Design and Application of an IVD Reagent Management Information Systems Based on Unique Code

The management of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents in hospitals often faces issues such as the lack of a unified coding system, unclear consumption patterns, and unknown cost-to-income ratios. It is necessary to employ information systems to achieve comprehensive, detailed, and traceable management of IVD reagents. An information management system for IVD reagents based on unique coding is introduced, which integrates admission, acceptance, and consumption processes through unique codes. The system calculates the income per experimental item based on the consumption of IVD reagents and the charge for each experimental item. The system enhances the efficiency of the IVD reagent supply chain management and promotes detailed oversight of IVD reagent usage.

Analysis Quality of Employment Information Systems Using Webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis Method

Information system quality analysis is an aspect that information system managers must pay attention to, especially to meet user needs, increase comfort, and increase user productivity. SISNAKER, as the main information system used by the Department of Manpower and Energy and Mineral Resources of Bali Province to support services to the community digitally, also requires a quality analysis process to ensure user comfort when interacting with SISNAKER. This research aims to measure the quality of the employment information system, often called SISNAKER belonging Department of Manpower and Energy and Mineral Resources of Bali Province based on user perceptions and provide recommendations to improve the system quality. SISNAKER quality is measured using a questionnaire based on domains of the WebQual 4.0 method especially, usability, information quality, and interaction quality parameters. Mapping recommendations to improve SISNAKER quality is made based on four priority quadrants of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The sampling of research was based on a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, involving a total of 98 respondents. The results of the research show that the gap between performance and user expectations is 0.02, which means that system performance is in line with user expectations. Improvement is found in information quality and interaction quality parameters, with -0.02 gap, so it still needs improvement.

The research aimed to know the system that is running, analyze design and build the accounting information system employee payroll at CV. Sukses Sejahtera. The research method used descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature reviews. System development method used is waterfall method. This accounting information system design used PHP and connect with MYSQL as database. The problem before making this system was data employee payroll still recorded manual in Microsoft Office Excel so this system not efficient, too much time to be wasted on recording or processing. The solution needed is to design a new payroll information system to make it easier to process data and generate reports quickly, precisely, and accurately.

E-Government services: Improving employment services in Dumai City

E-government in Dumai City is a manifestation of the responsibility of the Dumai local government to improve the quality of services that are presented electronically based on websites. The development of e-government is an innovation that is carried out in developing effective and efficient government administration. The Dumai City Manpower and Transmigration Office is one of the government agencies that runs e-government services in serving communities and companies to obtain employment information. The system formed to serve the job seeker community is known as the Employment Information System (SINAKER). Empirically, this system was implemented to answer several complaints from people who wanted speed of information related to job opportunities for the community. Services that are carried out manually are still not optimal, so a good step is taken to help the community openly. This article aims to look at the process of e-government services in Dumai City which aims to assist the government in maximizing service to the community, so that people can access information on job opportunities that can be accessed via the internet. The research findings that there are 3 (three) aspects in the development of e-Government through the created system. Various suggestions were given to the government to improve its services to the public.

 Sisnaker enables all existing information systems in all ministries or agencies and local governments to work together across organizational boundaries. Pemodelan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Pemagangan dan Penempatan Kerja Menggunakan Framework TOGAF (Studi kasus: Politeknik LP3I)

Travel Management Information System Employee Service at the Office of Industry and Trade of Provsu

Technological developments and advances in science are currently developing rapidly, especially in the management of data that has used computers. The use of computers today is also used by individuals and groups that can facilitate their work. With the development of this information technology, there is an increasing need for an information system that can complete work in a systematic and efficient manner so as to facilitate the work of individuals or groups in the form of data management.The official trip itself is a work program at the agency in the form of a field activity that functions to find out and share experiences in accordance with the field of the program being carried out. With this official trip, every time a business trip is carried out, a trip report is needed to find out what activities have been carried out so as to produce a new work program for each existing agency. However, the BPK (Corruption Supervisory Agency) is often scrutinizing official travel itself, which is because every official trip is carried out, a budget will be given according to the stipulated budget, and the budget is quite large. Therefore every employee must also report official travel activities in a systematic and realistic manner.

Employment information systems are government-developed systems that support systematic and accurate employment information systems. The problem mainly occurs in the employment section because the system is not fully utilized because it still USES the system manually, paging files in the cabinet and opening one file at a time to search for information on each employee is enough to consume time and energy. It's boring, so it's less efficient. The purpose of this study is to design an employment information system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of resource information systems. The methodology used was stage one interview, the second stage of observation. The final phase of library research. On this final assignment we successfully made the software. Final results are also available for the agency. It is hoped that this software can help the employees' data processing system in the hall office be structured to repair and refine the information. The purpose of this research was to design an employment resource system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of information system.

Information systems adoption and knowledge performance: An absorptive capacity perspective.

As strategic assets for organizations, information systems (IS) have been adopted to enhance organizational knowledge performance. Based on the absorptive capacity perspective, we investigated intertwined relationships among IS adoption, organizational capabilities, IS-enabled absorptive capacity, and organizational knowledge performance. We empirically examined our model with survey data from 417 IS employees of 21 different state governments in the United States. We find that: (1) IS adoption does not directly generate IS-enabled absorptive capacity; (2) organizational capabilities positively affect IS-enabled absorptive capacity; (3) synergies arising from complementarity between IS adoption and organizational capabilities have a positive impact on IS-enabled absorptive capacity; and (4) IS-enabled absorptive capacity significantly drives manager and employee knowledge performance. This research enriches the understanding of the relationships among IS adoption, organizational capabilities, and organizational knowledge performance in U.S. public sectors.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YELLOW CARD (AK-1) MAKING SERVICES THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (SISNAKER)

The topic of this research is about the effectiveness of public services in the employment sector. This research was motivated by the existence of an Employment Information System (SISNAKER) which was created as an online- based platform created to respond to the demands of a changing world that leads to automation and digitization, especially regarding the implementation of a yellow card (AK-1) making services for job seekers. The results of this study indicate that to respond to changes in the service system, the Manpower Office (Disnaker) of Sukabumi City as a local government agency that issues a yellow card (AK-1), always seeks to improve the skills in using the system for operators. With these skills, the implementation of yellow card services (AK-1) through SISNAKER in Sukabumi City becomes easier and more flexible. Besides being used to access the yellow card (AK-1) service, SISNAKER is also integrated with various job vacancies and job training information that can be accessed by job seekers in Sukabumi

Modeling Situational IT Ethics in UAE

The rapid development in the field of information technology has provided significant benefits to both society and the business world. There are numerous ethical challenges that computer users must deal with. These include violation of intellectual property, hacking, invasion of privacy, honesty, secrecy, loyalty, accountability, and responsibility. Situational and individual characteristics influence information systems employees' behavioral intentions to act ethically. The situational variables that affect employee ethical behavior and financial losses can be controlled and influenced by organizations to determine and control employee ethical conduct and financial losses. Ethics-related losses caused by information systems employees can be successfully resolved by incorporating the code of ethics into the code of professional conduct and employee contract, incorporating ethics into organizational culture, designing rewards for ethical behavior and severe punishments for unethical behavior, and incorporating ethics into the code of professional conduct and employee contract.

Inequalities in External-Cause Mortality in 2018 across Industries in Republic of Korea

BackgroundExternal-cause mortality is an important public health issue worldwide. Considering its significance to workers’ health and inequalities across industries, we aimed to describe the state of external-cause mortality and investigate its difference by industry in Republic of Korea based on data for 2018. MethodsData obtained from the Statistics Korea and Korean Employment Information System were used. External causes of death were divided into three categories (suicide, transport accident, and others), and death occurred during employment period or within 90 days after unemployment was regarded as workers’ death. We calculated age- and sex-standardized mortalities per 100,000, standardized mortality ratios (SMRs) compared to the general population and total workers, and mortality rate ratios (RRs) across industries using information and communication as a reference. Correlation analyses between income, education, and mortality were conducted. ResultsAge- and sex-standardized external-cause mortality per 100,000 in all workers was 29.4 (suicide: 16.2, transport accident: 6.6, others: 6.6). Compared to the general population, all external-cause and suicide SMRs were significantly lower; however, there was no significant difference in transport accidents. When compared to total workers, wholesale, transportation, and business facilities management showed higher SMR for suicide, and agriculture, forestry, and fishing, mining and quarrying, construction, transportation and storage, and public administration and defense showed higher SMR for transport accidents. A moderate to strong negative correlation was observed between education level and mortality (both age- and sex-standardized mortality rates and SMR compared to the general population). ConclusionInequalities in external-cause mortalities from suicide, transport accidents, and other causes were found. For reducing the differences, improved policies are needed for industries with higher mortalities.

Abstract— As the rapid development of science, information and technology, humans are trying to find ways to help and facilitate the completion of their work quickly and efficiently. Due to the development of the information that requires an agency or company must be able to manage it, one of which is managing a large number of company employee data, of course it will be difficult if managing a large number of employee data manually. By using information systems, it is expected to facilitate the performance of agencies or companies in managing employee data at the company quickly and accurately.PT. XYZ is a garment production company that has many employees or employees, the employees consist of various educational backgrounds, and has a variety of years of service, every year rolling employees are held routinely for promotion, moving offices or moving work divisions in the production department. and others, the employee rolling criteria are based on evaluating employee performance within a certain period of time, even to dismiss employees is also seen from their performance appraisal. Referring to the problems above, it should be developed a staffing information system and web-based performance appraisal at PT. XYZ The system built can later be operated in various regions or places using the internet network, because PT. XYZ is not only in one place but there are in some places which are quite far from its headquarters, therefore the system that is built based on the web is considered suitable with the conditions in the field. From the employment information system and web-based performance appraisal at PT. The Policy of Employment Information System Development in Bali Province in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0

The era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 encourages the implementation of information technology-based government in various fields including in the field of manpower. The Regional Government of Bali Province has a legal product in the form of the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning Manpower Implementation mandating the development of a labor system. In this study, two issues will be discussed, namely the basic considerations for the development of an employment information system and the formulation of a law regarding an employment information system. The development of a manpower information system is based on the government's duties in providing public services and regional autonomy. The legal formulation regarding the manpower information system is written in the form of a regional regulation which should also be followed by a governor's regulation.

The use of SIMPEG-based data mining techniques in measuring employee performance in Islamic higher education

This article intends to provide an overview of: 1) employee performance patterns based on Employ Information Systems (SIMPEG) data; 2) important characteristics of employee performance based on Employee Information System (SIMPEG) data; 3) employee performance classification based on Employee Information System (SIMPEG) data. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, where data collection is done through a process of observation, study of documents, and interviews. The results of the research show that: 1) employee performance at IAIN Kendari tends to be stagnant, which is reflected in the daily performance report (LKH); 2) important characteristics of the performance of IAIN Kendari employees are to focus on routine, based on tasks and functions; 2) the performance of IAIN Kendari employees is divided into high, medium and low categories.

Regional income management information system with Enterprise Architecture Planning Approach (EAP): a case study in BPKPD Klungkung Regency

Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) Klungkung is a type of agency that carries out financial support functions to assist the Regent of Klungkung in administering regional autonomy. Although the regional revenue is in considerable amount, BPKPD Klungkung has no guidance in developing a regional revenue management information system in Klungkung. Thus, a good, efficient, effective, and accountable local revenue management procedure becomes essential. One of the options is to employ information systems and information technology (SI/IT) through the implementation of applications in various organizational functions. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a method or frame of reference in building an information architecture that focuses on business needs that consist of data architecture, applications, and technology as well as the implementation plan of architecture created to support business activities to achieve the organization objectives. The result of the research using EAP showed that data architecture methodology was first to be defined so as to produce 19 data entities, defining the application architecture and technology. Based on application portfolio, there were 6 key operational applications 2 strategic applications, 2 high potential applications, and 1 supporting application displayed. It was expected that the regional revenue of Klungkung will be optimized through the strategic information system planning using EAP.

The Effect of Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Leadership Style, Motivation, and Working the environment on the Employee’s Performance at Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKUD) Regency Semarang

This study aims to determine whether the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment together have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees at Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKUD) Kabupaten Semarang. Samples that met the criteria in this study were 65. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis preceded by a classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done using the F test and t test. The results of data analysis or regression results indicate that partially the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment influence employee performance. Simultaneously the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment contributed 84.6% of the effect on the level of the dependent variable, namely employee performance.

HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Today employee performance is a fundamental element for the progress of the institution. Along with the changing times demanded in increasing employee performance in order to achieve the objectives to be achieved. The discussion of this study regarding the decline in employee performance is characterized by a decrease in the percentage of achievement of work program targets. In this study, there are two variables, namely human resources information system variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resources information system and the level of employee performance. This research method uses descriptive method using the type of explanatory survey research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires that used a rating scale measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The population in this study is employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the respondents' perceptions of performance appraisal in the effective category were in the very high category. Hypothesis testing shows that human resources information system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN CUTI KARYAWAN DI PT. COLORPAK INDONESIA, TBK BERBASIS WEB

Specialized information systems in personnel data are a matter of special concern. This is related to the ease and effectiveness in the processing of employee data such as employee data entry, employee data editing, employee data search, employee data report either on screen or printed on paper, especially in employee information system Employee leave. Management of personnel information system employee leave at PT. Colorpak Indonesia, Tbk which is still less than the maximum, such as the employee must fill the form of leave and wait for approval of the boss and less accuracy of the amount of employee leave balance. So to overcome it required personnel information system employee leave better than the previous system in order to present employee personnel leave information complete and simplify in knowing the amount of leave used and employee leave balance. This research uses waterfall method and system design is implemented with Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected final result is that the employee-based employee leave information system can overcome the system problems that run more leverage in the process of submission and employee leave employment approval, employee reporting reports employee leave and employee employee leave data searching easier. With this research is expected to help PT. Colorpak Indonesia, Tbk especially Human Resource division to develop staffing information system employee leave.

Design of Assesment Information System Employee Service in PT. Aerotrans Services Indonesia with Methods Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia employee appraisal data is processed conventionally by means of the Human Capital Business & Support print data points whose assessments must be filled out by their respective division heads, where after being printed the data is delivered to each division to be filled by each division supervisor then documents that have been filled in and signed by their respective division supervisors and returned by the Human Capital Business & Support division to be recorded. The objectives are to produce annual appraisal data for each employee and division, and there are company assessments made by VP Human Capital Business & Support and approved by the director is also still done conventionally. Even though the management has been organized, this method is still not optimal because in addition to requiring a long time and there are still operating paper documents, this method also has many weaknesses. The purpose of this research is to be able to build an information system that can be utilized by PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia to help process employee and company assessment data easily, quickly and accurately.
