EXPERIENCE IN USING ROLE GAMES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF SCHOOL PUPILS

The analysis of the research results based on the use of the role-playing game "IT Company" among pupils of the 5th, 6th, and 7th grades of Chernivtsi Lyceum No. 17 "Success" of the Chernivtsi City Council has been conducted. The study aims to investigate the impact of role-playing games on increasing pupils cognitive interest in computer science classes, developing their social competencies and soft skills, enhancing teamwork and leadership qualities, and improving the practical skills acquired by pupils during the year of study. The following methods of pedagogical research were applied: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on the formation of social competence in schoolchildren; interviews with pupils, observation, and surveys; a pedagogical experiment was proposed to identify and test the effectiveness of using role-playing games in computer science classes to develop pupils social competence; methods of mathematical statistics were applied - for quantitative analysis of empirical data to confirm the effectiveness of experimental work. The findings indicate a significant pedagogical potential of gaming technologies in teaching computer science and the importance of using role-playing games in the educational process as a means of stimulating active student participation in learning, forming their social skills, and increasing cognitive interest. Criteria and levels of social competence formation have been identified. Recommendations and rules for teachers planning to use role-playing games in the educational process have also been determined. Requirements and challenges that teachers may face when using role-playing games in lessons, motivational aspects, and features of student behavior are specified, as well as examples of specific game elements that can be implemented to achieve better results.

МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ТА ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ЛАЗЕРНОГО РІЗАННЯ МЕДИЧНОГО ЕНДОПРОТЕЗА (СТЕНТА)

When designing technological processes, developers always face tasks aimed at increasing the efficiency of the laser cutting process of tubular blanks, as well as improving technological equipment. The main efforts are aimed at improving the quality indicators, in particular the roughness of the cut surface, as well as the elastic characteristics of medical endoprostheses.The analysis of scientists' research on laser processing of medical endoprostheses made it possible to determine the main priority directions of scientific research, namely the search for ways to improve experimental equipment and optimal control parameters of the technological process of laser processing of tubular thin-walled blanks.The purpose of this is to increase the elastic characteristics of the medical endoprosthesis, in particular its flexibility due to the reduction of the width of the cut, as well as the optimization of the technologicalprocess of laser cutting of the tubular thin-walled blank.On the basis of a priori information, methods and approaches were developed to improve technological equipment in order to increase the productivity and quality of manufacturing medical endoprostheses. Namely, a complex approach was developed to increase the elastic characteristics of the stent by reducing the width of the laser cut. In particular, the methods of mathematical statistics were used for the effective analysis of technological factors affecting the process of laser treatment of medical endopros-theses. Namely, mathematical models of the process of laser cutting of thin-walled tubular blanks were obtained.In this work, the optimal configuration of the experimental prototype of experimental equipment for the manufacture of medical endoprostheses (stents) was developed. Also, a technique was developed and optimization of the control parameters of the process of laser cutting of tubular blanks was carried out. The results of experimental studies showed the possibility of reducing the width of the laser cut, which made it possible to improve the elastic characteristics of the medical endoprosthesis.

The dynamics of recovery of external breathing function in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the acute period under the influence of the rehabilitation program.

Aim: To determine the dynamics of renewal of the function of external respiration in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the acute stage of rehabilitation under the influence of a rehabilitation program. Materials and Methods: The study is randomized, simple with blinded assessors. The forced vital capacity (FVC, l), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1, l) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR, l/s) were assessed. Spirometry was performed 120 patients on the first day of admission of patients to the surgical department for surgical intervention, on the second day and on the day of discharge. Methods of mathematical statistics: arithmetic mean (M) and standard error of the mean (}m), Student's t-test were calculated, differences at p<0,05 were considered statistically significant. Results: It has been established that laparoscopic cholecystectomy leads to a statistically significant decrease in the parameters of respiratory function in all age categories. More pronounced positive dynamics of respiratory function in the group of respiratory therapy. It was established that without respiratory therapy on the day of discharge there was no restoration (р<0.05) in groups of elderly patients of group of FVC l, FEV1 l, PEFR l/s; in middle-aged patients did no restoration FEV1, l, PEFR, l/s; in younger patients there was no recovery of FEV1, l. Conclusions: The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of the introduction of diaphragmatic breathing exercises in combination with early mobilization at the acute and subacute stages of rehabilitation in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in order to restore the function of the respiratory system.

Purpose. The article presents a brief history of the world fire statistics creation since the formation of the Center for World Fire Statistics in 1995. The article presents the results of the main indicators statistical study of the fire situation in the world for 30 years and the distribution of integral fire risks using the example of several countries (Russia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Great Britain, Poland, USA). The main objectives of the study are to review the periods of global fire statistics development, to analyze indicators characterizing the number of fires and their consequences in the world for the period from 2012 to 2021. Methods. Methods of mathematical statistics have been used. Findings. The article presents the main historical milestones in the creation of a system for recording global indicators of the situation with fires and their consequences. The results of a statistical analysis of the fire situation in the world for the period from 1993 to 2021 are summarized. The dynamics of relative indicators of the fires and death toll in fires in the above countries is presented. Research application field. The results of the study can be used by fire service specialists from around the world for a comparative analysis of the fire risk level in countries and cities. Conclusions. Over 28 years the Center for Fire Statistics (hereinafter referred to as CFS) has analyzed 104 million fires, in which 1.1 million people died. At the same time the Center annually collects statistical data from 35–40 countries and the largest cities in the world (with a delay of 2 years). In total, CFS reports have been translated into 8 languages. Since 1993 the CFS has published 28 statistical reports in the public domain. Thus, it becomes possible to analyze the fire situation in countries and cities around the world.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF A COACH IN CYBER SPORTS

Introduction. A coach in professional gaming plays a major role in the preparation of his team. His professional activity makes quite serious demands, including the availability of a wide range of skills and knowledge. There is a need to study the professional activity of an esports coach, which will improve the quality and effectiveness of the educational and training process. The aim of the study is to improve the quality and efficiency of the professional activity of eSports coaches by determining the factors affecting its effectiveness. Materials and methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature and Internet data; poll; method of expert evaluations; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The conducted scientific research made it possible to establish the factors that hinder the formation of professional competence of future eSports coaches. Lack of standards and certification (20 points), uncertainty about employment in the field of eSports (29 points) and low recognition (44 points) were among the biggest difficulties for coaches. Ethical factors (89 points), psychological burnout (98 points), and difficulties with mastering new technologies in the specified field (107 points) were identified by the eSports coaches as the least influential. The factors that allow ensuring a high-quality educational and training process in e-sports were determined. They include: the presence of an innovative technical base and sufficient space for the training process; providing psychological support for coaches; access to a rational and stable budget; availability of motivation and the opportunity to improve the qualifications of eSports coaches; regular technical support to solve possible problems with hardware or software; constant cooperation with other specialists; ensuring effective team management, including quality communication, conflict resolution, etc. Conclusions. It was found that the set of professional and pedagogical qualities of eSports coaches contains a considerable list of specific knowledge and skills. The experts identified the factors that allow ensuring a high-quality educational and training process in eSports.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED FEMALE HANDBALL PLAYERS IN THE PREPARATORY PERIOD OF TRAINING

Introduction. Handball as a sport is constantly evolving, demanding from female athletes an enhancement of physical and technical skills, which underscores the need for research into their functional capabilities. Understanding the physiological characteristics of female handball players enables effective planning of the training process, ensuring an optimal combination of endurance, strength, and speed. Identifying the optimal methods of preparing highly skilled handball players is key to increasing their competitiveness at the national and international levels. The preparatory period is crucial for developing the physical condition of the athletes, which directly affects their performance during competitive activities. The relevance of this research is also driven by the growing interest in women's handball and the need to develop specific approaches to training women's teams, taking into account their physiological and psychological characteristics. Aim is to investigate the functional state of handball players during the preparatory period of the stage of maximum realization of individual possibilities. Research material and methods. Material and methods. The study involved athletes of the main squad and reserves of the handball club "Halychanka" in Lviv. The methods included analysis of literary sources and the World Wide Web, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, a method of multifactorial express diagnostics of functional readiness, content analysis, meta-analysis, and methods of mathematical statistics.. Results. A significant decrease in the V3R index, which reflects the anaerobic creatine phosphate mechanism of energy supply, was found to be 7.84 units below the established standards. This indicates a limited ability to rapidly mobilize energy in the muscles of handball players, which is critical for short-term high-intensity loads. The average indicators of the anaerobic glycolytic energy supply mechanism were 3.1 units lower than the norm, suggesting less efficient use of muscle glycogen for rapid energy acquisition during medium-duration physical efforts. The assessment of the anaerobic lactate mechanism revealed that it was low in 20% of the handball players and below average in 52%, showing only a medium level in 26% of the participants. This demonstrates variability in the athletes' ability to manage the lactate threshold, which is important for long-term endurance. The index of aerobic energy supply was also found to be 1.33 units below the norm, indicating potential deficiencies in long-term energy supply through aerobic metabolism. Conclusions. A balanced approach to training is key to optimizing the sports results of handball players.

A favorable period for the development of endurance in schoolchildren aged 7-18 years

The aim of the study is to study the sensitive periods of endurance formation in school-age children. Methods: The pedagogical experiment was organized at secondary school 60, Kirov city in Russia in the period from September 2022 to May 2023. The study involved 578 boys and 637 girls who were admitted by doctors to physical education classes at school. All children took the Cooper control test for 6 minutes at the beginning and at the end of the experiment. Physical education classes were held according to the standard program under the work of physical education teachers. The study used methods of mathematical statistics, the Student's T-test, the reliability was determined at p&gt;0.05. Results: After the end of the pedagogical experiment, the students' performance improved on average in all classes. However, the improvement was uneven. Thus, the high increase in endurance was among schoolchildren from grade 2, grades 8-11 for boys, the indicators improved from 12 to 16% (p&lt;0.05). The indicators improved by 12-15% (p&lt;0.05) in girls from grades 2, from grades 9-11. Conclusions: As a result of the experiment, we can say that the sensitive period for the development of endurance in girls is the age of 8-9 years, 15-18 years, and in boys 8-9 years and 14-18 years. It should be noted that there is a high increase in endurance indicators in children aged 10-11 years. The results of the study make it possible to adjust the educational process in schools and improve the training process in various sports for children aged 7-18 years.

Parameters of a combined plow rotor for the climatic conditions of the Bukhara region

In this article, pretreatment of the soil in Bukhara includes simultaneous softening, compaction and crushing of plant residues. As a result, the movement of agricultural machinery in the field is reduced, and the compaction of the subsurface layer is reduced by 5-7 times. For this purpose, the installation and grounding of an additional rotary mill assembly to the fork body is described. Pre-sowing processing consists in the justification of constructive and technological parameters and modes of operation of the crop-milling aggregate, which improve the quality and reduce the tensile resistance. Theoretical studies were carried out using the laws of mathematical analysis and theoretical mechanics. Multi-factor experiment planning methods have been used to conduct experimental research. The results of the study were processed using the methods of Mathematical Statistics.

A79: Epidemiology of Athletic Injuries in China College Rock Climbing Athlete

Purpose: Originating from mountaineering, rock climbing has encountered fresh opportunities for growth since its inclusion in the Olympics, and there is a growing awareness of the associated injury risks. Methods: Using questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methods, this paper studied the epidemiological characteristics of sports injuries among Chinese college rock-climbing athletes by 6 Chinese university rock-climbing teams. Results: The incidence of sports injury was as high as 87.10%, and the annual incidence of injury was 3.39 times/year. The number of injuries was mainly 1 time (43.55%), and the number of injuries was less in 4 (8.06%;) or 5 times (1.61%). A total of 105 injuries occurred, involving 107 body parts. Finger injuries were the most frequent, 30 times (28.04%), and followed by knee joint 12 times (11.21%). The most common injuries were abrasions (39.25%) followed by strains (26.17%) and impact injuries (13.08%). The incidence of acute injury was much higher than that of chronic injury, with 73 acute injuries (69.52%) and 32 chronic injuries (30.48%). UIAA1 injury was the most, 93 times (88.57%), followed by UIAA2 injury 10 times (9.52%). UIAA3 injury was once (0.95%). The most injuries occurred during training with 88 times (83.81%), followed by 11 times in competition (10.48%) and 6 times in other times (5.71%). Rock climbing events had the most injuries with 53 times (50.48%), followed by 32 times (30.48%), speed 15 times (14.29%) and other 5 times (4.76%). The factors influencing the occurrence of injury include risk factors and inducing events. The most important risk factors were the awareness of injury protection (P &lt; 0.05), sufficient preparation activities (P &lt; 0.05), wearing professional climbing shoes (P &lt; 0.05), and qualified protectors (P &lt; 0.05). Insufficient warm-up (n=41; 26.28%), the athlete's own technical movement error (n=35; 22.44%), excessive exercise load (n=25; 16.03%) were the most major injury-inducing event. Conclusion: Chinese college rock climbers face a high incidence of injuries, affecting various body sites and manifesting in numerous injury types. The injuries tend to be of a relatively mild degree, and the risk factors are complex and variable. It is crucial for the Chinese community to approach rock climbing injuries with reason, diligently avoid associated risk factors, enhance support for rock climbing injury research, and foster the healthy and rapid development of rock climbing among Chinese college students.

In modern society, smoking is one of the most common harmful habits. The issue of smoking among medical students and the ways to address it are particularly relevant. The study was aimed to identify the priority factors contributing to smoking as the main harmful habit. We performed a cross-sectional study of 254 students using the tailored questionnaire, D. Horn test, and Fagerstrom test. The data obtained were processed and analyzed using the mathematical statistics methods. The findings have shown that 68.4% of students are smokers. The majority of students report negative health effects of smoking: 45% of students complain of cough, 38% complain of mucus, 52% complain of the decrease in physical endurance. Furthermore, low motivation for smoking cessation has been revealed in the majority of respondents. Vaping turned out to be the smoking type most popular among students, and the majority of respondents believe that it is harmless. The identified predominant types of smoking behavior (“support”, “craving”) suggest emotional stress. The correlation between the students’ anxious emotional state and the frequency of smoking has been found (r = 0.79). Learning problems and emotional stress are the priority factors contributing to smoking as the main harmful habit of students. Thus, the issue of smoking should be considered both in medical-biological and socio-psychological aspects. It is important to shape health-saving behavior in students through hygienic training and education.

Information potential of the database on the 1959 All-Union Population Census as a source for historical and demographic studies of the urban environment

The purpose of this database is to create an electronic source that focuses on the socio-demographic characteristics of the Ural City based on materials from the All-Soviet Population Census of 1959, using the example of Arti, a town-type settlement in the Sverdlovsk Region. The selection of this particular object is due to its ability to record the transformation processes from a rural factory settlement to a town, against the backdrop of a relatively homogenous ethnosocial environment. The appeal to the original census materials is justified by their higher information content, as compared to published data that has undergone editing. The discovered Artinsky district archive file contains information on the town of Arti alone and represents a sample with an unclear formation process, similar in nature to a natural process. The study of methods for organizing and conducting a census indicates a relatively high level of reliability in its primary data. Historical and genetic methods, methods of source analysis, and mathematical statistics are used. A study of the distribution of data by gender and social groups, conducted using mathematical statistical methods in comparison to published data, allows us to conclude that the sample of materials formed from the census of Arti's urban-type settlement accurately reflects the properties of the entire population covered by the survey. The database created based on the materials of the 1959 All-Union Population Census is similar in content to the original source, with the addition of aggregated information about the composition and structure of families, as well as information about housing conditions. The features of both the source and database are focused, to a greater extent, on historical and demographic research, particularly family history. Due to its informative nature, the database can become a useful tool for researchers in this field.

A40: An Experimental Study on the Effect of Intelligent Motor Intervention on Motor Ability of Infants with Motor Retardation

Purpose: Early exercise intervention is particularly important for the improvement of motor ability in young children with delayed motor development. In this study, the effect of intelligent exercise online intervention on the motor ability of slow motor development in children aged 3 to 6 years was verified by arranging interesting sports games in the sports APP. Methods: Using the experimental method, interview method and mathematical statistics method, 37 children aged 3-6 years were selected through the motor development questionnaire, and online exercise intervention was carried out around the six themes of balance, coordination, sensitivity, flexibility, jumping and strength. There is a sports theme cycle every week, and the weekend is a parent-child sports game. The overall intervention lasts for 6 months, lasting from 15 to 20 minutes per day. Results: There were highly significant differences in children's exercise ability before and after the experiment (t= -24.859, P &lt; 0.01); the sensitivity, flexibility and coordination were particularly improved, with highly significant differences (t= -25.147, P &lt; 0.01); interviews found that through weekly parent-child exercise games, children and parents increased physical interaction and language communication compared with before intervention. Conclusion: Intelligent exercise online intervention can effectively improve the motor ability of children aged 3 to 6 years, especially the sensitivity, flexibility, and coordination ability. Meanwhile, regular parent-child exercise can improve communication between parents and children and improve the parent-child relationship.

Республика Бурятия: современные тенденции заболеваемости и смертности населения от болезней системы кровообращения.

In the Russian Federation, as in many European countries, for many years the system of circulatory diseases has been a significant threat to public health and the medical and demographic situation, which supports the increase in mortality from these causes in many regions. The purpose of the study is to study current trends in morbidity and mortality of the population in class “IX. Diseases of the circulatory system» in comparison with the planned target indicators of the regional program and identify priority areas for improving strategic health care planning at the regional level (Republic of Buryatia). Material and methods. The information base consisted of various scientific publications and regulatory documents on strategic management in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia and the Far Eastern Federal District. The analysis was also carried out using statistical data from the database of Rosstat and the Ministry of Health of Russia and on the basis of content analysis of draft strategies that were available on the official websites of government bodies, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, etc. The analysis methodology included the method of studying and generalizing experience, the mathematical-statistical method and content analysis. Results. Based on available statistical information, the publication analyzes current trends in morbidity and mortality from diseases of the circulatory system in the Republic of Buryatia for 2017–2021. and compared with the target indicators of the regional program adopted within the framework of the federal project “Combating Cardiovascular Diseases”. Conclusions. The results of the analysis can be used in strategic planning for the development of territorial healthcare in the Russian Federation and in the development of strategies, concepts and programs for protecting public health.

ИМИТАЦИОННОЕ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ФИНАНСОВОГО РЕЗУЛЬТАТА: КОНЦЕПЦИЯ И ИНСТРУМЕНТАРИЙ

The research focuses on simulation models aimed at the formation of a financial result by a commercial organization. At the same time, the paper aims to substantiate the approach stated in the topic to determine the probabilities of a negative/zero/positive outcome – financial result – of economic activity for a period of time in the form of a certain number of lead periods. At its core, the study is based on a combination of methods of mathematical statistics and quantitative modeling applied to finance. It is appropriate to consider the results of the work performed, which represent scientific novelty, as a concept and tools that do not require the introduction of additional information into the initial data within the framework of the stated topic, most likely expert/subjective, therefore, additionally distorting the results of calculations, in particular, random number generation sensors, probabilities of dividing extreme (pessimistic and optimistic) events, etc. The question is about the scope of application of the results obtained, since they can be used by economic entities understood in a broad sense, which are able to make decisions on computerization and adjustment of the presented approach to the implemented business processes at their own discretion. Nevertheless (which is seen as a distinctive feature of the research result), it is possible to conclude that simula-tion is theoretically attractive as an option for determining the safest way to form the expected financial result, since it is possible to eliminate the contradictions of choice from among acceptable alternatives. What is important here is the method of achieving the expected financial result, but not the probability of obtaining it (although it is revealed) or quantitative assessment (although it is given). However, the approach contains a potential problem – the need to calculate the financial result for so many scenarios for which there may simply be no time.

Professional self-determination of future dentists in the modern realities of Ukraine.

Aim: To research how the future dentists' professional self-determination (reflects the cognitive-reflexive component of higher medical education applicants' readiness to use digital technologies in their professional activities) develops within the formation of information technology competence in the modern realities of Ukraine. Materials and Methods: The author's questionnaire consisted of 15 questions. The questionnaire surveys covered 98 future dentists who studied 'Medical Informatics' and 'Information Technology in Dentistry' at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University in the September-December 2017-2018 and September- December 2022-2023 academic years. The research results were assessed according to the algorithm described. The research used such methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, concretisation, systematisation, and generalisation, as well as methods of mathematical statistics for evaluating data, namely correlation analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Cronbach's alpha, Fisher's test (F-test of equality of variances), Student's t-test and ranking. Results: The research found positive dynamics of the professional self-determination levels (in 2022 compared to 2017, the low level decreased by 20.5%, the satisfactory level - by 19.0%, the average level increased by 20.6%, the high level - by 18.9%) and their quality, which within the research increased by 39.5%. Conclusions: By forming information technology competence, future dentists changing the priorities of professional self-determination in the modern realities of Ukraine and acquiring readiness (within the cognitive-reflexive component) to use digital technologies in professional activities.

Spatial distribution of plant phytocomplexes on the hilly-ridge sandy territories of the Don basin

The aim of the research was to establish spatial patterns of placement of the most productive areas of pasture phytocenoses and to assess biodiversity on the sandy massifs of the Don basin. The objects of research are herbaceous plant communities on geomorphologically different sections of the Ilovlinsky sand massif. Methods of mathematical statistics of the MATLAB package and the SURFER program were used to process and analyze the results. Regression analysis was carried out by the generalized linear regression method. The dependence of the yield of pasture grasses on the projective cover is determined. The results of a statistical regression model describing this relationship in the form of a logistic function are presented. The features of the ecosystem of plant communities on open and medium-grown sands are revealed.

Construction of Social Resilience Assessment System after Floods in the New Era

Abstract This paper constructs an assessment framework through theoretical research and literature study, determines the assessment indicators using the systematic review method, and forms a final assessment system of social resilience after flooding based on the correlation test. On this basis, the index weights were determined using the comprehensive assignment method, and the social resilience index was calculated using multi-criteria optimization and compromise solutions methods. The spatiotemporal evolution trend and spatial correlation characteristics of post-flood social resilience were explored by combining mathematical statistical methods, geographic information technology, and spatial measurement models. The temporal evolution characteristics of different dimensions of social resilience during the period 2012–2021 show that the social resilience index declined steeply in 2012, reached a maximum value of 0.316 in 2018, then gradually decreased to 0.305 in 2020, and recovered to 0.312 in 2021, with an overall increase of 5.05%. Assessing the social resilience of 17 cities under the jurisdiction of Henan Province, overall, the ability of the social system to cope with heavy rainfall and flooding disasters in 10 cities showed an increasing trend, and 7 towns showed a decreasing trend.The social resilience of Zhengzhou City under heavy rainfall and flooding disasters in 2017–2021 showed a trend of decreasing and increasing, with a composite index fit of 0.885, 0.893, 0.806, 0.893, 0.806, 0.824, 0.861.This paper constructs a social resilience assessment system after flooding to provide some reference for central cities to cope with extreme weather.

Statistical Inference Methods for Clinical Medical Data with Missing and Truncated Data

Abstract In clinical medicine, due to some accidents will inevitably produce the situation of missing data, this study for its with missing and truncated data, the use of mathematical statistics methods for inference supplement. After classifying the types of incomplete data, the article utilizes the great likelihood and empirical likelihood to form a linear statistical model to infer such data. It verifies it through simulation experiments and example analysis. In the simulation experiment, for the case of the same missing probability, as the number of samples increases from 150 to 300, the bias, variance, and mean square error of this paper’s algorithm in parameter β 1 are reduced to 0.0122, 0.1435, and 0.1441, respectively. In the actual statistical inference analysis of cardiac disease and heart transplantation, the standard error of this paper’s method reduces by 0.0576 compared with that of CAA, and the inference The results are by the reality. In clinical medicine, this study proposes a practical statistical extrapolation method and a realization path for objective interpretation when incomplete data is present.

The unity of subjective predictors of speech actions as an indicator of the subject’s agency in learning: An empirical study

Introduction. The article presents the results of an empirical study of subjective predictors of speech actions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the indicators of students’ agency in learning on the basis of empirical research in subjective predictors of speech actions. Materials and Methods. The study follows A. N. Leontiev’s activity-based approach, A. A. Verbitsky’s theory of context education, and J. Kelly’s cognitive theory of personality. The research methods include the following: analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification, J. Kelly’s method of repertoire gratings, methods of mathematical statistics. Moreover, the author used co-therapeutic computer system «KELLI-98». Results. The empirical study on the unity of (connection between) subjective predictors of speech actions, which include significant roles, conjugations of the I-real/I-ideal, and the type of communication allowed to reveal four kinds of students’ agency in learning. The first one is a normal type of communication, characterized by manifested agency in interpersonal interaction with all subjects of the educational process, and speech action at the dialogue level. The second is a normal type of communication characterized by latent agency in interpersonal interaction with all subjects of the educational process; speech action at this level is an internal dialogue. The third type is a rigid type of communication distinguished by lack of objectivity in interpersonal interaction with all subjects of the educational process; speech action is characterized by opposition to others and resistance. The fourth type of communication is a rigid one. Its distinctive features include a poorly developed ability to solve problems in interpersonal interaction with all subjects of the educational process; speech actions include manipulation. Conclusions. Finally, relying on the empirical data analysis, the author concludes that the unity of subjective predictors of speech actions (significant roles, conjugation of the I-real/I-ideal, type of communication) is an indicator of ‘activity/inactivity’; on the basis of this indicator, four kinds of students’ learning behaviors are described.

Legal Responsibility Issue of Forensic Expert in the Field of Law

Changes to procedural legislation of Ukraine in 2017 added a new participant in lawsuit, namely: legal expert. Such an expert can be a person who has an academic degree and is a specialist in the field of law. Legislator did not put forward any other requirements for the new participant in lawsuit, that caused lively discussions, in particular, on the question of whether an expert in the field of law bears legal responsibility in general and what exactly. In view of the above, the purpose of this article is to determine the legal responsibility of forensic expert in the field of law. The methodological basis of the article is separate scientific methods of cognition, in particular: logical-semantic, systemic-functional, comparative-legal, structural-logical (reveals the issue of legal responsibility of an expert in the field of law) and methods of mathematical statistics (for quantitative comparative assessment and qualitative analysis of the obtained results). The article describes the rights and duties of an expert in the field of law, provided for by procedural legislation of Ukraine. Comparison of the procedural status of a forensic expert conclusion in the field of law with the conclusion of forensic research was made. Possible types of offenses by an expert in the field of law are proposed to be systematized into three groups: civil, organizational, and procedural ones. Four types of legal responsibility of forensic expert in the field of law are characterized: disciplinary, civil, administrative and criminal ones.
