The Relationship Between Communication in The Family and The Social and Emotional Development of Children Aged 4-5 Years in Batipuh, Tanah Datar Regency

The background to this research is the low level of social and emotional development of children. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many children who fight back when reprimanded, are less sensitive to the environment, do not like sharing with other people, children often fight with their friends because they cannot control their emotions. This is suspected to be due to a lack of family communication. This research aims to: 1) See a picture of family communication. 2) See a picture of the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years. 3) Seeing the relationship between family communication and the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were parents who had children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh, Tanah Datar Regency with a total of 47 people and 75% of the samples were 35 people. The sampling used by researchers was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used was in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentage and product moment formulas. The results of the research show that: 1) Description of family communication in Batipuh, Tanah Datar Regency. 2) The description of the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh is categorized as less than supportive. 3) There is a relationship between family communication and the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh. The Relationship Between Variations in Teaching Skills of Tutors and Learning Motivation of Learning Package C Students in SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to find out the description and relationship between skills in applying variations in tutor teaching and the learning motivation of residents studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. This research uses quantitative correlational. The population of this research is all students registered in the package C pursuit program at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely 72 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, so that the total sample that the researchers took was 50 residents studying package C at SPNF Kota Pariaman. Data collection techniques using questionnaire format and list of statements as data collection tools, data analysis techniques using percentages to find correlations using the product moment formula. The results of this research are: 1.) Skills in applying variations in tutor teaching to students studying at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman are classified as less than optimal, 2.) Motivation of students studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman is classified as less than optimal and 3.) There is a significant relationship between skills in applying variations in tutor teaching with learning motivation for residents studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman.Keywords: Variasi Mengajar, Motivasi Belajar, SKB.

Assessment Guidance of Wudhu at Elementary School Students A Study in Elementary school Pesanggrahan 10 Pesanggrahan Sub District South Jakarta

This research is aimed to make an assessment guidance of a proper and objective wudhu ability of the student to be used by religious teachers in elementary school which use competency standard curriculum of religious study. The population are 392 students and the samples are 60 students by stratified random sampling. The instrument of this assessment guidance which is developed in assessment scale where the wudhu ability of the student by using rating scale from 0, 1 and 2 for each scale interval has a different description ability. Teachers’/assessors choose and give the proper rating scale with the wudhu ability performed by students.This assessment guidance has been analyzed the content and construction validity by seventeen experts. The result of the analysis shows this assessment instrument of the wudhu ability is valid for try-out need. Based on its validity by using a formula of product moment on the significant level, 1 % in the table r is 0.325. The result of all items of Rukun which are stated valid and all item of Sunnah which are stated valid. The conclusion is that the wudhu assessment guidance could be standardized as it has its condition and standard of a valid and good instrument building.

Adelic Rogers integral formula

AbstractWe formulate and prove the extension of the Rogers integral formula (Rogers [Acta Math. 94 (1955), 249–287]) to the adeles of number fields. We also prove the second moment formulas for a few important cases, enabling a number of classical and recent applications of the formula to extend immediately to any number field.

STUDENTS’ MOBILE TECHNOLOGY USAGE AND THEIR TOEFL LISTENING PROFICIENCY: A CORRELATIONAL STUDY

This research aimed to find out the correlation between students’ mobile technology usage and TOEFL listening proficiency in the sixth semester of the English Study Program of FKIP Universitas Riau. The sample of this study was 36 students in the sixth semester of the English Study Program of FKIP Universitas Riau. The Cluster Random sampling technique was utilized to choose the sample for this research. This study used two data instruments, a mobile technology usage questionnaire and TOEFL listening proficiency gained by collecting students’ TOEFL listening scores. The instruments were distributed to the respondents online through Google Forms. The mobile technology usage questionnaire was an adaptation of a questionnaire by Grenier. The respondents submitted the TOEFL listening score after finishing the questionnaire. The students’ mobile technology usage was analyzed using a Likert scale in the form of positive questions. The students’ proficiency levels were categorized using ETS Performance Descriptors for TOEFL. The researcher used the Pearson Product Moment formula to determine the correlation coefficient value. The result of this study shows that most respondents’ listening proficiency is categorized at the elementary level with a range score of the listening section 31-46. Moreover, this study revealed a moderate correlation between students’ mobile technology usage and their TOEFL listening proficiency, with a 36% determinant score. In other words, mobile technology usage is not the main factor in determining students’ TOEFL listening proficiency.

Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Perkembangan Sosial Siswa Kelas XI IA MAN 2 Model Medan Helvetia

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and social development of class XI IA MAN 2 Model Medan Helvatia in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational research design. The population in this study were students of class XI IA MAN 2 Model Medan. Sampling in this study used random sampling using the slovin formula. The sample size is 85 students. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by product moment correlation and the reliability test was obtained by the Cronbach alpha test. Test the hypothesis using the product moment formula from pearson with the help of SPSS22 For Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.628 and Rsquare = 0.386 and a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, the research hypothesis was put forward: "There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and students' social development

The Relationship Between Breakfast Habits and Playing Activities for Children Aged 5-6 Years in Al-Kautsar Integrated Islamic Kindergarten

Breakfast is essential since it affects children's playing activities at school. This study, therefore, aimed to determine the relationship between breakfast habits and children's playing activities aged 5-6 years at Al-Kautsar Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Lubuk Begalung, Padang. The research approach used was quantitative with this type of correlational research. The sample studied was 41 children. Data collection techniques employed observation and questionnaires. The instrument utilized was an observation sheet of children's breakfast habits filled in by the child's parents, while the teacher filled in a questionnaire about playing activities. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability. Testing the instrument validity used the Product Moment formula, whereas the reliability test used was the Alpha formula. The data analysis technique used was a product-moment correlation for hypothesis testing. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study obtained an R-count of 0.527. This result was more significant than the r-table at a significance level of 5%, gained 0.316. This study found a positive relationship between breakfast habits and playing activities of children aged 5-6 years at Al-Kautsar Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Lubuk Begalung, Padang. The effective contribution of breakfast habits to playing activities in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Kautsar Islamic Integrated Kindergarten, Lubuk Begalung, Padang, was r2 x 100%, i.e., 27.75%. This result could be a reference for parents and teachers to be more concerned about breakfast habits for children's development.

Analysis of the Effect of Slenderness Ratio on Nominal Moment in T Section

T-section is similar to the single-symmetry plane. Mostly used in railway engineering, temporary work stands and machinery equipment. In the AISC1999 specification, due to the unfamiliarity with the T-section. Therefore, a conservative definition of a tee fracture is a noncompact section. With the evolution of the times, there are more and more researches on T-section. The T-section is defined as the flange slenderness and the web slenderness. The calculation formula of the nominal moment (Mn) is mainly limited by the slenderness ratio. In recent years, the AISC2017 has added limiting laterally unbraced length for the limit state of yielding (Lp) and limiting laterally unbraced length for the limit state of inelastic lateral-torsional buckling (Lr) to the calculation formula of the nominal flexural strength (Mn) of the T-section. The nominal flexural strength (Mn) shall be the lowest value obtained according to the limit states of yielding moment (Mp), lateral-torsional buckling (LTB). Therefore, this study will analyze and compare the changes in the AISC2017 with the previous norm. Largest laterally unbraced length along either flange at the point of load has 3% difference between AISC2017 and other specifications in plastic moment.

Hubungan Self Regulation Learning Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar

The existence of self-regulated learning in students to regulate learning patterns is predicted to influence the level of student learning independence. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and learning independence in class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan Bantul. This research is quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this study was 120 class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with details of 30 students for trials and 90 students for research. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Validity test analysis uses construct validity using the Pearson product moment formula. Reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. The data analysis technique resulting from data collection uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that self-regulated learning has a positive and significant relationship to the learning independence of class Increasing self-regulated learning in students will cause an increase in student learning independence, while decreasing self-regulated learning will cause a decrease in student learning independence. The effective contribution of self-regulation in learning to learning independence is 28.5%, while the contribution of 71.5% comes from other factors.

TikTok has become a widely used social media platform for entertainment and showcasing user creativity, including in the realm of job-seeking information. Given the rising unemployment rates in Indonesia, job information has become essential. This study aims to examine the relationship between the content information of the TikTok account @vmuliana and the job information needs of its followers. In this research, a correlation method was applied with a quantitative approach. The entire follower base of the TikTok account @vmuliana served as the research population, with 100 individuals selected as samples through a simple random selection method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and literature studies. To analyze the data, researchers utilized the Pearson Product Moment formula. From the analysis, a correlation coefficient was found between content information (variable X) and information needs (variable Y) amounting to r = 0.721, with a significance of 0.000 from 100 respondents. According to Guilford, this value indicates a high relationship. With a significance value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the content of the TikTok account @vmuliana is closely related to fulfilling the job search information needs of its followers.

Pengaruh Mindset Terhadap Self-Concept Siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai

Mindset Is a way of thinking that is formed from beliefs that affect one's behavior and attitude. Self-concept is a person's view of himself which includes a picture of himself, and the desired personality obtained from the results of experiences and interactions that include physical or psychological aspects. This study aims to determine the influence of Mindset on students' Self-concept. The method used in this study is a quantitative associative method by selecting a sample of 30 grade VIII-D students at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis using the correlation coefficient with the Product Moment formula and calculations using SPSS for windows data processing obtained results of 0.648 and the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square of 42.0%. The influence of variable X (Mindset influence) on variable Y (student self-concept) can be proven from the calculation results obtained from calculations using the t test. The result of the calculation of tcalculate is substituted by the magnitude of the ttable value. Where t_hitung=4.502 does not lie in the interval: 1.701≤t≤1.701, or in other words the value of tcount = 4.502 > 1.701 then declare Ho rejected and accept Ha accepted. So, the hypothesis that reads: "there is a significant influence between Mindset on Self-concept students" is accepted at a significant level of 5%.

Efektivitas Metode Index Card Match Dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Di SMP Tahfidz Qur’an Al-Fatih Bengkalis

The researcher discusses the Index Card Match Method (looking for pairs of cards) which is a fun learning method used to repeat material previously provided. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Data collection uses a questionnaire, observation and interviews. After the data was collected, the researcher used the prodact moment formula in order to find out alternative success scores for learning using the index card match method. From the percentage results, the recapitulation of the results of the questionnaire respondents answered the effectiveness of the lecture method in increasing students' learning understanding in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. has a less good and less high value, because the alternative answers yes are fewer than the alternative no, the percentage result is 44.65. While the research results from the recapitulation of the questionnaire regarding the index card match method in increasing students' learning understanding in the subject of Islamic Religious Education has a value of 89%. This is included in the very good criteria, which means that H0 is rejected, thus the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN FIKIH SISWA KELAS XA SEKOLAH MENGAH ATAS MUHAMMADIYAH DAARUL KHOIR GUNUNGKIDUL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

The results of this study indicate (1) Learning Discipline of class XA students at SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Gunungkidul is classified as "Good" because there are 2 students or 10% categorized as Very Good, there are 11 students or 55% categorized as Good, there are 4 students or 20% categorized as Enough, and there are 3 students or 15% in the Less category. (2) Learning Outcomes of Jurisprudence Subject Class XA SMA Muhammadiyah Daarul Khoir Gunungkidul are classified as "Enough" because as many as 3 students or 15% categorized as Very Good, as many as 6 students or 30% categorized as Good, as many as 11 students or 55% categorized as Enough, and as many as 0 students or 0% categorized as Less. (3) From the results of the rxy calculation using the product moment formula, the rxy value is 0.064, a significance value of 0.778 or in the "Weak Correlation" category. And after consulting the table at a significance level of 1% and 5%, rcount is smaller than rtable, which means the hypothesis is rejected. As for the magnitude of the effect, Y=a+bX is Y= 33,981 + (-0.22), which means that for every increase in learning discipline by 1, the value of learning outcomes will decrease by 0.22

Pengaruh Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Menginap di Villa Gunung Geulis Camp Area Bogor

Tourist accommodation is currently experiencing a growing demand from the public, leading to heightened competition among accommodation businesses. As a result, these businesses are required to continuously innovate by providing excellent services, facilities, and competitive pricing. Consequently, this study aimed to investigate how perceptions of price influenced decision-making at Villa Gunung Geulis Camp in the Bogor Area. The research examined four dimensions related to price perceptions: affordability, price compatibility with product quality, price compatibility with benefits, and price competitiveness. Quantitative methods were employed, and data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The research sample was determined using Nonprobability Sampling with the Accidental Sampling technique. The validity of the data was assessed using the Pearson Product Moment formula, while the reliability was tested using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The analytical approach used in the study involved simple linear regression analysis, performed using the SPSS Version 25 application. The results of the data analysis demonstrated a significant and positive influence of Variable X Price Perception on the decision to stay at Villa Gunung Geulis Camp in the Bogor Area, both partially and simultaneously. This can be seen from the results of data processing carried out by researchers, namely that price affordability has a significance value of 0.0477 <0.05 and tcount <ttable where this dimension has no significant effect, then the suitability of price with product quality has a significance value of 0.051 <0.05 and tcount < ttable where this dimension has a significant effect, then price compatibility with benefits has a significance value of 0.042 <0.05 and tcount > ttable where this dimension has a significant effect, and price competitiveness has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount> ttable where this dimension is significantly influential, then with an fcount value of 11.907 > ftable 3.94 with a significance value of f 0.000 <0.05 where this result shows that all Variable X Price Perceptions influence the Decision to Stay.

Pengaruh Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Restoran Bakmie Kalimantan Hin Lie

Most of the consumers who come to the Bakmie Kalimantan Hin Lie Restaurant are consumers who have high trust and a positive view of the brand image in the restaurant. In addition, the Bakmie Kalimantan Hin Lie Restaurant has unique characteristics and advantages which most restaurants do not have. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of Brand Image in three dimensions, namely the dimensions of Strength, Uniqueness and Favorable on purchasing decisions at Bakmie Kalimantan Hin Lie Restaurant. This study used quantitative methods and data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Then, the researcher used the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method to determine a research sample. Then the researchers used the Pearson Product Moment formula to measure the validity test and used the Alpha Cronbach technique to measure the reliability test. The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS Version 25 application.Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it is simultaneously proven that there is a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Bakmie Kalimantan Hin Lie Restaurant, this can be seen from the Strenghtness dimension, the value of tcount on the Strenghtness dimension is 2.302 and the sig value obtained is 0.023, then for the Uniqueness dimension, the tcount value for the Uniqueness dimension is 1,110 and the sig value is 0.270 and the last for the Favorable dimension, the tcount value for the Favorable dimension is 0.390 and the sig value is 0.697. then with the value of Fcount on the Brand Image variable of 5.939 and the sig value of 0.017.

ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ РОЗПОДІЛЬНИХ МЕРЕЖ РАЙОНІВ МАЛОПОВЕРХОВОЇ ЗАБУДОВИ МІСТ

The article analyzes the methods of estimating the parameters and regimes of electrical distribution networks in areas of low-rise urban development. A method for optimizing the parameters of distribution networks of 0.38 kV under conditions of uncertainty of the initial information is proposed. It is shown that one of the unsolved problems of calculating the parameters of distribution electric networks of cities is the determination of the estimated load of utility consumers. Its dependence on the characteristics of consumers and their number connected to the lines of city transformer substations causes the low accuracy of calculations. In this case, the error of calculating the transformer substations load can reach 10-25%, and the error of calculating the cross-sections of 0.38 kV lines reaches 40%. In the assumption of the constancy of the total length of the lines of urban electric networks and the invariance of the distance between loads, calculation formulas for linear moments and load distribution coefficients are proposed, and based on them, models of intersection and power losses in lines are developed. Taking into account the developed models, we offer discounted cost models for 0.38 kV networks and transformer substations when calculating economic current density and allowable voltage costs. Pengaruh Metode Information Serch Terhadap Hasil Belajar Akidah Akhlak Siswa Kelas Xi Man 2 Kota Payakumbuh

The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes of aqidah akhlah, because educators still use methods that make students bored and unenthusiastic in participating in learning, such as still using lecture, question and answer and assignment methods. So that there are still students who have less motivation in learning, as evidenced by the lack of students who are active in class, such as actively asking, answering and being active in expressing opinions, so that many students have not achieved predetermined learning outcomes. This study aims to describe: (1) Application of Information Search Methods for Class XI Man 2 Payakumbuh City, (2) Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak Class XI Man 2 Students in Payakumbuh City, (3) Effect of Information Search Methods on Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak Class XI Students Man 2 Payakumbuh City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a korean type. The population in this study was students of class XI Man 2 Payakumbuh City with a total of 137 students. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire in the analysis using the r product moment formula, the correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. But before the data is tested, the research is first tested using the normality test, linearity, and homogeneity test. Sampling using simple random sampling technique, by taking 25% of the population of 137 students. And the sample in this study were 34 students. The results of the Research Information Search Method for class XI students are in the high category with a percentage of 53%. While the results of research on the influence of information seeking methods on student learning outcomes of aqidah morals obtained results of 0.562. The results of the determination test were (0.5622)  100  = 31.58%. Then the perception of students' learning outcomes of aqeedah morals is 31.58% influenced by the application of information seeking methods, the remaining 68.42% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. There is a significant influence between the Information Search Method and the learning outcomes of class XI student morals based on the coefficient of determination, the figure is 31.58%.

Ta’tsir Istikhdaami Lu’bah Al-Lughowiyyah “ Hal Ta’rifu As-Sabab” ‘Ala Maharati Al-Kalam Bi Madrasati Ulun Nuha

Speaking skill is one of the most important skills in learning Arabic, and it is a form of language activity. It has been known in one of the schools, the students have problems speaking Arabic. from here, the author wants to make students have an interest and enthusiasm in speaking Arabic with the correct rules by using language games. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of using language games, “do you know why?” for learning to speak at Ulun Nuha School. and the purpose of this research is to find out the effect of the game “do you know why?” on learning to speak at ulun nuha school. The research is a quantitative method designed only control design for the true experimental post test only design. Techniques of analyzing research data using quantitative data with the product moment formula and test-t formula. And the results of this study using the t-test formula is to 2.259 greater than tt which is 2.003. The reciprocal hypotesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypotesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion is that there is an effect of using the game "do you know why?" on speaking ability.Keywords: Learning Arabic Language, Speaking Skills, Game "do you know why?"

Second moment of the light-cone Siegel transform and applications

We study the light-cone Siegel transform, transforming functions on the light cone of a rational indefinite quadratic form Q to a function on the homogenous space SOQ+(Z)﹨SOQ+(R). In particular, we prove a second moment formula for this transform for forms of signature (n+1,1), and show how it can be used for various applications involving counting integer points on the light cone. In particular, we prove some new results on intrinsic Diophantine approximations on ellipsoids as well as on the distribution of values of random linear and quadratic forms on the light cone.

Newfangled Linearization Formula of Certain Nonsymmetric Jacobi Polynomials: Numerical Treatment of Nonlinear Fisher’s Equation

This article is devoted to deriving a new linearization formula of a class for Jacobi polynomials that generalizes the third-kind Chebyshev polynomials class. In fact, this new linearization formula generalizes some existing ones in the literature. The derivation of this formula is based on employing a new moment formula of this class of polynomials and after that using suitable symbolic computation to reduce the resulting linearization coefficients into simplified forms that do not contain any hypergeometric functions or sums. The new formula is employed along with some other formulas and with the utilization of the spectral tau method to obtain numerical solutions to the nonlinear Fisher equation. The presented method is used to convert the equation governed by its underlying conditions into a nonlinear system of equations. The solution of the resulting system can be obtained through any suitable standard numerical scheme. To demonstrate the efficiency and usefulness of the proposed algorithm, some examples are shown, including comparisons with some existing techniques in the literature.
