in the formation of future teachers under the influence of the multicultural environment of global projects, in particular on the example of the One Belt One Road project. Attention is drawn to the fact that in the modern world, where globalization and multiculturalism are becoming the norm, educational systems must adapt to new challenges and requirements. The authors explore how multicultural projects can promote the development of competencies in future teachers, including intercultural communication, adaptability, critical thinking, and collaboration. It is argued that global and regional projects unite different countries and cultures, creating unique opportunities for educational exchanges and cooperation. Project participants get the opportunity to work in different cultural contexts, which contributes to the development of their professional and personal competencies. The article analyzes specific cases of updating the content of education in connection with the country's participation in the One Belt One Road project, which illustrates how a multicultural environment affects teacher training. The article emphasizes the importance of rethinking traditional methods of teacher training and introducing new, innovative approaches that take into account global trends and challenges. It is substantiated that the paradigm shift of the competence approach in the formation of future teachers due to the influence of the multicultural environment of global projects is a necessary step to ensure high quality education in the modern world. The article offers the vision of the authors regarding possible new methods of teacher training, as well as an algorithm for introducing conspiracies into teacher training in connection with rethinking the content of the competency approach in modern conditions. This article examines the process of shaping professional attitudes of future medical specialist within the framework of an open cultural space and the medicalization of culture. Among these attitudes are communicative competence, a tolerant attitude towards patients from diverse cultures, their attitudes towards medicine and health, and their manner of communication with healthcare professionals. The authors emphasize that a medical university serves as a model of an open cultural space, which facilitates the development of necessary attitudes and skills for professional activity. It is demonstrated that within the educational context of a medical university, skills in physician-patient communication must be cultivated. The special role of the university in the development of students’ communicative competence and formation of communicative personality of future medical worker is emphasized. Through intentional curriculum design and experiential learning opportunities, students are empowered to become competent and compassionate medical professionals capable of providing high-quality care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Developing a competent personality involves conceptualising the content of language education. In implementing the New Ukrainian School reform, many problematic issues arise regarding the practical reorientation to new standards. Special attention needs to be paid to the organisation of the educational activities of male and female students, in which their integrated ability to apply acquired knowledge in life situations is formed. The research of linguists is focused on developing interconnected ways of combining the subject and key competencies of learners, which contribute to their successful socialisation in society. Considering educational requirements makes it necessary to highlight the methodological potential of forming mathematical competence as a component of linguistic personality. The following methods were used to solve the outlined tasks: analysis and synthesis of scientific research, induction and deduction to determine the categorical concept and substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem. The article analyses modern approaches and principles of language learning, particularly Ukrainian syntax. The concept of "mathematical competence of secondary school students in learning the syntax of the Ukrainian language" has been interpreted. The system of didactic tools for forming students' mathematical competence has been organised. The results of the conducted research are the basis of the professional activities of the lexicographer in the lessons in the preparation of harmoniously developed students of general secondary education institutions.

Teachers Are Not Oppressors

Teachers must create a safe, comfortable and positive environment during learning so that students experience a pleasant process so that they focus on learning. Students should not be stressed when taking lessons because it will make students not want to be creative. Teachers are often seen as authoritarian figures who can intimidate students, as oppressors who only want to impose their will without considering students' needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study sourced from various journal articles, books and other references to facilitate understanding of the objects discussed. The focus of this research is whether teachers are bullies or teachers who are not bullies. Teachers have good character or good personality competence, respect other people, have a passion for teaching, nurturing, encouraging and motivating, and create a safe and positive learning environment to produce students who are useful to many people. Teachers are not oppressors. Teachers are not people who force or pressure students, but rather educators who are wise, encouraging, and a source of comfort and support for students' positive development. Interactions between teachers and students should be based on respect, understanding and good communication. So the profession shown by a teacher is that teachers are not oppressors.

Project manager’s personality: traits and competencies

Expanding the project management application scope in different sectors of economy and social life spheres stimulates the search and use of project success new factors. Researchers and practitioners note that the personality of a project manager’s personality is a significant factor affecting the project management effectiveness. At the same time, the scientific literature has not developed a coherent picture explaining the elements and role of a project manager’s personality. In search of an answer to this question, the study, built as a scientific literature systematic analysis, reveals that a project manager’s personality manifests itself as a set of personal competencies. Among the most significant personality competencies, experts include result-orientedness, optimism, honesty, adaptability, creativity, and intuition. Project manager’s personal competencies act as the core of the project management competency model and significantly affect professional technical competencies, primarily leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. The novelty of the results obtained lies in the streamlining and deepening of theoretical ideas about a project manager’s personality and its role in the project management competencies formation. The study results are recommended to be used in training programs development for project managers and personnel selection.

Unveiling the paradoxes of implementing post graduate competency based medical education programs

Purpose Competency-based medical education (CBME) has gained prominence as an innovative model for post-graduate medical education, yet its implementation poses significant challenges, especially with regard to its sustainability. Drawing on paradox theory, we suggest that revealing the paradoxes underlying these challenges may contribute to our understanding of post graduate competency-based medical education (PGCBME) implementation processes and serve as a first-step in enhancing better implementation. Thus, the purpose of the current study is to identify the paradoxes associated with PGCBME implementation. Method A qualitative study was conducted, as part of a larger action research, using in-depth semi-structured interviews with fellows and educators in eight Neonatal wards. Results Analysis revealed that the PGCBME program examined in this study involves three different levels of standardization, each serving as one side of paradoxical tensions; (1) a paradox between the need for standardized assessment tools and for free-flow flexible assessment tools, (2) a paradox between the need for a standardized implementation process across all wards and the need for unique implementation protocols in each ward; and 3) a paradox between the need for a standardized meaning of competency proficiency and the need for flexible and personal competency achievement indicators. Conclusions Implementing PGCBME programs involves many challenges, some of which are paradoxical, i.e. two contradictory challenges in which solving one challenge exacerbates another. Revealing these paradoxes is important in navigating them successfully.

Профессионально-личностная компетентность курсанта в системе обеспечения качества обучения военного вуза

The purpose of the study is to describe the structure and content of the developed model for the formation of professional and personal competence of a military university cadet. The article presents the author's approach to solving the problem of ensuring the quality of cadets' education based on the implementation of a managerial function within the framework of the nodal mechanism of the situational center (software and hardware complex) of the pedagogical system of a military university, which allows diagnosing, predicting (modeling) and correcting the pedagogical result of the system (professional and personal competence of the cadet). The scientific novelty of the study consists in substantiating the expediency of using the model of the functional system of P. K. Anokhin's behavioral act to form the professional and personal competence of a cadet as a pedagogical result of the action of the quality assurance system of a military university. As a result of the research, an approach to diagnosis, forecasting (modeling) and correction of professional and personal competence of a cadet of a military university has been developed and a structural and meaningful model of its formation has been developed.

Examining the Impact of Compensation and Competency on Elementary School Teacher Performance

Teacher competence in schools is still not optimal because the average teacher competence is below 50%, especially in pedagogical, personal, and social competence. The compensation given to teachers who teach is still not optimal; the average amount offered does not meet the principles of justice. The average basic salary is 42.4%, and allowances are 57.6%, which consists of primary, functional, teaching, and transport allowances. This research analyzes the relationship between competence, compensation, and teacher performance in elementary schools. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental correlational design. There were 40 respondents (non-permanent teachers) in the research using a non-probability sampling method. The data collection technique uses a survey method with closed questionnaire tools. Data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the regression coefficient analysis of the competency variable (0.018) and compensation variable (0.025) significantly affects performance. Research results: The better the teacher's competence, the more the teacher's performance will increase. The implication is that the competency of elementary school teachers needs to continue to be improved in various ways, one of which is through continuous teacher professional development programs, both independently and with managerial encouragement from school principals.

The Required Personal Traits and Professional Competencies for Primary School Teachers

Objectives: The study aimed to identify the importance of personal traits and professional competencies necessary for primary school teachers from the point of view of supervisors and experts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Methods: I followed the descriptive survey approach by giving a questionnaire to a sample of (91) experts in the fields of curricula, teaching methods and childhood education, and the number of educational supervisors reached (298) educational supervisors. Results & Conclusions: The study came out of: The most prominent personal characteristics necessary for primary school teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors in the following order: (extroversion, neuroticism, alertness, openness to experience, acceptance). The most prominent personality traits necessary for primary school teachers from the point of view of experts (faculty members) were in the following order: (extroversion, vigilance of conscience, neuroticism, openness to experience, and acceptability). The most important dimensions of the professional competencies necessary for primary school teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors are in the following order: (classroom environment, evaluation, ethics and values of the learning profession, communication and social interaction, knowledge, planning, implementation, professional development). The most important dimensions of the professional competencies necessary for primary school teachers from the point of view of experts were as follows: (knowledge, planning, communication and social interaction, evaluation, implementation, classroom environment, ethics, and values of learning the profession, professional development.
