Implementasi Program Kartu Pelaku Usaha Kelautan dan Perikanan bagi Nelayan di Pasie Nan Tigo Kota Padang

The legal basis for the implementation of the marine and fisheries business card program for fishermen in pasie nan tigo is PERMEN KP Number 41 of 2022. This card has many benefits, especially for fishermen, namely one of the requirements for purchasing fuel. However, in the implementation of the KUSUKA card program for fishermen in Pasie Nan Tigo, there are still few fishermen who hold KUSUKA cards. In addition, only fishermen who are members of groups created by the fisheries service get KUSUKA cards, so other small fishermen cannot get them. The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of the marine and fisheries business actor card program for fishermen in Pasie Nan Tigo Padang City and to find out the obstacles in implementing this program. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this card program for fishermen in Pasie Nan Tigo Padang City has been implemented but not well implemented and there are still some shortcomings when viewed from the following aspects Communication has been done, but not yet effective. Second, from the aspect of resources, it is quite good but non-human resources are also still lacking, namely the absence of wifi. From the aspect of disposition or the attitude of the implementer here is good. In terms of bureaucratic structure, it has gone well.

Tsunami Vertical Evacuation Building Analysis (Shelter) Based on Number and Location: Case Study of Koto Tangah District- Padang City

Koto Tangah Sub-district is a sub-district where part of its area is located on the coast, making it prone to tsunami disasters. Despite the fact that the large number of exposures in the tsunami red zone predicted to happen in this District, there are only three tsunami shelters in the red zone of Koto Tangah District. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of official shelters in Koto Tangah District, the distribution of planned shelters, and the coverage of shelter service areas. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. In this study, what is discussed is the number and location of shelters, as well as the location of the planned tsunami shelters. Also, this present study sought to finding out the coverage area that can be served by the shelter with the help of GIS applications. The results of the data analysis are as follows: (1) There are nine villages (kel.) that are in the tsunami red zone of the Koto Tangah District and are not served by official shelters, namely: Kel. Padang Sarai, Kel. Batipuh Panjang, Kel. Lubuk Buaya, Kel. Pasia Nan Tigo, Kel. Batang Kabung Ganting, Kel. Koto Pulai, Kel. Koto Panjang Ikua Koto, Ex. Dadok Stumping Black, and parts of Ex. Parupuk Tabing. (2) The analyzed planned shelters and horizontal points examined that all of the Koto Tangah red zone areas can be served by shelters, and the planned shelters can be reached in the span of 34.5 minutes with a distance of 1554.57 m, meaning that people who are in the tsunami red zone can evacuate safely before the tsunami hits the city. (3) local government needs to add another 6 planned shelters in Kel. Padang Sarai, Kel. Lubuk Buaya, Kel. Pasie Nan Tigo, Kel. Batang Kabung Ganting, and Kel. Parupuk Tabing, with each shelter's planned height of 8.5 meters.

Resilience of Women Fishermen's Wives in Pasie Nan Tigo, Kota Padang(Case Study of Women Fish Sellers)

The background of this research is women living on the coast of Pasie Nan Tigo who carry out a dual role as a wife and also supplement their income. Women in Pasie Nan Tigo work to increase their income because their husbands' income is not sufficient for household needs. This requires women in Pasie Nan Tigo to be able to work to meet the needs of the family. There is a dual role played by women in Pasie Nan Tigo as figures who are tough and never give up to create a prosperous family and economy. This research uses a qualitative approach with the nature of a case study which aims to provide an overview of the research findings. The location of this research is Pasie Nan Tigo, Padang City. The subjects of this research were female fish sellers, Mrs. ML, Mrs. RS, and also Mrs. YS. The research informants were the people of Pasie Nan Tigo, Mrs. MR and the fisherman in Pasie Nan Tigo, Mr. AR. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use method triangulation, source triangulation, and theoretical triangulation. The results of the research findings show that the role of women in the family is caring for, educating children, taking care of the household, contributing to increasing income, how women survive by selling fish in the market and having an active strategy for survival, and the resilience of women in carrying out dual roles, namely: tough because she acts as a mother to her children, as a wife to her husband who serves her husband well, and carries out multiple roles without giving up.

Analysis of The Susceptibility Value Dry Ink (Toner) From Raw Material Iron Sand Pasie Nan Tigo Beach and Rice Husk Biomass

The competition engaged in manufacture of the dry ink industry (toner) is increasing, with many types of dry ink (toner) emerging from various brands. This makes each brand compete to try to create quality dry ink. However, this is not easy, because raw material for making dry ink is expensive and stickiness of dry ink on the paper can change if the material is modified. The dry ink in this study was made by modifying the raw materials using natural mineral magnetic (Fe3O4) from the iron sand of Pasie Nan Tigo beach, activated carbon from rice husks biomass, and organic polymer Acacia Senegal. Taking into account the mixture of three raw materials in made of dry ink (toner) will affect the characteristics of dry ink (toner), one of the characteristics affected is the large content of magnetic minerals (Fe3O4) in it, it is necessary to test the value of susceptibility in dry ink (toner) to see the amount of magnetic minerals that are still present in the dry ink after mixing. The tool used for testing magnetic susceptibility values here is Bartington Magnetic Susceptibility MS2B. The purpose of this study is to produce quality dry ink with good dry ink paste power (toner) with based the characteristics of the susceptibility value of the dryink (toner). This research method uses extraction and coprecipitation methods and emulsion polymerization methods to increase the strength of the stickiness dry ink (toner) on paper. The results of characterization obtained by range 11924.60 x 10−8m3/kg until 27916.97 x 10−8m3/kg.

The development of APIO : Solar Power Plant Based Technology for Automatic Fish Dryer Equipment

APIO is a fish drying equipment that utilizes sunlight which is converted into electrical energy using a solar power plant. This dryer works automatically using a control system that can control temperature and weight in predetermined settings. APIO designed in the form of a closed box with a heater and fan using a battery as an energy source. APIO uses a load cell and thermocouple as control input using an Arduino microcontroller and regulates the heat temperature in the box between 40-50?C. This tool was tested in the Pasie Nan Tigo Padang, Sumatra Barat. APIO tested using the Arduino uno control at night from 23:00 to 03:15 using fish weighing 5108 grams, data collection was carried out once for 15 minutes for 18 times. The average heater temperature was 32.71?C and the outside temperature was 25?C. The heater voltage was 11.33 V and the heater current was 36.02 A with clear weather conditions. The test results showed a decrease in fish weight to 4208 grams dry. Day time tested from 13:00 to 15:15 using fish weighing 1012 grams, taking data once for 15 minutes for 10 times the average heater temperature is 43.85?C, outside temperature is 30?C and fish weight reaches 208 grams dry.

Implementasi Peraturan Walikota Padang Nomor 38 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Kampung Nelayan

This research is motivated by the existence of the Padang City Government policy on the management of fishing villages, which aims to optimize the arrangement of fishing villages, improve the fishermen's welfare, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of fishing village areas, and realize coordination, integrity, synchronization, and consistency between related parties in the management of fishing villages. If you look at the condition of fishermen in Padang City, especially in Pasie Nan Tigo Village, it is a step to carry out this policy so that the fishing community in this village can improve their welfare with the existence of this fishing village. The research was conducted using a descriptive type of qualitative method. Data was gathered through interviews with the chosen informants through a purposive sampling technique, supplemented by observation and documentation studies, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques. This study uses the theory of implementation according to Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn, which consists of six variables, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication and strengthening of implementing activities, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of implementors, and the economic, social, and political environment. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Padang Mayor Regulation Number 38 of 2021 concerning the Management of Fishermen's Villages has been running but is not optimal yet. This can be seen in the budgetary resources that were been constrained during the COVID-19 pandemic and the inflation in the city of Padang. As well as the influence of the social, economic, and political environment on the implementation of policies. Therefore, the Padang City Fisheries and Food Service, as the leading sector, needs to maximize all resources and improve coordination and communication so that this policy can run optimally.

Analysis of Weight, Composition, Density, and Recycling Potential of Floating Marine Debris in Pasie Nan Tigo Area, Padang City

Floating marine debris is a solid materials that is produced and disposed of in the marine environment. This study aimed to analyze the weight, composition, density, and recycling of potential marine debris. The samples were taken at three locations on rainy and non-rainy days. Location was selected based on trawl activities, estuary, and public activities. The method of sampling was using trawl. The weight on rainy days was 1.2 to 2.2 g/m2, while on non-rainy days was 1.6 to 2.7 g/m2. Total weight 689.2 kg non rainy conditions and on rainy conditions 895.4 kg. There were four types of waste obtained, which were plastic, wood, fiber, and rubber. The highest percentage in the composition was plastic, which was 48 to 61%. The density of waste on non-rainy days was 0.1 -1.3 g/m2 and on rainy days conditions range 0.2 - 1.7 g/m2. The highest density of waste was plastic of 1.6 g/m2. The recycling potential of plastic, wood, and fabric was 100% respectively. The recycling potential of plastic, wood, and fabric was 100% respectively. The recommendation for floating marine debris is 3R + 1P (recycling, reuse, recovery, and participant).

Pembentukan Kader Anti Bullying pada Kelompok Anak Usia Sekolah di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang

The phenomenon of bullying that often occurs in elementary school-age children is a severe problem that has an impact both physically and psychologically. Bullying in elementary school must be prevented immediately so that it does not become a habit that will be carried into adulthood. The purpose was to increase knowledge and assertive behaviour and the formation of anti-bullying cadres. The method used was health education and cadre training by providing a pretest and posttest. A knowledge questionnaire on bullying prevention was given to 60 elementary school students from 3 elementary schools in Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Lubuk Buaya Health Center, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The results of this training found that students' average knowledge increased after being given health education. This training can increase students' knowledge and assertive behaviour about bullying prevention. Cadres are expected to prevent bullying in elementary school-age children so that life in the neighbourhood and school can run in peace and safety.

Identification of Intestinal Protozoa in Adults in Pasie Nan Tigo Sub-Distric Koto Tangah Padang

Intestinal protozoan infection is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. However, it is difficult to estimate the true problem of protozoal infections because cases are under-reported. This study aimed to identify intestinal protozoa in healthy adults. This study used a categorical descriptive research design and used a multistage random sampling technique. This research was conducted in Pasie Nan Tigo, Koto Tangah, Padang from July 2020 to December 2021 with a total of 61 samples obtained. Furthermore, the samples were examined using the direct stool examination method and with modified Ziehl-Neelsen staining. The results of this study were obtained, from 61 subjects the most age group was 45-49 years (27.9%), the most gender was female (88.5%), and the incidence of intestinal protozoal infection was 3.3% where only Blastocystis hominis found. The vacuole stage and cyst stage were found to be 50%, respectively. All samples examined were single infection. The conclusion of this study is that Blastocystis hominis infection is still found in healthy adults in Pasie Nan Tigo, Koto Tangah, Padang. Therefore, supportive therapy and measures to prevent infection transmission need to be carried out so that the incidence and morbidity rates can be reduced.

Pelatihan dan Simulasi Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Alam Pada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang

Pasie Nan Tigo Koto Tengah Village, Padang City, is one of the villages that are included in the disaster-prone category, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, abrasion, and storms. This service aims to provide training, education, and simulations related to natural disaster preparedness in Indonesia. Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah District. This activity was carried out by providing education, training, disaster mitigation simulations, preparation of disaster bags, basic life support (BHD), disaster victim evacuation techniques, and introduction to triage, splinting, and simple wound care. This activity was initiated by providing education and training for the community in RW 5, 11, and 12 for a week. The action began with giving a pre-test and ends with delivering a post-test. Furthermore, conducting simulations of earthquake preparedness in collaboration with local health centers, BASARNAS, BPBD, PMI, and local sub-districts. Qualitatively, the community said they were pleased to participate in this training and simulation; this could be seen from the community's enthusiasm for participating in the series of activities. One hundred sixty-six people participated in this activity. The knowledge of the community has been increased, and the training and simulations provided have provided a new learning experience for the community so that they are ready to be applied in dealing with a natural disaster. It is essential always to make efforts to increase community capacity in disaster prevention and management to reduce the number of victims or losses due to disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to have a straightforward program and adequate budget allocation from the Regional Government so that these activities can be carried out simultaneously and sustainably.

Kesiapan lansia dalam menghadapi gempa bumi setelah diberikan edukasi mitigasi bencana di RW 10 Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo

Indonesia is an area that is vulnerable to disaster risk, including the province of West Sumatra. Disaster mitigation in reducing the risk of disasters is needed to be owned by the community. Disaster mitigation in reducing the risk of disasters is a skill that is needed by the community. In at-risk groups such as the elderly, the ability to mitigate, especially for self-interest, is very necessary. So that disaster mitigation education training activities are needed for the elderly group. The purpose of this study was to explore the preparedness of the elderly in dealing with earthquakes, with disaster mitigation education in RW 10, Pasie Nan Tigo Village. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The ten participants were taken using purposive sampling technique in the interview process. The interview results were transcribed verbatim and processed to produce 3 main themes, namely, knowledge, attitudes and evacuation plan. The elderly already have knowledge about what to do to save themselves when a disaster occurs, where to go if a disaster occurs. Disaster mitigation education programs are known to improve the knowledge and skills of the elderly, so this activity needs to be carried out continuously and sustainably.

Community preparedness against the threat of abrasion and tidal floods in Padang City

The tidal wave in Padang City resulted in 674 potentially eroded houses by sea abrasion over the next five years. Therefore, it is essential to improve community preparedness. This study aims to analyze the preparedness of coastal communities for the threat of abrasion and tidal flooding. This study used a cross-sectional study design, conducted from January to July 2020. The respondents were 74 inhabitants in Pasie Nan Tigo Village. The results showed that more than a half of the respondents were less prepared to face abrasion and tidal flooding (64.9%), having low knowledge of disaster preparedness (41.9%), low awareness of policies and guidelines concerning abrasion and tidal flooding (77.0%), having low emergency response plans (33.8%), having low disaster warning system (43.2%), and having low resource mobilization (44.6%). The statistical test results showed a relationship between knowledge, emergency response plans, disaster warning systems-resource mobilization, and preparedness. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between policies, guidelines, and preparedness. This study showed that the level of preparedness of coastal communities in the face of abrasion and tidal flooding is still unprepared, the society and government need to improve their disaster readiness by increasing their knowledge of abrasion and tidal floods preparedness in seminars, training, and providing sufficient facilities.

Ascariasis Detection with IgG4 Using ELISA in Adults at Pasie Nan Tigo Village Padang City

Ascariasis is still one of the most common STH infections found in school-age children, but adults may also suffer from this infection. This is due to the fact that the parasite is able to manipulate the host's immune response by increasing the IgG4 levels. The IgG4 technique is a new specific and sensitive method for detecting ascariasis. This study is aimed to determine the prevalence of ascariasis based on IgG4 levels using the ELISA method in adults at Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Padang City. This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design that took place from July 2020 - May 2021 using a multistage random sampling technique where a total of 78 adult respondents in Pasie Nan Tigo Village. Blood samples were taken in order to check their IgG4 levels, using the ELISA at Prodia Laboratory. Data analysis was performed univariately with the purpose of finding the frequency distribution. The results of this study show that from the total of 78 respondents, the majority of age group found is 46-55 years old, namely 28 respondents, the majority of gender is female, namely 65 respondents, 57 respondents were positive for IgG4 where the most sufferers are 17-25 years old (88.9 %) and male (76.9%). The conclusion of this study is most of the respondents were in the age group of 46-55 years and women, there were more than half of the total respondents who detected ascariasis with the most sufferers being the age group of 17-25 years and men.

Kontribusi Wanita Nelayan (Istri Nelayan) Terhadap Pendapatan Dalam Upaya Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Ekonomi Keluarga

This study aims to analyze how much the income of fishermen's households and the contribution made by women fishermen to the household income of fishermen. This research was conducted in Pasie Nan Tigo Subdistrict Koto Tangah Padang City in August 2020. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection is conducted with interviews, observations and documentation. For the determination of samples used Purposive Sampling technique with the number of samples as many as 37 people. The results of this study showed that 1) income generated by fishing households whose wives dry fish is Rp. 3.078.378,- per month and household income that his wife trades monthly is Rp.3.407.790,-. Factors that affect the income of these fishermen women are educational factors and age factors. 2) The contribution obtained from women fishermen who dry fish is 55% and the contribution of women fishermen who trade 60%.

Sosialisasi Pengetahuan Mitigasi Bencana dan Rekomendasi Bangunan Perlindungan Evakuasi di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo

Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah District, is a fairly densely populated area and is located on the coast of the city of Padang. The location has a fairly high risk and level of vulnerability to a tsunami disaster. It is necessary to conduct socialization on earthquake and tsunami disaster mitigation in order to increase the capacity of residents to face the bad possibilities of disasters that may occur in the future. In addition to conducting socialization, the implementation team also conducted a survey to the location to assess several buildings that meet the requirements as an alternative evacuation protection building (ESB) for local residents, including Rusunawa Pasie nan Tigo, UMSB Lecture Building and Ruko Mekar Baru located in the village. With the implementation of this socialization activity, it is hoped that the high level of preparedness and ability of residents in efforts to mitigate earthquake and tsunami disasters can reduce the number of disaster victims in the future.

Edukasi Perilaku Merokok Pada Remaja di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah

Smoking behavior is a problem, both environmentally and individually, and the incidence is quite high in Padang City, especially in Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah District. It can be seen from the data on visits to the puskesmas with complaints of breathlessness and coughing due to smoking, most of the smoking perpetrators were teenagers as much as 70% of 100%. The occupation population of adolescents is mostly fishermen and smoking is mandatory when they are working or at home. Based on these problems, the purpose of this community service is to provide education about smoking behavior in adolescents using extension methods. The results obtained were that there was an increase in the participants' knowledge about the dangers of smoking after counseling. The conclusion is that counseling can increase adolescent knowledge about the dangers of smoking so that it is expected to also influence adolescent behavior to be able to quit smoking. Modal Sosial Kelompok Rentan Sebagai Upaya Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)

Padang City has a low resilience for earthquake and tsunami disaster. Actually, social capital can be used as a strategy for overcoming impacts and efforts to reduce the level of risk of disaster. According to Siegler, social capital has four aspects, there are personal relationships, social network support, civic engagement, and trust and cooperative norms. The research objectives are: 1) Describe the knowledge and experience of vulnerable groups in dealing with disasters (earthquake and tsunami); 2) Identifying vulnerable groups' social capital as a disaster risk reduction (DRR) effort; 3) Describe the opportunities and obstacles/threats in the use of social capital as an effort to disaster risk reduction (DRR). The research method is qualitative with a case study. The location of this research in Pasie Nan Tigo, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. The determination of informants is a purposive sampling technique. This research has 22 informants. The criteria of informants are; 1) Have settled in a red zone area for at least 5 years; 2) The distance between the house and the beach is a maximum radius of 3 km. The results of the research are; 1) Vulnerable groups have the knowledge and experience about disasters; 2) Social groups already have social capital in 4 aspects of social capital such as personal relationships, social networking support, civic engagement, and trust and cooperative norm; 3) Social capital has opportunities and challenges from the internal and external side. EDUKASI CINTA RUPIAH DALAM RANGKA MENCIPTAKAN MASYARAKAT PEDULI PEMBANGUNAN DI PASAR PASIA NAN TIGO KOTA PADANG

Tingginya biaya pencetakan uang menjadi beban besar bagi ekonomi. Penyebab utamanya adalah masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memperlakukan uang rupiah dengan baik sehingga uang menjadi cepat rusak (tidak layak edar). Jika sudah rusak maka uang harus dicetak kembali. Semakin banyak uang yang rusak dan semakin cepat terjadinya kerusakan maka akan semakin tinggi biaya pencetakan uang. Pasar tradisional merupakan tempat yang berkontribusi besar dalam percepatan rusaknya uang terutama pasar basah seperti pasar ikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada pedagang ikan tentang pentingnya merawat dan memperlakukan uang dengan baik melalui “Gerakan Cinta Rupiah”. Gerakan cinta rupiah dilakukan dengan menerapkan 5J yaitu Jangan dilipat, Jangan di coret, Jangan di stapler, Jangan dibasahi dan Jangan di remas. Kegiatan ini berlokasi di Pasar ikan Pasie Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang setelah sukses di Pasar Raya Padang sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini disertai dengan aksi nyata cinta rupiah melalui pemberian petty case kepada 30 pedagang ikan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan ini yaitu efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya menjaga uang rupiah, bagaimana menjaga dan merawat uang rupiah dengan baik. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini secara langsung memengaruhi perilaku banyak pedagang ikan. Dampak langsung dari kegiatan ini adalah para pedagang ikan mulai menerapkan gerakan cinta rupiah dan menggunakan kotak penyimpan uang agar uang rupiah tidak lagi basah sehingga umur ekonominya lebih lama. Ke depan perlu dilakukan sosialisasi yang lebih luas tidak hanya pedagang ikan tetapi semua pedagang agar dapat mengurangi biaya pencetakan uang dan menghemat anggaran.

Penerapan Panel Surya untuk Penerangan Kapal Kelompok Nelayan Pantai Jaya, Padang

Pasie Nan Tigo Urban Village has 20 Fishermen Groups, one of which is active is the Pantai Jaya Fishermen Group. Based on the facts and discussions with the Pantai Jaya Fishermen group it was found that the most important problem was the high operational costs required when going to sea, while the fish catches obtained were uncertain and the lack of technological touch in the fishing process. To go to sea, fishermen with Tondo Ships must prepare a minimum fund of 1.35 million rupiah, of which around 50% is used to buy fuel oil (BBM). The solution offered to solve the problem is the utilization of environmentally friendly solar energy through the solar panel technology of ship lighting systems. It is expected that from this activity can be obtained by fishing boats powered by environmentally friendly solar energy that is more economical and profitable. The use of solar panels for ship lighting systems will replace the use of generator engines which so far need fuel.

Accessibilty analysis of tsunami evacuation route to self supported shelter in sub-district Pasie Nan Tigo, Padang City

The city of Padang, the capital of West Sumatra, has 1 million populations and located on the west coast of Sumatra. The city situated at two earthquake sources that are subduction zone in the Indian Ocean and Sumatra fault inland of Sumatra. Since the year 2006, Padang city is often experiencing an earthquake from both sources. In Mentawai island, about 200 km from Padang City westward, there is still what so-called seismic gap that very potential to generate big earthquake followed by a tsunami. To anticipate this, the mitigation measurements are needed to prepare the people on the west coast of Sumatra, especially in Padang city. One of the activities is to prepare the shelter that can cover around 600,000 people prone to tsunami near the beach. The infrastructures for shelter are very limited. There are only 4 shelters that have been built that have capacity about 2000-3000 people. To anticipate this condition, it needs to build what so-called self-supported shelter. The self-supported shelter is an idea or concept of utilizing a mosque or musholla to be a shelter by participating in the community surrounding its construction and management. The shelter will have a function as the ritual of religion and the tsunami evacuation place. Mosque or musholla is selected to shelter since it does not need to buy land, available in the near residence area, and easy to get funds in its construction. There are some aspects need to be prepared in order to function a shelter well, that is, the selection of location, the evacuation system, the construction method, the accessibility, and the structural design. This paper focus on analysis of the accessibility of evacuation routes to self-supported shelter in terms of time estimation, road facilities, and barrier during evacuation. The case study is chosen as the sub-district of Pasie Nan Tigo that has about 12,000 populations. The result can be a model in designing accessibility to self-supported shelters in the other area.
