This development research is caused by lacking interest and desire of students to learn, due to insufficiency of variety in the availability of interesting media for learning, especially PAI learning media. The aim of this research is to develop a PowerPoint learning media product on Aqeeda Akhlak material at MTsN 3 Aceh Besar and to ascertain the level of practicability and response of teachers and students to the product created. This research applied research and development methods with the 4D development model: (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination) which was developed by Thiagarajan in 1974. Data collection techniques were carried out using validation sheets, and the response of teacher and student questionnaires. The products developed by researchers are 2 PowerPoint media about Faith in the Last Day for odd semesters and Avoiding Deviant Behavior in Adolescent Relationships for even semesters. The percentage of final validation results in the material field was 85%, and the percentage of final results in the media field was 95.5%. The total percentage of validators was 90.25% in the "Very Valid" category. The response of teacher was 95% in the "Strongly Agree" category, while the response of student was 93.35% in the "Strongly Agree" category too.
