The article gives a brief paleoanthropological characteristic of an individual from the archaeological heritage site Yablonovo-4 settlement, Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. The site dates back to the Middle Ages. The craniological (Alekseev&Debets), osteological (Alekseev) and dental metric and nonmetric data (Zubov&ASUDAS) of an adult male, 25–30 years old is presented. According to the study, the individual has a brachycranic skull. Most of the measurements of the skull fall into average category by Alekseev&Debets. The long bones are massive; the dental morphology traits of the Yablonovo 4 individual tend to be like the ones of the Western odontological stock (Zubov classification).
