Immersive technologies in the educational space

The article reveals the importance of digital technologies (virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality with the use of artificial intelligence) in the educational space of educational institutions, identifies the types and considers the advantages of virtual reality, shows the important role of augmented reality in the educational space of educational institutions; the most well-known means of digital technologies in the educational space of educational institutions are analyzed. The use of immersive technologies is presented as a tool to involve all students in the educational process, where digital technologies are used to personalize learning, a new innovative educational environment is created, motivation is increased, and for understanding reality, providing information, ease of its perception, new opportunities are being searched for the future specialist; The advantages of using immersive technologies in professional education are highlighted, the importance of artificial intelligence for higher education is shown, directions for using a chatbot are suggested. In the conditions of the real educational process, we conducted a study on the formation of students with a high level of competence in the use of digital immersive technologies in the educational space of higher education institutions.

Horizons architecture with virtual reality for complexity: Mixed methods

In the field of complexity, new methodologies emerge, such as horizon architecture, which help to focus solutions that can be integrated to foster innovation in university education. Technologies are also opening up opportunities for training, such as virtual and augmented reality. This article aims to answer the question: What innovations do postgraduate students perceive in environments using horizons architecture to integrate virtual reality? In this project's training experience for students, the horizons architecture strategy was implemented with virtual reality resources and emerging technologies. Mixed method with three instruments (two semi-structured questionnaires and one Likert scale) were applied to 99 postgraduate students in Humanities and Education. Virtual and augmented reality supported the distance education modalities and project presentations. The findings account for: (a) open and systemic innovation, (b) creation of new products and services, (c) the potential of horizons architecture strategy, (d) motivation boosted by virtual and augmented reality, and (e) critical aspects of integrating virtual and augmented reality (technical and academic). This study may be valuable to teachers, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers interested in innovative educational environments and technologies, especially those in graduate education.

Using Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools to Explain and Enhance Experiential Learning for Authentic Assessment

The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) requires innovative educational environments to leverage this technology effectively to address concerns like academic integrity, plagiarism, and others. Additionally, higher education needs effective pedagogies to achieve intended learning outcomes. This emphasizes the need to redesign active learning experiences in the GenAI era. Authentic assessment and experiential learning are two possible meaningful alternatives in this context. Accordingly, this article investigates how GenAI can enhance teaching and learning by constructively addressing study situations beyond conventional learning approaches and cultivating high-order skills and knowledge acquisition. This study employs thing ethnography to examine GenAI tools’ integration with authentic assessment and experiential learning and explore implementation alternatives. The results reveal insights into creating human-centered and GenAI-enhanced learning experiences within a constructive alignment. Specific examples are also provided to guide their implementation. Our contributions extend beyond the traditional use of GenAI tools as mere agents-to-write or agents-to-answer questions to become agents-to-support experiential learning for authentic assessment. These findings underscore the transformative role of GenAI tools in enhancing teaching and learning efficacy and effectiveness. The limitations in treating GenAI tools as subjects in thing ethnography are acknowledged, with potential for future implementation evaluation.

Innovative Methodologies and Approaches to Teaching with Artificial Intelligence in Ukrainian Higher Education

The aim of the research was to evaluate innovative methodology and approaches to teaching with AI in Ukrainian higher education and to outline the effective delivery practices. The research objectives were to explain AI-based teaching approaches and methods used in the Ukrainian institutions of higher education, to find the most effective teaching approaches and methods in the system of training of future specialists, and to develop the methodological recommendations for instructors involved in the training of future AI experts. Within the framework of the given research, a number of pedagogical articles and key documents devoted to the analysis of used artificial intelligence in teaching, and implementation of AI-based methodology were studied . Over 50 scientific that were published during the recent five years to understand the problem and to evaluate the improvements brought by AI were selected. A mixed methodology that combined descriptive, association, and intervention methods was applied. Descriptive methods included literature review, narrative, content analysis of educational and professional programs, as well as the phenomenological approach. Associational methods included predictive analysis aimed at forecasting of the probability of innovative methodology and approaches that impact the AI education. The intervention suggested using a survey and an assessment. The research included 42 instructors of Ukrainian institutions of higher education that were involved in the training of future AI experts. They represented graduating departments that were responsible for the development of educational and professional program, formulated the training objectives, and designed the conceptual framework for the creation of innovative educational environment with the use of AI. The research resulted in the development of methodical recommendations on using teaching methods and approaches in AI-powered higher education. The recommendations can be suggested by instructors at higher education institutions that are involved specifically in training future AI experts . Also, the recommendations are applicable for scientific and pedagogical stuff working on digitalisation of educational process.

Innovative educational environment of the university as a factor in the development of integrative and creative thinking of a multilingual person

Relevance. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need of modern society in specialists who are able to develop and improve their professional competence in accordance with the rapid and dynamic changes of society.Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine effective methods and approaches in the development of an integrative and creative style of thinking of students in higher educational institutions.Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis is the synthesis of qualitative methods of structural and functional analysis of innovative approaches in higher education, and an analytical investigation of the development of integrative and creative thinking style of multilingual students.Results. This study presents the results reflecting the problem of implementing innovative approaches in the educational process, their content, forms, and methods of teaching. The paper also reveals the issues of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of creative and integrative thinking styles of students. The data obtained reflect the problem of adaptive learning technologies in the educational system, in particular, its individualisation in accordance with the learning vector of a multilingual person. At the same time, the paper examines the features of motivation and cognitive activity of multilingual students, the development of their divergent thinking and non-standard approach to solving problems associated with their future professional activities. In addition, as part of the scientific research, an experiment was conducted on the effectiveness of introducing innovative methods into the educational process, and a model was developed for improving pedagogical approaches in working with multilingual individuals to ensure a purposeful process of developing integrative and creative thinking in them.

Development of managerial competencies of specialists of out-of-school education institutions by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance educational inclusive environment

Relevance. The relevance of the study is due to the need to introduce the concept of digital literacy as a relevant structural component of managerial competencies in the professional training of specialists of extracurricular education institutions in connection with the growing demand for distance learning format and the need for work skills in an innovative environment.Purpose. In this regard, this article aims to disclose the list of skills teachers of an after-school education institution should possess in the conditions of a distance educational inclusive environment. The set of skills presented in the study is complete, meets the criteria of a modern teacher, and also includes a method of assessing the management competencies of teachers.Methodology. The leading method for researching this problem is system analysis, which allowed us to investigate the concept of digital literacy of teachers and the influence of the level of digital literacy on the results of learning in a distance format. In addition, the following research methods were used: the process of comparison, logical analysis, methods of synthesis and deduction, the method of classification, as well as the analysis of scientific sources.Results. The article presents the results of the research in the form of a complex of inseparable and interconnected elements that convey the concept of managerial competencies of teachers in the era of digital technologies and include knowledge, skills, and the right attitude to the use of technology by teachers in five main areas, namely: information management, communication, content creation, security, and problem-solving.Conclusions. The materials presented in the article are a way of forming an innovative educational environment. They aim to create practical skills for specialists in extracurricular education institutions and representatives of the academic environment.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS WITH THROUGH OF MOOCs

The article defines the direction of professional training of future teachers who can dynamically respond to changes taking place in education. The development of innovations in the field of Education corresponds to the emergence and development of the innovation environment and methods of its management. The article examines the innovative educational environment, the educational space, the concepts of the innovation process, conducts a theoretical analysis of research and practices in the formation of the innovative environment in an educational organization, identifies the internal and external components of the educational environment. The problems of a systematic approach to the training of a teacher of vocational training in the context of information formation are considered in this article. The essence of the pedagogical system as the basics of improving the professional training of a teacher of vocational training is revealed. These processes are based on the content of technological support, including pedagogical technology. To solve the tasks and test the research hypothesis, the following methods were used: study and analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and methodological literature, legal documents; study and generalization of advanced pedagogical experience of teaching in pedagogical and classical universities; analysis of the content of mathematical and information technology disciplines within the framework of the studied problem; observation, modeling, questioning, expert assessment, pedagogical experiment, statistical processing of results.

INNOVATIVE APPROACHES OF NATURAL SCIENTIFIC TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The presented article analyzes and characterizes innovative approaches to the natural science training of future physical education teachers. Modernization of education prioritizes the formation of a specialist of high quality and competence, capable of innovative search for ways of self-realization in the conditions of continuous integra- tion of Ukraine into the European educational space. Strengthening the health potential of youth, providing a differentiated approach to groups of children of different ages, fore- casting their needs and motivation for physical development and self-improvement de- pends on the physical culture specialist.We have developed an integrated system of medical and biological education to im- prove the quality and competitiveness of a physical culture specialist in the labor market. Thus, we made an attempt to construct the content of integrated natural science educa- tional disciplines and built an end-to-end logical-didactic structure, updating knowledge in accordance with the new achievements of the disciplines of the natural science cycle; strengthening the relationship between fundamentality and professional orientation of education; ensuring variability and alternative, humanization and democratization of the educational process; improvement of natural science education and establishment of a close connection with sports and specialized training. In this study, the main directions, factors, indicators and criteria for the intensification of student learning with the use of innovative and information and communication technologies were identified.The modernizing ideas of the philosophical interpretation of human value are at the basis of this research, the humanitarian significance of natural scientific knowledge is actualized, which opens up wide possibilities of interdisciplinary and transsubjective integration for use in the process of training modern specialists and achieving high sports results. We have proven the effectiveness of scientific competence, which is ensured by creating an innovative educational environment characterized by openness and autonomy, information saturation and integrability, flexibility and synchronization, multi-vector and creativity. Thanks to the use of innovative approaches in the training of future teachers of physical education, cognitive activity increases, creative thinking and professionalism develop, innovative technologies of physical education are much better assimilated, and most importantly, the mastering of the professional competencies of pedagogues-scientists, pedagogues-innovators takes place. We have proven that the concept of training physical culture specialists of a new type requires mastering an end- to-end multivariate cycle of creative work, from the search for new principles and ideas to the development and implementation of new technologies based on the maximum automation of information processing processes and their practical implementation.We recommend that when planning the educational process in higher education institutions of the physical culture profile, clearly choose and take into account the relationships with previous and subsequent disciplines, adjust the content of the disciplines being studied in order to prevent duplication of educational material. The integrative approach is the most predictable and necessary, we will see the solution to the problem of integration in a close combination of natural science and sports-specialized training. Natural science disciplines in general should include professionally oriented knowledge, peculiarities of teaching and education methods. With such an approach, the assimilation of professionally oriented disciplines takes place through the principle of connecting theory with practice, thus actualizing knowledge and forming skills in professional and pedagogical activities.

MODELING AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION FLOWS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF MEDICAL STUDENTS USING MIND MAPS

The fundamental principle of medical education today should be the formation of a highly qualified competitive medical professional who can conduct innovative activities and has the skills of continuous professional development, as well as increasing the transparency and clarity of the educational process for students and building confidence in achieving effective results. The creation of a modern innovative educational environment involves ensuring optimal conditions for the development and self-development of a student, which can be created, among other things, through the use of modern digital resources by both lecturers and students. Thus, the task of digitalizing the educational process of medical students is currently relevant. The purpose of this study is to model and process the information flows of the educational process of medical students.
 Digitalization and visualization of the educational process at the Department of Histology of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University (Vinnytsya, Ukraine) by developing mind maps revolutionizes education, improves the teaching process, significantly increases the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the educational process through the development of cognitive, productive, reproductive thinking in students, compliance with the intellectual capabilities of higher education students, increasing the level of involvement of students, developing digital competence in students, and so on.
 The modeling and processing of information flows of the educational process of medical students has shown that students' knowledge is largely determined by the characteristics of information sources, and in order to maximize the coincidence of information flows of information sources and information flows learned by students, it is worthwhile and expedient to digitalize and visualize educational content using mind maps. It has been empirically confirmed that the use of mind maps in the study of the educational component "Histology" has increased the coincidence of information flows of information sources and information flows learned by students from one quarter to three quarters.

Gender‐based learning and behavioural differences in an educational social media platform

AbstractBackgroundGender differences in the use of educational environments and social media platforms have been a topic of interest in research. Several studies have examined the disparities between female and male participants in terms of participation, engagement, and motivations in either educational or social media platforms. On this end, this study proceeds to explore gender disparities in an innovative educational environment that sees the incorporation of an educational component within a simulated social media environment.ObjectivesDriven by a dual objective, this study aims to first investigate the impact of gender on skills development in an educational social media platform, and second, to explore the behavioural differences between female and male adolescents social interactions within the platform.MethodsThe study involved 142 high school students in Barcelona and utilised an ad‐hoc questionnaire to assess students' skills. To explore students' behaviour within the platform, actions such as likes, comments, publishing, visiting profiles, and viewing images, were recorded using the Experience API.Results and ConclusionsOur study's findings indicate that both female and male students benefited from the intervention implemented within the educational social media platform. Moreover, the results revealed distinct interaction patterns between female and male participants. These findings provide valuable insights into how adolescents of different genders interact within an educational social media platform. Additionally, the design principles outlined in this study can inform the development of future educational social media interventions that effectively engage the preferences of both genders.

Innovative Learning Technologies for Future Elementary School Teachers in the Context of Neuropedagogy

The article reveals the study of current pedagogy of the essence of the concept of neuropedagogy, opens up the possibility of a new perspective on the pedagogical process, in particular, on the use of innovative technologies of teaching future elementary school teachers in the context of neuropedagogy. The topic is very relevant, as it allows to obtain scientific knowledge about the peculiarities of individual personal development and the impact of the development of psycho-cognitive processes on student learning. The objectives and content of the application of the neuropedagogical approach in the process of learning innovative technologies for future elementary school teachers in the context of neuropedagogy are characterized. The results of our analysis show that neuropedagogy is still not a universally recognized science, but part of the world scientific society has already begun to work in this direction. Scientific works in this field point to the profound potential of neuropedagogy as a future science for creating a favorable environment for learning and application of knowledge. The article shows the role of neuropedagogy in the complex educational system of innovative education and training of students on the basis of achievements of neuroscience; defines the importance of brain organization of cognitive processes of different activities; presents a differentiated approach to learning activities - the most important neuropedagogical factor of successful design of innovative lesson and the effectiveness of innovative educational environment of the university in forming innovative learning technologies of future teachers of elementary school.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM MILITARY SERVANTS IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSFORMATION SYSTEMS OF MILITARY EDUCATION

The article reveals the essence of the transformation of the military education system according to international standards. It was revealed that it should become the basis for improving the quality of training of military specialists, ensuring national interests and strengthening the country's defense capabilities. It was found that the problems of public administration in the defense sphere, the functioning of the higher education system were studied by domestic scientists, but in the context of the transformation of the military education system, the issue of improving the system of professional training of military personnel based on international standards requires consideration. Improving the system of professional training of military personnel is a complex and multifaceted process, important for ensuring the effective work of military units and the security of the country as a whole, which requires the joint efforts of military commands, scientists and specialists in the field of education. It was determined that efforts should be directed to the creation of an innovative educational environment that will contribute to the maximum disclosure of the internal capabilities of cadets, trainees and students. As a result of the professional training of servicemen, it is expected that they will develop the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform combat tasks. The implementation of innovative teaching methods can be aimed at solving these problems. It was concluded that in connection with changes in the modern military sphere, the system of professional training of military personnel needs constant improvement. The main task of which is the development of military personnel necessary competencies for the effective performance of their duties. Among the areas of improvement of the professional training system, it is important to review teaching methods and introduce innovations into the education system. One of these innovative methods is the after-action review (AAR) method. It allows you to analyze and evaluate the results of military operations, identify errors and shortcomings in military training, and develop new strategies and tactics for further work.

INNOVATION WORK BEHAVIOR: NEW MODEL TO SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION

This study aims to explore Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) within the educational context, focusing on the contributions of individuals and organizations to the innovation processes within educational institutions. In the face of the complex dynamics heightened by the challenges of the pandemic, the role of innovation has become increasingly crucial to ensure the quality of learning and the achievement of high educational standards. Educators, as primary subjects in this context, are expected to cultivate creative thinking abilities, explore emerging technologies, and advocate for innovative ideas to drive positive change in the education sector. The recent model proposed by Demircioglu et al underscores the critical role of network behavior in shaping IWB, emphasizing the significance of an innovative climate and knowledge sharing as key factors stimulating IWB. The research methodology involves a comprehensive and integrative literature review, providing an in-depth analysis of relevant literature. The study concludes by highlighting the necessity of collaboration among governments, school administrators, educators, educational staff, and the community to create an innovative and responsive educational environment.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION IN A NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY IN RUSSIA: IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

The article discusses the experience of organizing foreign language education in a non-linguistic Russian university. The author draws attention to the signifi cance of the influence of current socio-economic, political, methodological and individual factors on the pedagogical system under study. Key factors include integration processes, social and academic mobility, digitalization of various spheres of life, and the demand for English in society. The key changes in its structural components are described: target, content and technological. There is a differentiation of the goals of foreign language education at the bachelor’s and specialty/master’s levels, which require not only mastering the ability for oral and written foreign language communication, but also the ability to apply modern communication technologies in the target language. The modern educational space, which predetermines greater subjectivity of the student, and a clearer differentiation of goals and results determine the task of studying the claims, expectations and needs of foreign language students in a non-linguistic university, as well as updating the content of foreign language education in order to ensure that students can acquire personal experience in their future professional fi eld , and life activity in general. One of the innovative tasks of university foreign language teachers is the design and implementation of an interactive innovative educational environment. At the same time, it is necessary to recognize the need to study the didactic possibilities of interaction in the educational process with artifi cial intelligence. The results of the analysis of the presented experience made it possible to identify the specifi cs of the current state of the foreign language education system in a non-linguistic university and to identify promising directions for its further study in order to fi nd effective ways of management and timely transformation.

RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL APPROBATION OF PEDAGOGICAL TERMS FOR THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN THE INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE LYCEUM

The study reveals the problem of the formation of leadership skills in students of general secondary education institutions. The article aims to investigate the technique of formation of students’ leadership skills in the innovative educational environment of the lyceum. The research used both theoretical methods (analysis, generalization, modelling and design), and empirical methods, among which the pedagogical experiment was the leading one. It has been found that leadership skills are essentially a set of stable personality characteristics that ensure the effectiveness of activities and aid in taking the position of a leader in a group, are manifested in organizational skills, and can significantly influence the behaviour and mood of people, allow being an example for imitation. Leadership skills of students of general secondary education institutions are presented as a system of four groups – personal, cognitive, social and civic skills. The criteria for the formation of students’ leadership skills have been identified, among which are motivational, cognitive, activity-based and evaluative-reflective ones. During the diagnostic experiment the lack of students’ leadership skills according to certain components and criteria was recorded. It has been emphasized that removing the causes and difficulties in the formation of students’ leadership skills is possible if certain pedagogical terms are observed. These are the following: the development of student’s motivation for the formation of leadership skills; the shaping of an educational environment focused on the formation of students’ leadership skills; the creation of educational and methodical support for the formation of leadership skills; elaboration of the school’s partnership with stakeholders. The content of the research-experimental approbation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of students’ leadership skills was disclosed. The substance of the complex technique, which ensured the creation in the educational process of the lyceum of certain pedagogical terms for the formation of leadership skills in students, was outlined. The complex technique was implemented throughout the motivational-preparatory, developmental, formative, and control-corrective stages. In consequence of the approbation, pedagogical terms and tools for the leadership skills formation in students have been developed and implemented, namely: information, computer and Internet technologies, cases, projects, test methods, portfolios, business games, role-playing, situational and simulation games, brainstorming, interactive methods, student self-government, briefing, debate; the concept of an educational and developmental environment focused on the formation of students’ leadership skills; forms of work to shape leadership skills in students: thematic lessons, training, virtual and thematic excursions, club work, electives, senior school leaders’ summit, round table, charity events, volunteer work; methodical support for the formation of teachers’ readiness to educate students’ leadership qualities: training classes “7 habits of highly effective people”, training session “Formation of leadership skills” (12 hours); methods of stimulating students to leadership and leadership behaviour via educational situations (cognitive, evaluative, and alternative ones), technologies for creating a situation of success, project activities; a package of methodical support to assist teachers, parents and the public in the formation of leadership qualities in students. Based on the results of qualitative, quantitative and statistical analysis, the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical terms for the formation of leadership skills in students in the innovative environment of the lyceum has been proven.

Activities of Public Libraries in the Conditions of Transformations Caused by the Full-Scale Russian Military Aggression

The purpose of the article is to investigate and highlight the activities of public libraries, modern multimedia library spaces in the conditions of digitisation and adaptation of society to today's requirements. The research methodology is based on the application of general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, system and socio-communicative approach. Scientific novelty lies in the study of the activities of public libraries and expanding their functionality in providing services in conditions of transformation and adaptation, responding to new challenges facing society and the state as a whole. The process of social and communicative interaction between libraries, modern multimedia spaces, and users in the present-day conditions is revealed. Conclusions. In the conditions of martial law, libraries are organically woven into the information society and its activities as social institutions. In accordance with the process of transformations, purpose, functions, and tasks that form a new public image, libraries have become providers of information and cultural and educational services with quality content for comprehensive development of society at the state and world levels. The system of library institutions of Ukraine forms an intelligent, intellectual, creative, cultural society, introducing the latest services into its activities, using new information resources, disseminating objective information, counteracting manipulation and information warfare. Libraries are powerful socio-cultural, scientific and information centres that have become the foundation of society's information base, an important social tool for the further development of informatisation and ensuring access to all categories of users to information resources, technologies, education, and culture for growth and self-improvement. From the point of view of modern trends, in the conditions of martial law, we are convinced of the powerful capabilities and resources of libraries to meet the educational, informational, communication, cultural and leisure needs of users. Justification of criterias selection for supporting decision-making in urban planning zoning of territories based on the concept of sustainable development

The purpose of this study was to determine the key indicators for assessing the sustainable development of the university campus when choosing its spatial organization and functional planning. Questionnaires are formulated for quantitative and qualitative expert assessment of existing university territories to determine the best option for the interaction of the city with the functional zones of the campus. The main options for the transformation of the university and its adjacent territory are proposed. The main advantages and disadvantages of each of the variants of the spatial organization of the campus are determined. A roadmap has been formed to make a decision for the urban planning placement of an innovative educational environment.

PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SAFE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCES

The article examines ways to increase the awareness of future teachers in the issues of safe behavior of participants in the educational process in educational institutions and their ability to predict and choose adequate methods of action in case of dangerous situations. It has been established that the analysis of normative legal acts enables future teachers to plan activities related to the implementation of quality education, prevention and timely corrections in educational activities in cases of emergency situations. It is well-founded that the subject of educational classes in professionally oriented disciplines (lectures, practical, individual, seminar classes and consultations) should provide students with knowledge of emotional, psychophysiological, spiritual and moral health of participants in the educational process. The necessity of forming mutual personal feelings towards students in future teachers in combination with acquiring the ability to fulfill regulatory and legal requirements regarding their own professional and pedagogical activity has been updated. It is recommended that, during the preparation of future teachers to create a safe educational environment in classes in professionally oriented disciplines, consider the issue of mastering the pedagogical impact of stressful tactics on the child's health, methods of creating psycho-emotional comfort of students in learning, prevention of neuroses, peculiarities of communication with children with neuropsychological disorders, overcoming the child's anxiety, tactics of psychological and pedagogical support, methods and techniques of psychological and pedagogical correction of the conditions of participants in the educational process. Training of future teachers to organize the safe life of students in educational institutions is connected with the creation of a motivational and innovative educational environment by acquiring knowledge on the formation of safe behavior of students by means of pedagogical innovations (studying in small groups, working in pairs, etc.) and intensifying the accumulation of knowledge by students.

FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF FUTURE HEADS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES

The article deals with the problems of forming the professional readiness of future heads of preschool education institutions for managerial activities in the context of their professional training. The structural components of the professional readiness of future heads of preschool education institutions for managerial activities are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the actualization of the innovative potential of future heads of preschool education institutions, their creative attitude to successful management activities.Attention is focused on creating a favorable innovative educational environment in a higher education institution for the formation of managerial professional skills. The definitions of the concepts of “readiness” and “professional readiness” are characterized. The significance of the competence approach in the formation of professional readiness of future managers of preschool education institutions for management activities is actualized.

Innovative culture of a teacher of a teaching of higher education: theoretical-methodological and empirical aspects

The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of formation of innovative culture of a teacher of a pedagogical institution of higher education. the innovative culture of the teacher is considered as a scientific phenomenon, as well as a component of professionalism and a factor in improving the educational process.The purpose of the article is to summarize the results of theoretical research into the essence of innovative culture, the relationship between this phenomenon and the concepts of innovative pedagogical activity, components of professional pedagogical activity and their formation in the process of professional training in the conditions of a pedagogical institution of higher education. The logical relationship between the realization of material and spiritual culture in the innovative activity of an individual is presented. The peculiarity of the formation of an innovative culture in the process of professional pedagogical activity in the conditions of an innovative educational environment is illustrated. The essence of the innovative culture phenomenon is revealed on the basis of axiological and structural-functional approaches and its components are determined. The main factors that determine the formation of the need for the innovative orientation of the teacher’s pedagogical activity in the modern conditions of educational activity in the institution of higher education are revealed. Evaluation criteria were formulated and an empirical study was carried out to determine the levels of formation of innovative culture among teachers of a pedagogical institution of higher education, and the characteristics of individual groups of teachers according to the determined levels were presented. Based on the analysis of the pedagogical characteristics of certain groups of scientific and pedagogical workers, the peculiarities of their atitude to perception, understanding, creation and application of innovations in the educational process were characterized: from active-positive to passive-negative. The key competencies of a modern teacher and their selection criteria are defined, which determine the ability to engage in innovative pedagogical actvity and ensure the effective performance of pedagogical functions and tasks in accordance with the content of the formed innovative culture. According to the results of the conducted research, the conclusions were made that the innovative culture of the teacher is an integrated component of the professionalism of the pedagogical worker at the personal and professional levels. The formation of the teacher’s innovative culture determines the effectiveness and quality of pedagogical activity in the context of the development of the innovative educational environment of the institution of higher education.
