Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing training carried out at the Indonesian coffee and cocoa research center. The background to this research is the low quality of human resources currently available in Indonesia. This research is included in descriptive research. The population and sample for this study were all respondents from 7 different training courses totaling 29 people and 32 widyaiswara teaching students. Sampling technique with saturated samples. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis.
