Blood sugar levels are influenced by psychological well-being, which is affected by diabetics who go from being healthy to sick. This study examined the effect of spiritually situated mindfulness interventions on the psychological health and blood sugar levels of individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: A quasi-explore different avenues regarding an untreated benchmark group and ward pre-and post-test samples was the research strategy utilized. All type 2 DM patients at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital Outpatient Clinic made up the study's populace.
