Culture is a concept that encompasses the patterns of behaviour, beliefs, values, traditions and more that people pass on from generation to generation. It encompasses everything that makes a human group unique, including language, art, music, religion, technology, as well as daily ways of life. Culture reflects the way individuals interact and build relationships with other people. As a type of culture, traditional arts are an integral part of society. So, various types of arts that exist in the community need to be protected, developed and fostered. Such as the traditional art of Kuda Lumping Sapu Jagad in Blubuk Village, Dukuhwaru Subdistrict, Tegal Regency. The problem is that changes in lifestyle, technology and cultural values have shifted the interest of the younger generation away from traditional arts such as Kuda Lumping. The younger generation tends to be more interested in modern entertainment such as films, music, and social media. This makes traditional arts less desirable. Young people have an important role in preserving cultural heritage. Following the development of technology, it is very necessary to introduce this art through social media which is easily accessible and is currently loved. Effective promotion through social media is expected to increase awareness and appreciation of traditional arts. So that this valuable cultural heritage is preserved, recognised by future generations and even used as a unique identity of the region.
