Diseminasi Karya Ilmiah untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Publikasi bagi Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kayangan

This dissemination activity aims to improve the publication skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kayangan, North Lombok Regency. The method of implementing this service is through outreach and demonstration. The instruments used to measure teachers' publication abilities are interviews and observations. Based on the results of observations and interviews during the training, around 70.59% of the training participants were able to show significant improvement, while the rest still needed to receive additional training so that they could produce scientific work correctly. The results of these observations were supported by the results of an interview with the Head of SMP Negeri 2 Kayangan who stated that this activity was very useful for teachers to motivate and improve their writing skills. They will apply the knowledge and skills in compiling scientific work obtained in the training, both individually and in groups to produce scientific work that can improve teacher professionalism. The results of the training activities showed that teachers were happy to receive refreshment regarding the importance of compiling scientific work.

The Wisdom of The Bayan Indigenous Community in Conserving The Traditional Forest in North Lombok, Indonesia

Local wisdom is formed as a process of interaction between humans and their environment to meet their various needs. The Bayan indigenous people are a community that until now still adheres to the beliefs and customs of their ancestors. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of local wisdom that exist in indigenous peoples in protecting customary forests in Bayan Village, North Lombok. As well as to find out the efforts of indigenous peoples to maintain and maintain local wisdom in protecting customary forests in Bayan Village, North Lombok Regency Collecting data using participatory observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Bayan indigenous people at present tend to be sectoral, meaning that traditional implementation activities are local (village). The success of customary forest development cannot be separated because it is supported by local wisdom which is always obeyed. In an effort to preserve the customary forest area, it is protected by a local policy called awiq-awiq.

KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (KDRT) DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN SOSIAL ANAK (STUDI DI DESA MENGGALA KECAMATAN PEMENANG KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA)

This study aims to: (1) Identify and analyze forms of domestic violence (KDRT) in Menggala Village, Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency; and (2) Identify and analyze how the impact of domestic violence on children's social development in Menggala Village, Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study found three forms of domestic violence, namely (1) physical violence; (2) psychic violence; (3) economic violence and found four impacts of domestic violence on children's social development, namely (1) bad habits; (2) difficulty controlling emotions; (3) traumatized; (4) low self-confidence.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE JARIMATIKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MATERI PERKALIAN PECAHAN PADA SISWA KELAS V DI SDN 4 SAMBIK BANGKOL

This study aims to describe the application, problems, and efforts to apply the jarimatics method in learning mathematics on multiplication fractions for fifth grade students at SDN 4 Sambik Bangkol. The subjects of this study were 15 fifth grade students at SDN 4 Sambik Bangkol in Gangga District, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the numeracy skills of fifth grade students at SDN 4 Sambik Bangkol increased after the application of the jarimatics method to learning mathematics, this can be seen from the results of the comparison of pretest and posttest numbering scores. . At the time of the pretest, the Numeration Level 2 Class 5 Pretest score had a presentation of 40%, while the Posttest Numeration Level 2 Class 5 scoring results had a presentation of 46%, including the medium value interval category. Therefore, the numeracy skills of fifth grade students who learn using the jarimatics method are better than those using the usual method.

STUDI KELAYAKAN HUTAN LINDUNG MONGGAL SEBAGAI TAMAN WISATA ALAM (TWA) GUNA MENINGKATKAN DAYA TARIK WISATAWAN

The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility study of the Monggal protection forest as a nature tourism park (TWA) in order to increase tourist attraction which is expected to be one way to support the growth of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and the welfare of the local community and drive the local economy. From the general objectives, it can be further elaborated on the specific objectives, namely (1) to analyze the feasibility of non-financial aspects of the TWA business including market, management, social, economic, and cultural aspects, and the environment. (2) to analyze the feasibility of the financial aspects of the TWA business. This research uses quantitative methods with survey techniques with data collection carried out through several stages, namely: Literature study, Observation, and Focus Group Discussion with various stakeholders. 
 The results of this study reveal that the development of TWA in Genggelang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency is feasible to develop due to the consideration that (1) Feasibility from non-financial aspects (2) Feasibility from financial aspects is carried out by calculating the NPV value for 10 years of Rp 1,214,388,386.85 with a rate of return on investment (IRR) of 32%. Then the Net B / C value of Rp 4,043. and Payback Period for 2 years and 3 months

Penataan Kawasan Wisata Pantai Berbasis Komunitas Nelayan di Pantai Bintang Kabupaten Lombok Utara

The arrangement of coastal areas as tourist attractions in Medana Village, Tanjung subdistrict, North Lombok Regency has been massively developed in line with the economic revival of North Lombok after the devastating earthquake in 2018 and Covid-19 in 2020. Bintang Beach is one of the tourist destinations. Local mainstays along the Medane coastal area with infrastructure built in 2016 were also affected by the earthquake, it is necessary to reorganize the area so that it becomes vital again and can be integrated with the coastal area to the north and fishermen's settlements to the south. The problems studied in this research are direction and concept of structuring coastal areas based on fishing communities, as well as the design of structuring models that can be applied as a basic reference for restructuring areas in future development. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive with primary data collection techniques using direct site surveys, and secondary data in the form of related policy references. Analysis is carried out by exploring the potential of the area through a tourism component approach, and SWOT analysis to project facility needs and tourism sustainability strategies. The concept results obtained were 8 regional planning concepts. The model design a regional master plan with a fishing community-based approach.

Perbedaan Kejadian Penurunan Fungsi Kognitif pada Individu Normotensi dan Hipertensi dari Populasi Pesisir di Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara

Hypertension occurs due to vasoconstriction and impaired vasodilation which causes increased vascular resistance. Hypertension is the risk factor of Cognitive impairment decreased cognitive function through the mechanism of vascular damage and toxicity. Cognitive function is a complex function in the human brain. Cognitive impairment is also influenced by age, gender, physical activity, health factors, and education. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of blood pressure on cognitive impairment in coastal populations in the working area of ​​the Pemenang Health Center, North Lombok Regency. The research method used a cross sectional approach. The sampling method was purposive sampling. Measurement of cognitive function status using the Clock Drawing Test (CDT) questionnaire. Univariate data analysis to determine the frequency distribution of variables; BMI, age, gender, educational, and occupation of respondents. Test the hypothesis using the Chi-Square test, with a probability value (p) <0.05. The total number of respondents were 188, in the hypertension group was 88 (47%) and the normotensive group was 100 (53%) respondents. The age of the dominant respondent is in the range of 36-45 years, namely 96 (51.1%). As many as 158 (84%) of respondents experienced cognitive impairment and 82 (43.6%) of them had hypertension. There was a significant difference in the incidence of cognitive impairment in the hypertension and normotensive groups (p=0.001). There was a difference in the frequency of cognitive impairment in normotensive and hypertensive respondents in coastal populations in the working area of ​​the Pemenang Health Center, North Lombok Regency.

ICT-Based Lombok Disaster Management Communication Model in Indonesian

When a natural disaster occurs, information and communication technology (ICT)-based disaster communication must be carried out, especially from the government to the affected community. The needs for information on the location and the number of victims and data collection on their needs are highly required to ease officers and volunteers to assist disaster victims. When an earthquake occurred on July 29, 2018, the community was in a state of panic, anxiety, and fear, making it prone to the confusion of information, resulting in slow disaster management. This study aims to determine the communication model of Lombok earthquake disaster management based on ICT carried out by the Public Relations of the North Lombok Regency Government to the people of Gangga Village, North Lombok. This research utilized a descriptive qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with the Public Relations of the North Lombok Regency Government, the people of Gangga Village, North Lombok Regency, and the North Lombok Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The results disclosed that the ICT-based disaster communication model during the July 29, 2018 earthquake integrated related Regional Work Units (SKPDs), such as the Public Relations, BPBD, Public Works Service, and Health Service through Handy Talky (HT), Hand Phone (HP), websites, and social media. The North Lombok Regency Government also explicitly coordinated with the Ministry of Communication and Information, who asked the NTB Regional Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center to continuously coordinate with telecommunications operators, ORARI, and RAPI in NTB to ensure excellent telecommunications services for the community

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berkomunikasi Siswa

This paper is a best learning practice, whereby using the Think Pare and Share (TPS) learning model can improve the communication skills of class IX.2 students of SMP Negeri 1 Gangga, North Lombok Regency, in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is pre-experimental with a one-shot case study design. The population and sample of this study were students of class IX.2 at SMP Negeri 1 Gangga. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The activity took place in two meetings where the first meeting was a think and pair activity and the second meeting was a share activity. Students' communication skills, especially in presentation activities, are on average still low, from lack of confidence, unclear articulation, use of Indonesian to mastery of the material. Through the use of the Think Pare and Share (TPS) learning model, the results obtained are; 92.8% of students opened presentations with greetings, using good and correct Indonesian, 57.2%. Articulation or pronunciation that is clear and loud 82.1%. the ability to cooperate with friends 82.1%. An open attitude to questions from other participants is 21.%. Confidence 42.8% Students who have not mastered the material during presentations are quite high, although not half that is 46.5%, 53.5% feel doubtful between being excited and happy in presentations or not as much as 57.2% students feel capable interact with friends or other participants and students dress neatly during presentations, which is 89.2%.

PENGEMBANGAN DAYA TARIK DAN POTENSI WISATA AIR TERJUN LOKOQ SEKOAH DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA


 
 
 
 This study examines the development of the attraction and tourism potential of the Lokoq Sekoah Waterfall in North Lombok Regency. This study aims to determine the development of what potentials the Lokoq Sekoah Waterfall Tourism Destination has and what problems are encountered in developing the Lokoq Sekoah Waterfall Tourism Destination. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the tourist attraction of Lokoq Sekoah Waterfall is very potential to be developed in North Lombok Regency. In the development of the Lokoq Sekoah Waterfall Tourism Destination, it turns out that there are still various obstacles, including the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure so that in the future it really requires support from the community, managers, private sector and North Lombok Regency Government.

 This study discusses the role of the Karang Bajo Village Government as a Tourist Attraction in North Lombok Regency. This research was conducted to answer the problems in question, namely to determine the role of government in managing tourist attractions. This writing is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of the role of government and the management of tourist attractions. The method used in collecting data is by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in managing tourist attractions is very important in terms of the government's ability to organize Karang Bajo Village. The role of the government as a stakeholder is very visible both as a policy creator, coordinator, facilitator, implementer, and as an accelerator. The conclusion that can be drawn regarding the role of the village government in the management of tourist attractions is that the important role of stakeholders in the management of tourist attractions in Karang Bajo Village is very much needed in order to maintain and preserve the culture in Karang Bajo Village. Karang Bajo Village still has room to develop and compete in the tourism world of North Lombok Regency.

 The marketing of cashew nuts in Medana village has not yet expanded, which is only marketed in North Lombok Regency and even then not entirely by using only word of mouth promotional media. This research was conducted to support tourism activities, especially the seventh Sapta Pesona, namely memories by making cashew nuts as souvenirs. This study aims to describe the steps for developing the marketing of processed cashew nuts using the 7p marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where researchers collect data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that the steps for developing the marketing of cashew products as souvenirs for tourism were the development and improvement in terms of products, prices, places, promotions, people/HR, processes, and physical evidence in order to attract interest. local tourists and foreign tourists
 
 
 

Sharia Financial Literacy Index as a Preference in Interest of Saving at Islamic Banks

The research aims to describe the potential of the Islamic financial literacy index in increasing people's interest in saving at Islamic Banks in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a systematic literature review approach. The research findings show that the Islamic financial literacy index has the potential to increase the Islamic financial inclusion index. Islamic financial literacy is specified into high knowledge found in Islamic Banks and Savings is the most recognized product. Those with high Islamic financial literacy are retirees, besides those people with a vulnerable age of 25 years and over and those who work as workers. Areas that have the potential to develop Islamic financial inclusion are Mataram City and North Lombok Regency. This research contributes to providing recommendations to Islamic Banks to be considered for developing Islamic business, as well as topics to be developed in the future.

Edukasi Pentingnya Pendidikan bagi Anak di Dusun Salut Kendal

The purpose of this activity is: to provide counseling, socialization, and understanding of the importance of education for children given to the people of Salut Kendal Hamlet, Salut Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. the socialization activity was a collaboration between the Non-Governmental Organization Selaksa Sejahtera Foundation (YASERA) Mataram and Bumigora University. Participants were residents of Salut Kendal Hamlet, 40 people out of the planned 70 people carried out in one day. The method of implementing this service is the preparation and socialization stage which is packaged in the form of a workshop at the location of the savings for life family meeting. The results of the implementation of Community Service show that the level of understanding of community service participants is more aware of the importance of education for children in efforts to fulfill children's rights and prevent child marriage and to build parents' commitment to send their children at least to high school graduation.

Social Capital for Community Resilience in Responding to the 2018 Earthquake in the Cupek Community, Lombok

Indonesia frequently experiences earthquakes as it is located at the convergence of three highly active tectonic plates, making it prone to natural disasters. Lombok, an island in Indonesia, experienced a series of devastating earthquakes in 2018, resulting in heavy casualties, severe damage and economic repercussions. This research focused on the Cupek community in Sigar Penjalin Village, North Lombok Regency, who demonstrated their resilience and survival capabilities in the aftermath of the earthquakes. Despite limited external assistance during the initial hours following the earthquake, the community swiftly activated their resilience capacities, relying on their social capital and collective actions for support and recovery. This research aims to examine the most significant resilience capacities implemented by the community and explain the process of activating them. This research used the concept of social capital to analyze how the community mobilized their resources and abilities, which ultimately ensured their survival during the initial emergency response. The theoretical framework, data collection and methods of analysis were elaborated and followed by the presentation of specific findings for Cupek. The implications of the research as well as its practical applications for emergency responders and planners were also discussed. The main objective of this research is to enhance the understanding of resilience in small communities, particularly emphasizing the importance of social capital in the context of disasters.

Characteristics of Xanthidae Crab in the Intertidal Zone at Gili Meno Beach, West Nusa Tenggara

Gili Meno is one of the leading small (gili) tourist islands in North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Massive tourism activities have an impact on marine biota, including crabs. This research is to determine the characteristics of the crab family of Xanthidae in the intertidal zone of Gili Meno Beach, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research was conducted using an exploratory method by measuring the abiotic factors of the aquatic environment which is the habitat of crabs. Based on the research, two species of crab from the family of Xanthidae were obtained: Actaeodes tomentosus and Atergatis floridus. A. tomentosus has a relatively rough carapace while A. floridus has a relatively smooth carapace. Both like habitats with sandy substrates with reefs and coral rubble as protection from predators and waves. Abiotic factors: temperature and pH in the intertidal waters of Gili Meno Beach which are suitable for the growth, development and distribution of the two crab species.
