Conversely, the study highlights existing challenges, such as limited financial resources, language barriers, and the need to revamp curricula to align with evolving industry demands. The study identifies promising prospects for the talent training programs, including the growing demand for cross-cultural competencies, potential partnerships with foreign organizations, and enhanced regional connectivity facilitated by the Belt and Road Initiative. However, it also uncovers potential risks, such as intense competition from other organizations, geopolitical uncertainties, cultural barriers, and economic instability. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the global talent training arena through a comprehensive SWOT analysis. The findings aid in formulating strategies and policies to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of these programs, ensuring their alignment with the evolving needs of the global labor market while fostering cross-cultural competences among students.

Research on the Teaching Reform of Introduction to Linguistics from the Perspective of International Talent Training

As a professional basic course, the teaching objectives and contents of Introduction to Linguistics also meet the needs of international talent cultivation. Based on this feature, through analyzing the current teaching situation and existing problems of the course, this paper studies its reform path, and proposes to carry out the teaching reform of Introduction to Linguistics from three aspects: the teacher level, the student level and the social level. Through the study of the problems in the curriculum, specific measures are proposed to improve teachers' awareness and ability of internationalization, increase opportunities for language practice, and build a diversified evaluation system.

Research on the Way to Improve the Enrollment Quality of International Students

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of national education opening up and the in-depth implementation of the "the Belt and Road" education initiative, the educational goal of international students in China has gradually changed from the pursuit of scale to the improvement of quality and efficiency. How colleges and universities improve the enrollment quality of international students in the post epidemic era is of great significance to the improvement of the international talent training level and the comprehensive strength of education. Based on the analysis the main problems in the enrollment process, this paper proposes a series of measures to improve the quality of enrollment, such as highlighting academic education, multi-channel publicity, optimizing the allocation of scholarships and setting up overseas preparatory classes.

Optimization design of international talent training model based on big data system.

With the deepening of the concept of a “global village,” the exchanges between countries in the world are deepening. This has led to ever-closer ties between countries and regions. They are more and more interdependent and mutually restrictive. Internationalization has become an inevitable trend and trend in the development of higher education in the process of globalization. Big data refer to a collection of data whose content cannot be captured, managed, and processed by conventional software tools within a certain period of time, and need to be processed to obtain the required information. Developed countries have developed earlier in the field of education internationalization and have more mature experience, which provides a reference for the development of other countries. This paper aims to study the optimization design of the international talent training model based on the big data system. In this paper, the system analysis method is used for theoretical discussion. It establishes an index system of graduate students’ international talent training mode through AHP, and puts forward a breakthrough for international education in colleges and universities. Internationalized talents refer to high-level talents who have an international awareness and mind, a world-class knowledge structure, a vision and ability reaching an international level, and who are good at seizing opportunities and striving for initiative in global competition. This paper deeply studies the current situation of the international talent training model in colleges and universities, and finds out the deficiencies in the international talent training model. It also optimizes the path for the cultivation and development of international talents, which provides a basis for regional development and cultivation of international talents. The experimental results of this paper show that 20.1% of students believe that international education is to adapt to educational development, 25.4% of students believe that it is mainly to meet the needs of student development, and 62.2% of students believe that college majors lack internationalization characteristics.

Curriculum internationalization is not only an important part of education internationalization, but also the key to raising the quality of talent training. Taking Hunan’s vocational colleges as examples, this study explores the construction of the curriculum system for international talent training under the “One Belt, One Road” initiative.

Exploration of Practical Teaching Reform Based on High-quality International Talent Cultivation

The most prominent problem in the process of economic globalization is the shortage of high-quality international talents. As colleges and universities that train talents, they shoulder the important task of international talent training. However, there are still some deficiencies in the training of international talents in domestic universities, such as inconsistent practical teaching, incomplete teaching practice conditions, instable teaching staff, and unsound management system, etc. This paper starts with the problems existing in the practical teaching of international talent training in China, and then puts forward that the practical teaching of international talent training must be based on China's national conditions. During the process of cultivating high-quality international talents, colleges and universities must change ideas and build a perfect teaching system; Increase investment and provide excellent teaching conditions; Introduce talents to ensure the stability of the teaching staff; Innovate management and improve practical teaching mechanism. Only by this way, colleges and universities could cultivate more and more excellent high-quality international talents with a sense of social responsibility who have an international vision and Chinese feelings, are familiar with international rules, and can directly participate in international cooperation and competition.

Taking Liaoning colleges and universities as an example, from shallow to deep, from point to surface, this paper straightens out the characteristics and key points of international running of local colleges and universities, tamps the connotation of international running of colleges and universities, and constantly develops its own international running characteristics.
