Interpersonal conflict is a conflict between individuals driven by personal dislike or disagreement. Conflict between individuals arises when someone has negative perceptions of other people. When a person experiences a negative emotional reaction, he will act irrationally towards the surrounding environment. Disputes that occur usually consist of opposing opinions. This research aims to determine the process of individual counseling services in handling interpersonal conflicts at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. This research uses qualitative research with the type of field research and qualitative descriptive research. There were 8 participants involved in this research. There are two data sources in this research, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from 1 guidance counselor, 5 students who experienced interpersonal conflicts and used supporting informants, 1 homeroom teacher and 1 classmate, for secondary data sources obtained from field notes and school data and documentation studies. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis begins with reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that in implementing services Individual counseling at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung has not resolved interpersonal conflicts, namely individual counseling services at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung are not implemented in accordance with existing theory. Several stages of the implementation of individual counseling services are not in accordance with the existing theory because the counselors do not come from guidance and counseling experts.
