The Present Situation Analysis and Optimization Measures of Kindergarten Labor Education from the Perspective of Returning to Life

This study is guided by the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era, combined with the relevant requirements of the Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial), from the perspective of returning to life. The status quo of kindergarten labor education was analyzed in depth. Through systematic review and practical observation, it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of kindergarten labor education, which are mainly manifested in the lack of policy basis, the lack of professional teachers, the imperfect curriculum system, and the low support of parents. This study believes that labor is an integral part of life. Labor education should return to life, guide children to understand the world with its practicality, foundation, and comprehensiveness, form a positive labor quality, improve aesthetic ability, and lay a good foundation for the connection between preschool children. Based on this, this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing kindergarten labor education, including integrating kindergarten labor education into life to cultivate childrens labor habits, combining family life to expand childrens labor experience, and connecting community life to enhance labor cognition, so as to provide operable ideas and suggestions for the development of kindergarten labor education.

The Application of "Three Comprehensiveness " Model in Chinese Primary School Labor Education

Objective: This paper focuses on the comprehensive development of the five education programs in schools, truly leveraging the important role of labor education. The school conducts practical research on the "Three Comprehensiveness" model curriculum system of labor education, which involves full participation, comprehensive implementation， interdisciplinary integration, to enable students to acquire labor skills, learn cooperation and cultivate new generations who understand, know and love labor.
 
 Method: Conduct research using sampling and testing methods.Using a simple random sampling method, 100 Grade 6 students were selected from Min’an Primary School, Nantou Town, Zhongshan City. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey of students, teachers and parents, teacher interview.Through SPSS reliability and validity analysis, students' labor concepts, labor skills and labor values are analyzed.Through the action research method, observe the changes of students in labor habits and labor values.
 
 Result: All students participate in labor education, which is carried out through a combination of on campus and off campus education, integrated with the seven disciplines of Chinese, mathematics, English, science, art, physical education, and information technology. This enables students to increase their labor knowledge, acquire labor skills, cultivate good labor habits, and establish correct labor values.
 
 Conclusion: Understand the level of labor awareness, attitude, skills, daily life, labor education, labor value, and labor habits of sixth grade students; The integration of labor education in the seven disciplines of primary school Chinese, mathematics, English, science, art, physical education, and information technology; By investigating students, education, and parents' attitudes towards labor education, we can understand the methods and approaches for cultivating labor education both on and off campus.

新时代背景下大学生素质教育发展性评价体系构建研究

This article focuses on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education and the spirit of the National Education Conference, based on “simultaneous development of five educations”, fully exploring the elements of the “Three Complete Education” and “Ten Education” systems, and building a “six-dimensional integration” developmental evaluation system of quality education for college students. The development evaluation system of college students can comprehensively evaluate the quality of college students from six dimensions: moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, labor education, and ability. It enables educators, students, parents, and society to pay more attention to the all-round development of students, and provides a way to improve the comprehensive development of college students, providing support for improving quality and cultivating innovative talents. Among them, the indicator system of moral education includes three indicators: values, moral quality and psychological quality; the evaluation of intellectual education is usually carried out through students’ academic achievements; the indicator system of sports includes body shape indicators, physical quality indicators, sports skill indicators and health-related indicators; aesthetic education It includes four dimensions: aesthetic understanding, artistic skills, artistic creation and participation level; labor education includes labor attitude, labor skills, labor habits and social responsibility; the construction of college student ability index system includes academic ability, practical ability and communication and cooperation ability.

Research on Practical Pathways of Strengthening Labor Education for College and University Students in the New Era

Labor education is an essential component of college and university education that can help students to develop a strong work ethic, acquire practical skills, and better understand the value of work. Strengthening labor education for college and university students is an urgent need of the high-quality development of the society and the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of individuals. This study analyzes the importance of strengthening labor education for college and university students in the new era and proposes four practical pathways which draw on labor courses and campus activities, social practices, scientific research projects, and internships. After implementing these pathways, a survey of 967 students showed that students’ understanding and awareness of labor was deepened, their hands-on skills and interests in science and labor practices were improved, and they became more cordially respectful to the working class. Taken together, the exploration and practice of these pathways helps college and university students to recognize their abilities, strengths, and interests, and guides them to form good labor habits that permeate all aspects of their studies and lives.

Analysis of Vocational Engineering Labor Education based on Vocational Core Competence

Labor education is an important part of China's education system, which directly determines the labor ability, labor spirit, labor habits and labor quality of the next generation of workers in China. Lessons of experience: Labor habits of a long-time, contingent online technical communication instructor

ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic made nearly every teacher and student online teachers and students in some capacity. This article presents a case study of an experienced, contingent technical and professional communication (TPC) instructor showing how she sets up, presents, and, most importantly, labors in her course for the benefit of her students and herself. This article ends with recommendations for other online TPC teachers and program administrators to support online TPC courses.

Prevalence and risk factors of hookworm infections among vegetable growers in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2019

To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hookworm infections among vegetable growers in Anhui Province, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the control strategy and interventions for hookworm human infections. A total of 1 179 vegetable growers were randomly sampled from 7 counties in Anhui province according to the natural ecological function areas in 2018 and 2019, and the basic features and risk factors of hookworm infections were collected from all subjects using a self-designed questionnaire, including living environment, vegetable planting and fertilization, type of household crops, animal feeding, hygiene and labor habits. In addition, stool samples were collected from all participants, and each stool sample was subjected to twice tests with the Kato-Katz technique. The risk factors of hookworm infections were identified among vegetable growers with the Bayesian log-binomial regression model. The prevalence of hookworm infection was 3.90% among the 1 179 vegetable growers. The prevalence of hookworm infection was 10.07% (15/149) among unemployed subjects, 5.32% (31/583) among farmers, and 0 among full-time vegetable growers (0/377) and subjects with other occupations (0/70), and there was a significant difference among subjects in terms of occupation (χ2=36.37, P < 0.01). Bayesian log-binomial regression analysis showed that fertilization with human feces [relative risk (RR)=18.25, 95% confidence interval (CI): (4.31, 77.17)], barefoot labor in vegetable fields [RR=2.86, 95% CI: (1.43, 5.70)], and living in plain ecological areas along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River [RR=4.19, 95% CI: (1.19, 14.81)] were independent risk factors of hookworm infections among vegetable growers. Stratified analysis showed that fertilization with human feces, barefoot labor in vegetable fields, drinking well water or mountain spring, and living in plain ecological areas along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River were independent risk factors of hookw, orm infection among farmers, and living in plain ecological areas along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and growing rice were independent risk factors of hookw, orm infection among unemployed individuals. The prevalence of hookworm infection is high among vegetable growers in Anhui Province, and fertilization with human feces, barefoot labor in vegetable fields and living in plain ecological areas along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are risk factors of hookw, orm infections among vegetable growers.

Importance and Performance Ratings Analysis for Implementation of Green Construction on Building Project

Green construction implementation which is part of sustainable construction development has more benefits for building industries, occupants, and public communities. The implementation of green construction is slow and still limited in Indonesia. Frequent opinions about green construction activities are difficult to implement and require different efforts from conventional building processes. Therefore, this study aims to identify the aspects that have prioritized to get improvement for the implementation of green construction in building projects using importance and performance ratings analysis which includes gap analysis, and quadrant analysis. This research identifies 17 criteria success factors approved and has 30 questionnaires received. The questionnaire survey was given based on the perceptions of owner, consultants, and contractors. The questions contain the criteria success factors in implementation of green construction related to the measurement of its importance or significance and extended to evaluate its performance. The results showed there are aspects that are prioritized because low performance. For Quadrant I “Concentrate Here” such as adequate financial resources, optimal cost management, and exactness selection of eco-friendly quality materials and For Quadrant III “Low Priority” such as Existence of green performance evaluation system during the project, changes in labor habits to support green concepts, frequently training/education, procurement related to integrated green concept, and availability of green construction pilots,.

Refreshing China’s Labor Education in the New Era: Policy Review on Education Through Physical Labor

Purpose: This study reviews China’s labor education theories and policies to reveal the main objectives, contents, and methods of the new era, as well as analyzes future development in labor education. Design/Approach/Methods: In addition to reviewing the relevant labor education theories, this study examines China’s labor education policies using historical documents and current policy texts. Marxist and traditional approaches to labor education, as well as the historical development of education in China, provide the macroscopic backdrop of this study’s analysis of the persistence and innovativeness of China’s labor education policies. Findings: China’s labor education policy has placed labor education on the same level as that in morality, intellect, sports, and aesthetics, thereby endowing labor education with new meaning. Labor education seeks to cultivate workers with all-round physical and mental development. Becoming more varied over time, labor education now involves the cultivation of skills, technological capacities, creative thinking, labor habits, and emotional development. Approaches and methods include formal programs and teaching, education in daily life at home and school, as well as practical activities outside of school. Originality/Value: This study identifies the meaning of labor education in different eras and analyzes the objectives, contents, and methods of China’s current policies on labor education, as well as its future developmental trends. In doing so, this study provides a useful reference for the implementation of labor education in elementary and middle schools.

Research on the Influencing Factors of College Students’ Labor Education

Taking the students of Nanchang Normal University as the investigation objects, there is a significant correlation among labor consciousness, labor concept, labor skills and labor habits, and there is a strong positive correlation between them. Taking labor concept, labor skills and labor consciousness as independent variables and labor habits as dependent variables, a regression model is established to predict college students’ labor habits, which provides support for colleges and universities to develop and cultivate college students’ labor habits.

RationaleKnee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common disease. It has long been believed that the main causes of KOA are knee degenerative diseases, trauma, overwork, and labor habits. However, long-term deformity leads to uneven stress on the surface of the knee joint, and the cause of lower limb force line damage has not been taken seriously. Comprehensive application of high tibial osteotomy (HTO), chronic distraction tissue regeneration, and computer-assisted external fixation for the treatment of severe KOA has many advantages over total knee arthroplasty, such as lasting and thorough orthopedic effects, a lower cost, and a faster recovery.Patient concernsThe patient was a 48-year-old male with KOA caused by long-term genu varus, resulting in pain in both knees, especially in the right knee. The right knee pain had been aggravated for 2 years, and he was admitted to the hospital for left knee pain for 1 month.DiagnosesX-ray: The patient has right KOA and varus deformityInterventionsComprehensive application of HTO, chronic distraction tissue regeneration technology, and computer-assisted external fixation technology has a good therapeutic effect for patients with KOA and varus.OutcomesThe patient's severe genu varus was corrected, the bone and soft tissue regeneration was good, the lower limb force line was improved, lower limb function was restored well, and the treatment was satisfactory.ConclusionFor the treatment of KOA patients with genu varus, the combination of HTO, chronic distraction tissue regeneration, and computer-assisted adjustment of external fixation technology have a good effect on the correction of genu varus deformity and the recovery of the lower limb force line. This treatment method is also conducive to preventing postoperative infection and avoiding secondary trauma caused by the removal of internal fixation plates.

Epidemiological Studies on the Different Occurrence of Senile Vertebral Croockendness in Farm and Fishing Villages

To elucidate the regional difference of occurence and distribution of vertebral croockedness of senile population, 2649 male and female of the fifth decades and over somatometrically measured in Farm Village H and Fishing Village K of north-east Japan. Vertebral croockedness from the prominence of the 7th cervical vertebral spine to that of the 4th lumbar vertebra was copied using an adjustable curve rule individually. From the curve, the distance of the two prominences, the maximal croockedness index, the position of maximal croockedness and so on were measured or calculated for each kyphotic and lordotic curvature, respectively. (1) The kyphotic indices take normal distribution, and show gradual increment by age in both the villages. And the increments are more rapid at the people of the farm village, especially after the sixth decades. From these indices the senile croockedness characterized as concomitant increase and descendence of the maximal croockedness. (2) The distribution of lordotic indices tends to show skewness from normal distribution to gamma type distribution with the advancement of age classes. And the skewness is greater in the farm village compared to that of the fishing village. From these indices the senile croockedness characterized as the decreasing or vanishing lordosis with the descendence of the maximal croockedness position. These features appears more distinctly for the farm village and female. (3) Significant positive correlation was seen between the maximal croockedness index and the maximal croockedness position for kyphosis (p<0.01), whereas the significant negative correlation was seen between the two parameters of lordosis (p<0.01). (4) Four hundred and seventy seven examinees of both sexes of the sixth and the seventh decades were X-rayed to elucidate the correlation between the croockedness and osteoporotic changes of the lumbar vertebrae. The results show that both the croockedness and the osteoporotic changes in vertebra appeared markedly in the farm village. (5) The nutriment survey processed in both villages revealed that nutritional intake was one of the most valid factors to prevent the earlier occurrence of senile croockedness and osteoporotic changes in the fishing villages, in addition to other factors such as sun shine and the labor habits.

The Eight-Year School Teacher and Polytechnical Education

The reorganization of schools to link instruction with labor and life has focused the attention of teachers, school directors and agencies of public education on questions concerned with the organization of manual training and the socially useful labor of children. But, while working on the realization of this important problem, less attention has been given lately to polytechnical education. Some people think that by inculcating labor habits in children and by having them do various socially useful things, they thereby also solve the problems of polytechnical education.
