The Effect of Using Video Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Class IV Science and Science Subjects at SD Negeri 13 AIA Manyuruak South Solok

The problems found in the field were that some grade IV students at SD Negeri 13 Aia Manyuruak North Solok lacked focus on learning, and the teacher had not used instructional video media in the learning process in science subjects. This research was conducted to determine the effect of using instructional video media on science subjects in class IV SD. The research was carried out using a quasi-experimental quantitative method, using two classes consisting of 15 people in each class. Collecting data using tests in the form of objectives as many as 40 items. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity and t test. The research data obtained an average value of the experimental group of 82, higher than the average control group of 70.33. From the t-test analysis, it was obtained that -test > table = with a significant level of 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in the science subject of class IV SD Negeri 13 Aia Manyuruak North Solok

PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN MATERI PERUBAHAN MASYARAKAT INDONESIA PADA MASA PENJAJAHAN KELAS VIII TINGKAT SMP/MTS (Studi Penelitian MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, dan SMPI AL Khoiriyah Tulungagung)

This study develops instructional video media on the theme of Social Change during the colonial period for the second semester of grade VIII in social studies at the junior high school level. The research was conducted at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah. The development model used was Borg and Gall's ten-step model. The research subjects consisted of 34 students from MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, 31 students from SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and 16 students from SMPI Al Khoiriyah. The researchers collected data through observations and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative descriptive analysis and descriptive statistics. The validation results from media experts were 80%, subject matter experts 84.2%, and social studies teachers from the three schools: MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut 85.7%, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol 87.1%, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah 92.8%. The initial peer review obtained a score of 85%. A large-scale test was conducted in three schools based on student questionnaires. The Cronbach's alpha values ​​obtained for MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah were 0.925, 0.924, and 0.960, respectively, which exceeded the threshold of 0.6. Development of Learning Videos to Improve Students' Ability to Understand Mathematical Concepts on Polynomial Material

Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATERI MATEMATIKA EKONOMI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ETNOPEDAGOGI TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA

The purpose of this study was to find out that instructional video media with an Ethnopedagogical approach are valid and can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. Until now, students are still not optimal in their motivation and learning outcomes in economic mathematics. local wisdom values. This study uses research and development (Research and Development) methods with the ADDIE learning model which uses 5 stages using instruments, namely questionnaires and post tests in the form of answers to evaluation questions to find out from the media. The development procedures in this study include: (1) analysis of student needs, curriculum and materials, (2) Designing media designs, (3) Developing media designs, (4) Testing the feasibility of media designs, and (5) evaluating media designs, the research was conducted in the UPGRIS Semarang Mathematics Education Study Program and D4 Computerized Accounting Study Program at STEKOM Semarang University. Based on the validation results from the validator, the acquisition of a very good score from member learning media experts obtained 97.3%, learning material experts obtained 90%. The subjects in the study that collected data were 27 students from the experimental class and 27 students from the control class. While in the trial phase there were 28 students who had received economic mathematics material. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that instructional video media with an ethnopedagogical approach to motivation and learning outcomes of UPGRIS Mathematics Education students and D4 study program Computerized accounting at STEKOM Semarang university are valid, can increase learning motivation in the very good category, and can improve student learning outcomes

Analysis of the Use of Thematic Learning Video Media on the Learning Interest of Fifth-Grade Students at SDN Serang 10

This study discusses the use of thematic learning video media on the learning interest of fifth-grade students at SDN Serang 10. This research focuses on three things: planning in the use of thematic learning videos, implementation of thematic learning videos for fifth grade, and students' learning interests after using thematic learning video media. The method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. This research was carried out at SDN Serang 10 from April to June 2022, with 27 students in the fifth grade as the research subjects. This study’s results revealed that the planning of using instructional video media was good. Educators made their learning video media by improving their abilities, with three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. Then, implementing the use of learning video media was considered good and effective as a solution to the challenges of educators creating effective learning and realizing students' learning interests. Even though there were obstacles, educators tried to overcome them and find solutions so that learning could be carried out optimally. The instructional video media use also showed that students' learning interest was very good, assessed from the student learning interest questionnaire results with a score of 80.98%. Besides, interviews and observations uncovered a sense of pleasure, interest, attention, and involvement in learning activities. This implementation can be good practice for using media for elementary school teachers

Penggunaan Pengaruh Media Video Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Kelas X

This study aims to determine the effect of using instructional video media on the learning outcomes of high school students in class X on energy materials. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Beo. The research design used a pretest posttest control group design, with the research sample being the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was treated with learning using video while the control class did not use video. The instrument used in the study was a multiple-choice test. Based on descriptive statistical analysis, the average value of the control class was 6.48 and the average value of the experimental class was 7.86. Based on the results of the independent simple t-test, the value of -ttable > tcount then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using instructional video media on student learning outcomes. The use of learning video media has a good influence on student learning outcomes.

STUDY LITERATURE OF LEARNING VIDEO ON INCREASING MOTIVATION AND SCIENCE LEARNING OUTCOMES IN SMP STUDENTS ON ONLINE LEARNING

During this pandemic, schools must continue to run by continuing to carry out Distance Learning. Based on the results of interviews conducted with science teachers at Junior High School PAB 2 Helvetia, there is a problem, namely the decrease in motivation due to online learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of video learning on increasing the science learning motivation of junior high school students in online learning. The method used in this research is the method of literature study or literature study. This study examines 20 national and international science journals about the effect of instructional video media on increasing science learning motivation of junior high school students. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation techniques from national and international journals. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. From the results of research that examined 20 journals, it was found that there was an effect of learning videos on increasing motivation to learn science in junior high school students in online learning, where the existence of learning videos made students understand learning better because of the visual display so as to increase the ease of students in understanding science learning materials.

NEED ANALYSIS OF VIDEO MEDIA DEVELOPMENT PHYSICS LEARNING BASED ON SCIENCE PROCESS SKILLS ON HEAT MATERIAL

This study has the objectives of (1) knowing the constraints on students' understanding in learning physics, especially heat material since the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) see the science process skills in students; (3) describe things that need to be developed in learning media in physics learning; and (4) describes the analysis of the needs for developing learning media based on science process skills on the heat material in high school. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative research methods, by collecting information and data from written test results distributed online to class X students at SMAN 3 Murung. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique, from data collection conclusions can be obtained (1) There are obstacles experienced by students in understanding the material because the learning system is carried out online. (2) Students have the ability to apply science process skills. (3) Instructional video media need to be developed in physics learning, especially on heat material in order to encourage students to understand the material. (4) A total of 69.20% of students in understanding physics material find it difficult, 92.31% of students have known learning video media, and 92.31% of students stated that science process skills-based learning video media is needed in learning physics, especially heat material, so the media in the form of this learning video needs to be developed.

Pengaruh Penerapan Model Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbasis Video Pembelajaran terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Sma pada Materi Laju Reaksi

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the application of guided inquiry model based on video learning on improving student learning outcomes. (2) find out whether students' chemistry learning outcomes using instructional video media are higher than students' chemistry learning outcomes taught using powerpoint media. This research was conducted in November-December 2021 at SMA N 1 Sunggal involving experimental class I and experimental class II. The two classes were given different treatment, the experimental class I was given learning using a guided inquiry model and learning videos, the experimental class II was given learning using a guided inquiry model and powerpoint. This research is a quasi-experimental research design with the Nonequivalent control group design model. From the results of the study, the average pretest value of the experimental class I was 43.47 and the average value of the experimental class II was 43.19. After being given treatment, the two classes were then given a posttest to determine learning outcomes, the average posttest score for the experimental class I was 83.33 and the experimental class II was 79.16. The results showed that both classes experienced an increase in learning outcomes, the experimental class I experienced an increase in the value of 39.86 and the experimental class II by 35.19. The N-Gain data for the experimental class I was 71% and the experimental class II was 64%. It can be concluded that the guided inquiry model and learning video media can have an influence on student learning outcomes in the form of increasing learning outcomes.

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIS PESERTA DIDIK MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN PASCA COVID-19

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' mathematical understanding skills using instructional video media. This research was conducted at one SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Bintang, South Lampung 2021/2022. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII consisting of an experimental class and a control class, each of which was opened by 30 students. The samples were taken in this study using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in the form of pretest and posttest. Pretest and posttest were used to measure mathematical understanding ability. The results showed an increase in the mathematical understanding of the experimental class 81,187 and the control class 71,349 t test resulted in a value of sig (2-tailed ) = 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 was rejected so that the average score for increasing the understanding of mathematical concepts in the experimental class was better than the average score. control class improvement.

EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN PADA PEMBELAJARAN GEOGRAFI DI SMAN 1 RASAU JAYA

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using instructional video media in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental form. The data was collected by giving a test, in the form of a multiple choice written test, totaling 50 questions to the students of class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 3 as the control class of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya. Based on the results of the average post-test score of the experimental class of 62.83, while the post-test score of the control class was 53.66. From this data, it can be seen that there are differences in student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Judging from the different test results with tcount> table (3.074> 2.048) with a value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that there are differences in student learning outcomes. This shows that the effectiveness of using video media can improve student learning outcomes. THE EFFECT OF A VIDEO-AID CONTEXTUAL APPROACH TO THE EFFORTS OF IMPROVING THE ABILITY OF WRITING STORY TEXT IN CLASS IX JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS

The students' difficulties in understanding the material and the lack of interest in learning in learning to write short story texts were the background for this research to be conducted. A contextual approach assisted by instructional video media is used to overcome this problem. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an effect of using contextual approaches assisted by instructional videos on students' abilities in learning to write short story texts. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method using written test instruments as a tool to determine students' writing skills. Following are the results of the average score that students have at the time of the pretest getting 60.32 and the posttest getting 75.54, it can be seen that there is an increase in the value of 15.22 points. In line with the results of the paired sample test, which obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.005, it means that Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the use of a contextual approach assisted by instructional videos in learning to write short story texts can improve students' writing skills.

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DARING MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills in online learning by using instructional video media. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were students of class VIII in a private Junior High School in Bandar Lampung City. There are two classes in this study, namely the experimental class consisted of 33 students and the control class consisted of 33 students. The experimental class received online learning using instructional video media, while the control class used the method without giving intructional videos. The research instrument used a mathematical communication ability test. The results showed that the inprovement in mathematical communication skills in the experimental class was better than the control class

Learning Videos On Theme Of Our Friend's Environment, Sub-Theme Of Humans, And Elementary School Environment

Based on the problems found in the school where the researcher is known, the learning method used by the teacher is still predominantly using the lecture method, and the availability of media in schools is still very minimal. This study aims to create learning video product development for fifth-grade elementary school students and to develop learning videos for fifth-grade elementary school students whose validity has been tested. This research refers to the ADDIE development model procedure. The subjects of this study were material content experts, instructional design experts, instructional media experts, and fifth-grade elementary school students. The object of this research is the validity of the instructional videos. This study using a questionnaire method by providing assessment sheets to material content expert lecturers, learning design experts, instructional media experts, and fifth-grade elementary school students. The data used in this development research are qualitative and quantitative. The results of the validity test of the learning video obtained results: content experts obtained 93.33% results with very good qualifications, learning design experts obtained 89.09% results with good qualifications, learning media experts obtained 92.5% results with very good qualifications, and individual trials obtained a result of 98.6% with very good qualifications. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be stated that this instructional video media is suitable for use in the theme of our friend's environment, the human sub-theme, and the fifth-grade elementary school environment.

Penggunaan Media Video Pembelajaran Berbasis Kontekstual Pada Materi Fungi Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kelas X Di SMA NU Juntinyuat

The Contextual-based videos link material with concepts contained in real life. So, it produces learning that is appropriate to student context. Contextual learning emphasizes the process of full student involvement to be able to understand the material being studied and relate it to life situations. This study aims to determine the differences in the improvement of learning outcomes, learning activities, and student learning responses to the use of contextual-based instructional video media. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and a survey to respondents in the form of questionnaire questions on contextual-based learning video assessments. The research was conducted at SMA NU Juntinyuat. The design of this study was the Control Group Pretest-Posttest design. One group was given a treatment (experimental group) and the other was not treated (control group). The results showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class, (2) the average percentage of student learning activities increased to 92%. (3) The percentage of the average student response questionnaire as a whole is 83% with very strong criteria.

The Development of Pancasila Learning Video using Kinemaster Software for Vocational High School Students

The use of appropriate learning media in Pancasila and civics education subjects will convey various concepts and facts so that students can use and remember longer the teacher's material. This research aims to develop instructional video media to assist students in learning Pancasila and civic education subjects. This research is development research that adopts the development stages of ADDIE. The results showed that the learning videos developed were easy for students to use and had a very high level of attractiveness, and could improve student learning outcomes.

Video-based learning for “learning from home” solution in pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic forces the government, especially the Ministry of Education and Culture to implement the learning from the Home policy as an effort to implement social distancing as one of the health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. This policy directs teachers to be able to carry out online learning, one of which is by using instructional video media. With qualitative methods, this study examines relevant studies in order to determine the effectiveness level of using video as an online learning medium. Based on the results of the study conducted, it was found that video was a learning medium that was widely used by teachers. Learning videos make it easy for teachers to deliver the material. Furthermore, the teacher provides a formative test as a form of confirmation to students in understanding the material presented. It should be noted that the use of instructional videos that are used must be adjusted to the character of the learning material provided to students. Due to relatively difficult learning materials, instructional videos with the instructor’s views in the video can be a factor of misconceptions among students. Therefore it needs to be understood that the use of instructional videos on relatively difficult material should be applied with direct instruction by educators when watching the learning videos together. It is done as an effort to create an atmosphere of learning from home to be similar to learning at school as the teacher directs students from each material being conveyed.

USE OF LEARNING VIDEO MEDIA ON HUMAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUBTHEMA

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes and improve learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media. The method used is a quasi experiment, carried out on students of class VA and VB SDN Gegerbitung Sukabumi. The analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which includes a normality test, a homogeneity test, then a research hypothesis test is performed using the t test. The results showed that in the normality test both samples were normally distributed because of the L value ≤ Ltable. Then the homogeneity test obtained nilai2 count value of 0.26 ≤ 𝑥2table 3,841, then: There is an influence of learning outcomes of human and environmental subthemes through instructional video media obtained an average value of N-Gain 61 with completeness of learning outcomes 94.44%, and conventional media obtained an average value of 42 N-Gain with completeness learning outcomes 63.15%. And the results of testing the hypothesis states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount (5.29)> ttable (1.99346). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media.

Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi dengan Menggunakan Media Video Pembelajaran Pada SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya

Which has the characteristics that describe all of the information / data naturally / what it is, and the researcher as the primary instrument and attempting to solve or answer the problems encountered during the present situation. Data collection techniques in this study is testing and observation. Data analysis techniques of drawing this study using the percentage formula and individual classical completeness and N-gain formula.activity of students in cycle 1 to obtain an average score of 3.18 with both the criteria and the second cycle had a mean score average 3.75 with both criteria, thus the effort teachers to be active learners can be said to be successful. Based on the results of the study concluded that the learning outcomes of students after using the instructional video media also increased and a better understanding of the abilities active in the matter, where the initial test results in the classical percentage of 22% only 5 students who scored = 75 of the 23 participants learners. The results of tests on the first cycle in the classical percentage of 69% are 16 students who scored = 75 of 23 students means an increase between pre-test and the first cycle of 47%. There was an increase again in the second cycle the percentage increase in the classical learning outcomes by 100% or all students who scored = 75. Means that by using the medium of video learning can improve learning activity and improving student learning outcomes in class X-3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya.
