The purpose of the article theoretical analysis and generalization of the preconditions ofculture industrial management, which will contribute to the cultural enrichment of science with newknowledge about the formation of the management culture in the industrial society. Themethodology of the research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, sociocultural andhistorical approaches, the fundamental tenets of the theory and history of culture management.Used General scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research: analysis and synthesis,induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, formalization. The scientific novelty of theobtained results lies in identifying objective prerequisites for the emergence of culture industrialmanagement. Conclusions. The main prerequisites of the formation of the culture of industrialmanagement are: first, European science and mechanistic, deriving from the Newton's picture ofthe worldview of reality as a machine, and atomism (individualism), rationality and socialDarwinism, as the "natural law" on mshvidoba the struggle for existence: secondly, protestantethics which justified a making money and accumulation of riches; thirdly, political economy,which presented an economy as a machine which operates after the laws of Newtonian mechanics,only in place of motion of the masses there was motion of commodities, money and labor force;fourthly, large scientific and technical openings, that required new forms and methods of organization of management; fifthly, theoretical, philosophical and cultural science developmentswhich appeared in the countries of Europe and USA: ideas of Ch. Babbage about specializationand division of labour, A. Ure about philosophy of factory production, B. Trentowski, about attitudeof philosophy toward cybernetics as art of management, R. Owen about the socially orientedmanagement. It follows to consider at the beginning of the development of the autonomous theory ofindustrial management 1886 when on collections of the American society of engineers-mechanicsthe lecture of H. Taun was presented «Engineer as an economist», which defined the evolution ofscientific schools and culture of industrial management.Key words: management culture, industrial society, pre-conditions.
