Modeling and simulation analysis of ship 6-dof simulation swing platform based on matlab

In this paper, the kinematics and dynamics model of the ship’s six-degree-of-freedom simulation swing platform were studied. Then, a random wave and ship motion response model was established, and a six-degree-of-freedom motion model of DP ship in four-level sea state was established and studied by using the open source MSS toolbox, which lays a foundation for the subsequent simulation and control strategy research. The ordinary PID controller and fuzzy PID controller were designed and simulated, and the results were compared to verify the effect of fuzzy PID controller.

A Control Method for Output Voltage Stability of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

The widely used PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) analysis found that when the REMFC load is changed, its instantaneous output voltage fluctuates, and it causes voltage loss. The control of a simulated moving bed (SMB) is always a challenging chemical control topic due to its complexity and nonlinearity. Basically, there are three aspects that need to be considered in the nonlinear control of an SMB. First, the nonlinear characteristics are more complicated due to the switching time parameters of discrete events. Second, the control objective is not to minimize the control output error, but to make the separated concentrations between the components of the substance reach a certain ratio. Finally, the control variables are highly coupled. So far, the vast majority of the industry still uses relatively simple PLC controls; a few use specific controllers based on materials to be separated such as model predictive controls and PID controllers. Therefore, there is no unified intelligent processing mode. In this paper, a type-II fuzzy controller is presented and used as an SMB control. The interference of the related parameters was tested to observe the stability and robustness of the controller. The type-II fuzzy control was based on type-II fuzzy sets, which resulted in the type-II fuzzy controller having more flexible attribution function values. The results showed that the type-II fuzzy controller was not only more accurate in the control, but also better for robustness and adaptability than an ordinary fuzzy controller and PID controller.

Research on Position Recognition and Control Method of Single-leg Joint of Hydraulic Quadruped Robot

Methods: This research takes the hydraulic quadruped robot single-leg system as the research object and uses the closed-loop indirect identification method to identify the position of the leg joints of the hydraulic quadruped robot to obtain the mathematical model of the system. Then, the speed PID control method is designed and compared with the ordinary PID control by taking the positioning control accuracy of the robot before touching the ground as a standard to carry out the controlled trial. Results: In this research, the identification method and control algorithm are designed, and finally, the simulation and experimental research are carried out. The results of the simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the identification method and the effectiveness of the control algorithm. Conclusion: First of all, this paper uses the closed-loop indirect identification method to identify the position of the leg joints of the hydraulic quadruped robot to obtain the mathematical model of the system. A Model-Driven Two-Degree-of-Freedom PID Controller with Manual/Automatic Switching Without Disturbance

The model-driven two-degree-of-freedom PID (MD-TDOF-PID) controller is an excellent controller with simple structure and easy parameter setting. However, the MD-TDOF-PID controller has a fatal disadvantage, which is disturbed in the manual/automatic switching in industrial control field applications. This paper designs a model-driven two-degree-of-freedom PID controller with no disturbance in manual/automatic switching. It has all the advantages of this controller and eliminates the shortcomings of disturbance in manual/automatic switching. The controller proved by simulation experiment that the control effect is better than the ordinary PID controller.

A novel 3-DOF translational parallel robot and its fuzzy controller design

In this paper, a novel three-degrees-of-freedom (3-DOF) parallel robot is designed, which can only move in three translational directions. It avoids the difficulty in the solution for forward kinematics of the parallel robot. The robot containing only lower pairs (P and R) has a simple mechanism. The characteristic that the parallel robot has only three translational degrees of freedom can be proved by the screw theory and the DOF can be got by the formula of calculating the DOF of space mechanism. The kinematics and workspace of the parallel robot is analyzed through calculation and simulation. In order to obtain better servo control performance, the PMSM fuzzy controller is designed. The analysis and simulation results show that the mechanism design of the parallel robot is reasonable, and the effect of fuzzy controller is better than the ordinary PID controller.

Design of temperature control system for infant radiant warmer based on Kalman filter-fuzzy PID

In this work, a control-oriented model is suggested for a Genset, and then a controller, that regulates the shaft speed and the terminal voltage, is designed by feedback linearisation. The proposed controller has two inputs: the fuel mass and the eld circuit voltage. Simulations show that the proposed controller makes the two inputs act, simultaneously. Thus, any change of the speed e.g., forces the two input controls to react, in contrast to the ordinary PID controllers. Further, we discuss the robustness of the proposed controller to uncertainties and time delay.

From the results of control, the system can get a better control response, which satisfies the requirements of practice works, compared with ordinary PID control.

Simulation Research of CNC Machine Servo System Based on Adaptive Fuzzy Control

Research on Control Technology of Hydro-Viscous Winch

The tramcar runs upward and downward frequently and the load varies with practical requirements, the operating conditions of the hydro-viscous winch are very complex, so the ordinary PID controller cannot meet the requirements of the winch. In order to control the speed of the hydro-viscous winch precisely and obtain perfect starting speed, a new fuzzy-PID control system was designed, the starting process of the winch and the speed regulation characteristics were simulated by using MATLAB. The results show that the designed control system can meet the requirements of the winch well. It can not only obtain perfect starting speed, but also adjust the running speed precisely. Research achievements of this work provide theoretical basis for optimal design and practical applications of the hydro-viscous winch.
