Logistics dynamic information retrieval based on blockchain data security model

This study presents blockchain technology to integrate the time attribute of Internet of Things data and the time stamp of blockchain, and proposes a data retrieval solution based on dynamic information retrieval. Analyze and reorganize the blockchain data at the bottom of the logistics information platform to synchronize the logistics information to the third-party relational database. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the data entry time of the system by 5.2%, and the system occupancy rate is less than 4.1%. It is proved that the proposed model can simplify the data attributes of the Internet of Things, improve the universality of data, effectively integrate the structural characteristics of the Internet of Things and blockchain, and realize safe and efficient data management and application.

Study on Coupling and Coordination of E-Commerce & Logistics and Urbanization Under County Agriculture and Rural Digitalization ——Take Sichuan & Shaanxi Revolutionary Base Area (Sichuan) as an Example

As an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, e-commerce & logistics under the digitalization of county agriculture and rural areas is conducive to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and continuously narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas, and is conducive to the revitalization and development of old revolutionary areas and the realization of new urbanization. Based on the coupled development theory and coordination theory, establish reasonable evaluation indicators, and use the coupled development model to explore the coupling relationship between county urbanization, logistics economy and rural e-commerce in the Sichuan & Shaanxi revolutionary base area (Sichuan) as a sample, and analyze and study the relationship between the three and their development laws. In the implementation plan of Sichuan Province for implementing the revitalization and development plan of the old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan & Shaanxi, it is proposed to build a number of logistics parks, logistics centers, distribution centers and third-party logistics information platforms based on regional central cities for trade logistics, accelerate the construction of trade centers and professional markets, create trade towns, and incorporate the rural market circulation system into the urbanization plan; For e-commerce, we should strengthen the construction of logistics distribution and other support systems, and actively develop county e-commerce.

Resource coordination scheduling optimisation of logistics information sharing platform considering decision response and competition

The varying types and quantities of shared resources and fluctuating demands over time in the logistics information platform (LIP) often bring unbalanced resource competition, resulting in lower response demander success rates as well as lower platform resource utilisation rates, and weakening the LIP values. To address the problem of unbalanced resource competition in LIPs, a resource coordination scheduling optimisation method comprising a two-stage model is proposed. As the inherent reason for resource competition is decision time centralisation of each demander, the first-stage model decentralises the decision time points by optimising the LIP decision crowding degree and scheduling risk of an LIP transaction system. Subsequently, considering the scheduled time points obtained in the first stage as input, based on resource distribution changes that affect the comprehensive benefit of the demander's decision making, the second-stage model is proposed. The purpose is to optimise the resource distribution for ensuring that demanders achieve the highest decision benefits at the scheduled time points. Additionally, an entire dynamic scheduling strategy is designed based on the actual situation of vehicle-cargo matching. Particle swarm optimisation and a genetic algorithm are adopted to solve the models. An application example demonstrates that the proposed method and model are both valid and efficient. The proposed model can improve the demander response success and platform resource utilisation rates, solve the platform resource competition problem at a lower cost compared with price incentives, and contribute to new methods for scheduling and controlling shared resources. This can help improve the functionality and promote the healthy operation of the platform.

Design and Application of Information Incentive Mechanism in Operation of Logistics Information Platform

With development of 5G, information economy era marked by IoT has come rapidly and it is the objective always pursued by logistics industry to improve informatization level. During the process of logistics informatization, all levels of governments and enterprises have taken construction of public logistics information level as the main direction of logistics informatization investment. How to build a set of effective information incentive mechanism is the joint pursuit of many logistics information platform administrators. On the basis of principal-agent model, information incentive mechanism is designed in the Paper. At the same time, necessary analysis of information incentive factors is carried out. The research indicates that, with traditional incentive measures, logistics information platform administrators can better stimulate logistics information providers and improve precision of logistics information by virtue of information incentive measures; during the process of informatization, logistics information platform administrators also need to build a supervision system on the basis of certain punitive measures.

Research on the Risk of the Fourth Party Logistics Enterprise Based on the Tripartite Cooperation Model under the Background of Made in China 2025: A Case Study of XCompany

Under the background of "made in China 2025", China's logistics development ushered in new opportunities, which put forward newer and higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry.The fourth party logistics enterprise is a supply chain integrator.At present, there is a kind of fourth party logistics enterprise based on tripartite cooperation and operation mode in China. That is, fourth party logistics enterprises combine transportation enterprises withinsurance companies, and meanwhile rely on logistics information platform to carry out safety management of freight vehicles. In fact,in the process of tripartite cooperation, there are many uncertain factors, which bring multiple risks to the fourth party logistics enterprises. This paper studies and analyzes the risks faced by the fourth party logistics enterprises, in order to determine the important risk factors, so as to provide decision-making reference for the fourth party logistics enterprises to avoid risks. Firstly, this paper identifies the specific risks in the environment, cooperation, finance and management of the tripartite cooperation model from the internal, external and partnership dimensions, and reveals the mechanism of the risks. Secondly, the analytic hie-rarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each risk index, and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to determine the probability of risk. Finally, the overall risk level of X Company is ob-tained by establishing an evaluation matrix and weighting calculation according to the membership relationship between the evaluation matrix and the index weight. The results show that: from the perspective of the dimension of risk importance, cooperation risk and financial risk have the highest risk weight in the second-level index; in the third-level index, the behavioral risk of transportation enterprise, working capital risk and insurance company have the highest risk weight, while the weight of natural risk and political risk is lower. In the dimension of risk generation probability, inter-industry competition risk, transportation enterprise behavior risk, insurance company behavior risk and working capital risk are in the higher probability.

Third-party Payment Services Selection for Logistics Public Information Platforms

The payment mode has important effects on business transactions. This paper focuses on decision-making research on third-party payment services selection for logistics information platforms (LPIPs). From the point of view of technology adoption and LPIPs, six selection criteria of third-party payment services were proposed based on UTAUT model. An optimal decision-making approach measured by these criteria was put forward based on the multi-attribute decision-making theory. The final criteria weights were adjusted by the initial individuals separately obtained by the relative comparison method and entropy evaluation method. And the final evaluation of all was obtained by weighted averaging. An illustrative case was carried out based on the former method. It is indicated that the proposed decision-making method is effective and could well distinguish different third-party payment software for LPIPs in quantitative way.

Optimization of E-Commerce Logistics Distribution Path Algorithm under the Background of Big Data

In recent years, online shopping has become a major development trend of shopping. The traditional e-commerce logistics distribution mode has played e-commerce by taking advantage of the advantages of the distribution path algorithm. However, with the increase of the order quantity, the previous path optimization algorithm is no longer efficient. This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the main problems existing in China’s e-commerce logistics. Through the analysis of the survey results, we can see that there are mainly problems such as low degree of data application and imperfect function of logistics information platform. Aiming at these problems, this paper optimizes the logistics distribution routing algorithm according to the actual demand. Through the establishment of three-dimensional constraint model, the problem of low efficiency in the traditional model is effectively improved. In contrast with the genetic algorithm, the distribution mileage of the optimization algorithm is reduced by more than 25% compared with the genetic algorithm, which improves the comprehensive performance of the model. Constraint model established in this paper makes up for the shortcomings of the current e-commerce logistics distribution path algorithm to a certain extent, and makes a contribution to the development of China’s e-commerce logistics distribution field.

A comparative study of regional logistics competitiveness in Anhui province

Based on the data of Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018, this paper analyzed the logistics competitiveness of Anhui Province, Northern Anhui, Central Anhui and Southern Anhui from three dimensions: basic support for logistics development, potential of logistics development and effectiveness of logistics development. In general, the logistics competitiveness of Anhui Province, Central Anhui, Northern Anhui and Southern Anhui from 2009 to 2018 has shown an upward trend year by year, with the three regions competing with one another. Among them, the basic support for logistics development has went from Central Anhui leading, to Northern Anhui, Southern Anhui being on a par with one another and having a balanced development; the effectiveness of logistics development in Northern Anhui has been developing particularly rapid and prominent; the potential of logistics development in three regions has shown little difference and the dynamic developing trend is similar. Suggestions are put forward: improving the policies and environment for logistics development, speeding up the construction of logistics information platform, attaching importance to the training and introduction of logistics talents.

Research on Sharing Logistics Information Platform Model based on Computer Big data Technology

A few years ago, computer big data was still in the stage of concept speculation, but since the 13th five year plan outline pointed out that the national computer big data strategy should be implemented, the situation has changed greatly. The computer big data logistics information platform takes computer big data and Internet of things as the core support, integrates cloud computing, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence and other technologies to provide process visualization, dynamic tracking and integrated intelligent logistics services for relevant users. On this shared information platform, the relevant entities can realize real-time data exchange and information sharing, which greatly improves the operational efficiency of logistics integration of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain, and promotes the development of local economy [1].

The platform design introduces artificial intelligence and IoT technologies based on GPS, general packet radio service, and automatic identification system. The platform realizes real-time positioning and monitoring of land and sea cargo, which greatly improves the efficiency of marine logistics management.

Prediction of vehicle-cargo matching probability based on dynamic Bayesian network

ABSTRACT Matching status (failure or success) between logistics vehicles and cargoes during transport operation influences the decisions of the owners of vehicles and cargoes on scheduling. It is therefore essential to predict the specific matching status probability of vehicle-cargo matching (VCM). This paper defines the VCM probability, formulates the VCM probability problem, and proposes a method to predict this probability based on Bayesian network. The business (vehicle and goods resources) distribution, VCM degree, and business priority are introduced. By mapping business distribution and matching results to network nodes and matching degree as conditional probability, static and dynamic Bayesian networks for single-time sequence and multi-time sequence VCM probability prediction are constructed. A recursive algorithm is also developed to efficiently solve the dynamic Bayesian network model. The results of a prediction example demonstrate that the proposed method and model are valid and efficient. The model shows that VCM probability increases with time, but there is no obvious rule and uncertainty exists, whereas the increase rate gradually decreases with time. Further, adjusting business distribution and priorities can change the VCM probability. The proposed method provides support for the logistics information platform for scheduling decision and controlling strategy and logistics resource selection services.

Research on Loading and Unloading Resource Scheduling and Optimization of Rail–Road Transportation in Container Terminal Based on “Internet +” —for Ghana Container Port Development Planning

Based on the “Internet +” technology, this paper establishes a logistics information platform for the container terminal. Under the premise of the scheduled arrival time and quantity of the truck, this paper aims at minimizing the working time of the loading and unloading equipment and the stay time of the train and truck in the station, and develops a scheduling optimization of loading and unloading model combing equilibrium assignment and flexible scheduling to realize the seamless transfer between rail and road transportation in container terminal. In order to solve the model, a multi-layer coding genetic algorithm with chromosome feasibility is designed to obtain the optimal scheduled time for the truck, and the optimal operation sequence of the gantry crane. Referring to China’s container station, this paper takes Takoradi container terminal of Ghana as a case to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the model and algorithm and provides the medium or long term planning for Ghana’s development.

This paper analyzes the present situation of rural e-commerce logistic distribution, and puts forward the logistics mode of e-commerce distribution combined with the Internet. According to the characteristics of rural e-commerce distribution, we construct the three-level logistics network structure of rural e-commerce under cloud distribution mode, realize the two-way logistics of rural e-commerce, optimize and maintain the constructed logistics information platform. Thus reduce logistics return rate and waste of resources.

This article proposes to build a model of common distribution, develop a logistics information platform, improve distributing efficiency and supervision level, and set up regional distribution stations, save the cost of distribution, and also optimize the planning of take-out distribution routes on the basis of distribution stations.

The Study of Evolution Among Logistic Service Quality, Service Compensation and Long-Term Cooperation Commitment

Since Internet of Things (IoT) development makes trade model among original organizations be more complicated, how to cooperate with customers to develop long-term cooperation relationship is closely correlated with long-term development of the Company and therefore becomes an important research issue. The study takes logistics related companies as research subjects to conduct cases study via qualitative research. The research results show that logistics companies shall implement different remedies aiming at different service deficiencies. It shall be not only the material compensation, but also the fairness and satisfaction of customers after compensation physically or psychologically acknowledged by the customers to deepen mutual trust. In short-term perspective, it is to urge customers designating the company to manage integrated services in term of activities in front or back end of logistics value chain. In long-term perspective, to use IOT technology creates logistics information platform through the integration of front and back ends as to facilitate long-term cooperation commitment among organizations.

Research on Key Technologies of Collaborative Logistics Information Integration Platform System Based on OGSA - DAI

Based on OGSA-DAI (Open Grid Services Architecture- Data Access and Integration), aiming at the existing problems that the logistics collaborative distribution platform’s low level of information integration, the dynamic grid nodes’ large fluctuations and the system data’ high heterogeneity, a five-layer collaborative logistics information integration platform system(CLITPS) is designed and the key technologies in five layers of grid structure are described in detail. Emphasized in core service layer to discuss the five service contents of the platform. Taking the collaborative delivery order processing as an instance, this article creates the customer activity intelligent search engine(CATSE), clarifies the user information search process and analyzes the implementation of the distribution order processing, which confirms the feasibility of the collaborative logistics information platform system.

Impact Analysis of Payment Model on Logistics Information Platform Based on System Dynamics

To explore whether or not the problems caused by the payment model drawback of Logistics Information Platforms (LIPs) relates to themselves, the system dynamics (SD) was introduced and constructed the systematic causal relationships among the offline-pay mode drawback and the LIPs described by the causality diagram. It shows the current offline-pay mode used by LIPs would cause decline of their user volume and operational reputation. Accordingly online model was suggested. Furthermore, an system dynamics model to prove whether the online payment model improve the platform operation was established by using VENSIM DSS, where the improvements were denoted by impact of online payment model on the credit value of LIPs. A couple of simulations has been carried out through the model above and verified that the online payment model with different scales can improve the credit value on platform.
