DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE TAX SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

In the article examines the importance of introducing modern digital technologies into the tax system of Ukraine during the war for its adaptation to current challenges and development in the post-war period. The use of such innovations makes it possible to make life easier for taxpayers, reduce corruption and increase the efficiency of tax authorities. The key advantages of digitalization, which directly affect the quality of tax administration, are considered. The introduction of the latest technologies allows to automate the collection, processing and analysis of tax data, to improve the process of compiling and submitting tax reports, facilitates electronic interaction between tax authorities and taxpayers, contributes to the efficiency of tax administration, allows to significantly reduce the time required for conducting tax audits and detecting violations, fight against tax fraud. The benefits of digitization of the tax system for both the tax service and taxpayers have been determined. The services are designed for both parties, allow to improve interaction, increase transparency and reduce the time and costs of fulfilling tax obligations. The programs, mobile application and comprehensive service developed by the State Tax Service of Ukraine for the work of state bodies, entrepreneurs and citizens were analyzed. The considered digital resources allow citizens to quickly and conveniently receive information, and business structures to quickly, qualitatively and timely fulfill their tax obligations, to form and submit various forms of reporting, as well as to communicate with state control bodies as remotely and comfortably as possible. Advantages and risks of digitization in the tax system are considered. Although the digitalization of the tax system in Ukraine has significantly improved the interaction between the state and taxpayers, the process faces certain challenges. This includes data security issues, the possibility of cyber threats, and the need for citizens and businesses to adapt to new digital tools. It has been established that digitalization has a positive effect on the cooperation of the DPS of Ukraine and taxpayers.

Interplay between online customer experience and customer citizenship behaviour towards mobile shopping applications

ABSTRACT In the service industry, embracing customers as valuable resources and stimulating their citizenship behaviours provides a competitive edge. However, there is a dearth of studies on customer citizenship behaviour (CCB) in mobile application services. This study focuses on how online customer experience (OCE), particularly in mobile shopping applications (MSAs), affects CCB. Data from 410 Indian MSA users were collected and analysed using structural equation modelling. The analysis reveals that two aspects of the customer experience – cognitive (users’ perceptions and thoughts about the app) and sensory (the app’s design and visual appeal) – strongly influence key CCB elements, such as customer advocacy, helpfulness, and tolerance. The findings emphasise the relevance of OCE in improving CCB towards MSAs. It will assist marketers in formulating effective branding strategies that drive value co-creation and long-term customer engagement.

Relationship Between The Use of National Health Insurance Mobile Application and Health Services

Background: Advances in science and technology continue to develop rapidly, including in the use of the National Health Insurance (JKN) Mobile application. Mobile JKN is a digital innovation developed by BPJS Kesehatan. With this application, people can easily access comprehensive health services. Mobile JKN is a progressive step in ensuring equal access for everyone. In addition, users of this application can be more practical when forgetting to bring a physical card; Just open the application, the officer can view the card online. Objective: This study aims to explain the relationship between the use of the Mobile JKN application and the quality of health services. Research method: This study uses a quantitative method with an analytical survey approach and a cross-sectional design. The population in this study is all BPJS participants in the working area of the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. Samples were taken purposively, and primary and secondary data were collected for analysis. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents (64.7%) used the Mobile JKN application, and the majority of respondents (70.4%) stated that the quality of health services they received was good. There was a significant relationship between the use of Mobile JKN and the quality of health services in the working area of the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency (p=0.002). It is hoped that people in the Pagar Merbau Health Center area will make more use of the Mobile JKN application to get more effective and efficient services when receiving treatment. In addition, health workers are expected to continue to socialize about Mobile JKN on a regular basis, so that the public always remembers the importance of using this application to get optimal service.

아파트 관리 애플리케이션 인터페이스 디자인 비교·분석 연구 - 국내 아파트 앱을 중심으로

Recently, among the O2O mobile application services, apartment management apps that provide convenience have been released. They are digital service apps for residents’ use; inquiry and payment of management fees, energy cost checks and non-face-to-face civil complaints are the main services provided by the apps. However, the usability or user experience of the service has not been studied yet. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present necessary improvements for U.I design for Aptner and Apti, the representative apartment app service in Korea. First of all, In the theoretical background, the concept and current status of apartment management apps and components of interface design were summarized. In addition, previous overseas studies that had been investigated were reviewed and organized, and evaluation factors that can be applied to apartment app U.I usability evaluation criteria were also derived. Second, in the analysis of the study subject, the component analysis of the interface visual design, the apartment management app questionnaire, and the usability evaluation task list were created. Third, in the research results, reasonable improvements were presented by comparing and analyzing usability evaluation factor items.

Effect of Motivational Factors on the Use of Integrated Mobility Applications: Behavioral Intentions and Customer Loyalty

The digital advancement of “as a service” models has led to the rapid emergence of mozbility as a service (MaaS) in transportation. This study aims to identify the motivational factors used among users of integrated mobility application services and empirically determine their attitudes regarding use and customer loyalty over the long term. To do this, four motivations for using integrated mobility mobile application services—social, habit-congruence, economic, and innovation acceptance—were identified. A total of 311 actual users of integrated mobility app services in South Korea were sampled and analyzed. Social motivation was found to have the greatest impact on positive attitudes and behavioral intentions to use integrated mobility apps. This is followed by habit-congruence motivation, which users perceived as essential for use determination. It was found that active users of integrated mobility apps, who have used them for years, have a positive attitude about them, viewing them as part of a regular transportation system of daily life rather than an innovative service. This study suggests practical implications for integrated mobility applications and service strategies for transportation-related governments and businesses.

SISTEM IDENTIFIKASI PERIZINAN KIR DENGAN QR-CODE BERBASIS ANDROID

The security and authenticity of a proof of KIR licensing is very important, because proof of KIR licensing is obtained after going through a series of processes and fulfilling the requirements in accordance with applicable legal rules. The Department of Transportation in the service of KIR in Jayapura City licensing issues proof of passing the KIR test in the form of a KIR book, zinc plate and stickers. In this study, the design of the KIR licensing identification system was carried out using a QR-Code based on an Android mobile application and web service. The QR-Code is used as a marker of the authenticity of the proof of KIR licensing which is added to the KIR licensing sticker. In the resulting QR-Code has been added an encrypted information using the 3DES algorithm. This study uses the waterfall model software development method which is preceded by system requirements analysis, system design, system creation, and system testing. The final result of the research that has been done proves that the use of QR-Code as an identification tool and the selection of the Android platform as a QR-Code scanner application can be used as a solution as a tool to identify the authenticity of KIR licensing.

VALIDATING DIMENSIONS OF MOBILE SERVICE QUALITY E-COMMERCE CONSUMER TO CONSUMER (C2C) IN INDONESIA FROM SELLER'S PERSPECTIVE

Along with technological advancement, many sellers in Indonesia have shifted to use digital platform like e-commerce, which is creating potential ecosystem for various e-commerce applications to grow and face intense competition in facilitating direct transactions between consumers (C2C). This study aims to confirm the mobile service quality dimensions of e-commerce on mobile applications. The study adopts a quantitative approach with sellers who are use of popular C2C mobile applications in Indonesia, such as Tokope­dia, Shopee, Bukalapak, and TikTok Shop as the population. Sample selection using purposive technique resulted in a sample size of 313 respondents. Test­ing was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to determine the proposed dimensions of e-commerce mobile application service quality from previous research. The results of the study confirm six factors of mobile service quality in e-commerce applications: Application Design, Reliability, Responsiveness, Trust, Efficiency, and System Availability. Testing with the modified model provides higher fit criteria. ANOVA was used to compare components in each dimension. E-commerce service providers can use the re­sult to improve service quality. These improvements involve refining the ap­plication interface, ensuring reliability, responsiveness, security, efficiency, and system availability, aiming to boost user satisfaction, foster continued app usage, and fortify the service provider's reputation.

Application of The End User Computing Satisfaction Method to Analyze User Satisfaction Toward the Quality of Mobile Banking Services

This research aims to find out how to analyze user satisfaction with the quality of mobile banking application services using the end-user computing satisfaction model. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Use of questionnaires as a data collection tool. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Researchers conducted demographic, outer, and inner model analyses using the PLS-SEM approach via Smart-PLS. This research indicates that most mobile banking application users were satisfied with their overall use. The four hypotheses proposed, namely ease of use, perceived usefulness, and timeliness, were all accepted with solid evidence. The results of hypothesis testing show that three hypotheses have a highly significant influence on user satisfaction, namely H5 (perceived usefulness), H4 (format), and H3 (ease of use). These factors, such as user-perceived usefulness, format quality, and ease of use, provide a positive experience for users to feel satisfied with the application. However, two hypotheses are not accepted, indicating that the accuracy variable (accuracy) and content variable (content) do not significantly influence user satisfaction. The purpose of adding the perceived usefulness variable to this research is to obtain information about how practical the application is for users, and the results of the t-test show that this variable has a significant relationship with user satisfaction.

Development of Ward Visitor Management System in the COVID-19 Epidemic.

The purpose of this study was to design, develop, and deploy a visitor management system (VMS) to effectively manage visitors during COVID-19. The VMS was designed using the User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology. The iterative process of UCD includes 3 interviews and 5 usability tests and cognitive walkthrough cycles. This system comprised six parts: the WEB server provides visit scheduling service; the database server stores visit data and provides visit data services; the mobile application server provides security checks and scanning services; the electronic medical record (EMR) server provides ward data service; the Internet application gateway provides health code data service and exchanges health code data with the Sichuan Tianfu Health Code platform, and the service bus enables the centralized exchange and integration of visit data. The visit management system optimizes the workflow of ward visitors, improves staff productivity, and reduces the risk of infection transmission.

Mobile health technologies in the prevention and management of hypertension: A scoping review.

An estimated one billion people globally are currently suffering from hypertension. Prevention and management of hypertension are suboptimal especially in low- and middle-income countries leading to increased complications and deaths. With increased mobile phone coverage globally, this study aims to review mobile health technologies used for the prevention and management of hypertension. We conducted a literature search on electronic databases using identified keywords involving "hypertension", "mobile health technology" and their synonyms. Snowballing technique was also used. Papers were screened at two levels by independent reviewers. The targets were studies published in peer-reviewed journals reporting mobile health interventions for hypertension prevention and management. Only primary research studies published in English from January 2017 to April 2024 were included. Google Forms were used to extract the data along with other characteristics, and selected articles were categorised into: mobile application, web-based solutions, and Short Message Service (SMS) and other offline solutions. The search yielded 184 articles, and 44 studies were included in the review. Most (n = 26) were randomised control trials. Twenty-two studies (22) focused only on mobile applications solutions, 12 on SMS and other offline mHealth, 5 web-based solutions, and 5 combined more than one type of mobile health technology. The United States of America had the majority of studies (n = 17), with 6 studies from other American countries, 11 from Asia and nine from Europe, while only one from Africa. A total of 36 studies reported that mobile health technology significantly improved hypertension care through reduced blood pressure, improved adherence to follow-up visits and medications, and lifestyle changes. SMS and offline mHealth strategies have also demonstrated effectiveness in promoting self-management and reducing racial disparities in hypertension care. Mobile health technology has the potential to play a significant role in the prevention and management of hypertension. However, there is a need for mobile health solutions for hypertension prevention and management in African countries and other developing countries. Integrating mHealth into primary healthcare delivery would also go a long way in strengthening patient care and reducing the burden on healthcare systems.

The behaviour of FinTech users in the Alipay Ant Forest platform towards environmental protection

Users engaging in digital environmental initiatives is a complex phenomenon, and this study used mixed methods research to understand it. The primary aim of this study was to qualitatively analyse Alipay Ant Forest users’ behaviour by developing a thematic analysis of digital environmental protection initiatives via the Alipay Ant Forest platform. The additional analysis used a quantitative technique approach to supplement the qualitative findings. The study conducted phone interviews via WeChat involving 30 Alipay users to inquire about their environmental beliefs through the scope of the theory of planned behaviour to explain their motivations for environmental protection. Attitudinal belief contributed the most, followed by subjective norms and perceived self-control. Behaviour after use shows that most users recommend FinTech to others. Additional analysis using quantitative techniques showed that age positively influenced the government’s proactive engagement. Younger female FinTech users are likely to engage in environmental protection proactively. This study focused on the Ant Forest mobile service application in the Chinese context, and future research can examine similar mobile service applications used in other countries with different societal cultures that promote environmental protection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study using mixed methods research to examine Ant FinTech mobile service application’s impact on its users towards environmental protection.

Long-Term Efficacy of primary care combining a mobile healthcare application with human coaching

Abstract Background Chronic diseases have become a global burden, and digital self-healthcare using mobile devices has gained importance in managing these conditions. However, barriers to implementing mobile self-management healthcare applications in current primary care system, and previous research has focused on short-term effects. This study aims to evaluate the long-lasting effect of combining human coaching with mobile self-management healthcare applications for chronic disease patients in primary healthcare services. Methods The study recruited 178 patients with chronic diseases from participating primary care clinics. The intervention group (N = 128) received a 12-week mobile self-management healthcare application service combined with traditional primary care, while the control group (N = 50) received only traditional healthcare. The Noom application was used, with two weekly human coaching sessions by a nutritionist. A telephone survey on weight changes was conducted one year after the intervention. Results The intervention group showed a greater weight loss compared to the control group during the intervention period (Intervention: -1.29 ± 2.94 vs Control: -0.38 ± 1.72, P-value 0.002). Although there was no statistically significant difference in additional weight change between the two groups during the follow-up period, the difference in weight loss during the intervention period was maintained (Intervention: -2.16 ± 5.54 vs Control: -1.06 ± 3.24, P-value: 0.008). Additionally, among the intervention group continuously for 1 year using the health management application, the average weight loss was higher than the other groups. Conclusions Combining a mobile self-management healthcare application with human coaching has long-lasting effects and can be effective in primary healthcare services. This suggests that such an approach has the potential to be a treatment option in current primary healthcare systems, but further large-scale long-term studies are needed. Key messages • This study suggests that using mobile self-management healthcare apps with human coaching can be an effective long-term treatment option for chronic disease patients in primary healthcare services. • The combination of the two methods may provide better outcomes than traditional healthcare services alone.

Towards efficient Secure Boolean Range Query over encrypted spatial data

In recent years, the development of mobile application services and geographic positioning technology has promoted the rapid growth of spatio-textual data. Boolean Range Query (BRQ) can return all objects containing all query keywords within the query range. In order to save the overhead of storage and management, users usually encrypt their spatio-textual data and outsource them to the cloud server. We focus on how to realize efficient secure boolean range query over encrypted spatio-textual data, and propose a Secure Boolean Range Query scheme (SBRQ) in this paper. To realize efficient range query over high-dimensional space, Hilbert curve is employed to reduce the dimension of space. The secure index based on the Quadtree structure is built to further improve the query efficiency, which avoids scanning the whole database, and therefore achieves sub-linear query complexity. The secure KNN algorithm is adopted to ensure data security. The security of SBRQ is analyzed from the index security and the token security, which shows that SBRQ is IND-SCPA secure with different leakage functions. Based on a series of experiments, SBRQ provides better query efficiency than other typical schemes.

Enhancing Federated Learning With Spectrum Allocation Optimization and Device Selection

Machine learning (ML) is a widely accepted means for supporting customized services for mobile devices and applications. Federated Learning (FL), which is a promising approach to implement machine learning while addressing data privacy concerns, typically involves a large number of wireless mobile devices to collect model training data. Under such circumstances, FL is expected to meet stringent training latency requirements in the face of limited resources such as demand for wireless bandwidth, power consumption, and computation constraints of participating devices. Due to practical considerations, FL selects a portion of devices to participate in the model training process at each iteration. Therefore, the tasks of efficient resource management and device selection will have a significant impact on the practical uses of FL. In this paper, we propose a spectrum allocation optimization mechanism for enhancing FL over a wireless mobile network. Specifically, the proposed spectrum allocation optimization mechanism minimizes the time delay of FL while considering the energy consumption of individual participating devices; thus ensuring that all the participating devices have sufficient resources to train their local models. In this connection, to ensure fast convergence of FL, a robust device selection is also proposed to help FL reach convergence swiftly, especially when the local datasets of the devices are not independent and identically distributed (non-iid). Experimental results show that (1) the proposed spectrum allocation optimization method optimizes time delay while satisfying the individual energy constraints; (2) the proposed device selection method enables FL to achieve the fastest convergence on non-iid datasets.

Mobility-aware multi-user service placement and resource allocation in edge computing

The rise of Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) has brought us its enormous potential and value in mobile service applications. By pushing computing and storage resources from the cloud to the network edge, it reduces transmission latency, and supports applications that require low latency, such as virtual reality and video analytics IoT services. However, many existing works only consider the problem of service placement in MEC, and the problem of computing resource allocation has received less attention. This paper focuses on the joint optimization of Service Placement and computational Resource Allocation (SPRA) in the MEC environment, with the goal of minimizing the total cost of service latency, communication latency, and service migration. For offline cases, we propose an optimal algorithm, D-SPA , based on dynamic programming and an improved algorithm, S-SPA, based on state sampling, which effectively alleviates the state explosion problem in D-SPA. In the online case, due to the unpredictability of future environmental information, we propose the online greedy algorithm OGA, and theoretically show the approximate ratio of OGA. Extensive experiments show that our algorithm is more efficient than other baseline algorithms, and it reduces the total cost by 28.6% on average.

Investigating the impact of structural holes on the value creation in mobile application service ecosystems: Evidence from computational experiments

AbstractMobile application service ecosystems (MASEs) are highly complex systems that involve multiple factors influencing value creation. However, current research on the impact of structural holes (SHs) as an organizational characteristic on value creation in MASE is still insufficient. To address this research gap, this paper proposes a value creation model for MASE and investigates the impact of SH on the value creation of MASE. Moreover, this paper investigates the correlation between SH and diversity, which can facilitate regulating the value creation process in MASE. Finally, we construct a computational experiment, comparing and analyzing how changes in SH affect the value creation of MASE and the correlation between SH and diversity. The findings of this study can be used to induce the evolution of MASE and promote its value maximization.

Factors influencing m-loyalty and customer reuse intention toward mobile instant messaging services

PurposeThis study aims to empirically examine the factors that affect mobile loyalty (m-loyalty) and its influence on customer reuse intention towards mobile instant messaging services. This study identified measurement items to assess the business users and individual users reuse intention towards mobile instant messaging services and test the relationship in the conceptual model. This study bridges a literature gap focusing on m-loyalty and its impact on customer reuse intention, which has not received attention previously.Design/methodology/approachTo evaluate the influence of the factors, this study identified and extracted the items from past literature to develop the survey instrument. This study surveyed 600 respondents including business users and individual users from the Delhi-National Capital Region of India and applied the structural equation modelling to test the conceptual model.FindingsThe results revealed that satisfaction and m-loyalty have a direct effect on the business users and individual users’ reuse intention of mobile instant messaging services. This study found that satisfaction, usability, perceived value, commitment, trust and m-loyalty influence on business users reuse intention. This study indicate that enjoyment has an insignificant relationship on m-loyalty for business users followed by usability and enjoyment has an insignificant relationship on m-loyalty for individual users. Further, female gender does not moderate the relationship between satisfaction and business users reuse intention. The cognitive absorption and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) theories supported evaluating the association between the factors in the context of business and individual users reuse intention of mobile instant messaging service.Research limitations/implicationsThe empirical findings imply that all the factors except enjoyment have directly influenced the business users reuse intention of mobile instant messaging. The significant influence of usability factor on the business users reuse intention towards mobile instant messaging is the major variation between the validated models of business and individual samples. The results of influencing factors of m-loyalty and its impact on customer reuse intention are associated with cognitive absorption and the UTAUT theories.Practical implicationsFocus on these factors can be beneficial for the business users, managers, mobile instant messaging service providers and application developers to increase customer loyalty and reuse intention for the mobile instant messaging services. This research will facilitate mobile instant messaging service providers to keep their services market relevant and focus on user satisfaction in building applications for loyalty.Originality/valueThis research identified measurement items from earlier literature to identify, analyze and verify the relevance of these factors in m-loyalty and customer reuse intention of mobile instant messaging services and fill the gap in customer reuse intention of mobile instant messaging services literature.

Analisis Tingkat Pengetahuan dalam Pemanfaatan Layanan Mobile JKN

the JKN mobile application is an application that can be accessed via a smartphone. The JKN mobile application is the latest innovation from Health BPJS in improving a service to the community, especially in the health sector, but many people have not used this application to find out the services and knowledge of the community using the JKN mobile application service and to examine the effectiveness of using the JKN mobile application for the community writing this journal article using the article search method using two databases, namely Google Scholar and PubMed Health with the keyword service utilization, mobile JKN. mandatory application of health services in Indonesia through digitization which also facilitates membership registration to obtain health services in the form of individual health counseling, immunization, family planning and effective health screening, so that people in Indonesia will be evenly distributed or at least reach 98% can become participants by using JKN mobile as the quality of health services. The quality of mobile JKN health services raises the satisfaction of health service users. the results of the research by experts show that mobile health insurance has satisfactory quality for its use. However, many people still don't know about this JKN application.

Analysis and Design of the Smart Park Entry Logistics Vehicle Management System

With the rapid development and widespread application of information technology, 5G, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), the construction of "smart parks" has become a common trend in park development. To create a "smart security" park with core features of security, access control, and energy efficiency, addressing the challenges of difficult monitoring, lack of order, and dispersed timing in the delivery process of inbound logistics vehicles, this study proposes an Intelligent Entry Logistics Vehicle Management System based on IoT technology. This system integrates wireless communication technology, mobile terminal technology, GPS positioning, and vehicle management application services from the Smart Park Data Service Platform to efficiently monitor logistics vehicles within the park. Furthermore, the system focuses on intelligent parking space planning and allocation to provide comprehensive support, including optimizing the processes of vehicle entry and exit and parking. The design goal of this system is to enhance the security of inbound logistics vehicles within the park and provide more convenient parking and cargo handling services.
