EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF MICRORELIEF SOIL SURFACES OF PERMANENT TECHNOLOGICAL TRACK

A promising direction for further development of agriculture not only in Ukraine but also in the world is the introduction of innovative technologies, to which we should include the track system of agriculture. The movement of transport and energy vehicles on the aligned compacted trace of the constant technological track causes undesirable and uncharacteristic vibrations for agricultural machinery. The latter are due to the influence of the microprofile of the constant technological track, which has a significant negative impact on the degree of comfort and efficiency of the operator, operational and technological indicators, reliability and smoothness of machines. The method and results of experimental automated estimation of the microprofile of irregularities of traces of the constant technological track are presented in the article. Experimental studies of the microprofile of irregularities of the traces of the constant technological track have shown that the standard deviation of the irregularities of the profile is ± 0.84 According to their internal structure, the inequalities of the profile of traces of the constant technological track are characterized by a function that contains, along with random components, the harmonic ones, which are expressed by attenuating periodic oscillations of the normalized correlation function. The main share of variances of oscillations of the irregularities of the profile of the traces of the technological track is concentrated in the frequency range from 0… 0.3 cm − 1. The generator of formation of irregularities of a longitudinal profile of soil traces of a constant technological track are parameters of ground hooks of tires of wheels of the cars moving on it.This is confirmed by the fact that the length of the correlation of the ordinates of the irregularities of the profile of the traces of a constant technological track in the conditions of tests of the bridge agricultural tool of the new design is about 0.18 m, which corresponds to the pitch of its tires.

Strategic planning and forecasting as a tool for the economy development of the state

The importance of the study presented is by effective development and management of any system, including the state, it is necessary to implement a set of strategic goals and objectives. The increasing pace of globalization and digitisation of the contemporary world determines the need for all countries to respond to modern challenges and risks. The stagnation of the economic trend caused by the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-2019 and the decrease in the quality of life of the population, the growth of environmental, technological, demographic and other problems are related to such threats. The search for answers so necessary to overcome global challenges in general determines the national security of any country and, in particular, its development and prosperity. The authors of the article proved that it is possible to find the necessary answers only in the framework of the formation of a new model of state development. This model should ensure the strengthening and development of the real sector of the economy, the creation of new growth points from the introduction of innovative technologies and investment activities.

Останнє десятиріччя характеризується стрімким використанням великої кількості віртуальних технологій у різних сферах діяльності людини. Упровадження інноваційних технологій у навчальні процеси в системі вищої освіти є актуальною проблемою її модернізації й оптимізації на шляху реформаційних змін у процесі європейської інтеграції. У статті розглянуто питання щодо навчання студентів із використання інформаційної технології «Віртуальний пацієнт». Описано розгляд клінічного завдання з теми «Ведення пацієнтів із захворюваннями щитоподібної залози» для студентів шостого курсу медичного факультету з використанням інтерактивного методу ”Case-study”. Використання інформаційних технологій під час навчання студентів сприяє підвищенню оптимальності й ефективності навчання, формуванню професійної компетентності майбутніх лікарів.

Technological Platform for the Best Available Technologies for Processing Universal Agricultural Raw Materials

The article discusses the historically formed spiral cycles of development of the technological platform for the best available whey processing technologies. The characteristics of the stages of development repeated at each cycle, reflecting the level of scientific and technological progress in this area are presented. The main technological trends and concepts of milk whey processing in the near, medium and longer term are considered. It is shown that in the future, breakthrough achievements in food technologies will be based on the results of digital transformation of production, the introduction of innovative technologies for digital modeling and design, quantum computing, robotic automation and additive technologies.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF ADAPTATION OF A STUDENT TO A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Formulation of the problem. The problem of adaptation of students to institutions of higher education in our time is of great scientific and practical importance. The breakdown of dynamic stereotypes during the transition from the school system to higher education, the change in living conditions for nonresident students, a new social environment − all this accompanies the freshman and requires the formation of psychological mechanisms of adaptation of the personality of yesterday's schoolchild to new conditions of life and activity. The purpose of the research: determination of the structural components of the adaptation process, determination of the main directions of optimization of the adaptation process, creation of a multifunctional model of the student's adaptation process to the university. Conclusions. The main goal of optimizing the process of adaptation of a student to the university is to create conditions for the development, self-improvement and disclosure of the creative potential of the student's personality. So, we see the same ways of solving the indicated problems: psychological and pedagogical training of the supervisors of student groups; introduction of innovative technologies in the pedagogical process; improving the psychological and pedagogical qualifications of the teaching staff of a higher educational institution; work with gifted youth, development of students' creativity in the learning process; development of student initiative and self-government; psychological support of methodological and educational work in a higher educational institution; psychological support for the development of the student's personality in the learning process: mastering the skills of independent work, communication skills, disclosing the psychological characteristics of the development of one's creative potential, solving personal problems.

Fostering Students’ Responsibility and Learner Autonomy by Using Google Educational Tools

The introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process has become an integral part of modern educational systems development. Information-communication technologies varies the teaching-learning process by making it more entertaining for the students and more beneficial for the teachers as it allows using more resources and a wider range of exercises to form and develop students’ skills. In this regard the article analyzes the advantages of the use of Google educational tools for the formation of students’ learner autonomy, responsibility and promotion of pedagogical interaction. It is hypothesized that future foreign language teachers’ and managers’ learning autonomy and responsibility along with learning outcomes can be enhanced by implementing ICT into educational process. The article reviews the notion of information and communication environment of higher educational institutions, analyzes the ways to introduce Google educational tools namely Google Forms and Google Classroom into the daily learning routines of university students. It also provides evidence-based instructional practices along with illustrative examples of its use when introducing new material, giving assignments, initiating reflection, conducting tests and setting deadlines. The questionnaire surveys conducted at higher educational institutions reveal that students exhibit higher levels of responsibility and motivation and display better academic achievements when being educated with the help of Google educational tools. The prospects of further investigation may include substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future foreign language teachers and managers training in the conditions of the information-educational environment of higher educational institutions.

According to Rostekhnadzor, an increased level of accidents is observed at the facilities of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation in 2021, in relation to the previous year. This is due to the insufficiently effective work of the production control services, the lack of a detailed analysis of each accident and accident, the prevention of the study of the causes.
 Every year, the economic damage caused by accidents, industrial injuries, and occupational diseases increases both in the main and auxiliary activities of companies in the Russian oil and gas complex.
 Recently, companies in various sectors of the economy have been paying great attention to the introduction of innovative technologies (IT) to ensure industrial safety (IS), including labor protection, fire safety and road safety.
 It is relevant to study trends in the implementation of IT in the areas of safety assurance used by domestic oil and gas companies to reduce the number of accidents, eliminate occupational injuries and occupational diseases.
 It should also be emphasized that the literature does not pay enough attention to comprehensive research reviews of projects for the implementation and practical application of IT in the field of IS, and, first of all, in oil and gas companies. These reviews are especially valuable for managers and specialists in the field of IS to make strategic and tactical timely management decisions for the implementation of IT. Research of projects on the introduction of innovative technologies for ensuring industrial safety in Russian oil and gas companies will allow you to build the entire decision-making chain: from goal setting to practical implementation.

ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА И НЕДОСТАТКИ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ НЕСЪЕМНЫХ КОНСТРУКЦИЙ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОГО НОШЕНИЯ МЕТОДОМ 3D-ПЕЧАТИ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ С ОПИСАНИЕМ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО СЛУЧАЯ

The active introduction of innovative technologies, namely 3D printing in dentistry, is of great interest from dentists of various specialties. The use of virtual modeling and printing is actively implemented not only in the work of dental technicians, but also dental surgeons, orthopedists, orthodontists, and doctors of other specialties. Modern technologies allow you to print a surgical template for more accurate and predictable implant placement, plan dental interventions and see the result even before the start of treatment, transfer a prototype of future structures using temporary materials. The article is devoted to the possibility of using a 3D printer for the manufacture of long-wearing crowns. The application of new technologies in dentistry is considered using the example of 3D printing. Possibilities of this technology and the specifics of working with it. Objective: to assess the possibilities of clinical application of long-term wearing crowns made by 3D printing. Methodology. Based on the literature review, and the use of scientific search bibliographic databases: PubMed, eLibrary, Medline, Google Academy, the availability and prevalence of 3D printing technology in dentistry was determined, and in particular its application for printing long-term crowns. Clinical fabrication of long-term crowns was carried out. Conclusions. The emergence of innovative technologies in dentistry, in particular 3D printing, and new materials, are currently attracting active interest from the dental community. 3D modeling and printing are becoming more and more confident in our daily life every day. A thorough study of this method is undoubtedly promising, but it requires deep immersion in the problem, clinical and laboratory observations of structures made of materials for long-term wear.

Emotional intelligence and conflictological competence in the conditions of digitalization

In modern society, under the influence of the widespread active introduction of innovative technologies (robotization, digitalization, etc.), ordinary employees of organizations are changing. In addition, life imposes new requirements on the heads of organizations. Managers not only solve the usual tasks, but also face the problem of the need to change the usual leadership style: psychological methods are replacing directive management methods. The emotional intelligence of the manager is especially appreciated, which means the ability to observe and be aware of their own experiences and emotions of other people, manage their own feelings and emotions of another, and build interaction on this basis. Another important quality of a manager that is in demand today is conflictological competence. Robotization and digitalization prevent some traditionally arising conflicts, but new conflicts related to the virtual nature of work also arise in organizations: the rigidity and unambiguity of verbal means of communication, provoking conflict; the conflict caused by the reduction of jobs in the organization; the digital divide, which consists in differences in digital literacy and digital competence of the younger and older generations of employees.

Introduction of innovative technologies in the study of music disciplines in higher educational institutions of Ukraine

The problem of modernization of the modern educational system in Ukraine, updating the content and organizational forms of teaching and education, techniques and methods of pedagogical work in higher education encourages the search for new methods and tools of teaching and learning, introduction of innovative technologies, including information and communication. The study considers the application of multimedia technologies, interactive learning and coaching technologies in the study of music-theoretical and music-historical disciplines ("Music Theory", "Solfeggio", "Harmony", "Polyphony", "Analysis of Musical Works", "History of World Music" and "History of Ukrainian Music"), which constitute the fundamental basis of musical training of future professionals, the development of their musicological competencies of various types and content, as well as in mastering the disciplines ("Piano as the Major Instrument", "Choral Conducting", "Choral Class"), which develop special competencies.

Economic and legal approaches to balancing the development of the transport and logistics system

The globalization of market relations has given impetus to the rapid development of the transport and logistics system, which has led to its imbalance. Therefore, there is a need to develop economic and legal approaches that will balance the development of this system. The purpose of the academic paper is as follows: to reveal the factors creating an imbalance in the development of the transport and logistics system and establish economic and legal aspects that balance the transport and logistics system. To achieve the goal outlined, the following methods have been used, namely: statistical analysis, element-theoretical, correlation, factor analysis, generalization and analogy. It has been established that the factors directly affecting the development of the transport and logistics system are the level of development of transport infrastructure and customs conditions. A causal relationship between investment in transport infrastructure and income from freight traffic by various types of transport in individual EU countries has been proven. It has been established that the creation of simplified conditions of customs clearance and its electronicization contributed to balancing the development of the transport and logistics system. The legal and economic approaches in balancing the transport and logistics system of individual EU countries have been highlighted, which consist in the development of general and special strategies and their financing. Along with this, they involve the adoption of legislation, providing for the development of infrastructure, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the improvement of the internal logistics network. Such network includes an information base on the cargo service provider, recipient, ease and accuracy of cargo tracking, a simplified customs clearance system, including through electronic filing of declarations, as well as attracting investments in the implementation of the legal regulations outlined.

Artificial Intelligence and Platform Law for the Development of the Digital Agricultural Complex of the Russian Federation

Today, many processes are being digitalized in the world: production, technological, social, legal, economic, food, and this is not a fashionable trend, but a vital necessity. The state policy of Russia is also aimed at large-scale digitalization of various industries. Agricultural complex is of great importance for ensuring sovereignty, national security and supplying the population with necessary products. According to economists, the introduction of platform and other innovative technologies will have an extremely positive impact on the economy of our state; will increase the export potential, which will eventually enhance the country’s prestige in the world. However, lawyers rightly point out that the introduction of innovative technologies requires adequate innovation legislation. The paper deals with the problems of legal regulation of digitalization of the Russian agricultural complex based on artificial intelligence and the need to introduce elements of modern “platform law” into it. The possibilities and importance of digitalization are shown, the expediency of creating an appropriate legal platform is indicated. Definitions and explanations of the functioning of platforms and platform law are given. Approaches to digitalization in the European Union and the Russian Federation are considered. It is noted that an important mechanism for the functioning of the platform, including for the agricultural sector, is the standardization of mechanisms and norms of interaction from a technical and legal point of view. It is concluded that when training specialists of agricultural enterprises, it is important to include the study of the legal component, which will effectively use the emerging elements of complex legal platforms necessary for the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex.

Construction diploma design on VIM-technology

The development of the construction industry of Ukraine as a basis for economic transformations through the introduction of information technology (IT), put forward appropriate requirements for specialists. There is a need at the state level to solve the problem of need and development in the labor market of competencies of specialists for the construction industry in the implementation of VIM technologies, creating a single information model in the construction of Ukraine, which would combine architectural, design, engineering, cost, ecological components with access to cost-effective decision-making for the life cycle of the object and, accordingly, the introduction of innovative technologies in the education and training of competent professionals.

The main goal of energy development for the period up to 2035 is to ensure energy security and the transition to energy efficient and energy-saving use and consumption of energy resources with the introduction of innovative technologies. Photovoltaic converters in power systems can be exposed to weathering and physics, which will reduce efficiency or interfere with normal operation. One of the possible effects is shading of photovoltaic panels. The choice of components for the construction of a photovoltaic system should combine reliability, ease of operation and reasonable price. Considerable attention is paid to the issue of providing autonomous, highly efficient and reliable electricity generation by electric power systems based on photoelectric converters. The publications consider the components of autonomous power systems based on photovoltaic converters, in particular, batteries and photovoltaic panels. Some parameters and characteristics of these elements are analyzed, but not enough attention is paid to the selection and generalization of factors that affect the efficiency and reliability of such systems. The aim of the article is to consider photovoltaic converters, their parameters and characteristics, as well as the main factors influencing the efficiency and reliability of their operation in power systems. According to the considered factors of influence, it is possible to state that overheating is the most critical. To prevent overheating, it is necessary to ensure sufficient heat dissipation (increase the size of the junction box for better heat dissipation to the outside). In addition, you should use diodes with a lower leakage current. They will have a higher direct voltage drop and power dissipation, so the p-n junction temperature at shutdown will be higher, but the overall effect will be positive. This approach allows the diode to remain in working condition at a higher temperature.

The article deals with intellectual property issues related to the introduction of innovative technologies into games. The author concludes that the impact of a particular technology on the game is predominantly individual and requires independent study in relation to the field of intellectual rights. As private conclusions confirming this thesis, the article substantiates: 1) the specificity of the legal nature of in-game property in crypto games; 2) the peculiarities of the impact of virtual, augmented reality technologies (hereinafter — VR, AR-technologies or VR, AR) on the legal regime of content created by players, as well as the peculiarities of using trademarks in a virtual environment; 3) the need to develop innovative contractual models related to the regulation of intellectual rights between participants in the gaming industry; 4) the importance of ensuring certainty in the rights of subjects of the gaming industry, including when deciding who will own the rights to content created jointly by the player and gaming artificial intelligence, as well as when deciding whether to grant the player exclusive rights to the content created by him in games with VR, AR elements

The Intellectual Nature of Law in the Context of Digital Transformation of Society

Introduction: the paper deals with the study of the intellectual aspect of law, its democratic nature in the context of the introduction of innovative technologies in electronic law. The digital transformation of society is based on the “breakthrough” innovations in the economic, political, social and legal spheres. The purpose of the study is to show the influence of mental processes on the origin and change of law. The objectives of the research are to identify the true nature of law, its purpose, the need to create electronic law, to show the opportunities and risks of the digitalization of law, the impact of information technologies on the disclosure of its potential. Methods: a pluralistic methodology that combines universal, general, and specific scientific research methods. The main methods were the dialectical and materialistic, synergetic and transdisciplinary ones. Results: being reasonable in its nature and purpose law is a combination of mathematically precise forms (sources) of law and natural human rights and freedoms, as a condition for the implementation of genuine democracy in a state-civil society. The legal world is a special, abstract, metaphysical reality artificially created by the conventional, creative genius of man. The technology expands the possibilities of the human mind, creating both challenges and risks. Many modern social processes in the conditions of synergetic, nonlinear development, the growth of entropy, disorder, risk, and a massive increase in digital information (BigData), can only be managed and predicted with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Conclusions: the language of the human brain, neurophysiology, and digital society must be translated into the language of electronic law. To do this, it is necessary to adapt the legal engineering, to digitize the forms (sources) of law, to use the information and communication technologies, the educational platforms in the training of lawyers, to develop the special legislation on the electronic state, electronic government, AI and robotics. The metatheory of digital law, its legislative consolidation, and the mechanism of the law enforcement implementation (including the automatic one) will help to solve this problem.

Conceptual Model of Sustainable Development Management Process

The purpose of this paper is to develop a concept for managing the level of risk of disrupting the sustainable development of the enterprise. The research methodology is based on the system economic theory and the operational theory of risk management. A methodology is proposed for the study of the development and implementation of management decisions in the managerial subsystem, taking into account the identified risks of sustainable development of the enterprise at the intentional, expectational, cognitive and functional stages. Within the framework of these stages, the processes of goal setting, information collection, assessment of the existing environment and forecasting of changes in the enterprise, as well as the processes of implementing decisions are carried out. To shed light on the processes of identifying risk factors and developing appropriate anti-risk managerial impacts depend on the localization in the control object. When decomposing a control object, four types of localization are distinguished: an object subsystem, a process subsystem, a project subsystem, and an environmental subsystem. The implementation of managerial decisions, from the point of view of the object subsystem, can be limited by the high cost of the main production equipment and long life cycles of the finished product. When implementing the developed managerial solutions, there may be a redistribution of profit centers or a change in the way it is generated, which will lead to a change in the characteristics of the enterprise's process subsystem. In the project subsystem, an enterprise can achieve maximum effect by focusing its efforts on the introduction of innovative technologies. The speed of changes in the external environment of the enterprise becomes very high, so the role of forecasting the impact of these changes on the environmental subsystem of the enterprise increases, and applying this knowledge to develop managerial impact, on the one hand, and to adapt the enterprise to these changes, on the other. It is shown that by regulating and eliminating the imbalance in the preparation of managerial impacts, it is possible to reduce the level of risk in the implementation of such decisions.

FEATURES OF INNOVATIVE POLICY OF CHINA. EXPERIENCE FOR RUSSIA

The article examines the features of China's economic and political reforms, which led to the country's transition to a new stage in the development of the national economy – a factor model based on investments. The absolute indicators demonstrating the level of scientific and technological development of China make the country one of the modern leaders. The country strives to become a leader in innovation by 2035. The paper notes the intermediate successes achieved by the Chinese government in the development of the economy of innovation. The country's interest in technologies of the 6th technological order is noted, expressed in the growth of investment in venture capital. The crisis caused by COVID-19 has had an impact on the global innovation sphere, and interest in developments in the field of medicine and healthcare has been noted. Expenditures for research in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology can be predicted to rise. In Russia, at present, in general, the main systems of the innovation system have been formed, while they are not sufficiently coordinated. The difficulty lies in the introduction of innovative technologies into production. Relying on the scientific achievements of the USSR period, using the experience of China, Russia has the opportunity to introduce innovative technologies. The article assesses the prospect of applying the experience of China in the national innovation system of Russia. An assessment of the features of the Russian innovation system is given.

Трансформації на ринку зерна ячменю

Goal. To assess the current state and trends of the barley grain market in Ukraine, to justify the strategy of grain production, to help the optimization of its structure and to find effective ways to increase the competitiveness of grain in the world market. Methods. Statistical — for determining the variation in grain production; balance — for developing balances of demand and supply of grain for the marketing year; forecasting — for setting the volume of targeted grain use for the future; abstract — for formulating conclusions. Results. The current state of the barley grain market in Ukraine is analyzed and the main problems of its development are identified. It is established that the strategic direction of further development of the barley grain market based on increasing yields and significantly improving its quality will help to stabilize and increase the competitiveness of grain in the world market. Conclusions. To realize the potential of national grain production in the coming years is quite possible through rational land use and placement of grain crops in the regions of the country under natural economic conditions, the introduction of innovative technologies and new high-yielding varieties, use of more efficient plant protection products, fertilizers, and micronutrients. Among the measures aimed at stabilization of the barley market, elimination of disparities in trade flows and grain prices, anti-risk methods of foreign economic nature are of particular importance: strengthening analytical and forecasting work, the introduction of international marketing and quality management technologies, early drafting of long-term contracts, diversification of grain exports by countries and types.
