The entry of Generation Z into the workplace has contributed to the diversity of workforce because of their characteristics and personalities in 21st century. Various factors that set Generation Z apart from previous generations have influenced their decision to align with their organization, including their job expectations. This study evaluates the factors affecting job satisfaction that are considered to be mediators leading to the decision to engage with the company of Generation Z employees in Vietnam. The article uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method to analyze the impact of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The data included 888 responses collected between May and November 2022 at 22 enterprises. The results indicate that relationships with colleagues, salary and benefits, nature of work, training and promotion opportunities, work-life balance, and relationships with superiors have a positive impact to employee satisfaction.
