EDUKASI TENTANG PROSEDUR PERMINTAAN RUJUKAN BPJS DI PUSKESMAS TALUN KENAS

Talun Kenas Health Center is one of the Technical Implementation Units of the Deli Serdang District Health Office. In the current BPJS era, the Talun Kenas Health Center provides first-level health services related to the National Health Insurance, where referrals for BPJS patient services are still said to be high from 2017. This is caused by officers who do not understand the referral policy for outpatient health centers properly, the availability of medicines is limited and the supporting facilities for medical equipment are minimal. Education is carried out with the aim that officers who are responsible for and involved with BPJS referral procedures can carry out their duties better due to increased knowledge and understanding of the BPJS referral system. The number of participants in the educational activity was 18 health workers at the Talun Kenas Health Center. After the implementation of the activity, there was a significant increase in knowledge related to the referral system and referral for BPJS patients.

Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Peserta Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Terhadap Pelayanan Tindakan Kemoterapi Di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar Juni Tahun 2019

Background: Patient satisfaction is the first indicator of a hospital standard and a measure of servicequality. Understanding the needs and desires of the patient is important that affects patient satisfaction, tohelp improve the quality of health services, requiring the establishment of Social Security administeringAgency (BPJS) which is required to provide Satisfaction in patients. The services provided by the hospitalmust be qualified and meet the five dimensions of the main quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and Emphaty.Research aims: To determine the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients on the service of chemotherapy inIbn Sina Makassar Hospital in June year 2019.Research methods: This research is a descriptive draft study using a cross sectional approach. The samplesin this study were 54 people who meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The data collectiontechniques used are questionnaire.Results of the study: according to the research results of BPJS patient satisfaction level of chemotherapy inthe hospital Ibn Sina Makassar, using the dimensions obtained in the dimension tangible 50% satisfied and50% very satisfied, on the reliability dimension 37 % were satisfied and 63% were very satisfied, on thedimension responsiveness 51.9% satisfied and 48.1% very satisfied, on the dimension of assurance 29.6%feel satisfied and 70.4% very satisfied, and on the dimension of Emphaty 38.9% feel satisfied and 61.1%feel very satisfied.Conclusion: The quality of service quality of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphatyaffects the level of patient satisfaction of the participants of the Social security health provider to theMinistry of Action chemotherapy at the hospital Ibn Sina Makassar.

Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien BPJS dan Pasien Umum

This study aims to determine the difference in satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The results of the BPJS patient satisfaction study were 20 respondents (50%) were satisfied. General patient target as many as 21 respondents (52.5%) was satisfied. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients based on tangible dimensions <0.05 (p=0.025), reliability dimension (p=0.001), responsiveness dimension (p=0.001), assurance dimension (p=0.001) and empathy dimension (p=0.001). In conclusion, there are differences in the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City.

Penerapan Clinical Pathways sebagai Instrumen Pengendalian Biaya Pelayanan : Studi Penelitian Tindakan Penderita BPJS yang Menjalani Operasi Caesar dengan Sistem Pembayaran INA-CBG

This study aims to determine the effect of using clinical pathways to control total actual hospital costs for BPJS patients who undergo a cesarean section. The method used in this research is action research. The results showed that the average actual hospital costs were significantly higher after the application of CP with p = 0.019. The average length of stay, service costs, and hospital costs were significantly lower in the entire CP form group with p = 0.012, p = 0.013, and p = 0.012. In conclusion, this study shows that the application of clinical pathways can reduce the length of hospitalization and actual hospital costs for cesarean section patients and indicates that clinical pathways can make services more efficient.

PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PERSYARATAN ADMISI PASIEN BPJS TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN DI RSUD KABUPATEN SUMEDANGPENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PERSYARATAN ADMISI PASIEN BPJS TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN DI RSUD KABUPATEN SUMEDANG

This study aimed to determine the effect of completeness of admission requirement for BPJS (Social Insurance Administration Organization) for inpatients on to effectiveness of admission services in Sumedang General Hospital. Data collection method is by distributing questionnaires and interview which is equipped with literature review that have close relevance to the subject matter. The result showed Spearman rank correlation coefficient value 0.97 is in the interval from 0.8 to 1.000 which is categorized as very strong and it is known that the completeness of admission requirements for BPJS patients hospitalized affects the effectiveness of admission services by 94, 09%. As for the obstacles in completing BPJS patient admission requirements are, (1) NIK (Population Registration Number) BPJS is not in accordance with the NIK contained in the KTP / Family Card, (2) Patients with delinquent payments / late from the 10th to pay BPJS health insurance and (3) No BPJS center facilities in Sumedang General Hospital. The advice given are that the (1) Family / patient should not ignore the NIK contained on the BPJS card when they making the BPJS health insurance, (2) Family / patient must consider about the payment of BPJS insurance payment ant make it as priority, the payment not later than 10th in every month and (3) Sumedang General Hospital should have special facilities or rooms for BPJS centers, so that everything that is problematic with the health BPJS card will be quickly handled

HUBUNGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGETAHUAN PESERTA BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) DENGAN ALUR PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN

Abstract The flow of service procedures is the Rules or systems there are made to serve or meet the needs of others to get care about health without the need for lodging. Health services had a plot and procedures that must be known and obeyed by BPJS patients. The completeness of administrative requirements will affect the rapid or delayed process of health services. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of Factors Affecting the Knowledge of Participants Social Security Agency (BPJS with the Procedure of patient services In Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam 2017. This research is an analytic research. This type of research used an observational design with Cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all outpatients using BPJS health at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam Hospital were the outpatient BPJS hospital patients at Grandmed Hospital lubuk pakam. The Sample in this research was partial of BPJS patient of outpatient of 30 people. Sampling in this research was done by using technique of non probability sampling, that was Quota sampling. There are no age correlation with service procedure flow with value (p) = 0,696> 0,05. There are an information relation with service procedure flow with value (p) = 0,018 <0,05. There are an educational relationship with the service procedure flow with the value (p) = 0.005 <0.05. There are no work relationship with the service procedure flow with the value (p) = 0.385> 0.05. It are expected that the health BPJS participants should be more active in finding information about the service procedure flow applied by the hospital Grandmed hospital so that the BPJS health participants who will conduct outpatient treatment to made the registration process faster.

Affecting Factors BPJS Users on the Tiered Referral System in the Pokenjior Community Health Center, Padang Sidempuan City

This study aims to determine the factors that influence BPJS users of the Tiered Referral System in the Work Area of Pokenjior Health Center, Padangsidimpuan City. This research is an analytical research type with explanatory research type. The populations in this study were all BPJS users or patients undergoing health services at the Pokenjior Public Health Center in Padang Sidempuan City with a sample of 98 patients participating in the Health BPJS. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Pearson Correlation test and multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of BPJS user knowledge (p = 0.007), officer attitudes (p = 0.003), availability of infrastructure and human resources (p = 0.002), and referral information (p = 0.003) to the tiered referral system at Pokenjior Public Health Center. The results of multivariate analysis and modeling show that BPJS user knowledge, availability of infrastructure, and human resources and referral information are the dominant factors influencing the tiered referral system. Thus it was concluded that the knowledge factor of BPJS users, the availability of infrastructure and human resources as well as the referral information had a significant effect on the tiered referral system in Pokenjior Public Health Center, and the availability of infrastructure and human resources was the biggest or most dominant factor affecting the tiered referral system in the work area Pokenjior Public Health Center in Padangsidimpuan City

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG DOMINAN MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM BINA KASIH MEDAN

This study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients. The study population was 1732 BPJS patients who were hospitalized in June-July 2019. The research sample consisted of 70 patients. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the most dominant factors affecting the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan were performance factors, additional features, endurance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, infrastructure, situation description, social environment, controlling emotions. , price levels, payment terms, service fees. Of the fourteen indicators, it can be seen that the service cost factor must be considered by the hospital because this factor is the complaint of patients at the Bina Kasih General Hospital in Medan.

GAMBARAN PERESEPAN ANTIBIOTIK GOLONGAN FLUOROKUINOLON PADA PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SINA GRESIK OVERVIEW OF THE FLUOROKUINOLONE CLASS ANTIBIOTIK PREPARATION ON THE PATIENTS AT RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SINA GRESIK

One of the indicators used in assessing the success of drug use is prescription. Fluoroquinolone antibiotiks are one of the most frequently prescribed drugs. if the use is too high it will cause antibiotik resistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the overview of fluoroquinolone antibiotik prescription in outpatients at Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Gresik with a descriptive observational study design that carried out retrospective secondary data collection. This study used a population of all outpatient prescriptions who received fluoroquinolone class antibiotik therapy on February 1, 2020 - February 29, 2020 at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Gresik with a sample size of 311 sheets of prescriptions taken by total sampling technique. It can produce the highest prescription profile from each of the analysis variables, namely 1 antibiotik item of 88.75%, lung clinic 21.87%, capsule preparation 58.80%, over 55 years of age 47.91%, generik fluoroquinolones 81.67% BPJS patients were 67.52% and fluoroquinolone second generation 69.77%. These results can be seen from the overview of outpatient prescriptions at Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Gresik on February 1 - February 29, 2020.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF LOCATION, PROMOTION AND HEALTH OFFICERS IN INFLUENCING DECISION ON SELECTION OF FIRST LEVEL HEALTH FACILITIES (FKTP) PARTICIPANTS OF BPJS HEALTH IN ADVANCED MEDICAL CENTER

This study aims to analyze the influence of location, promotion and health workers in influencing the decision to choose a First Level health facility (FKTP) for BPJS Kesehatan participants at the Advanced Medical Center. This research is quantitative. The population in the study were BPJS patients who were registered at the Advanced Medical Center. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test for the variables of location, promotion and health care workers were significant for the decision on choosing health facilities at the Advanced Medical Center. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence on health facility selection decisions.

THE MODEL OF PATIENT SATISFACTION AND TRUST: A STUDY AT BPJS PATIENT

Health is a major requirement for every resident living in this world, and health development essentially concerns both physical and mental health. The state of health of a person will be influential on the aspects of social life is economic, and the continuity of the life of a nation and a country anywhere in the world, both in countries that have developed and in developing countries such as Indonesia as well as health is a right and an investment for all citizens of Indonesia. The research method uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis. By using a combination of analytical methods can be obtained by generalizing that is comprehensive. Samples taken as many as 100 patients BPJS health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City and sampling was done randomly or random sampling. Data analysis used is SEM (Stucture Equation Model). Based on the results of the research can be known that there are degrees of contribution of the variable provision of a service to trust patients through the patient satisfaction. The better the delivery of services provided by the health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City the better satisfaction of the patients received that will ultimately have an impact on the increased confidence of the patient to the health center Purbaratu the City of Tasikmalaya.

The Calculation of The Need for Medical Record Personel Based on The Full-Time Equivalent Method in The Outpatient Registration Department of Public Health Center

Public health center X is one of the public health center with high outpatient loads in Malang City. On average, the daily amount of outpatients is 119. The high load of outpatient directly affects employee’s working load. One of the units considered susceptible to working load increase is the medical record unit at the registration department because they have to interact with all visiting patients. The study aimed to discover the need for medical record personnel at the outpatient registration department of public health center X using the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method. The study used a descriptive study design and a quantitative approach. The researchers utilized a total sampling technique with two medical record personnel at the outpatient registration department. The study instrument employed was the outpatient registration daily log of Public health center X. The study results show that the working load of medical record personnel at the BPJS patient registration department had an FTE index value of 2.24 > 1.28, categorized as overload. Meanwhile, medical record personnel at the non-BPJS patient registration department had an FTE index value of 0.96 < 0.99, categorized as underload. Therefore, it can be concluded that Public health center X requires two additional medical record personnel at the BPJS patient registration department, while the non-BPJS patient registration department did not require additional medical record personnel.

HUBUNGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSUD LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR TAHUN 2019

Patient satisfaction is a function of the patient's assessment of the health services provided by the hospital in the hope that before the patient receives health services from the hospital as a provider, the patient will feel satisfied if the quality of hospital services is higher or at least the same as what the patient expects. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with BPJS patient satisfaction.
 The results showed that the quality of service physical evidence (Tangibles) p (0.76)> 0.05 which means there is no relationship, reliability (reliability) p (0.01) <0.05 which means there is a relationship, responsiveness (responsiveness). ) p (0.03) <0.05, which means there is a relationship, assurance p (0.00) <0.05 which means there is a relationship, empathy (empathy) p (1.00)> 0.05 which means no relationship.
 The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between physical evidence service quality and empathy with patient satisfaction, and there is a significant relationship between service quality reliability, responsiveness, and assurance with BPJS patient satisfaction. It is suggested to the hospital to further improve service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance in order to increase BPJS patient satisfaction.

Perbedaan Lama Dirawat Pasien Umum dan Pasien BPJS dengan Prosedur Tindakan Caesarean Section di RSIA Dian Pertiwi Karanganyar Tahun 2019

Problems that emerged at RSIA Dian Pertiwi Karanganyar were the length of treatment for general patients and BPJS patients with caesarean section procedures. There was a difference in the average length of stay for general patients by 4 days while BPJS patients are 3 days. Data collection was carried out observational by reviewing inpatient documents on general patient data and BPJS patient data with the caesarean section procedure from the RM sheet 1 summary form of admission and exit of inpatients. The approach method used is retrospective. The results of the analysis of the Mann-Whitney statistical test (0.001 <0.05) so that it can be concluded that there was a significant difference in the length of stay of general patients and BPJS patients with the caesarean section procedure.

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Quality of Service Toward Inpatient Patient Satisfaction BPJS DIRSU Bandung

Quality problems arise when there is a gap between the services provided and the expectations that the patient wants. In general, patients who feel dissatisfied with the service file complaints to the hospital, the complaints most often heard in hospitals are about uncertain doctor visit schedules, lack of responsiveness medical personnel in the hospital, lack of empathy, and uncomfortable waiting rooms. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, facilities, and infrastructure on BPJS patient satisfaction in Bandung general hospital. This type of research is cross-sectional. The sample of this study was all BPJS patient who was hospitalized in class 1,2, and 3 rooms at the Bandung general hospital, totalling 60 people with a purposive sampling method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable reliability (p=0.007) has a statistically significant relationship to the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients at the Bandung general hospital, while the responsiveness variable (p=0.125), the empathy variable (p=0.067) and the infrastructure and facilities variable (p=0.235) does not have a significant relationship with the satisfaction of BPJS participants at RSU Bandung.

Analisis Kelengkapan Pengisian Dokumen Rekam Medis Rawat Inap Pasien BPJS Pada Diagnosis Cephalopelvic Disproportion Di Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Husada Pedan 2019

Based on the results of the analysis of 10 medical record documents at the Mitra Keluarga Husada Pedan hospital, there is an incomplete filling of medical record documents.The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of filling inpatient medical record documents for BPJS patients in the diagnosis og cephalopelvic disproportion at Mitra Keluarga Husada Pedan Hospital in 2019. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The population in this study were 173 medical record documents with a sample of 10 medical record documents. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique (simple random). The way of collecting data is by observation and interviews. Data processing by colleting, editing, classifying, tabulating and presenting data. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. The results of the research from 10 inpatient medical record documents of BPJS patients on the diagnosis of cephalopelvic disproportion showed that the completeness of the identification review was 10 documents (100%), the completeness of the reporting review was 10 documents (100%), the completeness of the authentication review was 10 documents (100) and completeness in a good recordkeeping review of 8 documents (80%). The results of this study can be concluded that the filling out of medical record documents is not yet complete, it is necessary to conduct a socialization and evaluation regarding filling out medical record documents, as an effort to improve the quality of the completeness of hospital medical record documents.

PENGARUH PEREKRUTAN DAN TRAINING, PEMBERIAN TANGGUNG JAWAB, KOMPENSASI, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA KARYAWAN

Patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of services and health facilities. Hospitals must be able to maintain good quality services and health facilities for patients in order to compete with hospitals with better quality services and health facilities. Quality of service is a potential weapon to beat competitors. Health facilities are an important factor in influencing patient satisfaction. Friendly service and good health facilities can increase patient satisfaction resulting in an increase in patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine or analyze the effect of service quality and health facilities on BPJS patient satisfaction at the hospital. Insani Stabat. This research was conducted at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that the variables of service quality and health facilities had an effect either partially or simultaneously on the satisfaction of BPJS patients at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The R Square value of 80.5% indicates that 80.5% of the variable ability of service quality (X1) and health facilities (X2) has an effect on patient satisfaction (Y) at the hospital. Insani Stabat while the remaining 19.5% is the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not examined by researchers in this study such as location, price and administrative system variables.

Pengaruh Audit Operasional, Pengendalian Internal, Dan Good Clinical Governance Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Pasien Bpjs Di Rumah Sakit

This study aims to prove that the effect of operational audits, good internal and clinical governance in hospitals has an effect on the health services of goverment of public health patients in hospitals. The sample selection in this research used purposive sampling method with various criteria according to the research objectives. The total sample used as the object of research in this study is the desire of 15 hospitals in Padang city with the category of government-owned or private hospitals. The data analysis technique used in this study was a questionnaire that was designed according to the variables used in this study. The results of this study can prove that the audit has a positive effect on the health of goverment of public health patients in the hospital. With the results of the sig value 0.001 <0.05, and the t-count value of 3.366> t-t table 1.992, it can be concluded that the hypothesis H1 is accepted. In addition, this study can also prove empirically that good clinical governance has a positive effect on the health of goverment of public health patients in the hospital with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05 with a value of t-count 3.162> t-t table 1.992. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis H3 is accepted, while the internal control variable has no effect on the influence of goverment of public health patient health services in the hospital. it can be concluded that the hypothesis H2 is rejected. Suggestions for further research are expected to increase the number of research samples and also the year of observation. Can also use other variables that are used to measure the effectiveness of BPJS patient health services in the hospital.

Analysis of Factors Causing High Referral Rates at Primary Health Center in the JKN Era: A Literature Review

Background: The implementation of the referral system in the JKN era is not yet running optimally due to an increase in the number of referrals from FKTP to FKRTL. The applicable standard for referral ratio is 15%, from the total BPJS patient visits every month, but the above standard reference ratio is still found in various health centers in Indonesia.Objectives: This study aims to determine the factors that cause the high number of referrals in health centers in the JKN era Methods: This research is a type of literature review where the articles obtained are sourced from Google Scholar as a database. There were 13 articles published from 2010 to 2020 that were considered relevant to the research topicResults: Research shows that Primary Health Center with increased referral are caused by low quality and quantity of human resources, lack of SOP, lack of complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure, medical indications suffered by patients beyond the ability of Primary Health Center, incompleteness of medicines and medical materials and lack of understanding patients with the referral systemConclusions: Factors causing the high number of referrals in health centers in the JKN era included the availability of human resources, the existence of SOPs, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, types of medical indications, availability of medicines and patient behavior

Hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS

Background: Quality hospital services are demands that must be met, in improving the quality and satisfaction of the community as service users. Patients tend to make the decision not to re-visit a hospital if the services provided are of low quality. The problem that is often faced by the hospital, in general, is that it has not been able to provide the services that the community really expects. The main factor is because the service has low-quality management.Purpose: This study aims to measure the relationship of service quality to the satisfaction level of Insurance and Social Security patients at Tanjung Selamat Hospital, Langkat.Method: The research design was a cross-sectional study at the Tanjung Selamat Hospital, Langkat. The respondents as 43 who were taken by accidental sampling from January to February 2017. Data were collected through interviews and observations using a questionnaire covering demographic data, characteristics, service quality and level of satisfaction. Service quality data processing is given a scoring and is grouped into good, moderate, poor. Patient satisfaction variables were also scored with the classification of satisfied and dissatisfied. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with CI: 95%.Results: The service quality at the Tanjung Selamat hospital is still not good (46.5%), with the level of patient satisfaction with the service is still low (58.1%). Statistically, there is a relationship between service quality and BPJS patient satisfaction at Tanjung Selamat Hospital in 2017, with a p-value = 0.001 (p <0.05).Conclusion: The lack of good service quality is related to the low level of satisfaction of Insurance and Social Security patients at Tanjung Selamat Hospital. Suggestion, the hospital must improve the quality and quality of service through repair and improvement of facilities and infrastructure, education and training for health workers.
