Scientific and methodological work in school is reaching a new level in modern conditions of digital transformation of education. Teaching is one of the few professions that require constant development, selfimprovement and compliance with modern requirements. The effectiveness of a modern educational organization primarily depends on the professional and personal characteristics of specialists. Professional growth of a teacher is one of the highest priority areas of scientific and methodological work of the Secondary School “Education Center ‘Samson’ ”. The article describes the experience of organizing scientific and methodological work in the Samson Center to support the professional and personal development of teaching staff. The features of organizing such work in a digital educational environment are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the coherence of interaction between the management team of a general education organization in implementing support for the professional and personal development of teachers.
