In order to study and explore the related changes of crack resistance, compressive strength and thermal insulation performance of recycled fiber concrete blocks with polyester fiber as the main component. The test blocks were designed and manufactured in the laboratory, three kinds of concrete test blocks with different specifications were obtained after curing for 28 days. Through experiments, three kinds of test blocks with different specifications were tested for thermal insulation performance, crack resistance and compressive strength. With the help of the electronic universal testing machine controlled by microcomputer, relevant data are obtained. The results show that the fiber concrete with polyester fiber as the main component has good crack resistance and thermal insulation performance, which can prevent new cracks and delay the development of cracks in matrix materials to a certain extent. In addition, waste clothes are used as raw materials for research to solves the problems of cost and environmental pollution of traditional fiber concrete, and reduces the pollution of traditional waste clothes treatment. Waste fabric is also a form of waste of social resources. Therefore, rational utilization of this potential huge resource is the inevitable requirement of a conservation-oriented society and a low-carbon life, and the only way for sustainable development.
