Preface

This volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series presents the proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Mechanics, Electronics, Automation and Automatic Control (MEAAC2023). The conference was held in Wuhan, China during May 13-15, welcoming around 50 attendants physical and online from home and abroad.MEAAC2023 organized discussions on hot topics including intelligent manufacturing, robot system control, and smart cities and focused on the challenges during research as well as application. The conference consisted of one physical conference in the morning and one virtual conference in the afternoon, showcasing various sessions such as keynote speeches, oral reports, poster presentations, Q&A, etc. We had the utmost pleasure of having with us experts and scholars from around the globe sharing their latest findings and insights.The MEAAC conference is conceived in the belief of promoting academic exchange within and across disciplines, addressing theoretical and practical challenges and advancing current understanding and application, during the process of which amity is spread, connections established and future collaborations enabled.The MEAAC organizing committee extend their sincerest gratitude to all who have supported the conference in their ways, to the authors who have chosen this platform to publish their works and communicate with peers, to the participants who took an interest and attended the conference in person and/or online, to the chairs and committee members who have been indispensable in lending their professional expertise and judgment, to the keynote speakers who generously shared their vision and passion, and to the reviewers who held up the faith of being a scholar and contributed their experience and honest opinions. The 2023 2nd International Conference on Machine Vision, Automatic Identification and Detection (MVAID 2023) took place in Hangzhou, China from April 14th to 16th, 2023, with the attendance of about 60 people.MVAID 2023 focused on research areas such as Computer Vision, Image Processing, Document Processing and Recognition, Advanced Learning Methods, Sensor Technique & Application, Image Forensics and Identification, etc. The main goal was to bring together basic scientists, researchers and developers engaged in machine vision, automatic identification and detection to bridge the gap between research needs and advanced technological solutions. MVAID 2023 provided an opportunity for researchers and related personnels to present their recent theoretical developments and practical applications as well as to discuss unsolved problems. It also fostered research and development in machine vision, automatic identification and detection.The Program of the Conference was divided into three main topics. First day of the Conference was devoted to registration for all the participants. The second day was focused on keynote speech, oral and poster presentation, as well as discussion on the talks and the whole meeting. Academic investigation took place during the third day of the Conference.We would like to highlight the main developments presented at the Conference and introduce the prominent speakers. The keynote speaker of the Conference Professor Yulin Wang (Wuhan University, China) presented a report on Drone: From Bionic Flight to Brain Like Autonomous Navigation. He mainly works for image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on. Professor Cairong Zhao (Tongji University, China) demonstrated his speech on Occluded Person Re-Identification, in which he elaborated on the four key issues caused by occlusion, namely positional displacement, scale displacement, noise information, and missing information, and discuss their solutions, and analyzed and discussed the future development trends of occluded person re-identification.Finally, we would like to thank the members of the Technical Program Committee for giving an opportunity to share scientific ideas and new developments at the Conference as well as Hangzhou Dianzi University and Politechnika Koszalinska for their friendly support. The 2023 2nd International Conference on the Energy Internet and Energy Interactive Technology (EIEIT 2023) took place via virtual form in Nanjing, China from May 26th to 28th, 2023, with the attendance of about 50 people.EIEIT 2023 focused on research areas such as Renewable Energy, Power Quality and Power Experience, Regional Energy Internet, Energy Management Technology, etc. The main goal was to bring together scientists, researchers and developers engaged in fields concerning energy to bridge the gap between research needs and advanced technological solutions.EIEIT 2023 provided an opportunity for researchers and related personnels to present their recent theoretical developments as well as practical applications, discuss unsolved problems and find solutions to them. It fostered research and development in energy internet and energy interactive technology.The program of the Conference was divided into three parts. First day of the Conference was devoted to registration for all the participants. The second day was focused on opening ceremony, keynote speech, oral and poster presentation, as well as discussion on the speeches and the whole meeting. Academic investigation took place during the third day of the Conference.We would like to highlight the main developments presented at the Conference and introduce the prominent speakers. Keynote speaker of the Conference Professor Ismail Musirin (Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia) presented a report on Computational Intelligence Applications in Power System Load Shedding. He mainly dealt with researches on the algorithms and techniques development in solving problems in Power System involving voltage stability, economic power dispatch, renewable energy optimization, and application of artificial intelligence in power system, and he has got 22 years of research experience in the field of Power System Engineering. Associate Professor Norzanah Rosmin (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia) described Hybrid Energy Storage for Virtual Inertial Support in Wind Application System. Associate Professor Nor Asiah Muhamad (Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Brunei) demonstrated her speech on Harmonic Components Analysis of Emitted Ultraviolet Signals of Aged Transmission Line Insulators under Different Surface Discharge Intensities.Finally, we would like to thank the members of the Technical Program Committee and the Local Committee for giving such an opportunity to share scientific ideas and new developments at the Conference and Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia for its friendly support. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to welcome all participants to the Fourth International Conference on Emerging Electrical Energy, Electronics & Computing Technologies 2022 (ICE4CT 2022) here in Kedah, Malaysia from 28 - 29, December 2022. ICE4CT 2022 is our fourth conference, jointly conducted by Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP), Nandha Engineering College, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India and Centre of Excellence for Renewable Energy (CERE), UniMAP. The fourth edition was conducted in hybrid mode. The keynote speaker of the Conference Professor Qifang Chen (Beijing Jiaotong University, China) presented a report on The Interactive Strategy of Thermostatically Controlled Loads (Tcls) to Improve Feasibility and Scalability. In the speech he presented a new interactive control method to improve the feasibility and scalability of TCLs in demand response application. Professor Huihui Song (Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), China) talked on Preliminary Study on Synchronization Control Mechanism of Grid-Forming Asynchronous Power Sources under Ultra-High Proportion Consumption of New Energy. She analyzed the existing synchronization mechanism of asynchronous power sources, combined the achievements of NSFC, revealed the new stability mechanism of rhythmic synchronization from a new perspective of coupled oscillator synchronization science, and re-described the evolution process of system synchronization stability.Finally, we would like to thank the members of the Technical Program Committee and the Publication Chair for giving an opportunity to share scientific ideas and new developments at the Conference and the University of Agder, Norway for its friendly support. In last few decades, a lot of development and advancement is witnessed in this field of Green Energy but we all know “Everything comes at a price”. There are issues and complexities emerging out with it. There is a great need to explore the concerns and also the solutions in the field of Green Energy, merged with computational Intelligence so that we can meet the challenges, uncertainties, complexities with a same pace with which it is escalating. 3rd International Conference on Agricultural Sciences and Sustainable Environment (ICASE 2022) presents This conference provides a forum for international researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers and related communities to discuss, share and exchange their latest research and experience progress associated with the field of Biotechnology and modern advanced methods in addressing various environmental problems related to all lands, air, animals, desertification and the green environment. In addition, this conference also aimed to address a common issue of georesources sustainability, renewable energy sources and climate change related geohazard and disasters in the development of urban areas. We are glad to introduce you that the 2023 2nd International Forum on Mathematical Statistics, Physical Sciences and Telecommunication System (IFMPT 2023) was successfully held on June 24-25, 2023 in Guangzhou, China. This forum aims to bring together academic scientists, leading engineers, industry researchers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of mathematical statistics, mathematical model, physical sciences, quantum mechanics, astrophysics, 5G networking, and telecommunication system. This forum also discusses the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
 This scientific event brings together more than 50 national and international researchers. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. The 2023 2nd International Conference on Management Engineering and Economic Analysis (MEEA 2023) was held in London, United Kingdom during July 08-09, 2023. This conference is to bring together innovative academics and experts in the fields of management engineering, business statistics, marketing strategies, financial economics and economic analysis to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities and another goal is to promote information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
 The conference model of MEEA 2023 was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 10-15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 35-45 minutes to hold their speeches. We are glad to share with you that we received lots of submissions from the conference and we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorous reviewing.

This annual event aims to serve as an international forum to gather academicians, scientists, engineers, and researchers working in the fields of algorithms, big data, computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to exchange views, share their professional knowledge, experience, and research results, and discuss the challenges and future directions in their professional fields.
 AIDML 2023 will mainly feature keynote speeches and peer-reviewed paper speeches. This conference is an annual research conference dedicated to biomedical engineering, health care, smart medicine, disease prevention, and biological pharmacy that will bring together scientists, technologists, clinicians, and professionals. Hospitals, health systems and pharmaceutical companies around the world are all under the same roof.
 BEHDP 2023 was supported by numerous universities and research institutes around the world. The focus of this conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators, and students from all over the world.
 BEHDP 2023 brought together more than 90 researchers in related fields and the conference was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and Q & A discussion. Preface

The 2022 3rd International Conference on Material Chemistry and Composite Materials (MCCM 2022) took place via virtual form on December 16th-18th, 2022 in Zhuhai, China particularly favorable for informal and in-depth discussions. Invited and contributed papers present state-of-the-art research in material chemistry and composite materials. This workshop always welcomes a fruitful mix of experienced researchers and students, to allow a better understanding of related fields.The 2022 session of the material chemistry and composite materials, hosted by Guilin University of Technology, was doubtlessly a great success. The program encompassed a wide variety of topics, namely New Energy Materials, Polymer Material, Computational Materials Science, Molding Process of the Material, etc. All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the proceedings Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.About 150 delegates from around the world participated in the conference, and the conference agenda was divided into two sessions, including Keynote Speeches and Oral Presentations. Each keynote speaker was given 30-40 minutes for keynote speeches. Among them, Prof. Yang Liu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China performed a keynote speech on the title: New Molecular Insight into Ferroelectric Polymer and Nanocomposites. In this talk, he first presented their discovery of morphotropic phase boundary-like behavior in ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) copolymers which exhibits the state-of-the-art piezoelectric coefficient of - 63.5 pC/N. Moreover, he revealed the origin of relaxor behavior in ferroelectric polymers. Finally, he addressed recent emerging advance especially achieved by scanning probe microscopy which has been used to characterize the interface in terms of different polymer matrix, fillers and filler size. The insightful speeches of each keynote speakers triggered heated and interesting discussions and a good number of informal talks between all the participants and it was a great opportunity to promote academic communication and collaboration.List of Committee member is available in the pdf.

It is truly my pleasure to welcome all of you to join 2022 3rd International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Signal Processing (EESP 2022). EESP aims to promote the research exchange in the field of Electronic Engineering and Signal Processing. Due to the global situation regarding the Covid 19 pandemic, the EESP 2022, which was planned to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, August 28-30, 2022, we decided to hold a hybrid conference during the same time period. Not only EESP 2022 publicizes many state-of-art papers in the mentioned research areas recommended by renowned international program committee, organized by distinguished scholars around the globe, it also holds several keynote and plenary talks presented by world-renowned researchers. The success of EESP 2022 certainly paves the path for a better event in the future.I was honored to join this important event. First, I would like to take this opportunity to convey my appreciation to the organizing committee for tireless efforts to manage this convention. This conference focuses on the latest research results in electronic engineering and signal processing, and provides an authoritative international exchange platform for researchers in related fields, so as to promote stimulating academic exchanges among scholars. The conference has hosted many keynote speeches, invited speeches and technical sessions. Though some of the authors and speakers couldn’t communicate face to face, the passions for involvement was fascinating.In the proceedings, readers can learn the most recent cutting-edge knowledge about electronic engineering and signal processing presented by scholars from all around the world. Each selected paper was chosen by double-blinded peer review. We are very grateful for the review committee’s hard work and tireless efforts. This volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series presents the proceedings of the 1st International Conference on New Energy and Optoelectronic Materials (NEOM2023). The conference was held online during June 3-4, welcoming around 30 attendants from home and abroad.NEOM2023 organized discussions on hot topics including solar cell materials, wind energy materials, and optoelectronic materials and devices and focused on the challenges during research as well as application. The 2023 6th International Symposium on Big Data and Applied Statistics (ISBDAS 2023) was held in Shanghai, China from March 10th to 12th, 2023. The purpose of ISBDAS 2023 was to discuss the present status and future perspectives of big data and applied statistics technology. The following topics were selected in order to cover most of the scientific program and highlight an area where new ideas have emerged over recent years:(1) Big Data Mining and Visualization;(2) Big Data Security and Privacy;(3) Computational Mathematics;(4) Probability Theory;(5) Statistical Methodology, etc.There were about 60 participants. In addition to the keynote speeches, we had many talks selected from the contributed papers. There were invited, oral, and poster sessions. This proceedings contains the papers presented in invited and selected talks together with those presented in poster sessions.At the Conference, the participants discussed a wide range of issues affecting the theoretical and computational aspects of research problems in the big data and applied statistics technology. Besides, we had a comprehensive overview of this fascinating field and of future scenarios thanks to the participation of leaders of the most important projects. Professor Zhihui Lv from Fudan University, China performed a keynote speech and shared with us his own research experience and professional view. His main research fields include: network multimedia technology, cloud computing and service computing technology, big data architecture, edge computing, blockchain distributed system, network security technology, cloud data center management technology. And still another speaker was Jingsong Yang, a Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. As a third-level researcher, he has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial and international cooperation projects, and has made many innovative achievements in the mechanism of marine microwave remote sensing, remote sensing technology and application, and remote sensing equipment development.We wish to acknowledge our host institutions, sponsors, and the many people whose work made this Conference possible. The 14th Five-Year Plan clearly points out that we should adhere to the core position of innovation in the overall situation of modernization, regard scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement as the strategic support for national development. At present, from a global perspective, science and technology have increasingly become the main force to promote economic and social development, and innovation is the trend of the times. In the fierce international competition, only innovators advance, only innovators are strong, and only innovators win.However, the foundation of China’s scientific and technological innovation is not yet solid, there is still a significant gap in the level of innovation, and in some fields the gap has not narrowed, but has a tendency to expand. Therefore, improving innovation capabilities and creating an innovation ecology are the top priorities for building an innovative country and a world science and technology power.The International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Automation (MEA 2022), as a sub-venue of the 4th International Conference on Scientific and Technological Innovation, was held in Chongqing, China on December 9th to 11th, 2022 via virtual form.MEA 2022 focused on the latest research and technology of Mechanical Engineering and Automation to discuss the innovation and development in these fields, and to create a forum for students, scholars, engineers, participants to give reports, share ideas as well as get new advice and insights from each other. It brought together about 150 participants. Many renowned professors delivered dramatic keynote speeches during the conference. One of them, Chunbo Xiu, a Professor from Tiangong University, China, shared a report on Design and Circuit Implementations of Memristor Hyperchaotic System. To enhance the order and Kolmogorov entropy of the memristive hyperchaotic system and improve the realizability of the circuit, a memristive hyperchaotic system that consists of two flux-controlled memristors and one charge-controlled memristor was designed. Combined with Lyapunov exponential spectrum, phase trajectory diagram and bifurcation diagram, dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed, and the effects of system control parameters and initial state on the system dynamic behavior were explored.This volume covers topics on all fields of research related to Mechanical Engineering and Automation, including Mechatronics, Intelligent Control, Vehicle Engineering, Detection and Sensing Technology, Intelligent Optimization Algorithms, etc., increasing the number of scientific publications for science and technology innovation in related fields.We would like to thank all the participants in the International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Automation. The first International conference on Design Innovations and Management for Sustainable Environment (ICDIMSE) was conducted on 15th and 16th March 2022 jointly by Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, India and Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus held online in Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference aimed to bring together academicians, scientists, practitioners, researchers and students from a range of different disciplines to explore and share their experiences and research work in Sustainable Design of Built Environment. To prevent technical issues that can arise during the virtual mode of presenting, all the presentations of the accepted research papers were compiled beforehand which ensured a seamless conduct of the event by the participants who were from different parts of the world.Day 1 began with an opening session, which was followed by the keynote presenters Prof. DR. Shaleen Singhal, Dean (Research & Partnerships), TERI School of Advanced Studies, and Prof. Ali A. Alraouf (Associate AIA, Middle East and Gulf Chapter, Professor at HBK University in Qatar). Four parallel sessions that were moderated and chaired by DR. Monsingh David Devdas, Prof. Polat Hançer, Ar. Milon Dutta, and Prof. Illiona Outram followed the inaugural session.DR. Steffen Lehmann (Assoc. AIA, RIBA) and Prof. DR. Rohinton Emmanuel (Director of the BEAM Research Centre, Professor in Sustainable Design and Construction in Glasgow Caledonia University) delivered the keynote address on Day II of the conference. This was followed by four parallel sessions moderated and chaired by Tokie Laotan-Brown, DR. Abdul Razak, Yonca Hürol and DR.Swetha Madhusudhan. For all the eight sessions, best papers were awarded.Seventy nine research papers were presented during the conference under the themes: Design Innovations, Building Design and Performance Evaluation, Smart Materials and Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability in Architectural Design, Sustainable Design and Construction Processes, Urban Resilience, Safety, Disaster and Risk Mitigation, Sustainable Urban and Rural Development and Environmental Policy and Governance. The online conference was of great success having a diverse group of expertise and backgrounds with participants around the globe. This enabled a rich knowledge sharing environment with enthusiastic discussions.Forty of the conference papers were accepted for publication in the IOP EES Conference Proceedings. We express our gratitude to all the members who were a part of the peer review process and spent their valuable time in reviewing the papers.We express our deep gratitude to the Management of the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology and Eastern Mediterranean University, invited speakers, reviewers, and session chairs for their hard work along the series of conference events until this proceeding publication.
