Clinical observation of combined Azasetron and low-dose dexamethasone for preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing painless abortion surgery

Objective To observe the antiemetic effect of azasetron plus low-dose dexamethasone in patients undergoing painless abortion surgery.Methods 270 ASA physical status Ⅰ～Ⅱpatients scheduled for elective painless abortion surgery were randomly divided into 3 equal groups.Patients intravenously received saline(group A),azasetron(group B),azasetron plus low-dose dexamethasone(group C)respectively.Anesthesia was induced with propofol(3 mg/kg)in combination with fentanyl(0.6μg/kg).Patients were interviewed after 24 hours of the surgery by telephone.The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was recorded.Results The overall incidence of POVA in group B and C were significantly lower than group A.There was no significant difference between group B and C.Conclusion Azasetron in combination with low-dose dexamethasone produced same antiemetic effect as azasetron alone in patients underwent painless abortion surgery. Effect of entire nursing interventions on anesthesia effect of patients with painless artificial abortion

Objective To explore the anaesthetic effect of entire nursing interventions on patients with painless artificial abortion. Methods 80 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomly allocated into two groups: the experimental group ( n = 40) and the control group ( n = 40). The experimental group was applied with entire nursing interventions, including psychological intervention, nursing interventions before, during and after the surgery. And the control group was applied with regular basic nursing and health education. SAS grade, anesthetic dosage, anesthetic effect, and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS grade in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group (t =7.98, P ＜ 0.01 ), the anesthetic dosage in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group (t = 15.43,P ＜ 0.01 ), the excellence rate of anesthetic effect in the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group ( X2 = 9.93, P ＜ 0.01 ), the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group ( X2 = 10.96, P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusions The entire nursing interventions on patients with painless artificial abortion during perioperative period have more excellent anesthetic effect and could reduce adverse effects. The Clinical Observation of Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion

Objective To study the effects of J Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion.Methoda 100 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were divided into 2groups randomly:group A for single propofol intravenous anaesthetizing,and group B for tramadol compound propofol intravenous anaesthetizing.Results Compared with group A.Total quantity of propofol and for oxygen quantity in group B decreased significantly(P<0.05).The extremity moves specially Ⅲ level andⅣ level and ache grading of VAS decreased significantly in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion can reduce amount of propofol and the complication,enhances the effects of painless artificial abortion. Observation of etomidate emulsion used in painless abortion together with midazolam, fentanyi, metoclo-pramide

Objective To observe the effects of etomidate emulsion- used in painless abortion together with midazolam,fentanyl, metoclopramide. Methods The ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ class painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups, Group E were first given midazolam, fentanyl, metoclopramide intra-venously, then anaesthetised with intravenous etomidate emulsion. Group B were first given fentanyl in-travenously,then anaesthetised with intravenous profol. The reactions of two groups were recorded. Results Group E changed less in respiration and circulation than Group B patients. Group E earlier woke up and later left hospital than group B patients. Conclusion Etomidate emulsion used in painless abortion together with midazolam, fentanyl, metoclopramide is similar to propofol, except patients respiration and circula-tion change less. The application of propofol,flubiprofen axetil injection,fehtanyl citrata injection to artificial abortion and it's nursing

Objective To study the effect ot the propofol's,flubiprofen axetil injection's and fehtanyl citrata injection's application to artificial abortion and it's nursing combination.Methods To apply the propofol,flubiprofen axetil injection,fehtanyl citrata injection in the 83 early pregnant women who requested tO be performed painless artificial abortion and were given careful attention.Results 83 women performed painless artificial abortion came around in 1～3 minutes at the end of operation.It could eliminate the pain,and no artificial abortion syndrome had brought out.Conclusion The painless of artificial abortion could better lessen dread of the patients,elevate the patient's comfortable feeling,increase the validity of artificial abortion. Comparison of propofol-remifentail and propofol-fentanyl anesthesia for painless artificial abortion

Objective To observe and compare the efficacy and safety between propofol-remifentanil and propofol-fentanyl for anesthesia of artificial abortion.Methods 200 ASA I patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups.R group were given intravenous remifentanil 1.0μg/kg then propofol 1～1.5mg/kg(n=100);F group were given intravenous fentanyl 0.05mg then propofol 1～1.5mg/kg(n=100).Total propofol dosage,analgesic effect during intro-and post-operative,consciousness loss time,wake-up time and independenly leaving time were recorded.BP,HR,SpO2 and side effects such as nausea and vomiting were observed during intro-and post-operative.Results The dosage of propofol was less in group R than that in group F[(80.4±10.8)mg vs(110.1±13.6)mg,P＜0.01)];consciousness loss time,wake-up time and independenly leave hospital time were shorter in group R than that in group F(P＜0.05);SpO2 down range and rate were significandy higher in group R(P＜0.05);Incidence of nausea and somnolence in group R was obviously lesS than that in group F.Conclusion Artifical abortion can be preformed effectively and safely with propofol-remifentanil or propofol-fentanyl,but propofol-remifentanil especially fits for painless artificial abortion compared with propofol-fantanyl.
