Tista Tourism Village's Development towards Quality and Sustainable Tourism in Tabanan Regency

Tourist sustainable concept become consideration in countries around the world to reach Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). Development tourist sustainable become base development tourism in utilise nor in enjoy potency natural or environment without ruin it. One form implementation tourist sustainable is development village tourism. Tista Tourism Village is one of them village tourism in Tabanan Regency which implements it development tourism in rural areas going to quality and sustainable, where the community look after their village in a way good and full consciousness, so plan development housing area from investor to fail because not get agreement from society. Community industry growing, awareness public to tourist increase, preservation nature and culture walk in a way significant. A qualitative approach reinforced with focus group discussions was used to determine the implementation of quality and sustainable tourism village management and development as well as the active participation of the community in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of quality and sustainable tourism village development. The results of data analysis are displayed descriptively qualitatively and in the form of instruments for assessing quality and sustainable tourism villages. This research resulting in 7 tourism program implementations quality and sustainable, namely: implementation village tourism attractions, implementation village tourism amenities, implementation village tourism accessibility, implementation village tourism management, implementation human resources at village tourism, implementation business in the village tourism, and implementation village tourism marketing, as well generated instrument evaluation implementation development quality and sustainable tourism.

THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) COMPETENCIES ON VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT (CASE STUDY AT THE PUTERAN VILLAGE OFFICE, PAGERAGEUNG TASIKMALAYA)

This study aims to: 1) Competence of HR in Puteran Village, 2) Management of Puteran Village Funds, 3) Knowing the influence of HR competence on the management of Puteran Village funds.There are two variables in this study, namely the competence of human resources (X) as the independent variable and the management of village funds (Y) as the dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data used are primary data (observations, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (library studies and documentation studies). The data analysis technique used is simple regression.Based on the results of this study, it shows that: 1) HR competence is in the very good category, namely 479) village fund management is in the very good category, namely 314) the influence of HR competence on village and village management is 0.875 which means very strong, while the coefficient of determination is 76, 6%, the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other factors.

AKSELERASI GREEN ECONOMY MELALUI DIGITAL SYSTEM ERP DI DESA WISATA KEMIRI KABUPATEN JEMBER

Every region in Indonesia has the potential to generate income from the tourism sector, especially if it is supported by advances in information technology. However, there is a lot of tourism in Indonesia that has not fully implemented digitalization optimally. Like Kemiri Village in Jember Regency which faces challenges in integrating management and effective marketing. This research aims to optimize the tourism sector in the Kemiri Tourism Village through the implementation of the Digital System Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This transformation aims to increase visibility, attract more tourists, and facilitate the management of tourist villages. A qualitative and descriptive research approach was used to comprehensively assess the tourism situation in Kemiri Village. Primary data was collected through interviews with selected communities, as well as direct observation in Kemiri Village, and questionnaires via gform. Secondary data came from documentation, journals and literature. The waterfall method and SMART analysis were also used. Research findings reveal significant untapped tourism potential in Kemiri Village, moreover, integration is still limited. This Digital System Enterprise Resource Planning based website overcomes existing problems by increasing integration between tourist destinations. This website also contributes to the green economy by reducing the use of paper (paperless) through digital transformation in tourism operations.

The Influence of Risk Perception on Visit Decision to Tourism Village: The Mediating Role of Tourist Motivation

Community Tourism Village remains a favorite choice to visit despite the various risks threaten during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the role of tourist motivation in mediating the influence of risk perceptions on visit decisions to Penglipuran Tourism Village, which still has a high number of tourist visits during the pandemic. The population in this study were domestic tourists, with a total sample of 400 obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 4 by testing the validity, reliability, and mediating effect test on the research data. The results of the research data analysis show influence from each variable, with 47.0% of the variance of tourist motivation determined by risk perception, and 58.2% of the variance in visiting decisions was determined by risk perception and tourist motivation. Thus, tourist motivation positively and significantly mediates the risk perception in visiting decisions. This research can help tourism village managers and the government prepare and improve the services and facilities provided to become healthy, safe, and low-risk COVID-19 tourist destinations.

Gamification development in virtual tour Cau Belayu tourism Village

The use of digital marketing is not only specifically for business processes but can also be utilized in the tourism sector. Tourist information, especially tourist villages, can be easily searched via the internet and social media. There is no need to use conventional promotional media, print brochures or advertisements in the mass media, which will cost a lot, especially for tourism village managers. Virtual tour is an example of digital promotional media that is currently developing because it can display real tourist destinations without having to come to the location in person. However, virtual tours only display static images or videos and do not interact with users or tourists other than information, this causes the virtual tour to not have a significant effect on tourist interest to visit in person. There is a need for further development of virtual tours to make it more attractive to tourists to visit, one way is by combining it with other technologies, namely gamification. This research develops a gamification application on a virtual tour for Cau Belayu Tabanan Tourism Village. By applying gamification to the virtual tourist village tour, it is hoped that tourists will be able to experience a more enjoyable and significant impact on tourist interest in visiting the Cau Belayu Tabanan tourist village directly. The research method used refers to the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). The research method consists of the stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results of this study are in the form of a gamification application in the virtual tour of the Cau Belayu Tabanan Tourism Village which has the main features, namely games, gamescores and game finishes.

Society’s Perception on The Quality of Public Services and The Discourse on The Splitting of Nagari Manggopoh Agam

This study aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of public services in Nagari Manggopoh and to determine the public's perception of the discourse on the division of Jorong in Nagari Manggopoh. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. Respondents came from the Nagari Manggopoh community a research data collection using questionnaires and field observations. Data were analyzed using technique analysis percentage descriptive. The study results show that people's perceptions of the quality of public services in Nagari Manggopoh showed very good and good, reaching 88%. Meanwhile, the community's perception of the village management discourse (Jorong Splitting) in Nagari Manggopoh shows a very high percentage, reaching 93%. This study concluded that public services provided by Nagari Manggopoh occupy an excellent interval value. Meanwhile, the discourse on village arrangement (addition of Jorong) received enthusiastic support from the Nagari Manggopoh Community.

Administrative Burden at the Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration Services Village Management Sector Central Java Province, Indonesia

This study discusses the administrative burden on the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population, and Civil Registration (Dispermadesdukcapil), especially in the field of Village Planning. The method used in this study is empirical jurisprudence by examining policies that have been in effect and in reality, in people's lives. This study is oriented towards the basic data obtained directly from research conducted in the field, i.e., by interview data collection techniques. Each state administrative tool certainly has its own administrative burden, including the Village Planning Sector Dispermadesdukcapil, which consists of two sections, namely facilitation of village government regulation and evaluation of village development arrangement. The field of Village Planning has its own tasks and functions that focus on facilitating the regulation of the village government. In its implementation, the office issued several policies, and there are certainly obstacles experienced in various ways, both in facilitating regulation, budget, and other activities.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA DI DESA GESIKAN, KECAMATAN PAKEL, KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

The research discusses the empowering role of local communities in developing tourist villages which has an impact on the welfare of the community. The tourism sector is an alternative that can be used as an effort to improve welfare through community empowerment. The Plumpung Park tourist attraction, which is based on potential, is managed by local communities in the Gesikan Village area, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency, which is an application of community empowerment in tourist villages. The aim of this research is (1) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Plumpung Garden Tourism Village, (2) to describe the role of the community in developing Plumpung Gaarden tourism. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research results show (1) the existence of factors inhibiting and supporting the development of Tourism Villages. Supporting factors can be maximized to minimize existing obstacles and weaknesses of the village. (2) Management of tourist villages requires the participation and concern of local communities for the development of tourist village areas as well as providing creative ideas and innovations for the development of these tourist village areas. Supporting facilities in tourist villages also have an important role in providing benefits to visitors. Regarding development in the Taman Plumpung tourist village, it is still in the development process which is not yet optimal, so there is still development that must be carried out on an ongoing basis. Through community empowerment in tourist villages, it is hoped that it can sustainably improve the welfare of the community.

Pengembangan Pariwisata Desa Kuwu Berbasis Potensi Lokal

This activity is a community service activity in the context of implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education, for postgraduate lecturers at STIEPARI Semarang. The implementation was in March 2023, the location of the activity was the Kuwu tourism village, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java. The purpose of the activity is to introduce the community to the development of Kuwu Village tourism based on Local Tourism Potential. This activity is not only an effort to improve the ability of tourism village management but also as a means of introducing the basics of tourism village development, because Kuwu village although it has had a decree as a pilot tourism village since 2009, but there are no real activities in the village. The implementation technique is direct socialization, to people who have local potential home industry businesses such as Ayam Pencok, and various flavors of meatballs, and crispy chicken, PAU. The system of delivering socialization material uses direct in the field (visits to residents who have a business and continued with a question and answer discussion.

Community Empowerment Through Nagari-Owned Enterprises In Tourism Development

BUMNag was very important for improve the economy of the nagari community. The important role played by BUMNag has an effect on aspects of community development both materially and non-materially. The aim of the research is to explain BUMNag's efforts in community empowerment, explain BUMNag's efforts in achieved success in manage tourist villages, and explain the management of sustainable tourism as an instrument of BUMNag in strengthened nagari autonomy and community welfare. then an analysis tool or theory is need to explain the above problems, one of which is use in this study is Jim Ife's theory regarding community empowerment carried out by BUMNag. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study approach. Data collection was carried out in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document collection. The informant selection technique used was purposive. The results of the study found that BUMNag community empowerment efforts took the form of increased community skills, providing capital for BUMNag, BUMNag pro-community, increased community knowledge, and involved the community in every activity. The benefits obtained through BuMNag was achieved successful management of tourist villages in the form of benefits from managing destinations can be distributed to the community, management is running well, established strong partners and support from within and from outside, the uniqueness of the attraction must be maintained for the sustainability of destinations, and contributed to sustainability culture and environment. Sustainable tourism management as an instrument for BUMNag in strengthened nagari autonomy and community welfare as an instrument for strengthened nagari autonomy and as an instrument for community welfare.

The Role of Tourism Village in Strengthening Poterry SMEs in Kasongan Tourism Village, Bantul District, Yogyakarta

This research was conducted to examine the role of tourism villages in strengthening pottery SMEs in Kasongan Tourism Village. Pottery products are the superior product of this village tourist attraction. The existence of pottery products cannot be separated from the role of the tourist village as a bridge to attract tourists. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature study. Interviews were conducted with 20 people that are Kasongan Tourism Village managers and SMEs actors. Determination of informants using the Non-Probability Sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. Methods of data analysis using qualitative data analysis method. The results of the study are the role of tourism villages in strengthening SMEs which consists of making tour packages, destination branding, and partnerships. There are two tour packages, namely seeing the process of making pottery and being directly involved in making pottery. The destination branding is Kasongan Tourism Village as a pottery educational tour. Partnerships are carried out, namely working with vendors and joining cooperatives.

Pemberdayaan homestay warga dalam mendukung keberlanjutan ekowisata Keranggan

Community service is an activity of practicing knowledge for the community in order to add insight and skills. The development of Kampung Keranggan ecotourism activities is showing encouraging results with the increasing number of visitors and activities being held at that location. However, there are still inadequate accommodation facilities for guests staying at these locations. Therefore this community service activity is carried out with the aim of: (1) Helping the community improve the quality of homestays (tourist lodges) as a means of educating tourists about the environment (2) Providing knowledge and skills for homestay owners / managers to be able to provide the best service and comfort for guests , in order to support the management of tourist villages and the welfare of the surrounding community. The results of community service activities can be concluded that the community's understanding of how to manage a homestay has increased, especially in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the home and how to manage food for homestay guests.

Sustainable Innovations in the Promotion and Development of Village Tourism: Challenges and Opportunities

Tourism serves as a catalyst for unlocking the unique potential and distinctiveness of specific regions, thereby fostering holistic well-being, particularly for the local economy. Kampoeng Djadhoel, situated in Semarang City's Rejomulyo Village, East Semarang District, is poised to fulfil this potential. Under the stewardship of an evolving Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), it aspires to transform into an enticing destination for both local and international visitors. To achieve this vision, it is essential to deepen our understanding of village management and actively engage the community. This study is a comprehensive exploration encompassing three critical domains: tourism village management, community participation, and identifying inhibiting and supporting factors. Employing a Descriptive Qualitative methodology, our investigation underscores the effectiveness of Pokdarwis Kampoeng Djadhoel's management approach, which aligns seamlessly with the principles of tourism village management. Within the local community of RT 04 RW 02, participation is manifested both horizontally and vertically, significantly bolstering the overall management efforts. Crucially, the obstacles encountered within the Kampoeng Djadhoel tourist village have been successfully mitigated by harnessing supportive elements and implementing complementary solutions. This achievement exemplifies the village's commitment to sustainable innovations in promoting and developing its tourism potential, thereby addressing the challenges, and seizing the opportunities presented. Improvement of Community Capacity in Managing the Cetho Tourist Destination in Gumeng Jenawi Village, Karanganyar, Central Java

Purpose: This research paper aims to investigate enhancing community capacity in managing the Cetho Tourist Destination in Gumeng Jenawi Village, Karanganyar, Central Java. It highlights the significance of this research in fostering tourism development within the region.
 Method: The study employed a comprehensive research methodology, which involved field visits, observation, discussions, and documentation. Various cultural symbols of Javanese culture were utilized, and a Focus Group Discussion was conducted with 15 stakeholders involved in Gumeng Tourism Village management. Data analysis was carried out using the SWOT analysis method to guide the development of the tourism village.
 Practical Applications: The findings of this study have practical implications for the tourism industry and community development in the Gumeng Jenawi Village area. They can be applied to enhance the attraction and visitor numbers while extending their length of stay, ultimately benefiting the local economy and the tourism sector.
 Conclusion: In conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of strengthening community capacity for the sustainable management of tourist destinations. The study's results contribute to a broader understanding of improving tourist attractions and their potential impact on local communities and the tourism industry.

Training on Making Cooperation Proposals and Tour Guides for Purbayan Tourism Village Management, Kotagede, Yogyakarta

This community service aims to strengthen The Purbayan Tourist VIillage about cooperation proposals and tour guides. The Purbayan Tourist Village boasts a diverse range of tourism potential, spanning from craft tourism, historical tourism, culinary tourism, to exploring cultural heritage sites. This diverse tourism potential necessitates effective management of the Purbayan Tourist Village. The existing challenge lies in relying on tourists to visit the Purbayan Tourist Village and a lack of understanding in the tour guiding process. Community engagement is targeted towards the Purbayan Tourist Village management to be more proactive in attracting tourists by offering collaboration proposals to potential agencies and implementing added value through tour guides. The community engagement methodology began with preparation and socialization on August 5, 2023. It was followed by a collaboration proposal-making training on August 12-13, 2023. Next was the tour guide training on September 29, 2023, culminating in an evaluation for improvement and performance enhancement in the future. The results of the conducted training showed an increase in understanding the collaboration proposal-making process and tour guiding. Both trainings received positive responses from the Purbayan Tourist Village management, with an understanding increase of 58.21% for the collaboration proposal-making training and 46.05% for the tour guide training. With these two trainings, the Purbayan Tourist Village management will be better prepared to develop the existing tourism potential in the Purbayan Sub-district and drive the local economy for the surrounding community.

Companion Skills for Local Food Tourism Village Facilitators to Improve the Family Economy of Ngemplak Dusun, Sumber Suko Village, Wagir District, Malang

Ngemplak Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village in Wagir District, especially located on the slopes of Mount Kawi. Wagir District is located between the slopes of Mount Kawi. This hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village that has physical potential in terms of abundant natural resources, especially in the food sector. The people of Ngemplak Hamlet are able to make various food preparations that come from local food ingredients. Nowadays, tourists are starting to like tourist attractions that not only provide natural beauty but also community interaction. The local food village tourism facilitator has the role of providing information to tourists about the local culinary specialties that exist and the typical dishes of the people in Sumbersuko Village that are served to tourists. The concept of local food tourism villages will indirectly require the community, especially village youth, to act as facilitators of local food. However, the lack of information regarding the potential of villages in Ngemplak hamlet by the community, especially teenagers, especially regarding local food, is one of the obstacles when tourists come to their area. There is a need for assistance to prepare teenagers in Ngemplak Hamlet to be trained to increase their knowledge and skills as local food facilitators, which can be an added value for visiting tourists. The objectives of community service are as follows: (1) Empowering teenagers as facilitators of local food tourism villages in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing local food in Ngempalk Village Hamlet; (2) Provide assistance to the management and members of the local food tourism village in Ngemplak Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village in introducing the tourism village through social media; (3) Provide assistance to local food education tourism village administrators in managing the tourism village so that it can run and survive as one of the tourist village destinations in Malang Regency.

Tourism Village Service Readiness Through Life Skills

The readiness of tourism village services through life skills aims to make visiting tourists feel comfortable and minimize the potential for accidents. The special purpose of this research is to describe the methods used by the Lombok Kulon Organic Tourism Village Manager in acquiring life skills. This study uses a qualitative case study type approach. Interviews, observation, and documentation study carry out data collection methods. Data analysis is done repeatedly using data collection, data display, data reduction, and conclusion. The findings of the research on service skills readiness are carried out using 3 (three) methods, namely: (1) independent learning is carried out to deepen existing soft skills and hard skills, (2) bringing in experts is carried out to acquire new soft skills or hard skills, and (3) a comparative study is conducted to acquire soft skills and hard skills simultaneously.

The Role Of Traditional Villages In Managing Human Resources Management Based On The Awig-Awig Of Bebetin Village

This research aims to determine the role of Pat Likur Village in the Human Resources Management management process and to determine the role of customs, traditions, and awig-awig in the Human Resources Management management process in Pakraman Bebetin Village. This research method uses qualitative or non-positivist with an interpretive paradigm. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of this research show that the role of Pat Likur Village greatly influences the management of Human Resources Management in Pakraman Bebetin Village. Pat Likur Village is a custom that has been passed down from generation to generation which sacredly and specifically has a very dominating role in the management of the Traditional Village, especially the management of its human resources. Awig-awig which is formed through data through deliberation and consensus is carried out with full responsibility by traditional village communities and provides management of their human resources in a more effective and efficient direction. The human resources of the Bebetin Traditional Village greatly influence the management of the village which is regulated in the form of awig-awig.

Training Making Videos based on Digital Media Content to Improve Promotion Skills of Tourism Village Managers

Life in this digital era is greatly influenced by technological advances. The sheer volume of technology shows that humans and technology cannot mix. In the 5.0 era, there is the idea that technology will work together with humans to improve the quality of life. One area that will benefit from the community is tourism. To increase tourism promotion, people can discover tourist attractions through digital content. Searching on various digital media, usually called social media, allows people to find tourist attractions through digital content. This conceptual research discusses the use of digital content as a tourism promotion tool. The importance of interesting content used in digital promotions so that the display supports the delivery of training presentation materials. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source for this research comes from questions in a questionnaire regarding the opinions of tourist village managers in Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency regarding making videos based on digital media content to improve promotional skills. This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in knowledge of learning outcomes obtained from training.

Implementasi Prinsip Community Based Tourism (CBT) dalam Pengelolaan Desa Wisata di Desa Tipang, Kecamatan Bakti Raja, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Sumatera Utara

The tourism village is one of the programs used to explore the potential of the village that is managed as a tourist attraction where the most important thing cannot be separated from the aspect of developing a tourist village, namely the involvement of local communities, the community takes part in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating village management. The tour applies the principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT). This study aims to determine the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles in the management of the Tipang Tourism Village. The research method is a mix method with qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The validity of the data used weighting analysis, cross tabulation analysis and data triangulation techniques. Research shows that Tipang Village has moderate potential with a total tourism potential assessment of 464 in classification (B), the characteristics of tourists who visit are dominated by local tourists in groups, in the management of Tipang Tourism Village the manager has implemented 4 of 5 principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT), including economic, social, cultural and environmental principles, but the implementation of the 4 principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT) has not yet had a clear impact on the local community. It is recommended that the local community maintain and preserve the existing tourism potential in the tourist village of Tipang, for managers it is suggested that they can create products by innovating tour packages to attract more visitors and stay longer in the tourist village of Tipang. For the government, there is support for training on community potential development and budget support for the implementation of programs that have been prepared by the manager of the Tipang Tourism Village.
