Implementasi Pemberian Reward Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman Kecamatan Tempuling

This article aims to provide a concept regarding the implementation of giving rewards in Islamic religious education subjects at the Integrated Junior High School Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Tempuling District, considering that there are still many teachers who do not implement the implementation of giving rewards. So, a solution is needed to overcome this. The method used is the quantitative descriptive method. Observation results found that the implementation of giving rewards in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School Integrated Junior High School, Tempuling District, reached 79.37% and was categorized as good, because it was located in the interval 61% - 80%. Factors that can influence the implementation of rewards in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Integrated Junior High School Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Tempuling District are the methods used by teachers, student learning motivation and family environmental background.

The Impact of Quizlet Learning Media in Increasing Student Interest and Motivation in Junior High School

Background. Lately, the influence on student learning motivation has begun to decline due to the lack of teacher mastery of learning media, even though at this time there are many references that can be used as guidelines or references in the process of introducing learning materials, for example by using online application-based learning media. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of quizlet learning media in increasing students' interest and motivation to learn in junior high school. This learning media can develop skills in reading and writing vocabulary. Method. This research method uses quantitative methods, data obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Results. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the quizlet application can help millions of junior high school students in learning online, so that it can increase the value in the learning process to the maximum. Conclusion. The conclusion of the study can be concluded that students' understanding in the addition of vocabulary increased from before the application of learning with the quizlet application.

Application of TPACK for Student Learning Motivation in Science Subjects in Elementary School

Motivation Learning science and technology in elementary school is a problem faced by teachers. Students think social studies lessons are boring so teachers need to apply Technology Pedagogy and Content Knowledge (TPACK) to increase student learning motivation by integrating technology in learning, creating relevant, active and varied learning experiences, as well as facilitating effective collaboration between students, and can improve student engagement and understanding. This research aims to develop TPACK-based teaching media to increase learning motivation in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning. This research is included in the Research and Development (RD) category, using the ADDIE development model as stages in developing learning materials. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used parametric statistical methods, namely the t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results show that: (1) there are significant differences in motivation to learn science S especially historical material between the TPACK learning model and the conventional model, the t - test results show a significance value of 0.002 or sig (2-tailed) 0.05; (2) the use of the TPACK learning model has been proven to be more successful in increasing students' motivation in studying historical material compared to conventional approaches. This was revealed from the posttest results, where the experimental group that took part in TPACK-based learning achieved an average score of 71.52, while the conventional group only achieved an average score of 58.89.

Analysis of the Impact of the Video Maker-Based PjBL Model on Motivation and Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Middle School Students: An Experimental Study

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Video Maker-Based PjBL Model on the Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Junior High School Mathematics Students. The role of Mathematics teachers in using the PjBL (Project Based Learning) Model based on the use of Video Maker shows the importance of real context according to the situation in the environment by students themselves in thinking deeply to identify problems in learning so that the concepts received by students are more meaningful. This research is in the form of a quantitative experiment with the research subjects of VIII grade students at SMPN 1 Gumukmas-Jember, school year 2023/2024. The main objective in this study is to improve students' Learning Motivation and Mathematics learning outcomes (cognitive) of students. The data in this study are quantitative data obtained from tests of students' knowledge and understanding through questionnaire tests. The results of the t test and F test of the success of this study show: (1) the effect of the PjBL (Project Based Learning) Model Based on the Use of Video Maker on increasing student Learning Motivation is 5.469, (2) the effect of the PjBL (Project Based Learning) Model Based on the Use of Video Maker on increasing student learning outcomes is 8.007, and (3) the effect of the PjBL (Project Based Learning) Model Based on the Use of Video Maker on increasing student Learning Motivation and student Learning Outcomes together is 9.471. This means that the application of the PjBL (Project Based Learning) Model Based on the Use of Video Maker in increasing students' Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes has a significant effect

How Do the TWO STAY TWO STRAY and Motivation Model Learning Affect Civic Education Result?

The teacher-centered approach has led students to feel bored and uninterested in the taught material. By choosing an appropriate learning model, it is hoped that a better understanding and interest in students will emerge, fostering a deep learning motivation. In this study, the chosen learning models were Two Stay Two Stray and Inquiry. The objectives of this research were: 1) to determine the difference in Civic Education learning outcomes between student groups taught with the Two Stay Two Stray and Inquiry learning models, 2) to examine the difference in Civic Education learning outcomes between student groups with high and low learning motivation, and 3) to investigate the interaction between the learning model and learning motivation in influencing Civic Education learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SDN 091713 Amborokan, involving fourth-grade students as the research sample. The research method employed was experimental research, utilizing a 2x2 factorial design. There were two classes involved in the study: an experimental class (IV-A) and a control class (IV-B). Data collected included Civic Education learning outcomes and student motivation data. The results of the research indicated that: 1. the learning strategy significantly influenced Civic Education learning outcomes with an F value of 58.775, 2. learning motivation significantly influenced Civic Education learning outcomes with an F value of 92.04, and 3. there was an interaction between the learning strategy and learning motivation significantly affecting Civic Education learning outcomes with an F value of 4.09. This study concludes that the selection of an appropriate learning model positively influences learning outcomes and motivation in students. It is recommended that teachers, as facilitators, should be capable of choosing suitable teaching methods to create an effective learning environment.

This research aims to find out teacher solutions in dealing with student character in implementing differentiated learning at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with primary and secondary data sources. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation as well as literature reviews to collect data available from various sources. The results of this research are that differentiated learning will provide greater freedom for students to develop their internal skills or abilities. Apart from that, differentiated learning can improve student learning achievement, increase student motivation and interest in learning and can increase student involvement in the learning process in the classroom. The conclusion of this research is that in implementing differentiated learning teachers must be able to plan learning according to student characteristics. Apart from that, teachers must also be able to apply various methods, media and learning resources.

Implementation of A Graded Point System As An Alternative in Increasing Learning Interest in Sociology Study

The low of student motivation and interest in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic continued to occur even when PTM (face-to-face learning) was held. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a graded point system as an alternative to increasing learning interest in sociology. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a naturalistic approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this research was 150 class XI students at SMAN 5 Banjarmasin. The subjects in this research were 75 students. Data analysis was carried out using narrative and discourse analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of a graded points system can encourage more active interaction between students and teachers. Students also show higher enthusiasm for learning with the implementation of a graded points system in learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the graded point system is quite effective as an alternative for increasing students' interest in learning.

Enhancing Vocabulary Proficiency and Self-Directed Learning through YouTube: A Study in an EFL Context

This study investigates the impact of using YouTube channels, specifically Ray Du English and BBC Learning English, on the vocabulary acquisition and self-directed learning motivation of non-English major students in Taiwan. The research aims to enhance traditional teaching methods and broaden students' international perspectives by leveraging the diverse and engaging resources available on YouTube. The study involves 128 first-year students from the Departments of Communication and Electrical Engineering at a university in southern Taiwan. A mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative pretests and post-tests with qualitative questionnaires and focus group interviews, was employed to evaluate the effectiveness of YouTube-assisted learning. Findings indicate that YouTube videos significantly improve vocabulary proficiency and self-directed learning motivation, with notable differences between the two student groups. Communication majors showed substantial vocabulary gains, while Electrical Engineering majors exhibited higher autonomous learning motivation. Overall, students expressed positive attitudes toward integrating YouTube into their learning process, highlighting its potential to make vocabulary learning more engaging and effective.

Utilization Of Wordwall as An Application for Elementary School Thematic Learning Evaluation

This research is motivated by the problem of boredom and lack of student motivation in participating in learning evaluations that tend to be monotonous in elementary schools. This study aims to reveal the benefits of using Wordwall as an interactive thematic learning evaluation tool. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained through interviews with fifth-grade teachers at an elementary school in Bandar Lampung. The study results indicate that using Wordwall increases student engagement and enthusiasm in participating in the evaluation. In addition, Wordwall allows teachers to create more creative and varied assessments and provide direct feedback to students. Although several obstacles exist, such as the need for an internet connection and paid features, Wordwall has proven effective in increasing student learning motivation. Further research is recommended to explore the use of Wordwall at various levels of education and subjects and discuss the development of Wordwall features to be more flexible and easily accessible without technological limitations.

Development of E-Student Worksheet Based Task-Based Learning Through LiveWorksheets.com for High School Students

The objective of this study is to determine the development of electronic student worksheet using LiveWorksheets interactive website that is reliable, useful, and efficient on the material produced. This kind of research and development (RD) tries to create an e-student worksheet product. Liveworksheet task-based learning development is accomplished using the ADDIE design development, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Students in Class 11-TKJ at SMK Perbankan Riau in 2023 served as the study's test subjects. A validation sheet was used to assess the reliability of the e-student worksheet, a response questionnaire was used to determine how useful the e-student worksheet was, and learning outcomes tests were used to determine the efficiency of the e-student worksheet. The results of material expert validation and learning expert validation amounted to 91.8% with very good criteria and 82.6% with very good criteria. Comparison of results before and after using e-student worksheet is pre-test 76.8 and post-test 85.88. Therefore, it is known that there is an increase in student understanding by using e-student worksheet through LiveWoksheets. The questionnaire response of students received an average rating of 78.2% with good criteria. While the teacher's questionnaire response obtained a score of 80% with good criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive e-student worksheet through LiveWorksheets is reliable, usable, and efficient also can increase student learning motivation.

Increasing Students' Learning Motivation in Science Subjects Using Powerpoint Media at SDN 1 Kuala Pembuang II

This research aims to determine the increase in learning motivation of students at State Elementary School 1 Kuala Pembuang II which has experienced very significant changes. This research is very rational because it uses a research method of five steps/development phases including; Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluations. Data collection techniques in research use test instruments. Data analysis uses quantitative. Learning media is a tool that is considered good in helping convey information, whether in the form of pictures, videos or readings packaged in PowerPoint form so that it can increase student learning motivation in any subject, especially Natural Sciences, to students at Kuala Pembuang II Elementary School. Analysis of the use of PowerPoint as a medium can be seen in two tables of research results which show that students are more happy, enthusiastic, and motivated to focus more on receiving information in Natural Sciences lessons.

The Use of YouTube Platform in Supporting Learning Motivation of Communication Science Students of Universities Nigeria Jakarta in 2020

The presence of increasingly advanced technology certainly makes it easier for people to fulfill their daily needs. Technological developments are accompanied by the emergence of new media as a center or forum for public information in a country. Technological developments encourage community civilization by making the internet and social media as a unified whole, with the aim of using new public spaces for the community. Social media provides many changes and impacts on its users. Youtube is a social media that is in great demand by the public in the current era. This study aims to take a deeper look at how platform Youtube plays a role in helping the learning process and increasing students' learning motivation. By using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods in the form of interviews with the subject of this research, namely the students of Communication Studies at the State University of Jakarta in 2020. This research resulted in several findings from the facts presented by the informants. The big picture of these findings can be concluded into two discussions, the first is that students as the younger generation are very familiar with social media, especially Youtube. Second, platform is very dominant in helping to increase student learning motivation.

Penerapan Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan VI Bertujuan Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative which aims to provide opportunities for students to be directly involved in assisting the learning process in elementary schools. This research focuses on the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program at SD Negeri 020276 Binjai. Participating students play an important role in supporting teaching and learning activities, assisting in the use of technology, and increasing student motivation and interest in learning, especially in literacy and numeracy. This program is expected to provide benefits for both students and schools. Students can increase social awareness, develop thinking and collaboration skills, and broaden their horizons and character. Meanwhile, schools get additional support in the learning process and improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. The results showed that the Teaching Campus Program had a positive impact on student motivation and interest in learning. The presence of students provides variety in the learning process and increases interaction between students and teachers. In addition, this program also provides opportunities for students to apply their knowledge directly in the field, as well as develop their professional skills. It is hoped that the Teaching Campus Program can continue to be implemented and improved to provide greater benefits for education in Indonesia

Web-Based E-Learning Application For Mathematics And Indonesian Language Subjects At Sman 4 South Tangerang Using Html And Php

This project develops a web-based e-learning application for Mathematics and Indonesian subjects at SMAN 4 South Tangerang, using HTML and PHP as the main platform. The main goal of this app is to provide interactive and easily accessible educational resources that enhance the learning and teaching process. The app is designed to meet the specific needs of students and teachers, enriching the learning experience through customizable content and interactive features. In this study, we analyzed the effectiveness of the app in terms of increasing student engagement and learning efficiency. The development method involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Usability and accessibility testing is carried out to ensure that the application can be used easily by all students, including those with special needs. The results of using the application show a significant increase in student learning motivation and academic performance, especially in Mathematics and Indonesian. Teachers also reported improvements in classroom management and teaching effectiveness. Despite this, the application still requires some improvements regarding scalability and data security. In conclusion, this e-learning application has been successful in facilitating a more dynamic and supportive learning environment at SMAN 4 South Tangerang. This project offers important insights into how technology can be leveraged to improve the quality of education.

Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Learning with a Contextual Approach

Based on the initial data obtained by students of class IX.1 SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru, it can be seen that their learning outcomes are still far from expectations, student learning completeness is still below 50% and student learning motivation is still very low. This is likely due to the lack of variety in the approaches and learning methods used by teachers in implementing the learning process. This study aims to determine and test the extent to which the application of the contextual learning approach can improve the learning outcomes of students of class IX.1 SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru. This type of research is classroom action research. The objects of this study were students of class IX.1 SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru totaling 26 people. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques, observation sheets, questionnaires and field notes, then the data obtained were described and analyzed using comparative descriptive analysis techniques for quantitative data. Comparative descriptions were carried out by comparing the results of daily tests starting from the initial conditions of cycle 1 and cycle 2 values, while qualitative descriptive analysis was guided by the results of observations and reflections for each cycle. The findings of this study indicate that using a contextual learning approach in class IX.1 of SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru has been proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be proven from 26 students, in cycle I 18 people or 71.5% completed and in cycle II increased to 21 people or 82.3%. Thus it can be concluded that using a contextual learning approach can significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Development Of "SEHATI" Application To Improve Adolescent's Understanding Of Reproductive Health

Background: Adolescent Reproductive Health (KRR) is a government program in Indonesia that has been implemented since 2000. The aim is to ensure that the young generation is healthy and prosperous. Teenagers are still looking for answers to reproductive health problems themselves, consulting friends, social media and other online sources because they do not fully understand the material offered in this program. Adolescents may be more likely to participate in risky behavior, such as engaging in sexual intercourse at a younger age, due to the ease of obtaining information. Methods: The "SEHATI" app, developed as a result of this research, will teach teenagers more about reproductive health. By using the ADDIE methodology (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation), this research adheres to a Research and Development approach. Results: Media experts gave a product validation score of 75%, material experts gave a score of 100%, and educational practitioners gave a score of 99.5%, all of which indicate that the product is very suitable for use. Scores of 77.3% and 88% were achieved in small-group trials and large-group trials, respectively. This shows how well the product works. As many as 89% of students gave positive answers throughout the evaluation stage. Conclusion: With an 80% increase in student understanding, this app has great potential for future improvements in terms of content, realism, language, presentation, graphics and student learning motivation with the hope of becoming a resource for the younger generation to learn more about reproductive health.

Requirements for Professional Teachers and Professional Teachers as Communicators and Facilitators

The group learning discussion method is one of the strategies to influence the motivation of students' interest in learning to be high. The existence of high interest in learning makes students study diligently and responsibly, which in the end is manifested in measurable and good student learning outcomes. This study aims to find out an overview of the factors that affect the learning motivation of students of the Civil Engineering, Informatics, and Electrical Engineering Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in the Islamic Religious Education Course. The type of research used is quantitative; descriptive with primary data types. Purposive sampling technique. Then the data collection technique in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation study guidelines. Data analysis using data collection; data reduction; data presentation; and conclusions and verification. Based on these results, it is recommended to lecturers in religious education courses to strengthen the factors that motivate students during the educational process in an effort to increase the success of the students themselves

Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability in STAD Learning Assisted by Question Cards in Terms of Student Learning Motivation

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model assisted by question cards and description of mathematical problem solving ability in terms of students' learning motivation using STAD learning model assisted by question cards. The method used in this research is mixed method with sequential explanatory design. The subjects in this research were 6 people consisting of 2 students in each learning motivation category, namely high, moderate, and low. The results of this research showed that: (1) the mathematical problem-solving ability of grade VIII students after participating in STAD learning assisted by question cards on Probability material reaches learning completeness; (2) The average mathematical problem-solving ability of grade VIII students after participating in STAD learning assisted by question cards is higher than the average mathematical problem solving ability of grade VIII students who use conventional learning models; (3) The completeness of mathematical problem-solving ability of grade VIII students after participating in STAD learning assisted by question cards is more than the proportion of completeness of mathematical problem solving ability of grade VIII students using conventional learning models; (4) Subjects with high learning motivation fulfil all four indicators of mathematical problem-solving ability well. Subjects with moderate learning motivation fulfilled 3 indicators of mathematical problem-solving ability well.

Pengaruh Metode Crossword Puzzle terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas IX di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir Tulungagung

The research was conducted at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir Tulungagung to overcome obstacles in social studies learning, such as inadequate learning media, monotonous learning methods, and low student learning motivation. This obstacle causes students to be easily bored and less motivated in the learning process. Learning motivation is defined as an impetus that encourages changes in student behavior and provides enthusiasm in learning.This study aims to evaluate the effect of the crossword puzzle method on the learning motivation of ninth grade students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Rejosari Kalidawir Tulungagung. The crossword puzzle method was chosen because of its ability to attract students' attention through challenging and fun word games. The research used a quantitative true-experimental approach with simple random sampling as the sampling technique. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed using t-test to measure the significance of the results. The results showed that the use of the crossword puzzle method significantly increased students' learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of the crossword puzzle method on students' learning motivation reached 91.9%, indicating that the method is effective in increasing students' learning enthusiasm in social studies subjects.This finding has the potential to contribute to improving the effectiveness of learning in schools, especially in overcoming the problem of low student motivation through the application of innovative and interesting learning methods such as crossword puzzles.
