As a major of training data analysis talents, statistics is facing new requirements and challenges. To adapt to the development of the times, it is imperative to reform the talent training mode. Through the analysis of the present situation of the training mode of statistics specialty in colleges and universities, it is found that there are some problems in the current statistics specialty education, such as outdated curriculum system, weak teachers, and traditional teaching methods. Combined with the characteristics of the big data era and statistics majors in colleges and universities, some constructive suggestions are put forward to construct the training mode for innovative talents in statistics majors.

In response to social demands and the needs for developing an innovative country, fostering innovative talents in the field of biosciences has become a significant initiative supported by national policies and the needs from talent market. Taking the innovative talent training mode implemented by Zhejiang Normal University in the field of biological sciences as an example, this paper comprehensively introduces several key aspects of the mode. This includes establishing a mentorship system as the foundation, carrying out curriculum reform through project competitions and practical platforms, and promoting synergy among industry, academia, and research in talent training. This training mode has achieved positive results in practice, promoting the training of outstanding innovative talents in biological science majors, and may facilitate the reform of talent training in similar majors.

The optimization path of core literacy of innovative talents in universities based on the improved Markov model

Abstract As we enter the information technology era of the 21st century, universities are the main place for talent cultivation, but as an important part of higher Education, they are not sufficiently aware of innovative talent cultivation, and their own development is immature, which leads to the unsound innovative talent cultivation model. Therefore, in this paper, we use the Markov model-based test case generation technique to explore in depth the techniques of transfer probability acquisition, random selection, and adequacy determination and improve the Markov model with linear regression to further strengthen the robustness of the prediction algorithm, reduce the error of prediction and improve the accuracy of prediction. Through the processing of student data, the results show that the standard deviation of the improved Markov model is 0.06903 and the processing time is 87 seconds, the standard deviation of the original model is 0.07255 and the processing time is 133 seconds, and the larger the standard deviation of the experimental sample the less accurate the experiment is. The improved Markov model has a good experimental effect with little error, which can effectively optimize the training mode of innovative talents in universities.

Talent is one of the basic and strategic supports for building a modern socialist country in all aspects. Since the 1980s, the establishment of forensic medicine major and the cultivation of innovative talents in forensic medicine have become hot topics in higher education in forensic medicine. Over the past 43 years, the forensic medicine team of Shanxi Medical University has adhered to the joint education of public security and colleges, and made collaborative innovation, forming a training mode of "One Combination, Two Highlights, Three Combinations, Four in One" for innovative talents in forensic medicine. It has carried out "5+3/X" integrated reform, and formed a relatively complete talent training innovation mode and management system in teaching, scientific research, identification, major, discipline, team, platform and cultural construction. It has made a historic contribution to China's higher forensic education, accumulated valuable experience for the construction of first-class major and first-class discipline of forensic medicine, and provided strong support for the construction of the national new forensic talent training system. Why you leave and what can we do? The roles of job burnout and vocational skill in hotel internships

The study takes hotel interns in China as the research object and explores the influence mechanism of occupational stigma on hotel interns' turnover intention by introducing vocational skill and job burnout. After statistical analysis of questionnaire data by constructing SEM and calculating by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0, the study finds that the occupational stigma influences hotel interns' turnover intention through the mediating effect of job burnout. In addition, the vocational skill of hotel interns can negatively moderate the relationship between occupational stigma and job burnout, thus indirectly affecting the turnover intention of hotel interns. For the university, to help students establish correct major and professional view can effectively reverse graduates' negative stereotypes about the hotel job and establish industry confidence. On the other hand, the university also needs to establish a dynamic and innovative curriculum system and talent training mode based on the industry demand through school-enterprise cooperation to reduce the job burnout by improving their vocational skill. This study not only reveals one of the mechanisms of hotel interns’ turnover intention and career choice, but also provides management references for the training of hotel management professionals in universities and the retention of excellent talents in hospitality industry.

Practical teaching is becoming more and more important in the training of financial and business professionals. “Employment” in people’s livelihood has been identified as the main goal of government work. As the main source of economic restructuring, “mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship” has successfully integrated the spirit of innovation into all fields of society. Entrepreneurship has attracted the attention of the whole society. Evaluation Method of Rationality of Creative Genius Cultivation Pattern Based on a BP Neural Network.

In order to realize the evaluation of the rationality of an innovative talent training mode, an evaluation model of the rationality of the innovative talent training mode based on a BP neural network is proposed. On the basis of clarifying the principle of the BP neural network model, according to the method of parameter multisource control analysis, the multi-objective characteristic analysis of the rationality of the innovative talent training mode is realized to measure the difference and balance between the two variables of the rationality of the innovative talent training mode. A BP neural network algorithm is designed to find the best feature subset, and a feature sequence sampling and recombination model is constructed. With the rise of big data revolution, a new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) is gaining momentum and the AI era will come strongly. However, the accounting profession is also showing a booming trend in colleges and universities, which, as the main base of higher education talent training, also undertake a considerable part of the task of training accounting talents. As traditional accounting is gradually replaced, finance professionals are being forced to gradually change to management talents. In the information era, how to realize the transformation of talent cultivation mode of financial management professionals, how to use modern technology to realize the deep integration of AI and education teaching, and how to realize the innovation of intelligent classroom teaching mode are the challenges facing the innovation of applied talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities. The article combines the changes brought by AI to the accounting industry, analyzes the current situation of accounting talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities, sorts out the challenges brought by AI to college accounting talent cultivation, and proposes that the college accounting talent cultivation mode should be further improved in terms of talent cultivation structure, cultivation plan and goal, and cultivation ideas and methods. The experimental results show that the average application time of AI basic scheduling algorithm is 1.47 h shorter than that without AI basic scheduling algorithm, which can not only increase the total number of tasks in a planned and controlled way but also ensure the effective reduction of the whole task running time in the platform.
