Penerapan Metode Mind Mapping Menggunakan Aplikasi Draw.Io Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi di MA Negeri 1 Kuningan

This study aims to determine students' understanding of concepts by using the Mind Mapping method using Draw.io application in the subject of Information and Communication Technology at MA Negeri 1 Kuningan. The method used used a quantitative approach with the type of quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample used in this study was divided into 2 classes (experimental and control) with a total of 62 students. The data collection technique used is using tests/questions and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests (t tests). Optimalisasi Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis melalui Metode Mind Mapping

Increasingly rapid global developments raise complex problems that require effective and innovative solutions. Mathematical reasoning is the key to solving the problem. But on the other hand, learning in schools is still a lot of conventional learning and the development of the students' mathematical reasoning skills is not optimal. The aim of this study was to explore the effectiveness of using mind map-based learning methods that were judged to be effective in developing mathematical reasoning skills. With a qualitative approach to literature studies, research results were obtained which showed that the method of mind mapping had a significant influence on the mathematical reasoning ability of the students. Library study sources are derived from previous research that had the same focus of study. Library reviews are used to analyze several studies related to the use of mind mapping-based learning methods and their influence on mathematical reasoning capabilities. This research is expected to provide an understanding of the importance of developing mathematical reasoning skills to form intelligent and critical generations

Memory Pegged Mind Map (MPMM): An Analysis Method for Narrative Texts

This paper discusses how the Memory Pegged Mind Mapping (MPMM) method can be utilized for the analysis of narrative texts. Content analysis, a part of qualitative research methods, systematically examines meanings and themes within texts. Narrative texts serve as significant tools for individuals to convey experiences and emotions, offering rich and layered meanings through their analysis. The MPMM method is a technique that aids researchers in organizing and visualizing information and ideas, helping them retain key points effectively. It contributes to the systematic identification of themes and motifs in narrative texts. The article emphasizes the importance of narrative texts within the context of Turkish language courses and details the application of the MPMM method for their analysis. Additionally, it explains how fundamental elements of narrative texts can be analyzed by integrating mind mapping and memory peg techniques. The analyses conducted using MPMM are expected to enhance students' deeper understanding of texts and foster their critical thinking skills. This method can effectively serve as a tool to improve students' reading and writing abilities, offering innovative approaches in education. In conclusion, the use of MPMM in narrative text analysis enriches qualitative research methods and facilitates a deeper understanding of narrative texts. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on the application of MPMM in education and research, contributing to academic studies and teaching processes.

Application of Collaborative Learning with Mind Mapping Method on Ecosystem Material For Science Subjects

Teachers are encouraged to have the ability to develop learning strategies and models that are in accordance with the curriculum and student learning styles. Teachers who deliver material with a lecture model will dominate the learning process, so students will tend to behave passively by only listening to the explanation of the material presented. Combining the collaborative learning model with the mind mapping method is expected to improve students' activeness and social relationships. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of collaborative learning with the mind mapping method affects ecosystem material in science subjects. This research was conducted on March 23, 2024, with the 35 7th grade students of SMPN 1 Plosoklaten. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The learning model applied can improve personal relationships between students and increase creativity. Therefore, the collaborative learning model with the mind mapping method can be applied in the learning process of science subjects on ecosystem material in grade 7 SMPN 1 Plosoklaten.

The Application of Mind Mapping Method to Improve Subject Writing English Main Topics Analytical Exposition Text for class 11 students North Sumatra Hajj Health Vocational School

This research aims to determine the skills of class This research is classroom action research using two cycles. The research instruments used were observation sheets and written tests. Based on the results obtained, observations showed that the average for the first cycle was 53%, while for the second cycle, it was 83%. This shows increased cooperation, activeness, and changes in student learning outcomes. From the results of the written test on mastery of analytical exposition text writing material, the average score for the first cycle was only 68.39 with students not yet reaching the KKM of 80. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the average score for the written test reached 82.50, with students achieving the expected KKM. the. It proves that the action hypothesis can be achieved, so applying the Mind Mapping technique can improve the ability to write analytical exposition text of Class XI students at the Hajj Health Vocational School, North Sumatra.

The Effectiveness of the Mind Mapping in PjBL on the Learning Outcomes and the Creativity of Elementary School Students

The methods and models applied by teachers affect learning outcomes and student creativity. This research intends to analyze differences and effectiveness of mind mapping methods in the project-based learning model in terms of creativity and learning outcomes. The research method used is experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The reseaech subjects were 41 students, 22 students in grade 4 A as a control group, and 19 students in grade 4 B as an experimental group. Data collection procedures in this research used test procedures and observation sheet assessment rubrics. The statistical tests used in this research include normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, observation sheet tests, and N-Gain were assisted by SPPS for Windows version 25 and Microsoft Excel. The independent sample t-test yielded a significance value (sig.2-tailed) of 0.000, that is less than 0,05. This implies that H0 is disused while Ha is allowable. This suggests that there exists a major gap admist mind mapping approach used in the project-based learning paradigm and student learning outcomes. The N-Gain score for the experimental class was 0,64, while for the control class was 0,36. Both scores fell within the medium category. The N-Gain Percent for the experimental class was found to be effective, while for the control class, it was not. The data revealed that the average student creativity score for each indicator during the four meetings in the experimental class was higher than in the control class. Furthermore, the value of each N-gain score indicator at each meeting in the experimental class increased.

Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII MTs Raudhatul Ulum Aek Nabara

This research aims to describe the learning process and outcomes through the use of the Mind Map method. This research uses the Action research research method, starting from: a) planning, b) action and observation, c) reflection. The research process was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were 28 class VII students at MTs Raudhatul Ulum, consisting of 13 men and 15 women. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed improvement after learning using the mind mapping method. Pre-action was carried out to determine the percentage of learning outcomes of 46.77%, increasing to 70.39% after the first cycle, and increasing to 82.22% after the second cycle.

This study falls under the category of qualitative research using a descriptive study design. research that aims to describe and analyze the subject of the study—be it an object, phenomena, event, or issue. Observation, interviews, and documentation methods were used as data gathering methods. Data was gathered for this study, which involved multiple primary school children. the outcomes of the information that researchers gathered from sources, including facts discovered through field observations. Learning leads to a shift in behavior rather than mastery.

Impact of Integrated Teaching Approach on Pharmacy Students' Learning and Satisfaction: A Study of Small Groups and Mind Map vs. Lecture in a Medicinal Plants Course during COVID-19

Introduction: The prevalence of COVID-19 disease has made virtual education more widespread and has posed daunting challenges to the quality of education and the student-teacher relationship. The present study aimed to assess the impact of the integrated method of small groups and mind mapping compared to lectures on the learning and satisfaction of pharmacy students in the Herbal Medicine course during COVID-19. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 33 pharmacy students of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in the herbal medicine course in the academic year 2021-2022. The students were considered the control group (lecture) in the first semester and the experimental group (integrated) in the second semester. Data related to the final score, questionnaires of students' satisfaction, and motivation were analyzed in SPSS software (version 21) using independent T-test and descriptive statistics. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender; nonetheless, they were heterogeneous in terms of age. The final score of the integrated group (15.19±2.69) was significantly higher than that of the lecture group (11.45±2.53) (P=0.001). However, students in the lecture group had higher motivation (48.72±4.77) compared to the integrated group (42.81±5.59) (P=0.005). In addition, the lecture-based group reported significantly higher satisfaction scores (39.81±3.42) compared to the integrated group (31. 7±18.69) (P=0.001). Conclusion: The integrated model of small groups and mind mapping in the herbal medicine course was more effective than the lectures. To increase student satisfaction and motivation in mind mapping, appropriate measures should be considered.

Strategi Penerapan Metode Mind Mapping dalam Penguasaan Mufrodat Bahasa Arab

Mastery of mufrodat is one of the keys in language learning, especially Arabic, mufrodat is the beginning of students' knowledge in speaking, writing, listening and even reading. However, if the method used in learning mufrodat is not varied, it tends not to create effective learning. So in this study I offer a new method for mastering mufrodat, namely the mind mapping method in mastering Arabic mufrodat. The purpose is to find out the application of mind mapping strategy in learning Arabic and to find out the results of learning mufrodat through mind mapping strategy. This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach by means of observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Islamiyah Pakis -Malang in the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of this study are first: The teacher distributes manila paper. Students write and draw according to the theme that has been distributed by the teacher. Students decorate it as creatively as possible with color pens so that the results of mind mapping look more attractive. Then students present the results in front of the class. Second, increasing students' Arabic vocabulary, and memorizing vocabulary quickly with the help of pictures.

Mind Mapping Method in Improving Conceptual Knowledge in Workshop Modules for Teacher Professional Education Students

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in increasing professional teacher education students' knowledge of 21st century learning materials. This research is a classroom action research conducted in a class of 15 Islamic religious education teachers. Action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle including the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results show that the mind mapping method can increase the conceptual knowledge of professional teacher education students, this can be seen from the results of knowledge tests through pretest and posttest. Students got a maximum score of 82.67 from the results of the knowledge test, in the calculation of the N-gene normality test it reached 75.96% so that the maind mapping method is a high criterion for increasing student knowledge. By mastering the conceptual knowledge of the workshop module, students can improve their skills in preparing learning plans that can be implemented well in the learning process.

Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Narasi dengan Metode Mind Mapping pada Siswa MI

The purpose of this study was to determine the skills of writing narrative texts using the mind mapping method for fifth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Al Qomariyah Wates Boyolali at the pre-writing, during writing, and post-writing stages. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the application of mind mapping method contributed positively to the improvement of students' skills in writing narrative text. The learning phases carried out include pre-writing stage activities, during writing, and post-writing, successfully achieving satisfactory results, with grade V students of MI Muhammadiyah Al Qomariyah Wates Boyolali successfully obtaining a very good category with a score of 90.0 and a class average of 82.7. This research is expected to be a reference for MI teachers to use the mind mapping method in learning activities to write narrative texts.

This research aims to improve students' speaking skills through the mind mapping method for fifth grade students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency. The subjects used in this research were 15 students. This research procedure consists of 4 stages per cycle, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The indicator of learning outcomes in this research is increasing speaking skills. The data collection was carried out using observation, evaluation and documentation techniques. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in student activity, namely in the first cycle 61.9%, an increase in the second cycle to 82.4%. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I, obtaining an average score of 61.06% with learning completeness of 53.33%. In cycle II the average score was 75.4% with learning completeness 86.67%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the mind mapping method can improve speaking skills in class V students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency.

Developing Indonesian Vocabulary Through the Application of the Mind Mapping Method in Children

Purpose of the study: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the mind map method in improving the Indonesian language vocabulary skills of children in Group B at Kindergarten School Al Khairiyah Kota Bandar Lampung.
 Methodology: This research uses qualitative methods with classroom action research as the main tool to teach Indonesian vocabulary to 19 group B children at Al Khairiyah Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung City with total sampling. Data collection, namely observation, documentation and analysis, was carried out to assess the impact of the method on vocabulary acquisition.
 Main Findings: In Cycle 1, the mind map method was applied in two meetings with a focus on the theme of food and drink, resulting in an increase in Indonesian vocabulary. Cycle 2 continued this approach with improvements to the clothing theme lesson, which resulted in significant improvements in students' understanding and response to the material. Overall, the application of mind map method proved effective in improving the Indonesian vocabulary skills of Group B children at Al Khairiyah Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung City.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the effectiveness of the mind map method in improving vocabulary acquisition among young learners. This research is offers practical insights for educators seeking innovative approaches to language teaching and learning, which have the potential to advance pedagogical practices in early childhood education.

THE USE OF MIND MAPPING AND GAME TEACHING METHOD FOR ENGLISH VOCABULARY SKILL OF GRADE 8 STUDENTS IN YUNNAN PROVINCE, CHINA

This study compared grade 8 students’ English vocabulary skills before and after using the Mind Mapping and Game Teaching Method and investigated their satisfaction with the use of the Mind Mapping and Game Teaching Method in an English vocabulary course in Yunnan Province, China. The sample group consisted of 30 eighth-grade Chinese students. Quantitative data were collected through four lesson plans: a pre-test, a post-test, and a questionnaire, and were analyzed using means, standard deviations, and paired sample t-tests. The data collection lasted for four weeks. The results obtained from the pretest and posttest showed that the students in the sample group improved their English vocabulary skills with a pretest score (x = 20.93, SD = 3.97), and a posttest score (x = 25.20, SD = 2.41). The data collected from the questionnaire demonstrated that all items on the questionnaire were rated at the highest level. Most students in the sample group expressed positive satisfaction with the use of mind mapping and game teaching methods in English vocabulary learning. This study demonstrated that the use of the mind mapping and game teaching methods provided an alternative and effective method for learning English vocabulary. Therefore, English teachers from all over the world, including China, can consider this method an option.

Infographic Design of Public Spaces as A Means of Delivering Information for KOPPRI Health Centers

<p class="5Abstract">The KOPRI Puskesmas is one of the Puskesmas in Bandar Lampung City which is located in Jalan Pulau Pisang, Sukarame District. KOPRI Puskesmas is present as one of the Puskesmas that provides the best health services supported by doctors and health workers who are competent in their fields. The conventional way of conveying messages provokes the commitment of the KOPRI Health Center to provide the best service for visitors who are not fully known by the public, which is not in line with the essence of indoor communication media that inspires enthusiasm. Infographics are practical media that can be presented statistically or digitally, such as publications on social media and websites. Infographics are useful in 1) Presenting complex information that is pleasing to the eye, 2) Brief interpretation of the substance of the message by the audience, 3) Increasing the effectiveness of digital marketing, and 4) Increasing the interest of message readers. This study uses a qualitative approach method. In the qualitative approach method, there are two sources of data that are used as a reference for analysis, namely primary data and secondary data. The method of obtaining data is by analyzing sources and combining from various other reference sources, such as journals, researches, and books conducted by previous researchers. The mind mapping method involves brain performance by arranging branches such as trees. The pattern of this tree can help and provide stimuli at the stage of remembering each thing learned.
