The implementation of information systems in educational management has become an urgent need to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of educational institutions' management. This study explores the concepts and implementation of information systems in the management of Buddhist educational institutions. The primary focus of this research is to understand how information systems can support administrative processes, curriculum management, and the interaction between teachers and students. This study employs a qualitative approach using case studies in several Buddhist educational institutions. The findings show that the appropriate implementation of information systems can improve the quality of educational services, facilitate information access, and enhance overall organizational performance. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change must be addressed to achieve successful implementation. This study provides practical recommendations for Buddhist educational institutions to optimize the use of information systems in their educational management.

The Behavioral Intention to Use Virtual Reality in Schools: A Technology Acceptance Model.

This paper presents the impact of using virtual reality (VR) in education and focuses on the main factors that affect the behavioral intention of using this new technology for the benefit of both professors and students. As part of our research methodology, we conducted a survey based on the Technology Acceptance Model and used partial least squares structural equation modelling. The results show that the intention to use VR technology in education is influenced by both usage satisfaction and the task-technology fit. The system quality of the VR technology proved to be important in influencing both the task-technology fit and perceived usefulness. The findings are useful for professors considering the adoption of new technologies that might improve the efficiency of learning for their students. Additionally, managers of educational institutions can use these insights to direct investments towards this type of innovation, which appeals to newer generations.

Study on the Application of Error Back-Propagation Algorithm Applied to the Student Status Management in Higher Education Institutions

The objective of this work is to predict the employment rate of students based on the information in the SSM (student status management) in colleges and universities. Firstly, the relevant content of SSM is introduced. Secondly, the BP (Back Propagation) neural network, the LM (Levenberg Marquardt) algorithm, and the BR (Bayesian Regularization) algorithm are introduced. In addition, the LM algorithm is combined with the BR algorithm to optimize the BP neural network, so as to establish a prediction model of the employment rate of college graduates based on the LM-BP neural network (the established prediction model). Finally, the established prediction model is verified after the historical data of college students in the SSM are managed and processed using the big data analysis technology. It suggests that the established prediction model shows higher prediction accuracy, more stable prediction performance, more ideal prediction effect, and higher practical application value.

Multi-Institutional Collaboration in Human Resource Development at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Deli Serdang

This article discusses improving the quality of education through multi-institutional collaboration with a case study at MIN 3 Deli Serdang. This study aims to analyze and describe HR management in this Islamic educational institution. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and structured interviews. The results show that collaboration between madrasahs and the government, as well as the private sector and community, significantly improves the quality of education and human resource development (HRD). This collaboration improves teachers' professional competence and strengthens community trust in madrasahs. The study also highlights the critical role of madrasah principals in HR management, from procurement to educator development. Appropriate task placement and systematic coaching programs, such as regular meetings, training, seminars, and supervision, support the improvement of teachers' professionalism. The madrasah principal also motivates and facilitates teachers' career development and improves their welfare, especially for honorary teachers. This research provides recommendations for Islamic education institutions to strengthen multi-agency collaboration in human resource development. Effective collaboration can create a conducive environment for the growth and capacity development of educators and learners, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and increase the nation's competitiveness at the global level.

SCIENTIFIC PROJECT TEAMS MANAGEMENT IN WARTIME REALITIES: PERSONNEL SECURITY ENSURING ASPECTS

The study is devoted to the scientific project teams management in the realities of wartime and personnel security ensuring aspects. The purpose of the work was to identify features that should be taken into account by personnel management and scientific and pedagogical personnel who are heads of scientific projects during the management of project teams engaged in research work under the influence of wartime risks. The research methodology means the use of content analysis and specialized literature processing, as well as taking expert opinion on modern features of scientific project management into account. As a result of the study, features were identified that should be taken into account by managers and scientific and pedagogical staff , including heads of scientific projects, when managing project teams mission is to provide research work under the influence of wartime risks; the characteristic features of the scientific projects management in comparison with applied research were investigated; the peculiarities of the scientific project team formation are determined, personnel risks accompanying the process of implementing a scientific project both in peacetime and in wartime are determined, and proposals are made for optimizing the management of scientific projects in the realities of wartime. The peculiarities of the scientific project team formation have been established, which include: the need for a team member to belong to the work team of a scientific institution or institution of higher education, the team members' compliance with the characteristics of active researchers, their availability of professional publications on the topic of the project; search for people with scientific degrees and scientific titles and united by common scientific interests. The field of application of research results is science management, project management, flexible management and team management in scientific and educational institutions, critical infrastructure enterprises and business structures.

This essay aims at discussing how virtual laboratories impact educational inclusion for high school and middle school chemistry students in a rural educational institution. It objectively examines virtual laboratories and educational inclusion, highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of these digital resources and the various perspectives on their relationship. Virtual laboratories, as pedagogical tools, are increasingly used in education, enabling students to conduct experiments in a safe, controlled environment without needing complex infrastructure, costly equipment, or hazardous materials. The essay also supports the idea that virtual laboratories are a cost-effective alternative, as infrastructure investment, reagents or similar costs, are they significantly reduced or zero. This leads to more efficient financial management in educational institutions, allowing for the reinvestment of resources into computer equipment that improves coverage and accessibility for students. This study aims to investigate the role of ICT in data management, management, learning processes, and communication in educational environments. Using literature review techniques and secondary data analysis, this study found that the use of ICT increases information transparency, accuracy and speed, improving resource management and decision-making. However, ICT implementation also faces many challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, lack of technical capacity of human resources, and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires a comprehensive and sustainable strategy. Tinjauan Al-Quran dan Hadist Tentang Sifat-Sifat Pemimpin (Studi Literatur)

This article aims to explore verses and hadiths related to the characteristics of leaders, outline their implications in a modern context, and provide an in-depth understanding of how these principles can be applied in the effective management of Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main data of this study comes from books and articles published on google scholar. Data collection was carried out using the keywords "characteristics of leaders", "review of the Qur'an on the nature of leaders" and "review of Hadith on the nature of leaders". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that the leader is considered a caliph who is responsible for the mandate from Allah. Therefore, leadership must be carried out with caution and based on religious teachings. Islamic leaders must possess some very important traits. First, a leader must have noble morals that are reflected in his daily behavior and actions. This morality includes various aspects, such as honesty, trustworthiness, wisdom, and concern for others. The moral of a leader should be an example for the community. A leader must also be able to control himself. These skills include controlling emotions, acting impulsively, and the ability to make the right decisions

This research aims to evaluate the influence of management functions on the effectiveness of educational institutions through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. By focusing on planning, organizing, directing and monitoring, this research identifies the relationship between management functions and aspects of the effectiveness of educational institutions. The data collection process involved a systematic search of online library sources with relevant keywords, followed by selection and in-depth analysis of the selected sources. Through critical analysis, this research aims to produce insights that are useful for the development of educational management science and practical implementation in improving the performance of educational institutions. It is hoped that the findings of this research can be a valuable contribution for stakeholders in the education sector in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the management of educational institutions.

Exploring Faculty Preparedness for Artificial Intelligence-Driven Dental Education: A Multicentre Study.

Introduction In the modern era, technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), is the centre of digital innovation. AI is revolutionising numerous fields, including the healthcare sector, globally. Incorporating AI in dental education may help in improving the diagnostic accuracy, learners' experiences, and effectiveness of the management of dental education institutions. However, successful implementation of AI requires the faculty's willingness to incorporate it into their practices. Thus, this research aims to explore the readiness of faculty members to integrate AI into dental education. Methodology The study employed a qualitative exploratory design to gather in-depth insights into faculty readiness for AI-driven dental education. Purposive sampling was employed, and 21 faculty members from public and private dental colleges in South Punjab participated in semi-structured interviews. The interviews focused on understanding participants' perceptions, experiences, and challenges related to AI integration in dental education. Thematic analysis was conducted utilising Braun and Clarke's framework to identify key themes and subthemes from the qualitative data using inductive coding. Results Five major themes and 14 subthemes emerged from the data analysis. Faculty members had low AI literacy coupled with diverse perceptions; some participants perceived AI as a solution for revolutionising teaching and learning, while others criticised its misuse as academic misconduct by students, an effect on students' critical thinking, and a threat to conventional jobs. However, most of the respondents also considered AI beneficial for students with remote access or from marginalised populations in terms of accessing and learning from limited resources. Concerns that participants highlighted included a lack of training opportunities, limited facilities, ethical concerns pertaining to data privacy, and assessment bias. Some of the recommendations provided by the respondents include the provision of training opportunities, the allocation of resources and infrastructure, and continuous effective support from institutions for the integration of AI in dental education. Conclusions This study emphasised the readiness of the faculty when it comes to the integration of AI in dental education. The faculty considered AI favourable for digitization and innovative education, although there is a lack of awareness of its application. Regarding the benefits of utilising AI, respondents highlighted its quick response, prediction of students' performance, and flexibility in learning. The challenges included lack of awareness regarding its implementation, inadequate training, lack of availability of resources, lack of institutional support, the problem of data confidentiality, and resistance to change. Suggestions included the provision of technical support, skills training, and the provision of required infrastructure. Participants recommended that AI tools must incorporate cultural and contextually specific content, use technical support for problems, and incorporate constant response systems to improve the AI tools for novice users, especially within developing regions such as Pakistan.

Management of Participation in the Management of Islamic Educational Institutions

The development of schools requires support from the surrounding community. This is commonly referred to as participatory management in the field of education. It is a strategic step towards the development of schools, particularly Islamic-based schools. The research aims to 1) describe the process of implementing participatory management in managing Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro, and 2) describe the internalization of participatory management through program activities in managing Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research instrument used is an interview guide. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis utilized the Spradley model, which includes Domain analysis, Taxonomic analysis, and Componential analysis. The research findings revealed that organizing involves establishing an organizational structure that involves community participation. The implementation phase involves carrying out the management plan and daily activities of the Islamic boarding school. The community must actively participate in the implementation of various programs and activities. The control stage involves evaluating the achievement of goals and the performance of the pesantren, as well as taking corrective action if necessary. This includes evaluating programs and activities with the community, either through surveys, group discussions, or joint reflection sessions. The internalization program includes nightly activities, delegation of students, determination of educators, and the haul of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro.

Impact of Intellectual Capital and Organisational Culture on Financial Performance: Mediation by Knowledge Management in Higher Education Institutions in Libya

Purpose: Sustained volatility has worse affected, again, the already, noteworthy decline in the financial performance of Libya’s higher education system since the year 2011. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual frame work that would help in understanding the factors that affects the financial position of Libyan university. Design/Methodology/Approach: The intended study will adopt a quantitative research approach and data collection tool for the study will be through a questionnaire survey. The participants of the sample will be the people occupying the positions of directors of the Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs, chiefs and senior managers of financial departments, accountants, auditors, and other officials engaged in financial administration. All the information collected from the survey shall be tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) in the AMOS program. Findings: This study significantly advances our understanding of how organizational culture, knowledge management, and intellectual capital impact the financial performance of higher education institutions in Libya. The findings provide actionable insights and tools for financial stakeholders, policymakers, and decision-makers to enhance financial performance within these institutions effectively. Implications/Originality/Value: This study aims to address the existing gaps in the present literature on organizational culture, knowledge management, intellectual capital, and their influence on financial performance in higher education. The study's results will have practical ramifications for financial professionals, regulators, and stakeholders, providing useful insights and methods to improve the financial performance of Libyan higher education institutions

Model of the Preschool Teachers’ Professional Well-Being

Introduction. Managing the lifelong learning environment requires a certain understanding of the educational needs and demands of learners of different categories. However, there is not The professional well-being of preschool teachers is sufficiently understudied, and operational models of professional well-being have not yet been built. The aim of the study is to develop a model of professional well-being of preschool teachers and to assess the quality of this model through empirical testing. Materials and Methods. The study involved 818 teachers aged 19‒74 with work experience ranging from 3 months to 50 years. The data was collected with the Russian version of PERMA-Profiler (O. M. Isaeva, A. Yu. Akimova, E. N. Volkova, 2022), Questionnaire of Basic Needs in Work (E. N. Osin, D. D. Suchkov, T. O. Gordeeva, T. Yu. Ivanova, 2015), Questionnaire of Professional Motivation (E. N. Osin, et al., 2017), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (D. A. Kutuzova, 2006), a short version of the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (A. A. Pankratova, D. S. Kornienko, D. V. Lyusin, 2022), and a short version of the Big Five (M. S. Egorova, O. V. Parshikova, 2016). The empirical data were collected online. Results. The three-component composition of the model of preschool teachers’ professional well-being was identified with structural equation modeling. The model includes general well-being, activity and personal components. High professional well-being is associated with high level of basic PERMA characteristics, subjective feeling of good health; satisfaction of basic needs for autonomy, competence, relatedness; autonomous types of motivation; job satisfaction; the energy and efficiency of the teacher; high agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to new experiences, extraversion and low neuroticism. The characteristics of a teacherʼs emotional intelligence were not included in the model. Discussion and Conclusion. The presented study contributes to the understanding of the structure and components of professional well-being of preschool teachers. The model of professional well-being can be used by the management of preschool educational institutions to develop and implement individual professional development programs, as well as to address issues of teacher retention in the organization.

Knowledge Management in the Literature From 2021 to 2024

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted knowledge management in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Studies have found that material, financial, and human resources are the key factors in the knowledge network, and mistrust often exists between decision-makers and those who carry out the work. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and trust by conducting a cross-sectional, exploratory, and correlational study with a sample of 10 professional practitioners and social workers involved in COVID-19 care. The study findings show that innovation, competitiveness, and efficiency are the central, unifying, and structural axes of information translation and knowledge transfer. These results are not extensive to the university community, and they are innovative because they highlight the importance of trust as the guiding principle of knowledge management.

Optimizing Attendance Management in Educational Institutions Through Mobile Technologies: A Machine Learning and Cloud Computing Approach

The primary goal of the study is to optimize and streamline the attendance recording and monitoring process for learning sessions by leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning and cloud computing. The methodology employed is based on the extreme programming (XP) project management approach. Throughout its phases, the entire implementation process of the application, from conception to launch, is described in detail. Firebase is used as the database manager to ensure the efficiency and security of student information and attendance records. Additionally, the Firebase machine learning kit is used to verify attendance registration through QR codes. The application was tested with fifth-year high school students from an educational institution. The user interface has been designed to be attractive, intuitive, and easy to use for both teachers and students. The study results demonstrate that the use of this application significantly reduces the time spent on attendance recording compared to traditional methods. There has been a high level of satisfaction and acceptance of the “ASYS” application among teachers and students. In conclusion, this study has successfully implemented a mobile application that revolutionizes attendance recording and monitoring in educational institutions. It harnesses the power of machine learning and cloud computing to enhance efficiency and the user experience.

Analyzing the Evolution of Research on Student Awareness of Solid Waste Management in Higher Education Institutions: A Bibliometric Perspective

Improper solid waste management (SWM) has resulted in an environmental and epidemiological catastrophe, emphasizing the urgency of SWM due to escalating solid waste generation. Over the past few decades, there has been significant growth in publications studying the relationship between SWM and the environment. Higher education institutes (HEIs) also have a social responsibility to promote public understanding of SWM and to increase awareness among students about SWM. A bibliometric analysis was conducted to provide an overview of research on student awareness of SWM in HEIs over the past 35 years. Data on publication output are identified based on the Scopus database (from 1989 to 2024). A total of 634 articles on SWM awareness and practices among students in HEIs were identified. VOSviewer was used to map the current studies and visualize the current trends in this area. The analysis of keywords used in the publications highlights recurring terms such as “recycling”, “environmental awareness”, and “waste management”, indicating the primary research focus. The results show a significant increase in publications in this area over the last 35 years. China, the US, and the UK emerge as the countries with the highest number of publications with 115, 82, and 44 publications, respectively, where China alone contributed 18.14% of the total publications on the topic, with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University being the leading institutions in this research field. The results also highlight the top researchers in the field of student awareness of SWM in HEIs. It identifies influential journals in this field, such as Sustainability (MDPI) and the Journal of Cleaner Production (Elsevier). Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the current state of research on student awareness of SWM in HEIs, identifying research hotspots. It serves as a valuable resource for academics and practitioners interested in this area. The findings of the study are intended to guide researchers planning to conduct further research on the issue.

Formation of Models for Registering Systemic Processes in The Digital Educational Environment of the University Based on Log File Analysis

It has been demonstrated that technologies and methods of intelligent data analysis (IDA) in the educational domain, particularly based on the analysis of digital traces (DT) of students, offer substantial opportunities for analyzing student activities. Notably, the DT of students are generated both during remote learning sessions and during blended learning modes. By applying IDA methods to DT, one can obtain information that is beneficial for both the educator in a specific discipline and for the educational institution's management. Such information might pertain to various aspects of the functioning of the digital educational environment (DEE) of the institution, such as: the student's learning style; individual preferences; the amount of time dedicated to a specific task, among others. An algorithm has been proposed for constructing a process model in the DEE based on log analysis within the DEE. This algorithm facilitates the description of a specific process in the DEE as a hierarchy of foundational process elements. Additionally, a model based on cluster analysis methods has been proposed, which may prove beneficial for analyzing the registration logs of systemic processes within the university's DEE. Such an analysis can potentially aid in detecting anomalous behavior of students and other individuals within the university's DEE. The algorithms proposed in this study enable research during log file analysis aimed at identifying breaches of information security within the university's DEE.
