REALIZATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AS AN ELEMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF ENSURING NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of exercising the functions of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine in the context of ensuring the national security of the State in the current conditions. Attention is focused on the procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation and support of public prosecution in court in criminal proceedings on crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine. The author notes that the main regulatory documents defining the main directions of the state policy in the field of national security do not mention the prosecutor’s office and its activities. At the same time, the work demonstrates that, as a key criminal justice body, the prosecutor’s office is actively involved in ensuring the national security of Ukraine within its competence. The author emphasizes the importance of the prosecutor’s office’s coordination activities in the area of combating crime, primarily crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine, cybercrime, corruption criminal offenses, offenses in the budgetary and economic security spheres, as well as organized crime, which have a destructive impact on the proper functioning of the national security of the State. The author provides examples of skillful use of coordination powers by the heads of individual prosecutor’s offices, which helped to orient law enforcement agencies to further effective counteraction to separatism, encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of the State and other crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine. The author emphasizes the need to improve the mechanisms of interaction between the prosecutor’s office and other law enforcement agencies, which is crucial for a comprehensive approach to protecting national interests and citizens’ rights, which is the basis of a strong and stable state. The author substantiates the importance of timely and high-quality coverage of the work of the prosecutor’s office in the area of ensuring the national security of Ukraine using the capabilities of modern communication tools, such as the official Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the official pages of the Office on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

НОВЫЕ МЕДИА: ОСНОВНЫЕ ТРЕНДЫ В СОЗДАНИИ КОНТЕНТА И ДИЗАЙНЕ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ СМИ ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЯ)

The authors analyze the main trends in the development of new media, primarily collaboration with social networks and other Internet platforms that shape the agenda and influence the behavior of the audience through emotions. Other trends include consumer care and the transformation of brands into media. In addition, the paper describes the key principles of the formation and distribution of media content and the main trends of modern media design. Observations have shown that all state and commercial media in Transnistria, as well as press services of ministries and departments, use various modern technologies in their work: they maintain official pages on social networks and instant messengers, and create mobile applications. The trend of creating your own original media projects, using modern design trends, tools for creating and promoting content in various formats, has become current.

Неформальное гражданское участие населения в развитии малых и средних городов Европейского Севера России (на примере некоммерческих организаций и городских интернет-сообществ)

This article explores the informal public participation in the development of small and medium-sized cities in the European North of Russia. It focuses on two main aspects: the impact of nonprofit organizations (NGOs) and the activity of residents on social networks, particularly in discussions and solutions to local socio-economic issues. The study reveals that NGO activities create significant opportunities for addressing local concerns raised by residents to municipal authorities. An analysis of the official pages of local governments on the VKontakte social network shows that, compared to larger cities, residents of these smaller cities are more engaged in dialogue with local authorities, demonstrate higher loyalty to published content, and actively share information of interest. The research also finds that while residents of small and medium-sized cities actively discuss urban problems in informal online communities and participate in various kinds of socially beneficial events, their participation is generally prompted by external organizers. The level of self-organization to address broader citywide problems remains relatively low. However, when dealing with personal household matters, citizens actively communicate through urban online communities. The study also highlights a high level of trust among residents, as evidenced by their strong response to calls for help in the comments. The scientific novelty of this research lies in its first-time analysis of public participation and the assessment of resident involvement in the management and development processes of small and medium-sized cities, through mechanisms such as NGOs and urban Internet communities.

Issues of Agglomeration Identity Policy in Statements of Russian Regional Politicians: Discourse Analysis of the Social Network “Vkontakte” Materials

The article examines how issues of identity construction in Russian urban agglomerations are reflected in the Russian regional politicians’ discourse in mass media. The study concerns theoretical problems of identity construction and the role of regional government bodies in shaping the territorial identity of the population. The specificity of the Russian situation is the absence of governing bodies related to the agglomeration level in most urban agglomerations. The empirical basis of the study is the texts of subnational politicians posted on the official websites of regional government bodies: websites of governors and regional governments, official pages in the mass media. The empirical information on identity policy were collected from the Internet sources (official portals of regional executive authorities, media reports). Discourse analysis was carried out after monitoring social media materials (VKontakte web-pages of regional leaders). The article reflects five cases out of sixteen Russian ones related to the Ural and Siberian agglomerations with a megalopolis core. The empirical data cover the period from December 2022 to the end of 2023. The choice of the time period for analysis is determined by the fact that by this period the most significant factors influencing the policy of our state at present (the pandemic and the Special military operation) have already manifested themselves in full. It has been confirmed that the problems of agglomeration development in the public official subfederal discourse in most cases are reduced to economic problems; first of all, it concerns the development of industry, science (high technology), transport, and waste disposal. In all analyzed cases, insufficient attention was found out, paid to the role of the implemented socio-cultural projects of subfederal identity policy, and also distancing from the discussion of the problems of integration of labor migrants in the public space. Insignificant number of messages from representatives of the regional political and administrative elite about the socio-cultural meanings of the formed agglomerations can become a significant limitation of information support for the agglomeration development of modern contemporary Russia.

Семантика й прагматика фемінітивів жіночка, жінка в українській лінгвокультурі (синхронно-діахронний аспект)

The material of the study was a post on the official page of the writer Serhiy Zhadan on the Facebook social network dated 03.07.2022 and comments to it, which present a heated and intense discussion about the semantic and pragmatic interpretation of feminitives during the latest linguistic feminization of the Ukrainian language and the active development of Gender linguistics, in particular within the focus of linguoaxiology. Lexicographic sources were involved: dictionaries of feminitives and explanatory dictionaries, in particular the newest ones, as well as lexicons of the language of writers (Ivan Kotlyarevsky, Taras Shevchenko, Hryhoriy Kvitka-Osnovyanenko, Ivan Franko), which made it possible to update not only synchronic, but also diachronic language segments. The Ukrainian lexeme жіночка (plural жіночки) can be placed on the evaluative scale at the “zero” mark (a neutral value in terms of expressing evaluative meanings, in particular in the function of addressing in a conversational style of speech) and slide in the direction of the (+) or (–) vector, which depends on the individual communicative experience and competences of the speaker and proves the analysis of the selected discussion. Clarification of the semantic-pragmatic load is carried out thanks to the appropriate connectivity. For the lexeme жіночка, the positive evaluative conjugation dominates in the linguistic and cultural space of Ukraine, which is characterized by an intimate tonality and makes it possible to soften the modeling of the negative intentions of the speaker.

Buzz marketing on social media and its role in a brand building-An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of viewers of Zain Iraq advertisement to launch a service 4G

The research aims to test the correlation and influence between buzz marketing and brand building and to identify the most effective buzz marketing techniques on social media, that contribute to building and spreading the brand. This study came to highlight the advantages that can be achieved from using buzz marketing techniques through social media. The research problem crystallized the extent to which Zain Iraq relied on buzz marketing techniques in its advertising campaign to launch the 4G service. The research sample consisted of (320) respondents who viewed the Zain Iraq advertisement to launch the 4G service. Social media (Facebook, Instagram), the analytical descriptive approach was adopted in analyzing the answers of the sample, and the spss v.26 programs and the SmartPLS program were used to reach the results. The seeding strategy was the most influential technique in building the brand, which is what Zain Iraq adopted in its advertising campaign to launch the fourth generation 4G service, as it used some famous artists to support the process of announcing its new services, and it also used the technology of creating noise by publishing the company’s advertisement in All its official pages, which greatly accelerated the spread of the advertisement.ا

ACCESSIBILITY ANALYSIS OF WEB RESOURCES FOR PARTICIPANTS OF COMBAT ACTIONS

Information technology support for veterans consists of providing comprehensive support for their reintegration using information technologies, of which the most common are information web resources. An urgent task is to improve the information and technological support of the military and people whose traumatic experience has affected their physical and mental health. Information technologies, before recommending them for use in military reintegration processes, should be evaluated for compliance with global standards of web content accessibility. In this article, we pay attention to the work of services that automatically evaluate web resources for compliance with such requirements. Compliance with the requirements of the Guidelines on the accessibility of web content is relevant for the Ukrainian online space not only for compliance with European standards but to a greater extent - due to the need to satisfy the information needs of veterans who may require a special presentation of information due to the received injuries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work of the specified online services for assessing the availability of web resources relevant to combatants, using the examples of official pages of state institutions that provide information support to the military, combatants, and veterans of various countries - Israel, the USA, Canada, and Ukraine. The formation of the IT support system will make it possible to improve the process of reintegration of combatants. Evaluating the compliance of web resources with the requirements of the international standard will make it possible to recommend access to web content to military personnel who may have injuries of various etymologies, considering the physical and cognitive features of the post-traumatic state. The research compared the results of web accessibility assessment of the websites of government organizations of different countries (Israel, Canada, USA, and Ukraine) using available resources – AChecker, WAVE, and Access Monitor. The combined use of such resources makes it possible to assess the compliance of online resources more fully, such a study should also be expanded to other resources that are relevant for the reintegration of the military and combatants of Ukraine.

Photography and Destination Image: An Analysis of China Eastern Airline Facebook Photographs

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to explore the projected destination image represented by photographs emerging in social media from a potential DMO member. The official page of China Eastern Airlines on Facebook (@CEAir) was selected as a case study, in which a total of 40 photographs were collected and classified into five groups according to their themes. To identify the destination image of China, five groups of photographs were analyzed by using visual analysis, semiotic analysis, and multimodal discourse analysis. The main findings show that Chinese food, architecture, natural landscape, people, and ethnic minorities are common signs engaging in constructing the destination image of China. These photographs mainly adopted wide shots and brilliant color tones, which convey to overseas tourists that China is a great power with a long history, full of charm, and a contributor to global development. More importantly, not only landscape photography but also still life photography, candid photography, and travel photography are all considered to be modes of representation of the destination image. Different genres of photography employ Chinese culture as a special gaze to shape the destination image.

IMPLEMENTASI WEB SCRAPING UNTUK PENGUMPULAN DATA MEDIA SOSIAL LINGKUP PEMERINTAH PROVINSI NTB

The number of internet users in Indonesia has recently increased, currently reaching around 62.1% of the total population. The prevalence of social media use has provided benefits for many stakeholders to be involved in the socialization and promotion of their products and activities. Information regarding the latest government programs and activities is published through the official website of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government and the official pages of each office within the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. The potential of social media needs to be maximized in order to disseminate government programs and activities to the community. Social media offers governments the potential to increase democratic participation by encouraging the public to have a voice in policymaking, working with the public to improve services, gathering ideas, and increasing transparency. This research seeks to apply web scraping techniques to collect data with the aim of monitoring social media performance and identifying factors that are closely related to the level of response elicited by a social media post. The research results show that on average a post on the official page of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government gets around 114.9 likes, 5.1 comments and 11.6 shares. Importantly, one of the important factors that influences the number of likes a post receives is the time it is published. Optimal publication times for the official pages of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government are observed between 06.00-16.00 and 18.00-21.00. By looking closely at social media performance and identifying these influencing factors, social media managers are ready to gain invaluable insights to improve performance by precision and efficacy.

The dual use of social media by Naftali Bennett during his brief premiership: a double-edged sword?

ABSTRACT This article examines how former prime minister of Israel, Naftali Bennett, used his private Facebook account differently from the official page. It discussed the differences between the two accounts by conducting an in-depth content analysis of all published posts on the two pages over five months. Its findings illustrated Bennet’s clear preference of his official page over the private one, despite the latter’s popularity. It also found differences between the language styles and content. In addition, the article highlights the disparities between Bennett’s use of the same account that was used by his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Social media shaping autism perception and identity.

This study suggested that social media can provide important information about autism to autistic people. We interviewed 12 autistic adults (aged 18-49 years) and talked to them about the use of social media to find both general information and content specifically about autism, autism identity and online autistic communities. There is little research exploring how autistic people find information about autism on social media and how that makes them feel. Therefore, it is important to ask autistic people about their experiences with using social media to obtain content about autism. The 12 participants explained that when they searched for information about autism on the official health pages, they often felt that the information they found was insufficient and could not answer their questions. In addition, they searched on social media platforms for information about autism despite that they perceived social media as an unreliable source. On the social media platforms, many found content that was positive in relation to their autistic identities. The participants also found comfort in some of the forums and social media groups and received helpful advice. Nevertheless, some of the discussions were aggressive and the participants felt alienated, which did not provide a sense of community online. The findings from the study may advice on what is missing in the official pages about autism, and highlight the need to involve the autistic community in writing the content on such platforms.

Политический имидж в электоральный период: по материалам избирательной кампании в Нижегородской области в 2023 году

The content of the political image of one of the regional Russian leaders during the electoral period (elections of heads of Russian constituent entities in 2023) is studied in the article. The purpose of the paper is to identify the features of the symbolic and semantic content of the network image of a regional political leader during the pre-election period. Fulfillment of the set research goal is carried out using the concept of the image-role construct and methods of content analysis (qualitative-quantitative type) and comparative analysis. The information array is consisted of text records posted on the official website of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region G. S. Nikitin on “VKontakte” and in his Telegram-channel, for the period from May to September 2023. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the most popular image-role construct on both Internet platforms was “economic manager”. Next in frequency of occurrence are such constructs as “team player”, “a leader who is aware of various details of current problems» and «a leader looking to the future”. The conclusion was made about the closeness of the occurrence frequency indicators of different symbolic and semantic constructs within the image of a leader presented within the two indicated network communication channels (on the official page on “VKontakte” and in the Telegram-channel).

The domestic economy is going through the most difficult period in its history. Martial law has significantly reduced the productivity and overall efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises, which are already in a difficult position after the COVID-19 pandemic. Domestic companies are forced to adapt to modern conditions and look for ways to survive. Effective business management is impossible without constant adaptation to changes in the market. Even before the start of the pandemic, most companies actively used social networks to spread information about the brand and attract new customers; the beginning of the introduction of quarantine measures, the self-isolation regime, forced companies that previously did not use social networks as a tool to promote their business, to review their approach and rethink their strategy. This became necessary in order to adapt to the realities of the time, where access to customers and the market proved to be difficult due to the limitation of physical contact. Some companies that previously ignored social media have been forced to re-establish or create a presence in these networks, as it has become a strategic necessity to stay in touch with their customers and provide appropriate promotional support for their products or services. Thus, the lockdown became a catalyst for the activation of the presence of companies in social networks, which helped them adapt to new conditions and increase their online activity in order to support business. The experience that the companies acquired during the pandemic became one of the foundations of the successful functioning of domestic enterprises during the period of active hostilities. The purpose of the present study is to out-line the theoretical and practical foundations of promoting the company’s brand in social networks (SMM) using modern information marketing tools. An analysis of scientific research by foreign and domestic economists has been carried out. The current position of SMM as a tool for enterprise promotion in the information space is analyzed. The expediency of promoting a business brand in social net-works using the example of an express delivery company is revealed. It is found that the use of social networks as a tool for brand promotion is one of the most attractive and promising ways of developing the marketing activities of enterprises. Promotion of the company’s brand in social networks will con-tribute to increasing the company’s competitiveness, as well as help to develop new sales markets. Al-so, promoting the brand in social networks provides the company with advantages in the form of: minimization of possible negative variables during the pricing process; consolidation of social opinion regarding the individuality and uniqueness of the service provided or the product produced. The article examines the essence of the brand as a grouped reflection of entrepreneurship in the social and informational environment. The need to actively maintain official pages in social networks in order to in-crease the efficiency of the company’s activities is argued. The need to analyze the external conditions of the company’s activity in the process of developing marketing measures has been determined and substantiated. It has been proven that in today’s world, the developed and active presence of an enterprise in the social networks becomes a guarantee of the client-oriented direction of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the activation of the enterprise in social networks allows to raise the general image of the company, and therefore to increase the efficiency of advertising measures for the promotion of a product or service.

Социолингвистические проекты типа «Языковая единица года»: типология и динамика развития

Introduction. The paper provides a complex system analysis of sociolinguistic projects of the "Language Unit of the Year" type in various linguistic cultures. There are several studies related to the topic of sociolinguistic "Word of the Year" projects, which focus on the activation of lexical and thematic groups within the calendar year. The relevance of this study is based on the lack of scientific papers that provide a comprehensive understanding of socio-cultural projects aimed at identifying the mechanisms and priorities of linguistic reflection through other semantic units. The purpose of the study is to record projects initiated by different countries in the period from 1971, the launch of the first project in Germany, to the present, to identify regularities and notable differences. The novelty of the research lies in the consideration of these sociolinguistic projects in a broader scope of linguistic cultures and the analysis of various semiotic units reflecting the influence of extralinguistic processes on linguistic consciousness. Materials and Methods. A critical analysis of databases and official pages of project sites was carried out, scientific publications and news articles of online publications were studied. The research used the methods of observation, comparison, generalization, analysis, synthesis and interpretation of data. Analysis. The regularities and distinguishing features of the development of the "Word of the Year" projects in the media discourse are studied. The projects under the study are systematized by languages, countries, and periods of implementation, the venues for posting information about the projects are identified and the organizations implementing the projects as well as their goals pursued are discovered. Results. The study has allowed us to record 71 projects of the "Language Unit of the Year" type, which have been carried out since the second half of the XX till the first decades of the XXI century in 29 countries of Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Australia in 21 languages of the world. A meaningful change in the interest vector of the public, media actors and researchers towards other semiotic units, like gestures, hieroglyphs, numbers, emoji, and memes, has been revealed.

Implementation of public sector marketing in Indonesia: Internet-based study official provincial government website

The quality of performance and public services in Indonesia still requires significant improvement. One approach that can be used to improve this quality is the application of marketing concepts. This research aims to identify the practice of implementing a marketing approach, especially the 4P1C strategy (product, price, place, promotion, and customer focus and relations) in the public sector in Indonesia. The method used is content analysis, where marketing strategy practices are detected through narratives on the official pages of provincial government agencies in Indonesia. 4,678 pages of text (1,126,018 words) were copied from 34 official Provincial Government websites for analysis. Analysis was carried out on manifest content using an a priori coding approach and hidden content supported by the QDA Miner application. The analysis results show that provincial governments in Indonesia still need to maximize the implementation of the 4P1C marketing strategy fully. The element of "promotion" became the dominant element of the process, with words such as "socialization" and "information" dominating usage. However, it is essential to note that the term "information" is more related to the obligation to disclose information by the law than persuasion efforts for promotional purposes. Apart from that, the provincial government does not use its official website as a marketing tool for its region (marketing place). Only a few provinces use narratives related to "investment," "regional potential," and "regional advantages" as marketing efforts. This research confirms the view of Lee & Kotler (2006) that marketing in the public sector is a field that still needs to be considered and understood by public sector managers. Thus, further efforts are required in order to increase understanding and application of marketing concepts in the context of public services in Indonesia.

Media Communications of Executive Power: Assessing Effectiveness

Assessing the Effectiveness of Media Communications of Executive Power: An Analysis of Speeches. This study focuses on developing a method to evaluate the effectiveness of communication between Russian executive authorities and citizens. The empirical data was collected from posts on the official pages of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Perm Krai Ministry of Health, and Sverdlovsk Oblast Ministry of Health on the social media platform VKontakte. The relevance of this research lies in the need to establish objective measures of speech performance based on verifiable data. One such measure is the engagement coefficient of users, determined through the online service Popsters.ru. The novelty of this study lies in interpreting effectiveness as a complex characteristic represented by the reactions of recipients — likes, comments, and reposts. The proposed algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of media dialogue between authorities and citizens includes the following procedures: determining criteria for selecting content, automatic analysis of material, ranking publications, content analysis of publications, and identifying their discursive-stylistic features. It has been proven that the engagement of users in communication with authorities is influenced by the content, thematic, linguistic, and non-verbal parameters of the text (question-answer complexes, evaluative vocabulary, prospective and exclamatory constructions, categorization, emojis, etc.). This methodology can be used to assess the effectiveness of media dialogue between executive power and citizens on other digital platforms.

LEXICAL MEANS OF EXPRESSING VERBAL AGGRESSION IN SOCIAL NETWORKS (BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER ON THE PAGES OF P. POROSHENKO AND V. ZELENSKY)

The article characterizes the lexical means of realizing the conflictual communicative behavior of social network users. The network comments presented on the official pages of Ukrainian politicians - the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the previous President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko - in the Facebook and Twitter social networks were considered. The concept of verbal aggression is defined as a means of implementing conflictual communicative behavior. The genre specificity of comments in social networks is outlined and the peculiarities of their functioning are determined. Lexical units, which are verbal markers of aggressive behavior of commentators in social networks, were analyzed. The purpose of the study is to identify the main lexical means of implementing verbal aggression in the political discourse of social networks. The object of analysis is the conflictual communicative behavior of social network users; the subject of the study is the verbal aggression of commentators on the official pages of Ukrainian politicians. The material for analysis was comments on posts on the official pages of Ukrainian politicians Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Petro Poroshenko on Facebook and Twitter for the year 2023. In total, more than 2,000 comments were analyzed. The lexical means of expressing verbal aggression were analyzed based on the material of those comments that characterize politicians, rather than direct communicators – supporters of one of the Ukrainian presidents. It has been proven that the main means of representing verbal aggression in comments to the posts of Ukrainian politicians on Facebook and Twitter are anthroponyms, stylistically reduced vocabulary, invectives, jargonisms and reminiscences and quotes of politicians’ speeches.

Selection of footballers in Denmark

Football is Denmark's favorite national sport. According to the official website of the Danish Football Association (DBU), football as a strategy in Denmark integrates and enriches the culture of the Danish people regardless of age and ethnicity [9]. According to the official pages of FIFA and UEFA [10, 11], Today, Denmark is the European leader in the number of competitive and training football fields and small playgrounds for children in the "5 on 5" format.
 There are 1600 football clubs of various levels in Denmark, 50 football academies with a full staff of coaching and administrative staff are officially certified by the national association. At the courses under the auspices of UEFA, DBU constantly trains new coaches in order to ensure that the geographical coverage of certified children's and youth football locations is maximized and no child has to move to other cities in advance for the sake of football.
 Danish football functionaries want to develop players to play both on and off the football field, and thus focus on both professional football aspects and the individual and social skills of each child. The motto of Danish football specialists is: "We want to develop players who can think quickly, correctly and independently – both on and off the pitch."
 The study of the Danish experience of sports selection and selection of young (elite) and highly qualified football players ("Danish Football Fairy Tale") seems to be a sufficiently informative tool of knowledge in the current conditions of development of European and world football.

The Reality of Political Marketing in Social Networks - Official Pages (Facebook) of Kurdistan Regional Political Parties for Example)

This research works to understand the Reality and nature of political marketing on Facebook platform which used by political parties in Kurdistan Region to influence voters in Iraqi Parliament campaigns since 2021. The sample of the study is the total number of posts that political parties in the campaign elections published on the official Facebook pages, and the samples were taken in a purposive way(non-probability sample).The most important findings of the study are; Political parties published 51.2% of the posts in the form of images, while 0.1% of the posts contained only text, which is the lowest rate compared to other forms. On the other hand, the results showed that the majority of political parties paid attention to Promotion strategies. Regarding the engagement of Facebook, New Generation Movement’s Facebook page has the most engagement on political marketing posts and the results show that the most reactions with the posts of New Generation Movement, (60.05%).
