Analisis Ketercapaian Standar Sarana dan Prasarana pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Bekasi

This article aims to determine the achievement of educational facilities and infrastructure standards at SMP ISLAM AL-AMIN Cikarang Bekasi. This research is qualitative research: Case Study by collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the achievement of standard facilities and infrastructure at SMP ISLAM AL-AMIN Cikarang Bekasi amounted to 92.5% when compared with the entire maximum score that should be achieved in the form of standard facilities and infrastructure. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have not been optimally achieved, especially indicators of providing guidance and counseling space, UKS and laboratories. Although it feels good, but empowerment, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in schools must be improved. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction of community expectations. Keywords: Profile of indicators achievement, Standard of facilities & infrastructure.

Optimization of Airport Capacity Efficiency by Selecting Optimal Aircraft and Airline Business Model

This paper analyses the impact of airline business models on airport infrastructure and operational capacity and answers the question how to optimize capacity in order to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability as well as how to maintain an adequate level of service quality. As part of the research, a new model was created as an integral part of the Airport Management Strategy Software (AMSS) application. The purpose of the application is to enable the airport management to review and optimize operations in terms of maximum technical and technological capacity utilization. In addition, the application can be used to fill the available slots according to the specifics of the airline’s business model without compromising the security, flexibility, and profitability of airport operations. The validation of the application was conducted at Zagreb Airport, which generated traffic of 3.4 million passengers in 2019. The result of the research is a model which, based on the calculation of the existing capacity of the airport infrastructure and ground handling equipment, enables the simulation of new airline business models and aircraft type implementation. Furthermore, the model also analyses their impact on the utilization of the airport infrastructure and equipment. The research demonstrated the interdependence between airport capacity optimization and optimal slot allocation, and the specifics of airline business models and aircraft types in their fleets. By adopting this model, airport managers can prevent mistakes that arise during negotiations with airlines, which can result in the under capacity of the infrastructure, equipment, and human resources as well as cause lower levels of security, numerous delays, reduced quality of service and, ultimately, negative financial effects.

EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN LABORATORIUM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI TATA KECANTIKAN KULIT MAHASISWA PRODI TATA RIAS UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of laboratory utilization from the standpoint of planning, implementation, and evaluation which used CIPP (context, input, process, product) model in the management of the Beauty Education Study Program at State University of Medan. Research model using qualitative approach to evaluation the facilities and infrastructure, utilization, and the involvement of students, head of laboratory, laboratory assistants, and lecturers of facial care courses with facial electric technology which influence the student’s practical competency with data collected by interviews and documentation on 60 students of third semester in the practical of facial electric treatment courses because it had homogeneous characteristics and capabilities. Data analysis techniques used is descriptive analysis and the results of this study indicate that the tendency of laboratory utilization 31.67% are sufficient, laboratory facilities and infrastructure 33.33% are sufficient, laboratory utilization in practical implementation 33.33% are sufficient, the competence of students 33.33% are less. There is a positive relationship between the variable’s utilization of laboratory, laboratory facilities and infrastructure and the practical implementation of the students’ competencies generated by the value of α = 0.00. It means the availability of facilities and adequate practical implementation can improve cognitive, psychomotor and affective competencies of student.

Power‐to‐Gas: CO2 Methanation Concepts for SNG Production at the Engler‐Bunte‐Institut

AbstractPower‐to‐Gas approaches comprise different activities to store electric power in form of gaseous energy carriers like hydrogen or methane. The synthesis of SNG (substitute natural gas) and its injection into the natural gas grid allows the utilization of the well‐established infrastructure for natural gas storage, distribution and utilization without the need for further changes to the energy system. At the Engler‐Bunte‐Institut research focuses on catalytic methanation in catalytically coated metallic honeycomb reactors and in slurry bubble column reactors with the aim of evaluating alternative reactor concepts offering optimized heat transfer characteristics as well as maximizing the possibility of dynamic operation. Both concepts are attractive for small to medium scale power‐to‐gas applications. Hence, a scale‐up was performed for bothreactor concepts with the aim of implementation on commercial scale.

Maximizing the Calm before the Storm: Tiered Surgical Response Plan for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) was first diagnosed in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and has now spread throughout the world, being verified by the World Health Organization as a pandemic on March 11. This had led to the calling of a national emergency on March 13 in the US. Many hospitals, healthcare networks, and specifically, departments of surgery, are asking the same questions about how to cope and plan for surge capacity, personnel attrition, novel infrastructure utilization, and resource exhaustion. Herein, we present a tiered plan for surgical department planning based on incident command levels. This includes acute care surgeon deployment (given their critical care training and vertically integrated position in the hospital), recommended infrastructure and transfer utilization, triage principles, and faculty, resident, and advanced care practitioner deployment.

Centralisation of Pancreatoduodenectomy in India: Where Do We Stand?

The volume-outcome relationship dictates that high-volume centres lead to improved patient outcomes after pancreatoduodenectomy (PD). We conducted a retrospective review to fathom the situation in India for PD and whether referral to high-volume centres would make a positive impact. A systematic literature search in MEDLINE was performed, and all articles published from Indian centres from 01.03.2008 to 30.11.2019 were scrutinised. Any series with less than 20 patients, case reports, abstracts, unpublished data and personal communications were excluded. A total of 36 unique series including 6226 patients from 24 institutes across India were identified. Amongst the 24 institutes, 2 institutes reported less than 10 cases/year, 11 reported 10-25 cases/year and 11 reported ≥26 cases/year. Overall perioperative morbidity was 42.4%, 43.4% and 41% for centres doing <10, 10-25 and ≥26 cases/year, respectively. Operative mortality also improved with increasing number of cases/year (5.1% vs. 6.6% vs. 3.2%, respectively). With increasing volume of cases per year, trend towards improved PD outcomes is observed. To optimise the use of healthcare facilities, it would be pragmatic to consider building an organised referral system for complex surgeries to deliver unsurpassed patient care with maximum utilisation of the available healthcare infrastructure.

Fisheries ports are the main base in capture fisheries industry activities which must be able to guarantee the success of fishing activities in the sea . This research aims to form the structure of the proper utilization of the regional infrastructure in order to increase the activities of Untia Nusantara Fisheries Port . The analytical method was used to determine the formulation of the right utilization strategy for the regional infrastructure to increase the activities of Untia Nusantara Fishery Port; this analysis is called force analysis. The research results indicated that the inactivity of Untia VAT to utilize the infrastructure availability, when viewed from the Fishery Port and based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, for the Untia VAT infrastructure was still not available, such as the station of refueling, sewage treatment systems, and availability of clean water facilities

Auction-Based Permit Allocation and Sharing System (A-Pass) for Travel Demand Management

We propose a novel quantity-based demand management system aiming to promote ride-sharing. The system sells the permit to access a facility (conceptualized as a bottleneck) by auction but encourages commuters to share the permits with each other. The permit is classified according to access time and the commuters may be assigned one of the three roles: solo driver, ride-sharing driver, or rider. At the core of this auction-based permit allocation and sharing system (A-PASS) is a trilateral matching problem (TMP) that matches permits, drivers and riders. We formulate TMP as an integer program, and prove it can be reduced to an equivalent linear program. A pricing policy based on the classical Vickrey-Clark-Gloves (VCG) mechanism is proposed to determine the payment for each commuter. We prove, under the VCG policy, different commuters will pay exactly the same price as long as their role and access time are the same. We also show A-PASS can eliminate any deficit that may arise from the VCG policy by controlling the number of shared rides. Results of numerical experiment suggest A-PASS strongly promote rider-sharing. As ride-sharing increases, all stake holders are better off: the ride-sharing platform receives greater profits, the commuters enjoy higher utility, and the society benefits from more efficient utilization of infrastructure.

Introduction and prospect of integrated energy service platform in industrial parks

As a modern industrial division of labor and production area that adapts to market competition and industrial upgrading, the industrial park is a generation model for the country to actively plan and promote development. The integrated energy system of industrial parks is of great significance for improving energy efficiency, promoting large-scale development of renewable energy, improving the utilization of social infrastructure and energy supply, and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction targets. The combination of industrial parks and integrated energy service platform technologies can realize the coordinated operation and resource sharing of various energy systems, meet the individual needs of campus users, and provide diversified services for system maintainers, park managers, enterprises, and households. Based on the summary of the characteristics of the campus-type energy Internet, the paper studies the key technologies of its integrated energy service platform. The key technologies of information collection, source-charge prediction, multi-energy coordination scheduling and advanced application services of the company’s latest integrated energy service platform are introduced, and suggestions for the development of integrated energy service platform in the park are put forward.

Koridor Ortalama Hız İhlal Tespit Sistemlerinin (KOHİTS) Tasarımdan İşletmeye Genel Yapısı ve Çalışma Prensibi Üzerine Bir Araştırma: Toprakkale Örneği

High number of traffic accidents, caused by excessive vehicle speeds in traffic, motivate officials and researchers in Turkey and all around the World to develop solutions. For this purpose in recent years, new systems, called as Smart Transport Systems (AUS), are being developed in many countries in order to prevent driving at high speeds without taking into account speed limits in urban and rural roads and to reduce the number of speed related accidents. Corridor Average Speed Enforcement Systems (KOHITS), which is an AUS application, was developed to reduce the number of traffic accidents caused by excessive speeds and increase road safety and enable drivers to move at speed limits in Turkey as well as in the overall World,. With this study, it is aimed to inform all relevant stakeholders technically by examining all the important working principles and all important issues to be taken into consideration by using scientific methods until they are activated from the beginning of system configuration. For this purpose, in order to give detailed information about the field measurement and observations made within the scope of the study, the configuration steps of KOHITS in 2 different road routes in Toprakkale / Osmaniye ring road from the beginning to the end are examined and explained step by step in detail. From the obtained results, the most important points in the configuration process of such systems determined as high resolution quality cameras’ utilization, fast and uninterrupted network infrastructure enabling the transfer of data from the field to the center and comprehensive analysis opportunity of the developed software. It was also observed from the field observations and measurements that the configuration of the system by an expert team, development of a good software and utilization of a good technological infrastructure in the system are other very important parameters for the performance of the system.

Clinical utilization of radiation therapy in Korea, 2016.

Radiotherapy (RT) is one of the primary cancer treatment modalities. To estimate the actual utilization of RT and infrastructure in Korea, the current study was performed. Data from 2012 to 2016 were extracted from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. In addition, a nationwide survey was conducted to collect the statistics of RT facilities, equipment and human resources in Korea. The total number of patients treated with RT was 72 563 in 2016. The five cancers that were most commonly treated with RT in 2016 were breast, lung, colorectal, liver and prostate cancer. According to analyses of specific treatment modalities, the number of patients treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic radiation therapy (SRT) and proton therapy increased from 6670, 6306 and 50 in 2012 to 21584, 9048 and 703 in 2016, respectively. Ninety radiation oncology centers were working in 2015 and there were a total of 213 megavoltage teletherapy machines. In 2015, 310 patients were treated per megavoltage RT machine, 246 patients per radiation oncologist, 501 patients per medical physicist and 111 patients per radiotherapy technologist. In conclusion, the number of patients who underwent RT in Korea has increased steadily from 2012 to 2016. The IMRT utilization rate remarkably increased in 2016, and the number of patients treated with advanced treatment modalities such as IMRT, SRT and proton therapy is expected to increase.

Social Media Mapping as Digital Infrastructure for Disaster Prevention and Reduction

At the time of the Heavy Rain Disaster in Western Japan in July, 2018, it was possible to gather and accumulate a variety of disaster information using the function of social media mapping included in our spatiotemporal information system. Considering these circumstances and taking up the above social media mapping, the present study described the issues related to the development and utilization of digital infrastructures as one of the measures for disaster prevention and reduction. As the results of the present study, it is possible to rescue and support victims, and cause excessive information and confusion, due to the close relationship between the real and virtual space in the super smart society of Japan. Additionally, it is essential to effectively utilize the information included in the virtual space at the time of disaster. Specifically, it is an important issue to make use of the information on social media for rescue in the real space. Furthermore, it is necessary to take the measures for the people vulnerable to disaster who require the disaster information most. For this, it is necessary to prepare a variety of ICT in addition to oral communication.

The simplification of Upstream Oil and Gas Business license in Indonesia

Oil and Gas is natural resources in Indonesia which is the business related to is regulated in Law Number 22 of 2001 about Oil and Gas. There are two kinds of business related to oil and gas that are upstream and downstream. In upstream oil and gas business, there still a lot problem faced by the government and the enterprises. Thus, it is needed simplification license for upstream oil and gas in order to increase investment which will lead into effective and efficient public services. Normative law here is applied as method to analyze the regulations related to oil and gas industry license. Furthermore, the approach used here are statute approach and conceptual approach. The results reveal that the Licensing for Utilization of Resources and/or Infrastructure of Upstream Oil and Gas Business does not yet have a synchronization of authority in the issuance of these licenses. In order to obtain effective and efficient upstream oil and gas business licensing services, it is necessary to synchronize and harmonize regulations and it is need a one-stop licensing service as referred to the Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2014 concerning Implementation of One Stop Integrated Services.

Road Asset Management Practices in Ethiopia the Case of Addis Ababa

Currently, the construction industry is one of the biggest industries in Ethiopia contributing 10% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). It needs to be emphasized that road construction in Ethiopia is the means through which development are achieved. The economic growth of the country depends on availability and utilization of physical infrastructures. Road construction and utilization in Ethiopia are the means through which development strategies are achieved. The development of road construction projects can be enhanced through well-established Asset Management system that will improve tactical and operational decisions by applying the required knowledge to gain wisdom for provision of strategic infrastructures. However, most of the road construction in Ethiopia encounters problems due to lack of proper Asset Management practices. In this respect, this study’s objective was to investigate Roads Asset Management practices in Ethiopia the case of AACRA. In order to find answers to the research questions and to achieve the objectives of the study, quantitative and qualitative ways of research adapted. Interviews and questionnaires analyzed quantitatively whereas the desk study analyzed qualitatively explanatorily to assess alternatives, diagnose a situation, and discover new ideas. Accordingly, interpretation and discussion were made on the basis of results. The findings of the study revealed that there is lack of: Asset management system components implementation rated as low with a result of 54.5%, 63.6%, 64%, 82% and 73% respectively except condition assessment rated as medium with a result 45.5%, technologies like individual management system implementation in AACRA is in the planning phase as the response of the (7) professional in aggregate revealed, Integration of those management systems also is not there yet. Decision making levels are not explicitly defined in AACRA except programming and budgeting level rated as 54.5%. 91% of respondents revealed that there is lack of professional associations, conferences, short courses and 73% of the respondents disclosed that there is lack of organized asset management department. Some of the specific recommendations forwarded are decision making levels should be explicitly defined, applying different individual management systems and integration of those management systems is necessary and etc. Finally framework were developed for effective and efficient Road Asset Management.

Multi-objective Optimization Model of Multi-modal Transport Based on Regional Sustainability Indicators

With the development of “One Belt, One Road” initiative and free trade area, the volume of cross-border international logistics involving multiple modes of transport has surged. Meanwhile, the proportion of using integrated transportation system in domestic trunk transport has increased. Multi-modal transport (MMT) based on green transport can realize intensive utilization of transport capacity resources, and implement sustainable transport management with three bottom lines of economic, environmental and social aspects. In this paper, the carbon emission index and regional transportation infrastructure utilization index are introduced to construct a multi-objective optimization model with sustainable goals of environmental protection, cost saving and social contribution. The poly-population genetic algorithm (PPGA) is used to overcome the limitation of the traditional genetic algorithm running to the local optimum. The model proposed by this paper quantifies environmental and social indicators, balances comprehensive performance of environment, economy and society, and provides quantitative decision making support for carriers, international freight forwarder or third party logistics to carry out green MMT.

A Two-Layer Water Demand Prediction System in Urban Areas Based on Micro-Services and LSTM Neural Networks

In recent years, scarce water resources became one of the main problems that endanger human species existence and the advancement of any nation. In this research, smart water meters were implemented, distributed, and installed in a regional area in Cairo while data were collected at uniform intervals then sent to the cloud instantly. The solution paradigm uses an Internet of Things (IoT) based on micro-services and containers. The design incorporates real-time streaming and infrastructure performance optimization to store data. A second layer to analyze the acquired data was used to model water consumption using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The designed LSTM is validated and tested to be utilized in the forecast of future water demand. Moreover, two alternative machine learning methods, namely Support Vector Regression and Random Forest commonly utilized in time series forecasting applications, were used for a comparative analysis of which LSTM has proven to be superior. The proper integration of the system elements is the key to the proposed system success. Based on the success of the designed system, it can be applicable on a national scale. That can enable the optimal management of consumers' demand and improve water infrastructure utilization. The proposed paradigm presents a testbed for various scenarios that can be used in water resources management.

PENGARUH MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

This research is motivated by problems in the field of recognizing low student learning outcomes, lack of utilization of facilities, infrastructure, and learning media, especially audio-visual media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of audio visual media on learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 066 Halimun. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of experimentation with a quasi experimental design type nonequivalent group design. Based on the results of research the data obtained from the implementation of research learning outcomes is proven by the average initial test pretest experimental class 60.65 increased in the number of posttest tests of 85.48. While the average control class without using audio visual media or treatment got an average of learning outcomes of pretest 49.52 and posttest 58.55. The results of the statistical data analysis also proved that Ha was received from the t test obtained 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔3,214&gt; 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 2,045. It can be seen from the data above that the experimental class given action or audio-visual media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in class V.

Non-invasive prospection techniques and direct push sensing as high-resolution validation tools in wetland geoarchaeology – Artificial water supply at a Carolingian canal in South Germany?

The prospection of (geo-)archaeological sites yield important knowledge about the concept and the utilisation of pre-historical and historical infrastructure. The satisfactory conduction of classical prospection methods like archaeological excavations or geoarchaeological vibra-coring might be challenging in the case of large sites or difficult underground conditions. This is particularly problematic in wetlands featuring a high groundwater table and high compaction rates of organic layers.In this study, we provide an alternative and non- to minimal-invasive exploration approach to discover hydro-engineering structures for artificial water supply in the surrounding of a Carolingian summit canal in South Germany. The Early Medieval Fossa Carolina was intended 792/793 CE to bridge the Central European watershed between Rhine-Main and Danube catchments. As the canal was constructed as a summit canal, an artificial water supply at the highest levels seemed very likely or even obligatory. In order to explore these obligatory hydro-engineering features, we use a wide range of on-site and off-site tools in a spatial hierarchical way. Our approach includes the large-scale SQUID magnetic survey and the sighting of historical maps. Furthermore, we integrate high-resolution direct push colour logs, and subsequent vibra-coring for small-scale stratigraphical verification and sedimentological analyses.The SQUID magnetic survey and related depth models discover two pronounced linear anomalies that might represent potential artificial water inlets in the North-Eastern and Northern Sections of the canal. I) In the North-Eastern Section, direct push colour logs, vibra-coring and 14C dating provide no evidence for a Carolingian hydro-engineering feature but reveal a natural lenticular structure of Early Holocene age. II) The linear magnetic anomaly in the Northern Section can be excluded with high probability as a hydro-engineering structure as well. Here, direct push colour logs, vibra-coring, 14C dating and the comparison with a historic map reveal evidence for a historic gravel road. Thus, we have nicely verified the magnetic information but have no prove for an artificial Carolingian water inlet from the Swabian Rezat River that contradicts with assumptions of former studies.

This qualitative research aims to reveal the implementation of management of education facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in improving the quality of learning through the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN Bareng Jombang, by way of interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation so that the data obtained is more accurate.
