Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of etomidate emulsion- used in painless abortion together with midazolam,fentanyl, metoclopramide. Methods The ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ class painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups, Group E were first given midazolam, fentanyl, metoclopramide intra-venously, then anaesthetised with intravenous etomidate emulsion. Group B were first given fentanyl in-travenously,then anaesthetised with intravenous profol. The reactions of two groups were recorded. Results Group E changed less in respiration and circulation than Group B patients. Group E earlier woke up and later left hospital than group B patients. Conclusion Etomidate emulsion used in painless abortion together with midazolam, fentanyl, metoclopramide is similar to propofol, except patients respiration and circula-tion change less.
