Transformasi Administrasi Tatalaksana Sekolah di Era Digital: Tantangan dan Peluang untuk Pendidikan Masa Depan

The rapid advancement of technology due to globalization has led to digital transformation in several educational sectors, particularly in school administration. Using a literature review approach, this article aims to explore school administration management and the impact of digital transformation, as well as to identify the challenges faced and opportunities that can be leveraged to improve the quality of education. The research shows that school administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Digital transformation in school administration, such as the use of integrated information management systems, online learning platforms, and classroom management applications, can enhance transparency and data accuracy within schools. However, several challenges, including budget limitations, lack of technical skills, resistance to change, and data security issues, are still obstacles that need to be addressed. By understanding these aspects, educational institutions are expected to design effective strategies to integrate technology and capitalize on its potential for better educational management.

Population Dynamics of Potential Insect Vectors of Xylella fastidiosa (Xanthomanadales: Xanthomonadaceae) and Other Auchenorrhyncha in Olive and Citrus Groves of Crete, Greece

This study investigated the phenology and population dynamics of potential insect vectors of Xylella fastidiosa Wells et al. and other Auchenorrhyncha species in olive and citrus groves of Chania province, Crete, Greece. Although X. fastidiosa has not been reported in Greece, its introduction could cause serious diseases in many crops, including olives and citrus. Olive groves of Olea europaea L. ‘Koroneiki’ were sampled systematically using sweep net and Malaise traps over 24 months. One citrus grove was sampled for one year using a Malaise trap. Sweep net samples were taken from the herbaceous cover, tree canopy, and field borders of olive groves. Auchenorrhyncha were more abundant on the herbaceous cover compared to the canopy and field margins. Aphrophoridae species were mostly found on the herbaceous cover and in low numbers during fall (October–December) and spring (April–May). Cicadellidae species, such as Euscelis spp., were frequently found on the herbaceous cover of both olive and citrus groves. One Aphrophoridae and several Cicadellidae species were recorded in the citrus grove. Altitude was found to influence the population abundance of some Auchenorrhyncha species in olive groves. These results provide information for effective integrated management of insect vectors and their vector-borne pathogens.

Digital Measures to Decipher Forest Fires a Comparative Study of the Moroccan and American Experiences

Objectives: The study analyzed the digital measures in forest fire management in Morocco and the United States, comparing of the fire management methods in each country. The goal was to enhance the policies and strategies used in Morocco and to further integrate the Moroccan approach with the American experience. Methods: The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to describe the digital measures adopted in both Morocco and the United States for extinguishing forest fires. The comparative approach was also used to compare the experiences of both countries in combating forest fires and explore how Morocco can benefit from American expertise. Results: The study results indicate that both Morocco and the United States use digital technology for early detection of forest fires. However, Morocco faces challenges such as funding shortages, inadequate technical infrastructure, and the need for firefighter training. Meanwhile, the U.S. employs advanced technologies, including satellites, drones, and ground-based thermal sensors, and benefits from integrated information management systems and artificial intelligence. Despite this, the U.S. also encounters challenges related to coordinating efforts among different agencies. In comparison, the U.S. has significantly higher levels of funding and technical support, allowing for the use of more advanced technologies. Therefore, Morocco could benefit from the American experience in several ways, including improving technical infrastructure, training firefighting teams, using integrated information management systems, and exchanging expertise and knowledge.. Conclusions: These results reflect the importance of digital technology in enhancing the effectiveness of forest fire response and highlight Morocco's potential to benefit from the United States' experience to address this environmental issue more effectively.

ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS UDAYANA TERHADAP SISTEM LAYANAN INFORMASI IMISSU

Information is a valuable asset in digital era. Government , educational institutions, and public service organizations face increasing expectations to manage information properly and efficiently. This problem can be solve by information system service. The success of an information service system can be measured by user satisfaction. Udayana University has several information service systems. One of the information service systems owned by Udayana University is IMISSU (Integrated Management Information System the Strategic of Udayana). Our research aims to study the analysis student satisfaction at Udayana University. We used partial least square modeling with five construct namely quality of information, quality of system, quality of service, perceived usefulness, and student satisfaction. The results of this research are all construct of this model has significant influence on student satisfaction quality of system has significant influence on student satisfaction with mediation of perceived usefulness and quality of system is the most variable influence on college student satisfaction

Promoting clinical reasoning in undergraduate Family Medicine curricula through concept mapping: a qualitative approach.

Clinical reasoning is a crucial skill for physicians, enabling them to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application. The gap between basic sciences and clinical practice persists as a challenge, with traditional teaching methods yet to effectively bridge it. Concept maps (CMs), visual tools for organizing and connecting knowledge, hold promise for enhancing clinical reasoning in the undergraduate medical curriculum. However, further research is required to ascertain if CMs facilitate clinical reasoning development in medical students transitioning from basic sciences to clinical practice. This study aims to delineate how CMs can facilitate clinical reasoning in patients with multimorbidity within undergraduate Family Medicine curricula, as perceived by students and tutors, and to understand the implementation process and resources required. This exploratory qualitative study formed a part of an action research project. While introducing an educational intervention to 5th-year medical students, we conducted a qualitative evaluation. Subsequently, semi-structured group interviews were conducted with students, and a focus group was conducted with tutors. Three main educational impacts were identified: integration of clinical information, support for patient management and care plan, and collaborative learning. Key aspects for successful CM implementation included clear instructions for map construction, using user-friendly software, allocating sufficient time for the task, encouraging group discussion of CMs, and incorporating tutor feedback. CMs are pedagogical tools that facilitate clinical information integration and support management and treatment plans, helping students better understand multimorbidity patients and promoting some components of clinical reasoning in undergraduate medical education.

Technological co-development competence: A longitudinal case of a software development spinout

Through a single longitudinal case study of an Italian spinout, this paper develops the concept and processes of technology co-development competence (TCDC). The study adopts the market-as-network perspective for its theoretical framing. TCDC is developed in interaction with customers in a spinout’s network. This competency is possessed by the firm and enacted for the development of its technology within its business network over time - from establishment to embeddedness. The TCDC concept is developed from the literature and case data and is made up of three elements – information and knowledge integration, multi-actor coordination, and interface management. The data collected comprises twenty eight interviews with twelve informants. The study also examines how TCDC evolves in interaction between the focal firm and its business network. It is found to evolve through four processes – technological frictions and tensions management, network-level relationship processes, product features development, and technological co-development enablement. The study outlines a model that presents how TCDC evolves over time in the spinout’s network as it engages with an increasing number of different actors. The model highlights how the elements and processes of TCDC unfold.

Development of a conceptual model for an information management system in spatial planning projects. Case study of making-city project

By facilitating robust communication channels and synchronizing the actions of all project participants and stakeholders, this model enhances collaboration, streamlines workflows, and fosters informed decision-making. Importantly, the adaptability and versatility of developed model ensure its applicability across various spatial planning initiatives, offering a scalable solution to address the evolving demands of urban development projects. Through a meticulous examination of real-world challenges and practical solutions, this article contributes to the advancement of information management practices in spatial planning, laying the groundwork for more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive urban development processes in today's dynamic landscape.

Analytics of AI-Driven B2B Marketing Excellence for Sustainable Firm Performance in the Digital Age: SEM Analysis

This study utilized Structural Equation Modeling to analyze B2B marketing excellence from 260 respondents across various B2B companies in Oman. The study uses a convenient sampling approach to explore the multifaceted relationship between AI-driven strategies and B2B marketing excellence for sustainable firm performance. Furthermore, Smart-PLS is leveraged for its adaptability in handling complex high-order SEM structures. The hypotheses suggest that AI-driven marketing excellence positively correlates with information management, integration, and implementation management systems. Through rigorous analysis, this research sheds light on AI's influence on B2B marketing dynamics, offering valuable policy implications and tangible outcomes for businesses navigating the digital age. The findings render the role AI's role in shaping the future of sustainable B2B marketing excellence.

E-Business and Digital Marketing: Integrating Management Information Systems for Competitive Advantage

This article discusses the integration of e-business and digital marketing with Management Information Systems (MIS) to gain competitive advantage. Using qualitative methods, literature studies and library research, this article analyzes various literature and case studies regarding the application of SIM in e-business and digital marketing strategies. This research found that integration between e-business, digital marketing, and MIS can increase operational efficiency, strengthen relationships with customers, and optimize data-based decision making. Additionally, this article identifies several challenges companies face in implementing this integration, such as technological complexity, the need for employee training, and adaptation to rapid market changes. The results of this research highlight the importance of utilizing digital technology and SIM in building responsive and innovative business strategies. These findings also show that companies that successfully integrate e-business and digital marketing with MIS tend to have a higher competitive advantage compared to those that do not. This article provides valuable insights for practitioners and historians on how to integrate MIS into e-business and digital marketing to achieve corporate strategic goals. Finally, this research contributes to the growing literature on the importance of information technology in supporting modern business strategy.

Application of Mobile Technology and Information Management in Emergency Pre- Examination and Triage

The primary objective of emergency pre-examination and triage is to provide the most appropriate clinical service to patients with acute and critical illnesses while ensuring the optimal utilization of limited medical resources. With the advancement of medical information technology, mobile technology, and information management, these features have been gradually incorporated into emergency pre-examination and triage and have shown promising outcomes. In this article, the benefits of implementing mobile technology and the current status of integrated information management to provide a reference for the future development and enhancement of emergency pre-examination and triage are reviewed.

The article examines the development and change of procedures and methods for managing state finances under the influence of the digital transformation of the economy. It is substantiated that the most important tool for improving the quality of public financial management in today’s realities is information technology, which allows one to automate the budget process, ensure the interaction of government agencies both among them-selves and with business and the population in real time, simulate economic models and make forecasts, which is a serious step forward towards financial stability and sustainability of the state. Examples are given confirming that the digital ecosystem makes it possible to unite all participants in the budget process into a sin-gle digital space at the stages of its planning, approval, execution, current and subsequent control. The main emphasis in the article is on the consideration of the advantages and opportunities provided by the State Inte-grated Information Management System by public finance “Electronic Budget”, as well as digitalization of tax payments administration.

Kesiapan Elemen Support, Capacity Dan Value Untuk Pengembangan E-Government Pada Aplikasi “Miton” Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Timor Tengah Utara Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur

This article aims to determine the extent of readiness for e-government development through the Online Integrated Information Management Application (Miton) in the Development Administration Section of the North Central Timor Regional Secretariat, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The problem focuses on 3 (three) important elements of e-Government Development, namely Support Elements, Capacity Elements, and Value Elements based on). To approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Indrajit, and an opinion from Indrajit (Indrajit 2016) was used. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively. This study concluded that the average level of readiness of 3 (three) elements of successful e-government development in the Miton application it is 75.5% with the details of each element being as follows: (1) Support Elements are ready at 78.59%, (2) Capacity Elements are ready at 70.75%, (3) Value Elements are ready at 70.75% 77.14 %

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Laporan Produksi Bulanan Berbasis PHP Dan MYSQL

Management information systems have an important role in a company. A good management information system will make it easier for information to be conveyed to recipients of information quickly and accurately so that it can support the activities being carried out by the company. Likewise with PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), especially in the production process department, by creating a monthly production report management information system, the aim is to develop an efficient and integrated management information system. This system was built using web-based technology, namely PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database management system. This system development method involves the stages of analyzing user needs, designing database structures, developing user interfaces, implementing functionality, and testing the system. By using the waterfall method, this research ensures that each development stage is carried out carefully and meets user needs. The results of implementing this system show a significant increase in the efficiency of monthly production report management in the production process department of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero).

Spatio-temporal information analytics based performance-driven industrial process monitoring framework with cloud–edge-device collaboration

Smart manufacturing in the context of Industry 4.0 presents new characteristics, such as large-scale, complex sub-processes cooperation, and integrated information management, which makes comprehensive performance-driven process monitoring difficult to be achieved in practice. Cloud–edge-device collaboration brings new perspectives for modern industries. This paper presents a performance-driven process monitoring framework in cloud–edge-device collaborative architecture, including a spatio-temporal information analytics based method and its application to a hot strip mill process (HSMP). Firstly, an integrated performance-driven process monitoring framework is proposed, where different monitoring tasks are deployed in the device, edge, and cloud layers, respectively. Secondly, a new performance-related spatio-temporal information analytics based fault detection and localization method is developed. In detail, temporal kernel canonical correlation analysis (CCA) is employed to extract the canonical correlation features with nonlinearities in the temporal domains, and spatial CCA is designed to form the spatial features. Based on the spatio-temporal features, the equipment operation condition monitoring model is developed in the device layer for real-time fault localization, and the process monitoring model is deployed in the edge for fault detection. Furthermore, to give a high-level evaluation of the operating status of the process, a qualitative trend analysis based operation risks evaluation model is deployed in the cloud. Different from the traditional architectures, the data processing capability of each layer is fully utilized in the proposed one, and the function is relevant to the enterprise management system. It provides a topological basis with clear priorities for subsequent process regulation and optimization. Finally, an actual HSMP is introduced to testify the performance of the framework. From the results, the fault detection rates are improved in comparison with traditional methods, and the fault localization results are consistent with the actual situations.

Совершенствование ИТ-архитектуры промышленного предприятия в эпоху цифровой трансформации

Industrial enterprises must continuously improve their integrated management information system (CIS), thereby IT architecture, due to the need to adequately respond to possible significant changes in their business in a competitive market due to various internal and external factors, especially in the modern era of increasing political and economic crises. Industrial enterprises must improve their IT architecture in accordance with planned changes in their business architecture and business strategy in accordance with their visions of the future world and their chosen mission, taking into account the preferences of their shareholders, as well as the dynamics of borrowed and own economic resources. Factors causing the need to improve the business architecture and, accordingly, the IT architecture of an organization include significant changes in the external (economic, political, natural, environmental and others) and internal environment (mergers and acquisitions, changesin mission, marketing, product, material and technical base, employees), including fundamentally new IT offerings on the market, significantly improving the quality of management and products, and employee pro- ductivity, especially in the era of general digitalization. Industrial enterprises, to automate their internal and external busi- ness processes, choose one of the following strategies to improve their IT architecture: adapt current business architecture and IT architecture to their target values; create an effective business architecture and an adequate IT architecture, taking into account the needs of their shareholders and other consumers; carry out optimization of business architecture and IT architecture within the framework of the selected mathematical model of the external environment and organization, with the aim of further development and achievement of the mission.

Integrated information management of supply chain in logistics parks based on the IoT

AbstractLogistics park is a strategic choice for the growth of logistics industry, and it needs to build a public platform for supply chain management (SCM) suitable for logistics parks. To solve the problems of poor adaptability, high investment risk, and incomplete functionality of the supply chain integrated information management (IM) platform in logistics parks, it is necessary to use Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve the supply chain integrated IM platform, improve the timely interaction of logistics information and reduce logistics costs. This article analyzed the factors that affect the integrated management of logistics park supply chain, analyzed the architecture of logistics park supply chain, integrated IM under the IoT, and implemented the platform architecture using relevant technologies. In the experiment, the resource allocation, resource scheduling, and resource monitoring effects of the supply chain integrated IM platform were analyzed. The results showed that the supply chain IM platform of logistics parks under the IoT has improved infrastructure by 0.14 compared to traditional platform, resource allocation by 0.16, logistics service level by 0.14, and industrial layout by 0.14. The IoT can effectively enhance the resource allocation and industrial layout rationality of logistics parks and has important significance in improving logistics information security and information exchange.

Stakeholders' Perspective on Building Integrated Social Protection System in Nepal

Following the inception of federalist structure, the three tiers of government is providing more than 80 social protection programmes in Nepal. The main purpose of this study is to assess the extent of coordination and integration of various programmes and provisions related to social protection, and to put forward better ways of coordination among them. This study adopted mixed method and partially applied the coordination toolkit developed by United Nations Development Group (UNDG) and ISPA. The study draws on analysis of available research, and in-depth interviews with concerned stakeholders using semi-structured questionnaires. Findings show that the involvement of multiple mechanisms and agencies for managing social protection schemes have created fragmentation, duplication, inefficiency, and ineffectiveness despite the fact that there is programme level vertical coordination within a single programme in some social protection schemes. There are a severe lack of horizontal coordination at the policy and operational level among programmes and mechanisms related to social protection. Implementation of international obligations, designing national policies and legal frameworks, establishing institutions, provisioning sustained funding mechanisms, generating political willpower, and using Integrated Management Information Systems (IMIS) are some strategies that can contribute to integration of the programmes. Moreover, it is very important to establish a single mechanism for coordinating the fragmented social protection activities for its sustainable implementation.

MEDICINES PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT AN ACADEMIC HOSPITAL IN YOGYAKARTA, INDONESIA: A QUALITATIVE STUDY

Inventory management remains a critical issue for hospital pharmacies. Thus, there is a need for pharmaceuticals to meet economic resources. Moreover, the decision to make drug requests available should be considered, and the complexity of the problem lies in the random nature of and the various constraints that must be considered in any decision. This study aimed to analyze drug management during the planning and procurement stages of medicine in a teaching hospital in Yogyakarta. The qualitative method was used to his type of research is descriptive-analytical with a case study design of one of the public, academic hospitals in the Yogyakarta area. Data collection was conducted through interviews using a content analysis approach. The analysis technique was carried out by reducing data, analyzing data, identifying themes, and extracting data interpretation with the help of NVIVO 12 software. Overall, interviews were conducted with six participants to obtain information on drug management during the planning and procurement stages in the hospital, following the standards of home pharmacy services. The stages also included budget allocation by volume of services, increasing the competence of human resources, which supports the improvement of drug management performance, implementation of e-prescribing to facilitate monitoring evaluation, and availability of complete standard operating procedures. However, the accuracy of drug planning still needs to be improved so that an integrated management information system can support optimal drug management in a teaching hospital pharmacy installation. Structure innovation of agricultural supply chain in china: from farmers’ perspective

Abstract There are three serious problems in the traditional agricultural supply chain structure in China, namely, the blockage of information channels and the poor transmission of information, the subordination of farmers and the low distribution of network profits, the unstable contract and the loose supply chain. Among them, the first problem is the core problem. This paper attempts to design an innovative ASC structure to solve these problems. Firstly, from the perspective of farmers, this paper analyzes the agricultural sustainable development of network embedding, and draws the following conclusions: with the increase and deepening of farmers’ network embedding relationship, farmers can obtain more effective information about the whole agricultural sustainable development, and finally improve their profit distribution ratio. But how to increase this network embedding relationship? To solve this problem, we introduce the platform theory and consider redesigning ASC by embedding the integrated management information platform (IMIP). Then, we made a mathematical analysis. Through the comparison of absolute value and relative value, we find that the innovative structure can not only increase the amount of effective information that farmers get from ASC, but also increase the total amount of information from all stakeholders and the proportion of farmers’ information in the total amount of ASC information. In view of this, we believe that the innovative structure of ASC can effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional ASC structure.

Research on Standardized Management of Basic Data Elements in Integrated Management Information System

In the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, Chinese public transportation and large-scale shopping malls, stations, airports in the construction promotion, start to use escalator in a large number, as a transportation vehicle of the new era construction development, although it has solved the problems of the human flow of the traditional urban construction and development, but also a lot of safety accidents have emerged. According to the practice investigation and research, there are many types of escalator safety accidents at home and abroad, which are reflected in the safety protection device, synchronous safety, brake safety and other aspects, which directly endanger people's life, property and health. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the theoretical research status of escalator technology, and according to the overall design of automatic safety performance detection of escalator, we propose an escalator braking performance test method, and then mainly study the safety and reliability of escalator equipment, in order to provide an effective basis for the construction and development of a new era.
