TYPES OF INNOVATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The work is devoted to the study of the main types of innovations in the sphere of higher education. The following types of innovations are considered: innovations of technological and organizational type; innovations of educational and pedagogical type; innovations of structural and pedagogical type; innovations of economic and market type. Also analyzed innovative information technologies, information and innovation management, as well as innovative marketing are widely used in the management of innovative activities in education. They are combined into a group of means and tools for managing innovative activities in education. They can occur in almost all types of innovations in the education system, which can lead to innovative changes to achieve new quantitative and qualitative education parameters. The analysis in the article of some types of innovations in the higher education system shows that they can lead to innovative changes. These are organizational-type innovations in the field of higher education; educational and pedagogical innovations in the higher education system; means and tools for managing innovative activities in education; innovations to solve problems of forced or emergency distance learning, etc. Also are important innovations in higher education related to the protection of life on Earth (environmental, resource-saving and alternative fuels, food security, health care, population control, etc.), as well as new types of innovations in higher education and science caused by global changes, extraordinary and force majeure circumstances. The authors argue that the prospect of building a knowledge society with an innovation-oriented type of economy in any country requires a profound reform of the national economy humanitarian sphere, innovative development of higher education system, science and scientific-technology activity. This should be done on the basis of reasonable combination of the best foreign experience with national traditions. The results of the research can be useful both for specialists in the field of higher education and science, as well as for students, postgraduates, and researchers in the field of innovative activity and innovative development.

INNOVATION OF THE MULTICULTURAL BASED BOARDING SCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM

The innovation of the education system in Islamic boarding schools must be carried out with the aim of finding new breakthroughs in its development, so that it is hoped that there will be new findings that can give any changes in the Islamic boarding school education system. In its way, Islamic boarding school education runs dynamically in forming a multicultural community that is socio anthropologically stated as Islamic boarding school society. This is shown by the two main functions of Islamic boarding school . The first one is as an educational institution with an educational system and typical teaching learning pattern. The second one is Islamic boarding school always internalizes Islamic values in the middle of the Islamic boarding community as well as the community in general. In this case , Islamic values that are accordance with multicultural values.Multicultural education encourages educational institutions to play a role in instilling awareness in a pluralistic society and developing an attitude of tasamuh tolerance to create cooperation with all the difference that exist . Multicultural based Islamic boarding school education is a progressive approach to transform education that holistically provides critics and shows the weaknesses of failure and discrimination in the world of education. Innovation steps taken by Islamic boarding schools in responding  to the dynamics of education in Indonesia, students have a formal education diploma in addition to maintain their existence as traditional educational institutions. This then makes Islamic boarding schools innovate in their policies and education systems.This research is located in two places, namely Islamic boarding school Tebuireng Jombang and Islamic boarding school Sirojul Ulum Kediri. This study aims to describe, analyze, and interpret (a) The types of innovations in the multicultural Islamic education system in the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school in Jombang and the Sirojul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Kediri. (b)The process of innovation in the multicultural Islamic education system at the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school in Jombang and the Sirojul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Kediri (c) the results of the innovation of the multicultural Islamic education system at the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school in Jombang and the sirojul ulum islamic boarding school in Kediri.The type of research used is a qualitative with a case study research approach, data collection techniques use three ways, namely observation, interview, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed by condensing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions or verification. While the source of data in this study :  the caretaker of the boarding school, the administrator of the foundation, the head of teacher unit ,ustadz.The results of the study show that: The innovation of a multicultural – based education system is seen in :  (a) the form of the salafiyah madrasah education unit (b) form of education unit madrasah diniyah (C) madrasah nidzomiyah (d) form of education unit tahfidzul quran (e) form of formal education unit consist of : (1) Islamic junior high school A and Islamic junior high school B (2) Islamic junior high school salafiyah syafiiyah (MASS) : (3) Islamic senior high school salafiyah syafiiyah (MASS) : (4) (Junior high school) and (senior high school )A Wahid Hasyim : (5) Transeins senior high school (6) Islamic Muallimin Hasyim Asy’ari. (f) the form of a higher education unit consisting of : (1) Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari : (2) University of Hasyim Asy’ari .The innovation process of a multicultural based education system includes : (a) the need of the problem (b) development (c) teaching methods. The results of the innovation of a multicultural based education system are revealed in educational institutions under the auspices of Islamic boarding schools which includes : (a) tafaquh fiddin (b) mujtahid (c) proficient in Arabic (d) intellectual intelligence, social, skill, and spiritual ( e ) academic ability  ( f) ahlaqul karimah (g) Muallim.The Islamic boarding school education system is actually full of multicultural life contained in it because the teachings of islam itself are very compatible with multicultural values.  Therefore it is necessary to explore (observe) all matters related to the boarding school education system to heal an open attitude that can adapt at any time to change  times. Research on Optimization and Application of University Student Development and Management Strategy Driven by Multidimensional Big Data

Under the background in the era of big data, Internet and mobile intelligent terminal has great popularity in colleges and universities, especially in the digital library, the official platform construction, and is widely used in Internet multimedia technology in college classroom, although for college students and the teacher provides vast amounts of information data, exploring the college students’ horizons, enriching the students’ knowledge structure. But the explosive growth of data and information security threat to the development of college students management work still bring the severe test of this; education workers in colleges and universities should comply with the development of The Times, the big data organic blend in the current education system, and the specific practice of education, for modern education practice and college students’ all-round development’s age characteristic new development mode and effective way. Innovations in Education System: Management, Financial Regulation and Influence on the Pedagogical Process

The article aims to develop recommendations for improving universities' innovation management, their financial regulation and influence on the pedagogical process. The authors examined the essence of innovation and innovation in the education system, clearly presented their classification and methods of modernization, analyzed modern problems of management and financing of innovation in education. The authors contributed to managing innovation processes in the education system and improved the generalized model of the innovation process in the education system. As an improvement in the foundations of innovation management, the authors proposed the joint influence of the laws of the course of innovation processes, principles, stages, and functions of innovative processes that determine the direction of management activities at all stages. To improve financing by innovation, the authors empirically determined which tools are the most effective and efficient. The authors used the methods of expert assessments to present their proposals visually. At the same time, the authors emphasize the importance of using the synergistic effect here, too. The rest of the instruments will only enhance the effectiveness of the priority instrument for financing innovations in the education system. The systematic use of other tools is no less compelling. The proposed ways of improvement will allow universities to manage innovations and their financing more effectively.

Application of Information Technology in Optimizing the Governance of Basic Education Groups

Running schools by forming basic education groups is an important measure for the reform and innovation of education system in China. A basic education group is a collection of schools, and its internal governance is very important for the smooth operation and performance improvement of the group. Nowadays, the highly developed information technology has provided a powerful tool for optimizing the governance of basic education groups, however, the relevant research on the application of information technology in optimizing the governance of basic education groups is very insufficient. For this reason, this paper sorted out the problems existing in the governance of basic education groups; then, from the perspective of industrial organization, the paper analyzed the mechanisms to optimize the governance of basic education groups, and proposed a few ideas for applying information technology to optimize the governance of basic education groups.

The author points on necessity of transformation from dominating traditional knowledge sharing and conventional education system to the innovative one. Innovative education system is considered as a factor driving competitiveness of modern economy and sustaining its long-term development. The author indicates on different measures that can contribute to building up innovative education environment in high schools of Kazakhstan.

Human Resource Development for Knowledge-based Society and Challenges of Nagoya University

Innovation in the previous century resulted in development of useful products ranging from automobiles and aircraft to cellular phones. However, the innovation and development of science and technology have changed the society and brought about negative issues. The issues emerged in the previous century remain in the excessive forms in the 21st century. The 21st century is seeing the rise of knowledge-based society, and paradigm shift is now going on. Human resources of university for creation of innovation are being called on to contribute to solving issues. Young people who pass through a doctor program must play a role as an innovator who can promote the paradigm shift. However, the higher education system of the universities in Japan is now required to be changed to dissolve the mismatch on the doctor program with industries, government and students. The discussion in the Business-University Forum of Japan for innovation of education system and a few challenges of the Nagoya University are introduced in this paper.
