DETERMINASI SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, KOMPETENSI APARATUR DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA

The goal of this study is to determine and test the impact of internal control systems, information technology use, apparatus competency, and the organization's commitment to village fund management. This study took place in the villages of Kuantan Singingi Regency's Cerenti Subdistrict. The population of 11 villages in Kuantan Singingi Regency's Cerenti Subdistrict was studied. A saturation sampling method is a sampling approach in which all members of the population are used as samplers. Respondents in this study were village apparatus in Cerenti Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Internal control systems, information technology utilization, apparatus competency, and organizational commitment all have a substantial impact on village fund administration, according to data analysis utilizing multiple linear regressions. The results of this study are expected to be a suggestion for the village government, especially the village apparatus in Cerenti Subdistrict in improving village fund management by paying attention to the factors studied in this study.

Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Danau Timbang Bunga Pengantin Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

The Kuantan Singingi Regency Government made a Regional Regulation of the Kuantan Singingi Regency regarding Guidelines for the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises. This study aims to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) in the Development of Tourism Potential of Lake Timbang Bunga Pengantin in Kuantan Singingi Regency. There are several phenomena that occur, namely, first, Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) have not fully managed tourism, secondly, communication has not been fully good, thirdly, there is a lack of community creativity, and the fourth Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) have not fully invited the community to develop tourism potential. The theory used is the theory of Seyadi in Ade Eka Kurniawan using four indicators of the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE), namely Monitoring, Developing Potential, Realizing Development Plans, Improving Community Welfare. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that first, the running of the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) can develop the potential of Timbang Bunga Pengentin Lake Tourism in Kuantan Singingi Regency which can be seen from the development targets and visitors. Second, the inhibiting factors for the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) are funds or budget, community or human resources, tourism promotion and publication, and natural disasters.

Analysis of the Effect of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Alleviating Poverty in Seberang Teluk Hilir Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Regency

This research is based on implementing the Hope Family Program (HFP) as an alternative policy in reducing poverty in Indonesia, including Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study's problem formulations and objectives are: 1) how is the influence of HFP in overcoming poverty in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, 2) the extent of the influence of the HFP program in overcoming poverty in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village. The population and samples of this study was 50 households who received direct assistance. This research is using Qualitative method with non-experimental.Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed a very big influence with the HFP program for the survival of the beneficiary, a change in consumption patterns and the ability to meet their daily needs. The achievement of the HFP program objectives for household recipients of assistance, especially in terms of education and health are getting better. Strengthened by management and supervision by household facilitators so that beneficiary communities can manage cash assistance properly.There needs to be a government policy to improve service quality, especially the number of HFP facilitators who are still lacking, so that the role of the assistants is still not maximal in serving and supervising the implementation of the HFP program in the village of Seberang Taluk Hilir

Utilization of Tofu Liquid Waste as Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Paddy Rice Plants (Oryza sativa L)

This research has been carried out in Kedundung Island Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research takes place for approximately four months starting from November 2017 until March 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of Tofu Liquid Waste as Liquid Organic Fertilizer on Plants and Production of Paddy Rice (Oriza sativa L). The parameters observed in this study include: plant height, age of flowering, age of harvest, number of productive tillers, and dry grain weight. This study aims to determine the effect of Tofu Liquid Waste as Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Rice Field Crops. The design used in this study is a Non Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of one factor, namely factor A (Tofu Liquid Waste) consisting of 4 levels: A0 (control), A1 (600 mL/plot), A2 (1200 mL/plot), A3 (1800 mL/plot). The observational data from each treatment were statistically analyzed and continued with the Next Test of Honestly Significant Difference at the 5% level. The results showed that the Tofu Liquid Waste treatment had a significant influence on the parameters of observation of Plant Height, Flowering Age, Harvest Age, Number of Productive Tillers and Dry Grain Weight. The best treatments were A3 for observation of Plant Height (124.91 cm), Flowering Age (73.99 days), Harvest Age (95.74 days), Number of Productive Tillers (50.91 stems), and Dry Grain Weight (100.16 g)

IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Berdasarkan pengamatan sementara di SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, ditemukan fenomena antara lain; Adanya sebagian guru yang belum melengkapi perangkat pembelajarannya, seperti Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan sebagainya. Adanya sebagian guru yang tidak menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ditentukan, hal ini terlihat adanya guru yang meninggalkan sekolah ketika jam mengajar. Kurangnya inisiatif guru dalam mengembangkan model atau metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik bagi anak. Kurangnya kreatifitas guru dalam penyediaan media dan sumber belajar yang bervariasi, termasuk menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) berlokasi di SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, yang ditujukan pada guru-guru. Adapun alasan utamanya adalah dari hasil pengamatan dan informasi dari guru, bahwa kinerja guru pada masa pandemi tergolong kurang. Tempat penelitian adalah di SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret 2021. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 orang guru. Dari uraian pengolahan data dan pembahasan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kinerja guru didapatkan pada siklus I sebesar 60% dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 91% dengan kategori baik. Artinya bahwa Kegiatan Supervisi dapat Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dikatakan berhasil.

Community Political Participation in Kuantan Singingi Regency Head General Election During the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic Era

In Indonesia, one of the regencies/cities that have carried out the Regional Head Election is Kuantan Singingi Regency, which was on September 9, 2020, but the number of voters has decreased. This problem is related to health, economy and human resources. Public political participation in general can be categorized in several forms, namely; election activities, trying to influence, organizational activities, seeking connections and acts of violence. This research is qualitative using descriptive analysis approach. Research informants are the Chair of the General Election Commission, the Chair of the Election Oversight Body, academics, election activists and community leaders. As a result, voter participation has decreased due to the lack of optimal election education activities and concerns about the spread of the corona virus.

Pengembangan ternak Ruminansia terintegrasi di Desa Koto Simandolak Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi: Pemanfaatan kotoran ternak untuk biogas dan pupuk organik

Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the ruminant-producing districts in Riau Province. Koto Simandolak Village, located in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the majority of the people work as farmers. Generally, farmers in Koto Simandolak Village cultivate livestock traditionally, namely by releasing them to the wild. This condition causes several problems including livestock manure, pollution of the village environment, and conflicts with residents. This problem can be solved if the farmer wants to keep the cattle. By holding cattle, the manure will be collected directly in the cage. Animal manure can be processed and used in biogas and organic fertilizer. The Research and Community Services Team of Universitas Riau saw the potential for utilizing livestock manure waste in Koto Simandolak Village. The Team conducts training and assistance in the installation of biogas reactors as well as training and mentoring in the biogas production process using livestock manure. Another output of biogas production is organic fertilizer. The ultimate goal of this service activity is to increase the income of the target community, namely through increasing livestock production, biogas production, and organic fertilizer production.

Exploration And Characterization Of Fungi From Oil Palm Rhizosphere (Elaeis Guneensis Jacq) On People's Plantations In Kuantan Singingi Regency

The rhizosphere is an excellent habitat for microbial growth because plant roots provide a variety of organic materials that generally stimulate microbial growth. This study aimed to explore and determine the character of fungi from oil palm rhizosphere (Elaeis guneensis Jacq) on smallholder plantations in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi. The method used was an experimental method carried out in two stages. The first stage was a random sampling survey. The sample was then taken to the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Kuantan Singingi Islamic University for analysis. They are Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Tengah District, Benai District, Pangean District and Sintajo Raya District. The most isolates were found in Singingi Hilir sub-district, the plant age was 2 years and the fertile soil was blackish brown. The least number of isolates was found at the age of 10 years, even though the soil was fertile. The age of the plant affected the microbial activity in the rhizosphere. The older the plant the microbial activity decreased. Therefore, it caused the number of isolates found to be small. Characteristics of isolates isolated at a younger plant age were more varied in color.

Penyuluhan pencemaran lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat di Desa Bukit Pedusunan Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Riau

This community extention aimed at providing information and public awareness on the effect of environmental pollution (such as pollution of waters, soil,air and food) on local public health. As such, environmentally driven diseases could be minimized and avoided. The extention were done in desa Bukit Pedusunan, Kuantan Mudik Districtm Kuantan Singingi Regency in June-September 2021. The participants of total 35 persons, consists of local government, women group and young representative of each dusun within the village of Bukit Pedusunan. Pre-orservation were conducted to find main issue on environmental threats in the village. The extention were done through class presentation, interactive discussion and demonstration. The effectiveness of the extention were evaluated to the participants thorugh items in questionare which evaluate the change in knowledge. The level of understanding were categorize into very good, good and unsatisfied. Apparently, 28,6 % of the participants understand very good on the materials, while 45,7% categorized good and 8.6% unsatisfied. Accordingly, the extention were categorized success and showed that the knowledge of the participants increased. The impact on the implementation in the field were that of knowledge dissemination to womens group on preparation health food of fish meat base. In the future the skill were developed and become small scale household business which inturn could increase household economy.On the other hand local leader together with policy had implemented projusticia enforcement on illegal gold mining (PETI) in desa Bukit Pedusunan.In the future, it is hope that environmental condition of Danau Kebun Kopi were sustainable and could be used for tourism, water sport, fisheries and water irrigation function.

Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Tentang Penanggulangan Bencana Alam di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Kuantan Singingi Regency is an area located near the Kuantan river, where natural disasters often occur in the river flow such as floods due to overflowing of the Kuantan river. To overcome these natural disasters, it is necessary for the local government to be agile in pursuing policies on how to cope with these natural disasters. This study uses a qualitative method which is carried out by asking questions and procedures, collecting data from participants, analyzing data inductively, and interpreting the meaning of the data. This study uses a descriptive approach which carefully records all phenomena (symptoms) that are heard, seen, and read through official documents, field notes, interviews, and personal documents. Data was collected using primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results in this study indicate that in dealing with natural disasters, especially floods in the Kuantan Singingi area, the government has collaborated with the Riau Province BPBD but it is still not optimal because in the Kuantan Singingi Regency area there is no BPBD, making it difficult to coordinate and give orders centrally. Therefore, more concrete policies are needed regarding disaster management in Kuantan Singingi Regency.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS AUDIT (STUDI PADA AUDITOR INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI)

Audit quality is an assessment of a process in carrying out the examination process and the final result of an audit process carried out by the auditor. This study aims to analyze what factors affect audit quality. The population in this study is the auditor of the Inspectorate of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sample used in this study was 10 samples which weredetermined using purposive sampling technique.This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data of this study were obtained from the questionnaire given to the respondents (sample). The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that partially the competence variable has a significant effect on audit quality with a significance value of 0.09 < 0,05. The work experience variable has a significant effect on audit quality with a significant value of 0.043<0.05. Meanwhile, the variable of professional skepticism has no effect on audit quality 0.101>0,05.

Networks in the Implementation of Illegal Gold Mining Countermeasure Policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Illegal Gold Mining (IGM) Countermeasure policy in the Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a multi-sectoral multi-organizational network model consisting of a Contextual Assessment approach to understanding the environmental context and identifying stakeholders in policy implementation and joint visioning. This study critically examines the IGM in the regency in qualitative perspective from various related articles. A systematic literature review was used to analyze national and international journal articles from nine managed databases based on these concerns. From the literature review, 22 relevant research-based articles in the last 15 years from 2007 to 2020 were selected from Google Scholar, Taylor, Francis Outline, Springer Link, Emerald Insight, Science Direct, Sage Journal Online, and Oxford Cambridge. Three stages were carried out: preparation, screening and validation, and content review. The findings include 1) research showing that stakeholders involved from both government and community groups do not play an active and synergistic role in controlling IGM. 2) the implementation model of the IGM countermeasure, the government, the private sector, and the community must support each other in controlling and supervising IGM.

Strategi Pengembangan Desa Melalui Pemanfaatan Dana Desa di Desa Sako Margasari

Abstract Purpose: This study aims to determine the village development strategy through the use of village funds in the village of Sako Margasari, Kuantan Singing Regency, and the inhibiting factors of the village development strategy in the village of Sako Margasari, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Research Methodology: This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Results: The results of this study are that the village government in designing and implementing village development strategies still has obstacles that are experienced by the village government so that the development strategy is not optimal. Limitations: This study discusses the development strategy where this research looks at all environmental sectors through village funds as the basis for carrying out village development. Contribution: This research is expected to be useful and contribute as input and correction for the Head of Sako Margasari Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It is also useful for adding references to the literature at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, especially the Public Administration Study Program, as well as being a reference for subsequent writers with a focus on the study of Village Development Strategies Through Utilization of Village Funds in Sako Margasari Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Application of Problem-Based Learning Model to Students' Mathematic Communication Ability

This article describes applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on Mathematical Communication Ability. The research in this journal is an experimental study using pretest-posttest control group design with a population of seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri in Kuantan Singingi Regency, divided into three school levels: high, medium, and low schools. From each school, two classes were randomly selected as the experimental class and the control class. The research instrument was the Mathematical Communication Ability test questions. The data collection technique is done by testing. Data were analyzed using t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed an effect of PBL application on mathematical communication skills in terms of all students. The effect of PBL application on mathematical communication skills in terms of school-level shows that for the high school level, students are better than students using conventional learning, while at the medium and low school level, there is no significant effect.

Analysis Of Ability to Understand Mathematic Concepts of SMP Students During Online Learning on Set Materials

The purpose of this study was to analyze the ability to understand mathematical concepts of junior high school students during online learning on set material. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were grade VII students with a total of 10 students at SMP Negeri 1 Inuman, Kuantan Singingi Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. The subject selection technique used is purposive sampling technique because the sample cannot be chosen randomly. The data collection technique used in this study was a written test. The questions given are in the form of 5 description test questions that have been prepared based on indicators of mathematical concept ability. The results obtained from this analysis are the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts when online learning is obtained that the ability of students in the high category is 1 student or 10% of the total number of students tested, categorized as sufficient there are 5 students or 50% of all students tested, and in the low category there are 4 students or 40% of the total students tested.

PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN AKTA KELAHIRAN DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has basic functions, namely as empowerment, development and services. One of the functions of government as a service is to provide services for identity and citizenship rights. This study aims to determine how services and supporting factors as well as constraints in the service of making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that the service for making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency was seen from the following 6 public service standards: (1) service procedures, simple service procedures and easy to understand by the community; (2) completion time, the completion time is still uncertain; (3) service fees, free costs; (4) service products, service products in accordance with the wishes of the community; (5) incomplete facilities and infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure; (6) Competence of service providers, officers have served in a friendly and fair manner. Service support factors are awareness and regulatory factors. The inhibiting factors are the lack of infrastructure, human resources and lack of public awareness

DESIGN VALIDATION OF REVISED BLOOM TAXONOMY ORIENTED LEARNING DEVICES ON ELASTICITY MATERIALS FOR PHYSICS IN HIGH SCHOOL

The development of science and technology in the 21st century is marked by the use of brain work, which is more important than muscle work which has been replaced by intelligent robots. Therefore, efforts to increase the quantity and quality of knowledge through thinking and reasoning exercises are very important to be applied in education. However, after 8 years of implementing K-13, the conditions in the field documents for teacher learning tools show that they still do not meet these expectations. This study aims to develop high school physics learning tools oriented to the revised Bloom's taxonomy on elasticity material. This research is included in Research and Development (RnD) by applying ADDIE. The stages carried out only reached the development stage (validation) which involved 3 lecturers from the Department of Physics FMIPA UNP and 3 physics teachers in Kuantan Singingi Regency as a team of experts and a team of practitioners. The results showed that the feasibility of the resulting product design for lesson plans obtained an average validation value of 82.37% (very valid), and an average validation value of 80.39% (valid). For teaching materials, the average result of lecturer validation is 86.49% (very valid), and the average value of teacher validation is 87.87% (very valid). For the evaluation instrument, the average value of lecturer validation is 79.48% (valid), and the average value of teacher validation is 76.24 % (valid). In general, this study concludes that the resulting learning device designs are in the category between valid and very valid.

Analisis Dampak Media Sosial Facebook pada Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Keluarga di Desa Pulau Binjai Kabupaten Kuantan Mudik Riau

This research is motivated by advances in communication technology that provide many good benefits in life. In addition to the good benefits, technological advances also have a negative effect on the social environment. The impact of social media makes a person to be indifferent to the people around him, indifferent, inattentive which can change interpersonal communication in the family scope. Changes in interpersonal communication are a life phenomenon experienced by everyone anytime and anywhere, one of which is in the family environment. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews, and then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The findings showed that the family's interpersonal communication situation did not go well due to a lack of self-disclosure to their family and lack of empathy, this also resulted in a change in their interpersonal communication behavior. From this study it can be concluded that changes in family interpersonal communication behavior due to the use of online social media have occurred in families in Pulau Binjai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

IMPROVING STUDENTS’ ENGLISH VOCABULARY MASTERY THROUGH TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE METHOD AT GRADE VII A OF MTs Negeri 2 KUANTAN SINGINGI SENTAJO RAYA DISTRICT - KUANTAN SINGINGI REGENCY

Vocabulary is essential in learning English because vocabularies are the key to producing English sounds, words, and sentences. In reality, students still had lack of English vocabulary mastery. One method to solve this problem is by applying Total Physical Response (TPR). This research was carried out at grade VII A of MTs Negeri 2 Kuantan Singingi Sentajo Raya district in Kuantan Singingi Regency. It is designed as Classroom Action Research. The research aims to know how far the Total Physical Responses can improve the students’ English vocabularies mastery. Data collection methods are observation and test. This is the test in multiple choices. Data analysis is quantitative, which got from the result of the test. The result of this research is that TPR could increase the students’ vocabulary. The students’ rate in pre-test is 40.00 %, the rate result in the first cycle is 54.54 %, .while in the rate result in the second test is 82.06. the final rate result in the third cycle is 90.00. Total Physical Response can improve students' English vocabularies at grade VII A in MTs Negeri 2 Kuantan Singingi.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH B3 DARI FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS SUNGAI SIRIH KECAMATAN SINGINGI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

In Indonesia, the increase in health waste is around 70-90%, along with the increase in health service centers in Indonesia. This B3 waste comes from health agencies which are considered dangerous and can cause various types of health impacts. The production of solid medical waste from health services nationally in Indonesia is estimated at 376,089 tons/day. Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the guidelines for the Decree of the Minister of the Environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Community Health Center, Singingi District. This type of research is a qualitative survey, namely the method of interviews and field observations. The research subjects also involved in the management of B3 waste at Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely, the Head of the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research at the Sungai Sirih Health Center, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019, it was found that human resources in the B3 waste management process did not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at work and the facilities and infrastructure used were also inadequate and incomplete and there were no funds. or puskesmas budget in the process of B3 waste management at Sungai Sirih Health Center, so that the sorting process, collection process, storage process, transportation process, and landfill or burial process have not been carried out according to health requirements according to LHK Regulation No. 56 of 2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Health Service Facilities.
