Pelatihan Desain E-Mabar Interaktif Menggunakan Book Creator Untuk Meningkatkan Algebraic Thinking Pada Mgmp Matematika Smp Di Muaro Jambi

Algebra is basically a problem-solving tool and the beginning of a journey that provides skills to solve more complex problems. In solving algebra problems it isnot enough to be proficient in counting, students must adapt the use ofsymbols/variables in their operations. This adjustment involves algebraic thinking.Algebraic thinking is an activity of generalizing mathematical problem patterns thatsupports three components, namely factual, contextual, and symbolicgeneralization. Teachers must be skilled in using learning media to support students'algebraic thinking process to run optimally in the learning process. One practicalmedium to use is an e-module. However, conventional e-modules tend to only displayvisuals in the form of static images. To be able to create interactive e-modules thatare able to combine audio, visual, and ICT components, a supporting platform isneeded. One platform that can be used is Book Creator. Book Creator is equippedwith features for designing and inserting various forms of learning material, suchas documents, power points, videos, images, and audio. The aim of this service is totrain teachers in designing interactive e-Mabar (algebra e-modules) using BookCreator to improve algebraic Thinking. The method used is descriptive qualitative.Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, documentation,and interviews. The results obtained by the Muaro Jambi Regency Middle SchoolMathematics MGMP teachers gained new insights regarding learning mediamakers in designing modules and they were very interested in implementing them inlearning

IMPLICATIONS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE: FINANCIAL STATEMENT PRESENTATION TRAINING FOR ACCOUNTING MGMP TEACHERS TANGERANG CITY

The purpose of this community service implication is to provide financial report presentation training for Tangerang City accounting MGMP teachers to increase knowledge and competency of financial accounting standards that apply in Indonesia. Implications of community service using direct experimental methods to determine the effectiveness of training. Collecting data through discussions and direct interviews to gain an understanding of teachers' perceptions and experiences. The results of this activity showed the success of increasing the knowledge and competence of teachers significantly. Teachers are more confident in teaching the presentation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards applicable in Indonesia. An interactive and relevant teaching system provides broad knowledge and insight into the presentation of financial reports which is useful for teachers. Besides that, it improves practical skills that can be directly applied in teaching. The conclusion from the implications of this training, apart from increasing knowledge and competency for teachers, also contributes to improving the quality of accounting teaching and education in Tangerang City. The implications of training in presenting financial reports are very important to understand the use of accounting standards in Indonesia for industry.

Optimization Of The Development Of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Tools In Supporting Independent Learning For Teachers Of Central Java MGMP Economics

Implementing an independent curriculum will be able to realize the rights and abilities of participants to determine their learning process through setting learning goals, reflecting on abilities, and taking steps proactively and responsibly for their own success. The problems in the free learning curriculum are teachers who use learning techniques that are not appropriate to the conditions or circumstances, lack of use of learning media, and monotonous teaching. The reality in the Economic MGMP of Central Java Province is that the development of social emotional learning (SEL) learning tools based on the independent learning curriculum and its development is still very diverse regarding tools that have not been developed based on the independent learning curriculum. The aim of this service is to increase teachers' understanding and skills in designing learning tools in the form of lesson plans, materials and evaluation instruments. The methods used in service include outreach activities, training, mentoring and evaluation of service programs. The results of the service are a) increasing understanding of the concept of social emotional learning for Central Java Economics MGMP teachers; b) able to implement social emotional learning in learning tools to support the independent learning curriculum.

Empowerment and Training on Making Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) Questions Based on Reading Literacy and Numeracy for Chemistry Teachers throughout Tulungagung Regency

Chemistry MGMP teachers in Tulungagung Regency need more knowledge to improve their competence in preparing literacy and numeracy-based chemistry AKM questions. This chemistry AKM participates in the National Assessment, so teachers need training and assistance in creating chemistry AKM questions and instruments. This community service activity aims to strengthen teacher competence in evaluating chemistry learning and providing strategies for preparing AKM chemistry questions. Community-based research (CBR) methods were conducted through training and practice involving 37 chemistry teacher participants. The service results showed an increase in N-Gain of 0.7, which was in the high category, so the teachers could write AKM chemistry questions based on reading literacy and numeracy. The questionnaire results also show that this community service activity is beneficial and provides valuable experience for teachers, with 90% of teachers answering strongly agree and considering that this training activity has been carried out.

Workshop Flipper Book Berbasis Google Sites melalui Pendekatan Etnomatematika bagi Guru

Background: Teachers' ability to keep up with technological developments is an urgency in this activity, namely: 1) in terms of content knowledge, teachers have difficulty presenting learning contextually, which is in line with the essence of the Independent Curriculum; 2) Teachers' understanding of designing innovative learning media is still less varied. This PkM activity aims to provide knowledge and assistance to Cisarua Commissariat Mathematics MGMP teachers in developing innovative learning media containing digital-based ethnomathematics, namely flipper books based on Google Sites. Method: Activities carried out by 30 mathematics teachers from the Cianjur Commissariat Mathematics MGMP were conducted through an ethnomathematics approach divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Results: Aspects of teacher knowledge related to ethnomathematics and learning media are increasingly innovative. Conclusion: This activity supports improving teachers' abilities in designing and compiling ethnomathematics-based digital teaching materials in mathematics learning.

improvement, and qualitative and quantitative evaluations were carried out. Result: In general, the participants gave a very good rating to the first speaker. The participants also gave a qualitative assessment of this training. Teachers find out the crucial conditions of students that can ultimately help students in the learning process. Pre-tests and post-tests were also carried out in this service in the form of tests of teachers' knowledge of PBIS learning methods. The mean pre-test score was 21.06 and the mean post-test score was 23.66. Conclusion: Furthermore, the conclusion is this training is able to effectively increase teachers' knowledge related to Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment for Lhokseumawe City Science MGMP teachers as a support to the implementation of Merdeka Learning Curriculum for Student Character Recognition.

Analysis of Junior High School Social Studies Teachers' Strategies in Facing the Demands of the Society 5.0 Curriculum Era (A Study in the City of Banda Aceh)

This research aims to describe the implementation of junior high school social studies (IPS) learning in the era of Society 5.0 in Banda Aceh City in facing curriculum demands, analyze the strategies of junior high school IPS teachers in enhancing their own competencies, and describe the solutions that junior high school IPS teachers employ to overcome challenges in facing the curriculum demands of the Society 5.0 era. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that the models and methods of IPS learning in junior high schools in Banda Aceh City during the Society 5.0 era demonstrate creativity by implementing various learning models and integrating technology, such as discovery learning, project-based learning (PBL), and discussions using media such as Canva, picture and picture, and employing a differentiation approach, among others. Junior high school IPS teachers enhance their competencies through activities such as MGMP (Teacher Subject Study Group), FORGIPSI (Forum Guru IPS Indonesia), and online self-learning, focusing on collaboration, technology integration, and the development of critical thinking skills. Solutions that junior high school IPS teachers can take include active participation in training activities, webinars, seminars, and collaboration among teachers. Despite limitations in IT facilities, teachers continue to make efforts to create an effective learning environment while motivating themselves to adapt to the future development of students.

LITERASI ASESMEN: BEKAL GURU UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH

The existence of a teacher-producer college must have an effect on surrounding schools. Assessment literacy is needed by teachers through authentic assessment to optimize learning in the classroom. The problem of partners related to assessment literacy is in compiling assessments of the planning stage and implementation of learning that is still inappropriate. The objectives of the implementation of this service are as follows: To optimize assessment literacy in learning and to assist Teachers members of the Biology MGMP of SMA in Blitar region in compiling authentic assessments in Biology learning in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. The implementation of activities was carried out at Talun Blitar State High School.The training method in this activity uses the Participatory Training Model. Based on the results of the Teacher Response Percentage, it can be shown that a positive response was obtained from MGMP teachers in the Blitar region. The teachers showed enthusiasm in carrying out literacy assessment assistance activities. Teachers find it helpful to provide mentoring activities to improve the quality of learning in schools

PELATIHAN ENGLISH DEBATE PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM BAGI GURU MGMP BAHASA INGGRIS SMK SE-KOTA BATAM

Community service is one of the mandatory duties of lecturers as part of the realization of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities. In line with this, Tri Dharma activities are focused on important activities in contributing to improving the quality of life of the community, especially in developing skills that can be used in a wider range of society. One of the activities carried out was English Debate Parliamentary System Training for Vocational High School English MGMP Teachers throughout Batam City at the Batam Tourism Polytechnic. This training aims to provide information to Gugus Cahaya Jingga PAUD teachers regarding the English Debate Parliamentary System. The specific target to be achieved is to make GUGUS CAHAYA JINGGA PAUD teachers skilled in implementing the English Parliamentary Debate System in learning.

The Effect of the Use of Fintech and Lifestyle on the Consumptive Behavior of Economic MGMP Teachers During the Covid-19 Pandemic

The study intends to measure the effect of using fintech and lifestyle on consumptive behavior. This study uses a survey method design with a quantitative technique to conduct correlation research. 78 high-school economics teachers participated in this study, and the population and the number of samples were determined using purposive sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire given directly. The data analysis technique uses IBM Statistics version 25 software. The T-test shows that the usage of fintech partially has a positive and significant impact on consumer behavior. Partially, lifestyle has no significant effect on consumptive behavior. Simultaneous testing explains that the use of fintech and lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior as evidenced by the F-test. Enhancing the skills of physics MGMP teachers in making differentiated e-modules

[Bahasa]: Kesulitan guru dalam membuat e-modul berdiferensiasi menjadi urgensi yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan pengabdian ini perlu untuk dilksanakan. Hal ini dikarenakan guru-guru MGMP Fisika Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin tersebut tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berdiferensiasi. Minimnya pengetahuan disebabkan kurikulum baru di realese tahun 2020. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam merancang hingga menghasilkan produk berupa modul berdiferensiasi. Adapun inovasi teknologi yang dilatihkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah mewujudkan produk dalam bentuk elektronik sehingga menjadi e-modul berdiferensiasi. Participatory Action Research (PAR) menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan tahapan (a) persiapan, (b) pelaksanaan, dan (c) evaluasi dan refleksi. Sasaran peserta kegiatan pengabdian adalah 20 orang guru mata pelajaran fisika di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Berdasarkan hasil data yang didapatkan adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil tes dengan N-gain sebesar 0,82 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan data hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta sebesar 82% dengan kategori sangat memuaskan. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 80% peserta pelatihan dapat membuat dan menghasilkan produk e-modul berdiferensiasi. Melalui hasil angket, didapatkan bahwa 86% peserta pelatihan sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membuat e-modul berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran fisika. Kata Kunci: E-Modul, Media Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi [English]: Teachers need help to make differentiated e-modules, which is the urgency behind this service activity that needs to be carried out. This is because the MGMP Physics teachers of Musi Banyuasin Regency must gain the knowledge and skills to develop differentiated e-modules. The lack of knowledge is due to the new curriculum in 2020. Therefore, this community service program aims to increase teachers' capacity to design products through differentiated modules. The technological innovation trained in this service is to realize the development in electronic format so that it becomes a differentiated e-module. Participatory Action Research (PAR) is the method used in the implementation of service activities with stages (a) preparation, (b) implementation, and (c) evaluation and reflection. The target participants of the service activities were 20 physics subject teachers in Musi Banyuasin Regency. Based on the data obtained, there is an increase in test results with an N-gain of 0.82, which is included in the high category. Meanwhile, the data from the evaluation of PKM activities showed a participant satisfaction level of 82% with a very satisfying category. Generally, as many as 80% of training participants can create and produce differentiated e-module products. Based on the questionnaire results, it was found that 86% of the training participants strongly agreed that this service activity could provide benefits in improving their skills in making differentiated e-modules in physics subjects. Pelatihan Pembuatan dan Penggunaan E-Modul Perbankan Syariah sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di Era Pandemi


 Education in the 21st century demands the use of technology to make innovations in the learning process, this results in social changes in the scope of education. In addition to the demands of the 21st century, the Covid-19 pandemic situation requires educators and students to be adaptive in the technology-based learning process. One of the successes in the learning process is the teaching materials used by educators. Problems that arise with partners (East Java Sharia Banking MGMP Teachers) are teaching materials that are less complex in learning, so far partners only use teaching materials in the form of printed teaching materials and pieces of each chapter of material uploaded in google classroom. Therefore, the PKM team wants to provide training to teachers who are members of the East Java Province Sharia Banking MGMP for the use and development of teaching materials. The teaching materials used in this training are e-modules assisted by the Flip PDF Professional application. The method of implementing this training activity is carried out in three stages, namely: needs analysis, implementation of training activities and evaluation of activities. The results of the questionnaire show that respondents are very interested in the training activities carried out and this activity is very useful for participants to be able to compile teaching materials in the form of E-Modules which can later be used in online learning.

Training On Science Laboratory Management And Maintenance For Junior High School Teachers In East Aceh

The East Aceh IPA MGMP consists of 24 sub-districts with 221 schools. The selection of service areas is represented by three regions, namely Idi Rayeuk District, Darul Aman District, and Darul Ihsan District. East Aceh IPA MGMP teachers are still experiencing problems in terms of knowledge and skills in managing laboratories, using tools and materials as well as in equipment maintenance. The service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for MGMP IPA teachers in East Aceh Regency. The method used is a descriptive method to see the improvement of teacher skills in compiling laboratory SOPs, maintenance of laboratory equipment and materials.

Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Profesional Guru MGMP Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran Provinsi Sumatera Barat Melalui Pelatihan Menggunakan Web-Blog

This community service activity aims to improve the pedagogical and professional competence of MGMP teachers in the Online Business and Marketing Department of West Sumatra in terms of: a) designing a website and b) creating a blog. Training activities take place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 30, 2020 and October 1, 2020 at the UNP Faculty of Economics computer Labor. There were 20 participants who took part in this training, namely teachers of MGMP Online Business and Marketing, West Sumatra Province. The methods and approaches used are as follows: 1) Lecture and question and answer methods. 2) Training methods and individual guidance. 3) The method of recitation or assignment. The results of this service activity are: 1) Increased teacher competence in designing websites. The size of this increase can be seen from 85% of West Sumatra's MGMP teachers of the Department of Online Business and Marketing being able to produce websites. 2) Increased teacher competence in creating blogs. The size of this increase can be seen from the 85% of the MGMP teachers of the Online Business and Marketing Department of West Sumatra being able to create a blog.

The effect of intensity of MGMP activities, school climate, and work commitments on the professionalism of economics high school teachers

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of MGMP activities, school climate, and teacher work commitment on the professionalism of high school teachers in Economics in the City of Yogyakarta. This research is an ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. This research is a population study, where the research subjects were all high school economics teachers in Yogyakarta, where the technique of collecting subjects used was saturated sampling. Data were obtained by non-test through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Validity testing is done by Expert Judgment and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Reliability testing uses Cronbach's Alpha (α). Data analysis using multiple regression statistical techniques. The results showed that the intensity of MGMP activities had an effect on teacher professionalism with an R-squared value of 14.2%, school climate had an impact on teacher professionalism with an R-squared value of 28%, and work commitment had an effect on teacher professionalism with an R squared value of 9.3%.

An Analysis of Teachers’ Grammatical Errors in Composing Summative Assessment

English is a challenging topic for Indonesian students since the English language is so different from the Indonesian language and one of the topics in English is grammar. However, sometimes language learners make grammatical errors and teachers are not an exception. This research focuses on the categories of grammatical errors found in the summative assessment composed by the MGMP teachers in Boalemo and their perceptions regarding the said error. This study employed descriptive qualitative method and utilized document and interview to collect the data. The techniques of data analysis are document and thematic analysis. After conducting this research, it is found that the most committed error by the participant is the error of omission, specifically omission of parts of speech and this error is caused mainly by the lack of quality control among the MGMP teachers. This research is intended to develop the study of teaching, specifically improving grammatical comprehension.

CITATION WRITING WORKSHOP AND SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE REFERENCE FOR SMA/MA SE-MGMP TEACHERS, MOJOKERTO DISTRICT

The purpose of the 2022-2023 Odd Semester Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) activities is to improve teachers' ability to make citations and references in writing scientific articles which they will publish either manually or by using computer application programs, especially Mendeley. The target of this PPM activity is all SMA/MA Mathematics MGMP Teachers in Mojokerto Regency. There are three stages in this activity, namely the planning stage. at the socialization stage, the implementation stage. This PPM was held from 1 to 30 November 2022 which was attended by 47 MGMP mathematics teachers in Mojokerto Regency. The implementation of the Community Service Program activities by the Mathematics Education Lecturer team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that had been scheduled. There are three activities in this PPM, namely the Basic Concepts of PTK and Writing of PTK as well as how to cite and make references in writing PTK Scientific Articles. The implementation of the Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) activities by the Mathematics Education Lecturer team at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, went smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in every activity that had been scheduled. The obstacle faced during the implementation of the Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) by the Lecturer Team of the Mathematics Education Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya was that the room provided was not comfortable because the room was hot so the participants were less comfortable and maximal in participating in the delivery of the material. However, this did not affect the enthusiasm of the participants during the discussion session. Many questions were submitted to the resource person related to the material presented, especially during the mentoring session.

Market Place-Based Online Business Competency Improvement for Online Business and Marketing MGMP Teachers throughout East Java

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the competence and skills of Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) teachers of the Online Business and Marketing Department in East Java in the field of online business, especially marketplaces. The method for implementing PKM activities is through training and mentoring: a) Designing an Online Business strategy through the Marketplace b) Designing a Marketplace. c) Designing Online promotion procedures by using/utilizing the marketplace. The results of the training are the increasing competence of teachers in teaching online business subjects and increasing the entrepreneurial spirit, which can later be seen and evaluated from the results of the training in the form of online business media that have been made, through assignments and also response questionnaires from training participants.

Needs Analysis for the Development of Snowball Throwing Based Multimedia on Science Learning for Middle School

This research is motivated by students’ struggles in understanding some abstract science concepts and their lack of active involvement in the learning process to develop their thinking skills. Abstract science concepts and student involvement can be achieved through interesting multimedia communication tools. This research is survey research that serves as an initial step in the development of snowball throwing based multimedia. the purpose of this study is to determine what students currently need in science learning and how much students need for the development of snowball throwing based multimedia. the research subjects were junior high school students with a total sample of 72 students and 27 science MGMP (Teacher Forum) teachers selected based on region. The study’s analysis consisted of four indicators: analysis of learning problems, analysis of learning objectives, analysis of students, and analysis of learning settings. According to the study’s result, the information obtained was that the development of snowball throwing based multimedia needed to be developed as a science learning media.
