Digitization has become a tool for changing the qualitative characteristics of socio-economic processes and phenomena. Behind the apparent well-being it brings lies enormous challenges. New business models, built on the achievements of the digital revolution, provide for the rejection of labor contracts and social security, a stable work schedule, and bring labor relations outside the framework of the regulatory and legal plane. Social stability will be paid for the benefit of individual business entities. Today, there is a need to build mechanisms for the fair redistribution of income growth due to the introduction of digital technologies, for example, by introducing a basic unconditional income, establishing a tax on the use of digital technologies, licensing the activities of digital platforms.
