PELATIHAN AKUNTANSI PERANGKAT DESA GUNA PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DI DESA KADUAGUNG BARAT, BANTEN

Village funds are a form of government attention in providing opportunities to villages as an effort to maintain their potential. The use of village funds is directed at financing development and community empowerment with the aim of improving the welfare of village communities, the quality of human life and overcoming poverty. However, the amount of village funds needs to be balanced with increasing the capacity of Human Resources, namely village officials as managers of village funds. The low quality of Human Resources will ultimately give rise to community concerns regarding the management of village funds whose placement is used for other things that are not in accordance with the initial objectives. The aim of this Community Service activity is to provide training to partners, in this case Kaduanggung village officials, Banten, especially regarding: (1) Understanding accounting concepts, especially regarding village funds, and (2) Understanding the importance of transparency in financial management . This service activity is planned as an ongoing program, so that at the end of the assistance it is hoped that village officials will have full awareness regarding accounting records in managing village funds, and have records that are in accordance with accounting principles. Apart from that, to realize healthy village fund governance, active community participation is needed in carrying out supervision. The implementation of this service consists of several stages of activities, namely socialization, consultation and mentoring, formation of a village finance team, to ongoing evaluation and monitoring. The feedback and evaluation carried out is in the form of ongoing monitoring related to the recording carried out in the use of village funds.

Perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan

Every company is required to be able to improve company performance maximally and effectively, especially to improve individual performance. The low quality of human resources will certainly have a negative impact on the company, while successful companies need employees who are willing to do more than just their formal duties and are willing to provide performance that exceeds expectations. The purpose of this research is to determine organizational citizenship behavior in employees. This research was conducted on 72 permanent employee subjects. The research uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurements based on organizational citizenship behavior variables. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and determines the calculated average for each aspect. The results of data processing show that the minimum value for the organizational citizenship behavior variable is 82.00 with a maximum value of 134.00 and a mean value of 108.36. The standard deviation value is 10.57809. As for aspects of organizational citizenship behavior, the average obtained was the altruism aspect of 3.15. The average courtesy aspect is 3.31. The average sportsmanship aspect is 3.18. The average conscientiousness aspect is 3.21. The Civic Virtue aspect averages 3.09.

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN REFORMASI BIROKRASI BERDAMPAK DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Bureaucratic Reform has become a crucial issue in facing challenges and changes in the modern government order. Every government entity, both ministries, institutions, and regions, is required to implement the bureaucratic reform agenda to improve the competence of ASN with a professional work culture that has high integrity, effective performance, free and protected from various bureaucratic pathologies and avoid harmful practices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of bureaucratic reform in Tulungagung Regency. This research applies qualitative methods using in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The focus of this research is to use the theory of policy implementation from Edward III, which sees policy implementation from four indicators: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that there was a positive development in the implementation of RB based on the Bureaucratic Reform Index and the ASN professionalism index in Tulungagung Regency. However, there are still many obstacles encountered such as policies that have not been integrated, the low quality of human resources, and administrative problems in public services so that acceleration of RB transformation is needed. This research is expected to provide relevant and evidence-based policy recommendations to support the government's efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of public services through bureaucratic reform.

Analysis of Training Implementation at the Coffee and Cocoa Research Center

This research aims to determine the process of implementing training carried out at the Indonesian coffee and cocoa research center. The background to this research is the low quality of human resources currently available in Indonesia. This research is included in descriptive research. The population and sample for this study were all respondents from 7 different training courses totaling 29 people and 32 widyaiswara teaching students. Sampling technique with saturated samples. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis.

The Urgency of Enhancing Village Fund Governance in Serang Regency

The Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages grants villages the authority to govern themselves, and the government allocates village funds for their implementation. In Serang Regency, there are issues regarding the ineffective governance of village funds, characterized by the low quality of human resources for public services, lack of transparency and accountability, and insufficient community empowerment programs. This study aims to emphasize the urgency of improving the governance of village funds towards better governance in Serang Regency. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method. Key informants come from relevant agencies in Serang Regency, the Inspectorate, and civil society organizations, with information gathered through observations and focused group discussions. The research findings indicate that only the dimensions of resource management and governance process are categorized as sufficient, while decision-making, collaboration with the private sector, and other governance principles still need improvement. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the governance of village funds in Serang Regency requires urgent strengthening.

Educational Strategy through School-Based Management

Education is one of the critical concerns of society, and the education sector will be required to make an essential contribution to preparing qualified human resources in the future. On the other hand, the low quality of human resources in Indonesia still gives rise to various polemics and problems of its own, which have an impact on reducing the quality of education and human resources. In this era of regional autonomy, all aspects of community life which were initially regulated centrally or centrally have changed to a decentralized system, including education. Implementing centralized or centralized policies causes educational units or schools to lose their independence, creativity, and initiative in making the necessary policies.This research aims to describe the implementation of school-based management and the factors driving and inhibiting its successful implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with research procedures that produce descriptive data. The research location is in one of the private high schools in Malang City. Determining research subjects in this study used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data was collected using several techniques: observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis techniques in this research were carried out by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research results show that school-based management has been running quite well. However, several things still need to be considered in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucracy

Analysis of E-Commerce Based on Business Incubators as an Effort to Improve the Sports Industry for MBKM Partners' Entrepreneurial Activities

Based on observations made by researchers, it was found that 1) The current global era makes challenges and competition increasingly sharp in capturing market share so that companies are required to utilize their resources effectively and efficiently in order to have a competitive advantage, 2) In Indonesia, the results of a survey conducted BPS also shows that as many as 84.92% of business actors still do not use E-commerce for various reasons, 3) General problems faced by MSMEs in Indonesia in developing their businesses include a) limited funding for business development b) low quality of human resources c) low ability to produce innovative products and d) weak mentoring (incubation). The research objective is to examine business incubator-based e-commerce as an effort to improve the sports industry for the entrepreneurial activities of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) partners. The research method uses descriptive quantitative qualitative research methods with a survey approach. The subjects of this research are the sports industry business people in Cirebon who understand the concept of business incubators selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that sports industry entrepreneurs in Cirebon with presentations (55%) have a high level of influence in improving the sports industry. The conclusion of this research is that the use of business incubator-based e-commerce to improve the sports industry can give rise to new entrepreneurs who participate in developing the business of sports industry entrepreneurs in Cirebon, and the target of increasing the economic growth of the sports industry in the entrepreneurial activities of MBKM partners is achieved.

Strategi Pengembangan Bank Pakan Sapi Dengan Pendekatan Model Bisnis Kanvas

The purpose of this study was to describe and improve the business model of Sepakat feed bank group, Tanggat Village, Monta District, Bima Regency. Data collection procedures through in-depth interviews and focus group discussion. Data analysis using business model canvas approach and SWOT analysis to produce a business model prototype. The results of this study show elements that must be improved in the initial mapping of the business model are value proposition, channel, key activities, key resources, key partner and revenue stream. The SWOT analysis illustrates that the strengths possessed are well-mapped customers and abundant raw materials. The weaknesses are low quality of human resources to maintenance feed process equipment, limited land, lack of superior forage varieties, product distribution channels are not varied and limited business capital. Opportunities that can be exploited are the development of new feed product, utilization of information technology and government support. The threats they face are dependence on one feed product and the climate. Improvement strategies carried out include creating new products (value proposition), utilizing various facilities for selling product such as social media and BUMDes (channels), establishing separate business units to manage feed banks (key activities), making superior forage by utilizing Bima Regency government land (key resources), cooperate with financial institutions (key partners) and add variety of feed product as main source of income (revenue stream).

Strategi Pengembangan Wilayah Berbasis Ekonomi Lokal di Pesisir Desa Mekar Indah Kecamatan Buki Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar

According to Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2012 concerning Selayar Islands Regency Spatial Planning for 2012-2032, it is explained that Mekar Indah Village is included in the coastal area where the majority of the population relies on marine products by working as fishermen, especially for people who live in coastal areas. . The activities carried out by fishermen in this village every day are to catch fish and sell them to the villagers. Based on research results, Mekar Indah Village has a potential that can be developed to improve the welfare of its community, one of the potentials found in Mekar Indah Village is the potential for natural resources in the fisheries sector. However, the community has not been able to manage these resources optimally, due to the lack of knowledge of the use of coastal resources, as well as the low quality of human resources to manage these fishery products. Seeing the problems above, efforts are needed to empower coastal communities. The analytical method used in this research is the triangulation analysis method. The concept of empowering coastal communities to minimize the problems that occur in coastal areas can be an effort to develop local economic-based coastal areas in Mekar Indah Village, namely increasing knowledge and skills, fostering innovation in fish processing, training in the use of the latest technology, fisheries cooperatives, establishing partnerships for product marketing.

Recognition of Prior Learning Village to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals; Policy Analysis in Indonesia

Objective: The successful development of a nation begins with community empowerment and village development. Many policies have been issued to develop villages, especially Law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages.
 
 Theoretical Framework: However, implementation in the field still has many obstacles, this is due to the low quality of human resources in the village.
 
 Methods: To overcome this problem, the village ministry-PDTT has issued a village past learning recognition (RPL) policy to support village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, there are many problems that occur. Thus, it is very urgent to have an in-depth study regarding village RPL policies at macro, meso and micro levels. The aim of this research is to analyze Village RPL policies in realizing SDGs through a policy triangle analysis approach.
 
 Result: It shows that (1) the Village RPL policy was born due to the problem of low human resources and many villages with very underdeveloped status on the village development index (2) the process of formulating the policy was carried out using a participatory approach involving various stakeholders; central government, regional government, universities, and village officials and activists.
 
 Conclusion: This research was only carried out in analyzing the formulation of the agenda setting and RPL policy formulation, there was no field implementation analysis and evaluation of the impact of Village RPL policies.

The Effectiveness of Superior Human Resource Potential on Community Economic Independence in Indonesia

This type of qualitative research through a phenomenological approach, while the results showed that the low quality of human resources has an impact on economic independence, the low quality of human resources is due to people not being able to get proper education, but that does not mean that educational institutions are lacking, low community income, poor nutrition causes work ethic and enthusiasm for knowledge is not optimal, as the resulting impact is unqualified human resources, for this reason, support and policies from all stake holders, government, employers and educational institutions are needed so that they can work together to advance the human resources of Indonesian society.

Collaborative Governance in Tourism Development (Study in Karangsalam Banyumas Tourism Village)

This research is aimed at analyzing the collaborative governance process in tourism development, especially in the Karangsalam Tourism Village. Moreover, this research also analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing collaborative governance in Karangsalam Village. This research uses a qualitative approach design, where data collection is carried out by interviews, observations, document studies and focus group discussions. Interviews were carried out by interviewing representatives of all stakeholders, namely from the government, private sector/entrepreneurs and the community. The research results show that Karangsalam Village has implemented the concept of collaborative governance in developing its tourism by involving many parties. The parties involved in the collaboration dynamics have been adapted to the existing characteristics, challenges and opportunities. However, it turns out that the existing collaboration is still not optimal and tends to fade, because there are also factors inhibiting collaboration in tourism development, namely the existence of sectoral egos, conflicts of interest, low quality of human resources, and lack of regulation.

Peran BUMDes Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Di Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro

This study aims to examine the management of BUMDes, examine the role of BUMDes on farmers' income, and to examine the supporting and inhibiting factors of BUMDes Mulyo Lestari. This study used qualitative research, the location and time of the research was carried out in Karangsono Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency from March to June 2023. The selected informants were informants who knew the situation and could provide reliable information about the object being studied. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is inductive method through providing a clear description of problem information, then interpreting them in accordance with the results of research conducted based on theoretical support related to the research object, while data validation techniques use triangulation, data reduction, data collection, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of BUMDes in the income of farmers in Karangsono village has helped farmers earn a decent income, it's just that sustainable management is still not optimal. BUMDes management is already running in accordance with organizational management rules, but the functions in organizing, activating and supervising are still not optimal. The supporting factors for BUMDes are the existence of capital participation from the village government and high natural resources, while the low quality of human resources and the lack of community involvement in achieving BUMDes goals, are obstacles for BUMDes.

The effect of human capital on innovation: The mediation role of knowledge creation and knowledge sharing in small companies

Small companies face many obstacles and limitations that require more attention, especially the low quality of human resources, so that they continue to make a strategic contribution in creating innovation and becoming a driving force for a country’s economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human capital, knowledge creation and knowledge sharing on innovation. Data were collected using an online questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 396 small companies, and 187 were returned, filled in completely by managers of small companies in the Province of Bali, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM with the PLS approach with WarpPLS 7.0. The results demonstrate that human capital has a significant positive influence on knowledge creation (β = 0.784; p < 0.001), human capital was found to have an effect on innovation (β = 0.212; p < 0.001), human capital has an effect on knowledge sharing (β = 0.853; p < 0.001), knowledge creation influences innovation (β = 0.428; p < 0.001), knowledge sharing has an effect on innovation (β = 0.323; p < 0.001), knowledge creation successfully mediates the influence of human capital on innovation, and knowledge sharing mediation is successful in the influence of human capital on innovation. This study improves the understanding of human capital by reducing the scarcity of empirical research and by uncovering the mechanisms through knowledge creation and knowledge sharing that influence innovation.

Impacting Human Resource Quality on Business Operation Performance: A Case Study at Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam

In Vietnam, small and medium enterprises account for 95% of the total enterprises and are considered essential to economic restructuring, industrialization, and modernization. The development of this type of enterprise makes a necessary contribution to gross national income and economic growth and solves many social problems. However, the competitiveness of this business sector is still minimal, mainly due to the low quality of human resources. Thus, the article aims to explore the key factors affecting human resource quality and its impact on business operation performance. The article applied structural equation modeling and data surveying from 900 employees working for SMEs. Finally, seven factors affected the human resource quality and its impact on business operation performance with a level of 1%. The authors proposed managerial implications to enhance human resource quality for many sides: managers, business leaders, local authorities, and the Government.

From this fact, the library is expected to be the center of activities to develop interest in reading and reading habits. Libraries have a great responsibility to increase and generate interest in reading. Library data management is one of the essential activities in running a library. Librarians must be able to process and manage book data efficiently and effectively to avoid losing library property. This study uses PHP to create a website design to assist librarians in processing and storing data about existing books. This study designs a library data processing system that contains library book loans, such as recording books, transactions, and student data collection in the library. Halal Tourism MSMEs Development: The Effectiveness of Human Resource Quality And Social Media Usage

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role and have a considerable influence in supporting the economy of society and national economic development. However, MSMEs still face challenges in their business processes, such as the low quality of human resources and the high effectiveness of social media usage that is not in line with sales turnover. This research uses a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 32 respondents who are MSMEs owners in the Gang PU Banana Chips Center. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25.0 to analyze the data. The results of the study show that the variables of human resource quality and the effectiveness of social media usage have an impact on the development of MSMEs. Furthermore, in the perspective of Islamic economics, the quality of human resources and the use of social media in the Gang PU Banana Chips Center MSMEs have applied the principles of Islamic economics, but it is not yet considered good. This can be seen from the results or services, as well as the productivity of goods and services that have not fully adhered to the concepts of professionalism (itqan), trustworthiness (amanah), and honesty.

Social Engineering ToFloating Net-Cage Fish FarmersIn Ranu Klakah Lumajang, East Java

Apart from being a tourist destination,Ranu Klakah, is also used as a fishing business location for capture and aquaculture. Local people use it as a place for fish farming using the floating net cage (KJA) method which has quite a large potential. Currently problems faced by floating net cage fish farmers in Ranu Klakah is the unavailability of adequate fishery facilities and infrastructure, both fisheries and aquaculture, the low application of fishery technology in the field of aquaculture and marketing of fishery products and the low quality of human resources for fisheries sector business. The Doctoral Community Service Program (Doktor Mengabdi/DM) Universitas Brawijaya offers several programs to help solve some of the problems encountered by fish farmers. STRATEGI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU

The main problem facing education today is the low quality of human resources and the inability of educational actors to keep up with the progress of science and technology in the era of globalization. Quality competition is something that is very urgent that must be met by schools, therefore what needs to be done is to improve the quality of human resources. The quality of human resources can be seen from the intellectual, spiritual, creativity, morality and responsibility aspects. Writing this article aims to find out the principal's strategy in improving teacher competence in terms of pedagogical, professional, personal and social competence. This article uses the literature study method. The results of the research show that the principal's strategy is to improve teacher competence through empowerment carried out by educational supervisors.
