SUPERVISI ADMINISTRASI PERENCANAAN PEMBELAJARAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MENEJEMEN KELAS DI SMP NEGERI 2 LELEA KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU

This study aims to find out the right steps in carrying out class administration supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in classroom management which will ultimately affect the improvement of the quality of education. The study was conducted with two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Research subjects of teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Leua, Indramayu Regency Academic Year 2020/2021. Teachers as objects as well as subjects in the treatment of class administration supervision activities. Data collection techniques through administrative supervision of learning planning with document analysis and classroom observation, to record important matters and events related to research. Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using percentages (%) of achievements with a constant of 100. Furthermore, to look at the interpertation by using the score interpertation criteria to reinforce the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80%-100% (very good), 66%-79% (good), 56%-65% (sufficient), and 40%-55% (less). The results showed that the teacher's ability in the implementation of learning has increased by percentage at each stage, from the results of precyclical, cycle I, cycle II, the teacher's ability to manage classes has increased by percentage at each stage from the new precyclical reaching 55.00% (less), in cycle I reaching 61.50% (enough), and cycle II reaching 72.25% (good).

INCREASING TEACHERS CREATIVITY THROUGH STRENGTHENING LEARNING SUPERVISION AND ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION

This study uses a correlational approach, and SITOREM analysis consists of two independent variables, namely Learning Supervision and Achievement Motivation, and the dependent variable, Teacher Creativity. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tenjolaya District in April 2022, with a study population of 142, and there were 106 samples selected using proportional random sampling. The method used in this research is survey and data analysis techniques, with statistical tests of correlation and simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results obtained are as follows, namely: first, there is a significant positive relationship between the Learning Supervision variable (X1) and teacher creativity (Y) with the form of the regression equation = 60.831 + 0.405 X1 and the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.469 and the correlation coefficient r2y1 = 0.220. Second, there is a significant positive relationship between Achievement Motivation (X2) and teacher creativity (Y) with the form of the regression equation = 51.451 + 0.498 X2 and the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.498 and the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.248. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of Learning Supervision (X1) and Achievement Motivation (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) expressed in the form of a regression equation = 20.939 + 0.269 X1 + 0.445 X2 with correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.572 and the coefficient of determination r2y12 = 0.328. Based on these things, it can be concluded that teacher creativity can be improved through strengthening learning supervision and achievement motivation

Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Sejarah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus di SMAN 73 Jakarta)

This research aims to describe the management, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning history since the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research, which was conducted at SMAN 73 Jakarta, used a qualitative research approach with a case study method. Techniques of data collection were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique, referred to as the Miles and Huberman technique, consists of reducing data, presenting data, and verifying/ making a conclusion. The results showed that the distance learning process went well. Starting with planning for history learning, the teacher designed an emergency lesson plan that the government adjusted. The teacher implemented history learning using learning media that supported the online learning process using WhatsApp groups, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom meetings. The final learning method is that the teacher evaluates the assessment orally and in writing. The study's results regarding history learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 73 Jakarta had quite good preparations in dealing with the Covid-19 emergency. It means that the suitability of the curriculum during the pandemic, the use of methods and learning media during the pandemic, the current learning process evaluation, and supervision of learning have been carried out by school principals and teachers.

The Implementation of Learning Management as an Effort to Improve Students’ Achievement at Elementary School

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning management in SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan. This is done to analyze learning management as an effort to improve student achievement, both from aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, to reporting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Observations were made at SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan from March to June 2022. The research subjects included teachers (homeroom teachers from grades 1-4 of SD), principals, vice principals and students. The validity of the data that has been obtained through interviews, observation and documentation was tested using data and source triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that (1) learning planning includes curriculum preparation, annual programs, semester programs, minimum completeness criteria (KKM), study time management, lesson plans, educational calendars and student quality improvement programs; (2) the implementation of learning includes preparation activities (perception), core activities (exploration, refinement and confirmation), and termination activities; (3) learning supervision includes internal supervision from the school principal on the process of providing education and improving the school's human resources (HR); and (4) learning evaluation includes pre-test, daily test, mid-semester exam (UTS) and final semester exam (UAS). Learning reports by teachers are documented in student report cards as a description of student learning outcomes.

A Method for Predicting the Academic Performances of College Students Based on Education System Data

With the development of university campus informatization, effective information mined from fragmented data can greatly improve the management levels of universities and the quality of student training. Academic performances are important in campus life and learning and are important indicators reflecting school administration, teaching level, and learning abilities. As the number of college students increases each year, the quality of teaching in colleges and universities is receiving widespread attention. Academic performances measure the learning ‘effects’ of college students and evaluate the educational levels of colleges and universities. Existing studies related to academic performance prediction often only use a single data source, and their prediction accuracies are often not ideal. In this research, the academic performances of students will be predicted using a feedforward spike neural network trained on data collected from an educational administration system and an online learning platform. Finally, the performance of the proposed prediction model was validated by predicting student achievements on a real dataset (involving a university in Shenyang). The experimental results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the prediction accuracies of student achievements, and its prediction accuracy could reach 70.8%. Using artificial intelligence technology to deeply analyze the behavioral patterns of students and clarify the deep-level impact mechanisms of the academic performances of students can help college educators manage students in a timely and targeted manner, and formulate effective learning supervision plans.

Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Program Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Pada Masa Kenormalan Baru Di Al-Wafi Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to determine the management of courageous learning in the tahfizh Al-Qur'an program at Al-Wafi Islamic Boarding School in the new normal. The research was conducted with a case study approach. Collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. Data processing with reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The results showed: (1) learning planning in the form of preparing halaqah tahfizh groups, schedules, methods and learning media. Implementation of learning, combining classical learning with ZOOM and individual learning with WhatsApp. In addition, it is also equipped with learning supervision using Google Sheets. The learning evaluation consists of evaluating the learning process by evaluating and evaluating learning outcomes using a summative evaluation model through semester exams and evaluation through juz incremental exams. (2) Second, the effectiveness of the learning process is seen from two things, first, it is boldly not more effective because it is influenced by students' motivation, students' honesty, parental support at home, teacher competence and adequate facilities. Second, learning applications, WhatsApp and ZOOM Cloud Meeting have high effectiveness and are even the best applications according to their functions. In the Google Spreadsheet application, it is used as an alternative as a tool to create a form of learning tahfizh Al-Qur'an.

NURSING STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION ON CLINICAL TEACHING AND LEARNING AT KENYA METHODIST UNIVERSITY, KENYA

Purpose: To explore RN-BSN students’ perception on clinical placements, mentorship and supervision in clinical teaching and learning.
 Methodology: The study adopted a descriptive cross-sectional survey design among RN-BSN students studying at Kenya Methodist University. The sample size was determined by Fisher et al., formula and the participants were selected through simple random sampling, those who met the eligibility criteria were included in the study. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire and data was analysed by use of SPSS version 26, where descriptive data was presented by the use of tables and figures.
 Findings: This study revealed that 61.7% of the students were satisfied with the clinical placements as it provided a positive learning environment, while 84% reported they had the opportunity to transfer theory into practice. In addition, 59.1% were satisfied with the hands-on experience they had in the clinical area however, 58.3% were dissatisfied with the use of Evidence-based practice and 54.8% were dissatisfied with the involvement of lecturers in clinical training.
 Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: This study tested the Kolb Experiential model where for learning to take place the students need to go through concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. This study is in support of this model that for effective learning to take place the student has to undergo all the learning cycle. In policy, this study recommends the need to equip health facilities and employ more nurses in the hospitals who will also act as mentors to students and improve these facilities into teaching and referral centres. In practice, hospitals should identify clinical mentors who will oversee the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice and critical thinking into the nursing practice, while, institutions should employ more clinical instructors, and identify clinical mentors and preceptors in the clinical learning environments.

PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENDIDIKAN MASA PANDEMI CORONA VIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) DI SMP NEGERI 2 BANGKO PUSAKO ROKAN HILIR

This study aims to: (1) determine the role of school principals in managing teachers during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir; (2) knowing the role of school principals in supervising learning during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. (3) knowing the role of the principal in managing parents during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. (4) knowing the role of the principal in leading the school during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using document review, observation, and interviews. Informants/subjects in this study are elements in schools that can be used as data sources. The type of data obtained is in the form of qualitative descriptive data. The results of this study indicate: (1) Managing teachers is included in the good category. (2) Supervision of Learning has been carried out very well. (3) Managing Parents has been carried out very well. (4) Leading the School has been carried out well. The conclusion that can be drawn is the role of school principals in managing education during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic. At SMP Negeri 2 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir can already be categorized as good.

Special Needs Elementary Schools' Clinical Supervision In Indonesia

The relevance and challenges of clinical supervision for effective teaching and learning in Elementary schools with special needs exploring through descriptive survey research. We collected data using twenty questionnaire items from 429 respondents consisting of principals and teachers and analyzed them using t-test statistics. The research findings reveal several relevancies of clinical supervision in teaching and learning: improving teacher classroom behavior and supporting students' clinical learning. Clinical management has challenges, including disagreements on collaboration between teachers and principals, lack of trained supervisors, inadequate supervisors in various areas of specialization, and time constraints. Based on these findings, this study recommends that the Management Board of elementary schools with special needs requires clinical supervision at least once a month.

Supervised ML Algorithms in the High Dimensional Applications for Dimension Reduction

We steered comparative analysis of manifold supervised dimension reduction methods by assimilating customary multiobjective standard metrics and validated the comparative efficacy of supervised learning algorithms in reliance on data and sample complexity. The question of sample and data intricacy is deliberated in dependence on automating selection and user-purposed instances. Different dimension reduction techniques are responsive to different scales of measurement and supervision of learning is also discussed comprehensively. In line with the prospects, each technique validated diverse competence for different datasets and there was no mode to gauge the general ranking of methods trustily available. We especially engrossed the classifier ranking and concocted a system erected on weighted average rank called weighted mean rank risk adjusted model (WMRRAM) for consensus ranking of supervised learning classifier algorithms.

Safety Production Supervision of Industrial Enterprises Based on Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence

Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the continuous growth and improvement of the comprehensive strength of our national economy and the continuous improvement of our modern industrial machinery and equipment, the level of safety technology, production level, and quality management level see continuous steady improvement, resulting in the rapid economic growth of chemical industries in China in recent years. In recent years, chemicals have been widely used and demand is increasing. However, the physical properties of some chemical substances are very unstable and vary according to process conditions, making it difficult to control. At the same time, safety issues have become a major “red warning” for industrial enterprises. Various safety incidents have attracted social attention, and the chemical industry has also learned from them, sounding the safety alarm for itself and reviewing its own shortcomings, and taking improvement measures. Therefore, it is obviously necessary to always emphasize the concept of “safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management” to prevent enterprise safety accidents. It is necessary to regularly investigate and analyze the situation of safety accidents to summarize and continuously improve. This is the most important thing for enterprises to prevent the continuous occurrence of safety accidents in a good and effective way. Regularly analyzing, summarizing, and improving safety issues are the best way to prevent accidents. Deep learning mainly relies on letting computers or other electronic devices perform iterative learning on a large number of data samples according to the rules defined by the program. The computer after learning will have the analysis ability similar to humans, but its analysis ability is limited to the range of the sample data to be learned. Artificial intelligence technology realizes an operation system that simulates human thinking through the definition of algorithms and programs. The use of deep learning and artificial intelligence in industrial enterprise safety production supervision can realize enterprise safety production supervision, early warning, and intelligent operation. Without the security of the production chain, a business cannot develop. Based on the basic theory of safety supervision and early warning in the field of enterprise safety production and related knowledge of artificial intelligence, this paper studies the work safety in the supervision and early warning mechanism abides by the selection principle of the management system, safety production indicators and indicator system, and conducts work based on the production work data of industrial plants. Reasonable safety supervision and early warning mechanism provide technical assistance for effectively controlling safety accidents in production and management measures to improve enterprise safety.

PEMBELAJARAN DARING PADA MATA PELAJARAN PRODUKTIF (Studi Kasus Praktik Simkomdig OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta)

<p><em>The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of e-learning in Simkomdig subject at OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data obtained from informants, places and occurrence, as well as documents and archives. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document analysis. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The implementation of online learning at Simkomdig OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta consists of planning learning tools, preparing learning media and information technology that supports online learning. Conducted through the Google Classroom application, SMK3 e-learning, and Whatsapp causing the Simkomdig practicum material to be less than optimal. The online assessment is only taken from the time of collection of assignments and accuracy in answering. The obstacles found were differences in students' understanding abilities, limitations of electronic devices, unstable internet connections, lack of skills to operate electronic media optimally, and lack of learning supervision. Solutions to overcome obstacles in Simkomdig's online learning are carried out by selecting the right learning media, providing internet quota assistance and computer labs, training teachers on online applications, and further coordinating with parents or guardians of students.</em></p>

How to Improve the Quality of Learning for Early Childhood? An Implementation of Education Management in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of learning in the 4.0 industrial revolution era at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar since early childhood education is expected to produce creative, character, competent and innovative graduates which can only be done through the creation of conducive learning conditions supported by learning management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research was carried out at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that based on existing competencies in the 4.0 industrial revolution era, there were innovations and a number of breakthroughs produced by teachers in improving the quality of learning in the form of curriculum development and the use of information and communication technology in carrying out several approaches and learning strategies. One of the breakthroughs that has been made is video learning for early childhood. All processes of innovation and breakthroughs in the learning process are supported by the ability of teachers to implement good learning management principles.

Implementation of Learning Supervision in Improving Educator Performance

This study aims to describe the learning supervision activities carried out at Madrasah 'Aliyah Nahdlatul 'Ulama (MA NU) Banat. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with the resource persons being the head of the madrasa and the teacher. In addition, researchers also made direct observations to explore data related to supervision carried out at MA NU Banat. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervision at MA NU Banat is carried out in 2 (two) models, namely academic supervision and clinical supervision. The steps in clinical supervision are divided into planning supervision, implementation of supervision and evaluation of supervision. The implementation of supervision is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely interviews with supervisees, supervisees prepare and conduct clinical supervision, supervisors make observations and make assessment notes, feedback from the implementation of clinical supervision.

Psykologers erfaringer i videoveiledning – en kvalitativ studie

Background: In recent years, supervision based on video recordings of supervisees’ therapy sessions has received increased attention, but our empirical knowledge about how psychologists experience this form of supervision is sparse. Objective: To explore psychologists’ experiences of professional and personal development in video-based supervision. Method: We conducted semi-structured interviews with nine therapists who had recently received video-based supervision. Transcripts were analyzed using hermeneutical-phenomenological thematic analysis. Results: We identified three themes: (1) A more vulne-rable experience in supervision, (2) “What we need to see to become better therapists”, and (3) “It makes me more secure as a therapist and as a person”. Conclusion: Psychologists feel more exposed and vulnerable in video-based supervision but also find it more useful for improving therapeutic skills and facilitating personal development. It is important for supervisors to be aware of specific challenges related to performance anxiety and learning in video-based supervision.¬¬ Keywords: Video-based supervision, psychotherapy training, deliberate practice, technology in training, performance anxiety

Learning Management In The Development Of Social Skills For Madrasah Aliyah Students (qualitative analytical descriptive study on man 1 and man 2 tasikmalaya regency)

The background of this research is the weakness of teacher learning management in fostering students' social skills which implies the low ability of students to build oral and written communication. The focus of the problem is how to improve teacher learning management so that the development of students' social skills is increased, especially in building student's oral and written communication optimally. The purpose of the study was to find out the management of teacher learning at MAN Tasikmalaya Regency in the form of policies for planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, learning problems and solutions in fostering students' social skills. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data obtained from interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis uses individual case data analysis techniques and cross-case data analysis (cruss-cases analysis). Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, and discussions with colleagues based on the findings obtained, Learning Management at MAN 1 Tasikmalaya Regency partially has similarities with both holding scientific learning and authentic assessment referring to the 2013 curriculum and Education System Law number 20 of 2003. Learning planning in fostering students' social skills is carried out at the beginning of each school year through madrasa work meetings with the agenda of compiling and establishing operational curricula, syllabus development, preparation of annual programs (Prota), semester programs (Prosem) , learning implementation plans (RPP), preparation of teaching materials by each subject teacher, and subject cluster teams, preparation of supervision or learning evaluation tools. Organizing learning in fostering students' social skills is carried out through mapping the duties of subject teachers and extracurricular coaches, scheduling, fulfilling workloads and additional teacher assignments. The implementation of learning in social skills development is carried out through scientific learning management where students as learning subjects can observe, ask questions, collect information, associate, communicate learning materials. Supervision of learning through authentic assessments during the learning process takes place to measure students' abilities in building question-and-answer communication, reasoning, making stories orally and in writing. The development of students' social skills is carried out through oral and written communication in the management of scientific learning and authentic assessment of intracurricular and extracurricular activities can run well, although there are still shortcomings and weaknesses. Problems that arise in learning management in fostering students' social skills are accommodated through follow-up plans (RTL) and solutions for preparation for improvement of learning activities in fostering students' social skills to achieve further goals on an ongoing basis.

The Effect of Learning Supervision on Graduates' Competitiveness During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Case Study

Some studies argue that the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a massive decline in the quality and competitiveness of undergraduate students today. The pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the world of education, especially. Therefore, educational institutions are expected to maximize their role, in terms of leadership design, improvement in the quality of learning and curriculum, supervision, formation of a positive school atmosphere, self-assessment and evaluation, and involvement of parents (society). A strategy that can prove to be effective is to conduct learning supervision. Supervision activities are expected to improve the learning process. This study aimed to describe: (i) the application of standards and learning models during the pandemic and (ii) the learning supervision strategies implemented during that time. This research was qualitative. Data were collected through structured interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed based on the theory of Miles and Huberman through the stages of reduction, presentation, inference, and interpretation. The results of this study explain that: (i) learning at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kejapanan during the COVID-19 pandemic was done using a hybrid learning model, namely two-way learning (offline and online), and (ii) learning supervision was carried out by school principals during the COVID-19 pandemic to maintain and improve the quality and competitiveness of undergraduates.

Student Management In Online Learning (Case study at SD Inpres 5/81Unra Kecamatan Awangpone Kabupaten Bone)

The current COVID-19 pandemic has not only brought changes to society, but also education, one of which is the management of students in learning. Student management is an activity, or all efforts and regulatory actions taken by educators or teachers to students in the teaching and learning process. Student management is the teacher's effort in managing the learning process to create effective learning, especially during a pandemic, learning is carried out online. This research is descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe how the description of the implementation of student management in online learning at SD Inpres 5/81 Unra, Kecamatan Awangpone, Kabupaten Bone. The data collection instrument used an open questionnaire and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques in research are 1) data reduction, 2) data modeling and 3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in learning from SD Inpres 5/81 Unra the teacher has implemented student management in online learning effectively. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the management of students in online learning at SD Inpres 5/81 Unra includes time management, student management and learning management. In learning during the pandemic, it directs teachers in learning by providing learning videos according to the material provided through the WhatsApp application. The teacher also prepares worksheets for students to work on. In addition, supervision of online learning is carried out online through the WhatsApp application and direct visits to students' homes with parental assistance. The assessment carried out in online learning is by asking students to come to school to collect assignments or by sending assignments on the WhatsApp application. The school for now online learning is good enough for students.

An Open Relation Extraction System for Web Text Information

Web texts typically undergo the open-ended growth of new relations. Traditional relation extraction methods lack automatic annotation and perform poorly on new relation extraction tasks. We propose an open-domain relation extraction system (ORES) based on distant supervision and few-shot learning to solve this problem. More specifically, we utilize tBERT to design instance selector 1, implementing automatic labeling in the data mining component. Meanwhile, we design example selector 2 based on K-BERT in the new relation extraction component. The real-time data management component outputs new relational data. Experiments show that ORES can filter out higher quality and diverse instances for better new relation learning. It achieves significant improvement compared to Neural Snowball with fewer seed sentences.
