Currently, the delivery of information carried out by elementary schools is still very lacking, the delivery of information used is only in the form of banners and oral information. Thus, the dissemination of information about elementary schools is considered less effective and there are still many shortcomings, such as limited information content and the scope of information dissemination is not wide. After several decades of information systems research development in certain areas of discussion focused on the implementation and use of information systems. So this research will use the Information Systems Implementation Research Method (ISI-RM) approach where in this method a new research method approach is developed by combining two qualitative and quantitative approaches based on relevant theories. The result of this research is that the development of information system prototypes can be developed very well using the ISI-RM approach. This result can be proven based on the results of measuring the success rate of prototype development using black box techniques using the functionality aspect to get an average X value of more than 0.5 and close to 1, namely 0.786. Meanwhile, based on the usability aspect, the feasibility result is 94.21%.
